One of the best HEBs Ive been to, and Ive been to quite a few. Very clean very polite personnel and they had everything I was looking for.
Great store with great selection! And the store brand stuff is just as good if not better than the branded items.

I purchased some chicken here on 8/14/20, 8/19/20 I had to trash it because it was spoiled. I spent almost $300 that day and less than a week later I had to trash the majority of it. None of was fresh

I love this HEB! The cashier are fast and friendly. The only reason I didnt give five starts is because they were out of a lot of the vendor items. There was almost no Frito Lay products or little Debbie so those aisle looked almost empty.
Ive never had a bad experience with HEB until today. I bought 2 packages of meat. Tuesday cook one Tuesday night the other ladt night Wednesday when I opened the package the meat didnt smell right. I washed it and cooked it still smelled. I threw it away this morning when the garage truck ran. When I went to complain they said they needed the meat. I threw it away last night. I didnt want money back at least a credit or something. Food is too high to get bad meat. It was $6.70. When I called for the store manager name they told me they couldnt give me his last name. It just the principle of the thing. Why would I go through this to lie about $6.70.
Were from Dallas and stop here sometimes on our way back from the coast. Its a special treat you can only get in certain parts of Texas 🙂 I get my special HEB brand stuff.
An outstanding store that has the ability show the competitors how it works. There has never been an issue while visiting the store. The staff has always been friendly and helpful.

HEB will forever be our go-to grocery store for as long as we live in Texas. We can never go there and spend less than $200, its just not possible. Keep up the awesome store and please move to Crosby, TX too when you all get a chance. We now have a membership with Costco, but we still cant live without HEB and the Costco service reps who signed us up as members there said the same thing.

It is a clean HEB. Employees seem to be happy. I love the samples and am forever buying whatever they are selling. Probably the one thing I dont like, is that I ALWAYS spend way more than I want to! But God bless HEB :)
I used to like curbside and I understand it can be alot of work when shopping for customers, but I ordered groceries yesterday and picked them up today. Once i got home, they forgot my other 24 pack of ozarka bottled water. Normally, they are on point most of the time, but something seems a little off. I hope this is just a holiday error. Last time they gave me the wrong order and i had to turn around and go back to get my order.
Ive been a loyal customer to Walmart for many many years. Though the last couple of years they have went downhill drastically. Cant find most of what i need half the time. Decided to go to HEB and see what it was like. LOVE IT!!! Very clean, organized, and have anything and everything you could possibly need and then some. So much to choose from. Any kind of diet or whichever trend in eating your doing, you will be able to shop for in one store. HEB is my store from here on out. Walmart in my rear view mirrow. If you havnt tried them, youll be pleasantly surprised. It will be your new store too
Ive always loved a cheap E, Heb always has things that no other grocery store has come I went to Walmart and then I went to krogers and could not find what I was looking for so I went to HTV and found everything I was looking for, thank you H EB.
The pharmacy didnt have all the prescriptions, so had to drive to Mt Belvie, then back to the pharmacy on Garth, then we had to wait 10 more minutes and then they gave us our prescriptions and then gave us somebody elses meds, so had to go back to return them and they wanted me to wait, but I was so over their bad service, I left the prescription and drove off!
Amazing food variety! Very clean and well kept location. I think prices are to high and I don’t like the coupon process because I forget to collect them thru my visit.

I always have a good experience but today at checkout I had a store coupon for cosmetic and I got mascara but the young man gave the coupon back and said it wasnt for what I had. But it was and it listed any beauty cosmetics plus nail, personal cleansing, hair care,hair color, skin care or sun care products.
Has the best selection of any groceries store in Baytown. The bakery is great most the time meat market has so many things to choose from. If I have one problem its some of the employees have bad attitudes especially at the self checkout.
I love HEB! Massive selection of food and goods with reasonable prices. I really enjoy the fresh ready to cook meals they have. They are a great break from the fast food Im used to eating when Im away from home.

I go to this HEB every week. I have absolutely no issues with this location. They keep the store pretty well stocked. The products are always pushed to the edge and aisles are neat and clean. It is always so very crowded. The bakery is also very talented with my cake designs.

I love this HEB, its easy to move throughout the store. The fruit and vegetables, which I consume a lot, are always fresh. The customer service is amazing, they employees are willing to help and they are very considerate. Management ensures the shelves are stocked and that check lines are moving well. Its a great HEB that is very clean and organized. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The one critique I have though is that someone needs to teach the baggers not to put bananas and other soft fruits in the same bag as containers with sharp edges because they do it every single time and the bananas are almost always bruised the next day.
Great customer service and fresh produce! They have a great variety or seafood and meats. Aaaaand their cakes are definitely one of my favorites theyre delicious!! Their pharmacy is great too I always get my meds from there!
Kasey at the gas station kiosk is very anti-social. Was on her phone the whole time. No greeting, just shoved the drawer open and continued looking at her phone. Only looked up when I continued to stand there as I wasn’t sure if she was ready to help me or not. Never once made eye contact or spoke a single word. Threw my cigarettes in the drawer and went back to her phone. Did not even check my ID.

I normally enjoy shopping at HEB but this morning I was disappointed. In the Bakery, I planned to buy Apple Turnovers. All the Apple Turnovers were covered with thick Icing. The staff told me they only make Apple Turnovers with icing. They said the person responsive for the bakery just left, she works at night. Very Disappointed.

Brand new store in Baytown. Hopefully, this store will help with competition between Krogers & Walmart and bring lower prices for the area. Bought a few items the other day and I have to say that I really like it. Way better than the Joe Vs that was put in three plus years ago. There meats department is better along with produce. Some thing are more expensive than the other stores but overall the people in Baytown now has a choice.UpdateBest store to shop at. Prices are even better than Walmart on certain items. There Pecan pies are worth every penny.
I love HEB. The service is always great. Im giving a 4 star because the cashier over charged. He scan 4 waters instead of 2. There is no half star but I especially love the seafood department. Always so fresh. The wait is weird but its worth it when you eat. I love my HEB.

Pretty good. Much improvement over a visit a few years ago. But if you HAVE to use the electronic riding carts dont expect to get any meat/seafood or bakery.

I always order groceries from HEBs online delivery service. The HEB team is absolutely amazing. HEB is really good about giving updates through out the whole time that they are fulfilling The order. If there is a problem, confusion or mistake made by the customer or a team member HEB management and associates work quickly to correct it without shifting blame. HEB TEAM has great customer service skills and goes the extra mile for the customer

There are definitely closer grocery stores to my house and there is even a closer HEB, but I really like the way this one is setup and the friendly staff. Something about it makes me feel back at home!

My go to grocery store for most things! The thing I love about HEB is I can get in and out in a reasonable amount of time. The lines go quick which is hard to find at other big grocery stores. I also love all the HEB brand products they have! The deli meat is so good, I love ordering the cajun fried turkery shaved, its perfect for my sandwiches and to give my dog a little treat! They have a good produce selection too and awesome bakery. I am not a huge fan of the seafood market at this particular HEB, their seafood is not always fresh.

The lines to checkout were ridiculous. I understand it was the day before Christmas but they needed all checkouts open.

I have mixed reviews on my experience. This was my first curbside pickup and rhe pickup area is not marked well, theres a sign on the far side of the parking lot and no others that I saw.. My order was delivered to my car fairly quickly, but after I pulled out I realized I wasnt given a free item that came with my purchase.I returned to curbside but couldnt reach them, I called the store, got transferred to curbside, they didnt answer It took about 15 minutes to get it. Once I reached someone however, the manager herself came out, an associate came out to check in me, and they were so sweet I forgot Id been aggravated. Id give them another shot, the curbside area was really busy, they are definitely doing something right.
I went to 3 different Walmart stores to find what I was looking for. They had 0 on the shelf. You, HEB had 7 on the shelf. I bought them all.Thank you HEB.
Awesome! No waiting and everything is in Stock. Fully staffed and everyone wears a mask and a smile! Way to go HEB! No more Walmart! No more buying ringing up sacking and carrying out for me. I will pay the same maybe a little more and get better quality every single time.
Fairly new store and great produce. Not exactly cheap but with sale items keep one going back. Love their individual servings of assorted cakes. Could be habit forming. I never rate anything 5 stars but this Heb deserves plus after the 4 stars.
They have really great customer service and every time I go to shop I am greeted with a smile.
They fired my wife for being pregnant, also their ready to eat food are made so cheap. Make it at home because the ingredients they use are only fresh half of the time. Most of the sandwhiches, salads, chicken salad, and pizzas are just thrown together.
This place has started price gouging and didnt have many of the items I normally get here.

The ready to cook meals are a godswnd and so much variety!! If youve never been to HEB you are missing out on the best grocery stores texas has to offer.
I love HEB. The staff are all helpful and if they dont know how to help, they find you someone who can. The meat department has always been awesome. They want to make sure you get exactly what you want. Same for the deli department. They even give out suggestions. Their wine selection is wide. I dont drink beer, but it looks big as well. Love them
The true grocery store based on Texas values, slightly priced higher, but products are always great quality, so you know your getting premium produce & meats 🍖. Once you shop at HEB, it will become YOUR grocery store because no others will reach your new expectations that are instilled in you from shopping at HEB. 😁.
I love HEB! Everything is great except the people who bag up the groceries. Many of them have attitudes especially when I bring my full basket up to check out with my reusable bags! I always dread checking out it is so uncomfortable. Believe me if we weren’t going through a pandemic then I would bag up my own groceries. I honestly prefer it that why because most of them don’t know how to bag groceries anyways.Dryer sheets don’t go in the freezer bag.Shampoo doesn’t go with the yogurt and eggs definitely do not go at the bottom of a bag for stability to hold cans. Seriously I can’t make this up! I literally bunch everything up before it gets to them and I don’t feel like I’m asking for much. Once or twice is one thing but I’m just fed up and that’s why I’m giving such a low rating. May I suggest training for bagging up groceries before being qualified for the position?

1st time using their curbside pickup shopping, way better than Walmart pickup at Beltway 8 east and Wallisville, but still was missing an item, well see how any refund goes and how things are, next time if better I will add a star.
Filled with snobby unhelpful rude employees. And we havent been in there for so long and this visit reminded us why. It doesnt cost anything to be nice. When your employees arent nice it causes the customers not ever want to come back. I understand a lot is going on these days with covid-19 and the wearing of the Mask and people getting on each others nerves but it doesnt make things simpler for anybody when your cashiers are downright rude to customers either.
They were pretty busy. We stopped in for a few essentials prior to getting on the road. They were down to a few bottles of water and because of the storm Uri there were limitations on several items, which I understand- but as a traveler some items were not available until we got to Mississippi. I will say they protected the 15items or less lines vigilantly I was happy and impressed because the regular lines were very very long. Im only giving 4 stars because I couldnt find any wipes or kleenex. Everyone was nice and quick to answer inquiries.

I went to express line to checkout and attendant said I could not checkout because I had more than 10 items. I had 12. All regular checkouts had at least two people in each lane with baskets full of groceries. There was only one other person at express. Ridiculous

Visiting this area, but I love this store!! Its bright, well lit, well thought out. Placement of the samplers is awesome. The employees are kind. We took up the opportunity on some of the sales sampled. Great variety of wine, chips, snacks, water, just about everything. The best thing.... theyre a great sponsor to Lee college. They put a untrained guy outside where the wood is, that didnt know how to work register.i waited 20mins then he said go in to pay, I dont know how to work register. Pay for your wood inside.

This HEB is really clean and large. I like how theres a variety of of produce, pre made meals, etc. Thev staffs always respectful and I feel welcome when I enter and exit the store. I also love how they issue people mask if they dont have one when entering. Sometimes we all forget the mask in the car. Bryson us an amazing cashier very patient and respectful. Paige was also friendly and respectful.
HEB is my place to but all of my food. Great prices. They always have coupons. I just saved nearly $16.00 yesterday. Store is clean, bathrooms are clean. Fast friendly customer service. They dont hassle you about buying anything at checkout. I get tired of being asked at stores when I am checking out if i want this or that.

I love this place. They should be everywhere. It would be my go to place for everything, I loved it just that much. The presentation of this store is simply the best Ive ever seen in a grocery store that has it all. Quite impressive!The produce was awesome, fresh and clean with a huge variety. The bakery is just scrumptious. The meat section just another huge plus and what I loved is the huge selection they had in all natural organic products from produce, to meat, to protein powders, to everyday essentials like shampoos, lotions, toothpaste, deodorants, to makeup.
They had some beautiful flowers today.
Great place to shop for quality and diverse food products, friendly staff. My only complaint is I wish they sacked groceries better, putting several breakable items in one bag, as well as, not even double bagging is an example. Another example is the baggers over stuff articles in bags which causes purchases to spill out. I have to reorganize when putting groceries in the vehicle. Bagging groceries gets a zero rating from me at all HEBs, otherwise, great place to shop.
Shopping at H-E-B is always a pleasure. What I really love is bringing visiting friends and family to the store. Theyre always so impressed. Its always bright and clean. The employees are customer service oriented and friendly. You can get just about any international product. Even the gas stations are clean and pleasant. They always have products that originate in Texas and taste great too. My family enjoys shopping at H-E-B.

I really enjoyed shopping at our new HEB the service is awesome. They have a good selection/variety as well as the products are well stocked and displayed appropriately. I love the deli and bakery areas they too are on top of their game with a variety of juicy morsels to choose from. Lets just say if you werent hungry when you got there you will be. LoL. In Short, I was happy and will return!
I love this store. The fresh bakery, cheeses, produce, meats, and seafood is wonderful. The selection is presented beautifully. The spices have a larger selection then most other places. The set up of the store is clear and open. The sushi is delicious and a good selection there. Highly recommended.

Nice and clean! I am a visitor from out of state. We dont have a HEB where I live. The cement floors are smooth and easy for my husband to glide his walker over. (Something most people wouldnt appreciate unless you have a walking disability). They have most everything I needed. I needed things to stock up for an RV we purchased in TX for a drive home. I was happy I could get so many items here. The ready made dinners they make were a nice surprise! I also loved their makeup area.

One of my favorite HEB stores to visit. Its always clean, the bakery is always on point and its easy to get in and out! I would rather drive to this location than the one that is several miles closer.

Always use Curbside and love love love the quality, convenience and efficiency with my groceries. Use them about 3-4 times a month and have only had 1 item missing that they refunded immediately. Great service and customer service.
Huge location and never that busy during the day! They have one of the best bakery selections at this one and we love being able to shop around without it being too busy.My only warning is to smell your crab legs before you purchase them because I got some pretty bad ones, and that was almost $30 in the trash. This is probably a safe bet from any grocery store seafood counter, though!
Im really glad that this HEB opened up in Baytown. They have great sales as well as fresh made sushi, fresh made salads and things that you cant find everywhere for healthy and convenient lunch or dinner. They always have plenty of registers open and also a self checkout section. You can usually get in and out quickly.
The staff are always very hospitable. The store is clean and well kept. There are always new deals and coupons for different items. The store is usually packed on the weekends so I dont recommend coming on the weekends. If you look around you might find Gary the stores owner walking around, hes very engaging that why I like this H-E-B.
Baytown just suxx. It needs more HEB stores so everybody and there momas, nieces, and grandmas can stop just going to the same one. The shelves are always empty. Don’t eat the strawberry short cake from here, it made me and my family sick.

Love this HEB. If you have problem finding something just ask anyone on the floor & theyll walk you to the product your looking for. The store has lots of hard to find items. Their produce has a variety to choose from & is fresh. They have a deli, bakery & seafood, lots to choose from. The pharmacy staff is knowledgeable & friendly. They carry almost everything you need & if for some reason they dont have it in stock. Theyll order it & have in the next day. They have plenty of check-outs, so theres very little wait time. They have lots of handicap parking & have plenty of handicap scooters. And the scooters are always charged. Highly recommend

HEB has the worst people working the self check out , I will never shop here again !!! Kroger will have all my business till the day I Die. Extremely rude cause I had 11 items going though the self check out , and there was nobody in the self check out . I was told I could not use the self check out . I suggest to boycott all HEB stores
Charged our account twice and didn’t provide any help getting it fixed. Gave us a corporate number that no one answered for the past 3 days after being on hold 45 minutes. They laugh when we said they wouldn’t have our business anymore. Poor customer service. A couple weeks ago one of their employees left their handheld device in our car. We live 40 minutes away. My wife drove it all the way back and they didn’t even say thanks. We didn’t expect anything free but a thank you would have been great. Take your business to someone else not this place.
They have some nice little kiosks for sushi and a nice hipster area with chia seeds and protein powder, but their prices are high and their coupons hanging on hooks are easy to overlook. I dont care for their meat. Their steaks are awful. I prefer Kroger because its cheaper, you get all the discounts when you scan your card, and you get 10 cents off gasoline for every hundred dollars you spend. And their steaks are excellent.

This is an amazing store. Texas is lucky. Wish they would ship to California but they wont. What an awesome grocery store.
Great guacamole and pico de gallo. A little pricey but worth it. I go to HEB for Dr. Bonners shampoo that is the only store that carries it; I have not seen it any where else.
I was told I couldn’t do self checkout because I have 15 items. Not 10 or under. There is only two registers open with lines going all the way to the isles. But there’s not a shortage of workers standing around in the front.
Very limited on some items. Very nice bakery staff and always good cakes!
So if in Baytown and one is having a hankering for Sushi HEB is the place to go. They have it all ( ok maybe not blow fish) but in Baytown head there. The staff is very helpful.
Clean and attractive store. Have been there multiple times. Seldom do they have a good selection - if any selection at all - of their advertised meat specials. Dont bother going for meat specials - not worth the trip. Go to the Deer Park Store - always well stocked on meat specials with good selection.
At the moment I am staying in a hotel and Im was able to find some really interesting things to cook in the microwave definitely a lot bigger selection than most
Shopped this HEB for the first time the other day and I LOVE IT! I seriously could not get over how friendly every employee was when we were near them and then when we were leaving, it was pouring down rain and there was a young lady standing at the door offering umbrellas to help us stay dry to our car! WOW!! And the greeters at Walmart barely give you a nod when you walk in! The store was so clean and everything was easy to find! I think we found our new store to do our shopping!
Could not ask for more in a grocery store. Great prices. Good selection. Fresh products. Very clean and spacious. Nice folks with whom to do business.
Slightly more expensive than some of the other grocery stores, but overall a much better experience. Clean, organized, good selection, employees are helpful and efficient... and I dont even have to ring up my own stuff!

Pharmacy is great. Bakery is horrible. I ordered a cake a week ago for my son’s birthday. Shopped here for an hour and went to the bakery before leaving. The girl behind the counter can’t find the cake and asks me for a picture of the form. What good does that do me if you don’t have the cake? Cancel the cake and you can put the groceries away. I’m going across the street to Kroger.
We did not use the curbside service, but this is my first chance to review an HEB. Im from Georgia, and have been visiting the Houston area recently. This is quite possibly the most amazing grocery store chain, ever! The quality and selection is unmatched! This is the 3rd store that Ive been in, and each one so clean. I sure with that we had one in Georgia!
I love shipping at HEB! Everyone is always very friendly and happy to help. The Deli section and meat market section is also always good. The bakery makes delicious cakes and the bread is fresh. Curbside is also good and super convenient. No complaints here!
Store was busy and low on water and fresh produce etc. But it was due to the winter freeze and the recording playing over the speaker explained the companys concern and focus on the issue.
Super clean, nicely organized and super friendly staff offering to assist you at every turn. Lots of specialty choices right along side their well priced and quality store brand. I love the location and that they offer Curbside grocery pick up, which I cant wait to try.
Beautiful new store with a great selection of meats, dairy products, fresh fruits/vegetable as well as organic. Lots of imported goods, spices and wines and beer. Huge selection of deli meats, cheeses and bread. Large bakery, too.This store is much busier than your Super Wal-Mart, so be prepared for crowded aisles. But we love the store!
I find curbside here to be of great value. The invention of curbside service in general is great for anyone really. Especially people with any kind of injuries that would keep them from walking a large store. Its very time saving. the workers are usually very friendly and nice. For myself I have found its a lot easier to buy online it helps me to not buy a lot of compulsive items.
Definitely upgrade from bacc n da day... very imprezzed wit tha look ,pricez & especially tha optionz. I had leave Wal-Mart & Krogers 2 only go H.E.B. ...I apologize fo dizrespect & Im Fin wit yall most often PERIOD

The only grocery store in Baytown Texas that sells the Roman noodles that Id love and it sells all the brands of this particular type of ramen noodles not to mention I just like HU be a lot more than I like krogers and Walmart especially.
It looked like the apocalypse. The only beef in stock was $20-30 ribeyes. Over 90% of the cooler space was empty. Lines at checkout where 10+ customers long.
Stocked up on meats today... Bought the chiminea outdoor furnace... Great price $99.00
I know this place is new but it is super nice clean and well staffed what great a selection of things and good deals too. Their own brand of things are usually great though i have had a few that werent and only remember one time I was likeWhat The Heck were they thinking. ....lol. Not a fan. Not that I dont need the exercise, but I was doing laps around the store because the layout didnt make sense to me. Unrealistic expectations I guess... I was hoping for that Central Market vibe. Employees were helpful & polite, store appeared clean.
I love HEB, they have everything that women need and the biggest supply of hair, skin and nail stuff around, they have an awesome tooth care isle and they have food, cleaning supplies and its all in one place!
We love our HEB. Employee are friendly, store stocks a great assortment of things I find I cant live without. Like the made in store guac.... my downfall. Along with the chips. Parking lots are clean, carts are good. Unbelievable assortment of Boars Head items thanks to Mark, the local BH rep. I always find new things to try.
Some of the curbside employees are be extremely rude. They won’t even verify who you’re picking up or even smile while they just throw your groceries in your car and then slam your trunk. Day and night with this location from the Mont Belvieu location.
Need less stuff and more choices in food selections would be better. The other stuff I get some place else. Food is why I go to HEB

I buy my groceries primarily there because I feel comfortable, they have good stuff with great prices and the music is cool. Sometimes I sing and dance in the aisles and my wife laughs at me.
I like a lot of your products but every single time I come here, the checkers basically force me to unload my own basket. It’s not really their fault, just poor lane design. You can tell they didn’t put much thought into actual store layout. Also, parking spots JUST for people with little kids? How insulting!
H-E-B has the best fruit variety and freshest fruit in Texas they may not have everything else I need but the fruit there is amazing and always fresh
Its like all other H.E.B. stores.youve been to. Its nice, clean, and has a huge variety and selection. I recently got Shrimp from the seafood dept. and was very pleased with my purchase. Along with some Lobster tails. They food was fresh and the price is good too. Will definatley return.
This is a newer location and everything was very well stocked, very clean inside and employees were extremely helpful and polite!
Every time I try to give this store another shot, I am quickly reminded why I don’t go. Employees are so rude! It doesn’t take much to say excuse me or to acknowledge someone. Rude Rude Rude. But it is Baytown, you can’t expect much.
Clean, organized, helpful, and consumer friendly. Some of the best things are the snack lunchables right up front, a large cooler with drinks by the self check out, no more going register to register to find the soda you want. Go Texan products right up front. Blooms florists are super helpful and there is always a great gift item for everyone on your list. Today, a Monday afternoon, was for some reason extremely crowded so extra registers were opening and each had a bagger. Feel safe shopping here with my little boy even on a crowded day like today. Curbside is a dream! Managers are great and friendly. Best Grocery store ever. But of course it is, its an HEB.
OK, so here we go. Hey baby boomers and everybody remember the old mom and pop grocery store! They had a little bit everything in a small but tidy store; well HEB has a lot of everything in a big store. From pharmacy to pet food and beyond. Its there. Employees are very helpful and often walk you to the item that you cant find. For you retirees and those that are disabled they recognize you and always are helpful and ask if you need help to take your groceries to your car. Im disabled due to a stroke and I always find a buggy charged and ready to go! Rarely do i have a problem finding one. So, pros... you get your exercise because its very spacious... can find almost everything.... great inport finds... hey amigos they have brands galore of fideo!!... for that sopa...a big assortment of produce and salads.... and lots of meats and frozen sections... HUGE parking lot. ... of. .a great delacatesion!! ... oh... deserts galore ... and those great quick dinners. CONS..... it seems to be cold sometimes. Well folks thats about it. Oh , its a great SUPER mom and pop grocery store... just a bit grand in its grocery items and store size! So, Go check check it out! PS.... dont forget to check out the clearance sections, some great finds!!
We went to get Salmon patties. As usual they were good. I also picked up a couple of cantaloupe. I washed them to prevent any disease. The cantaloupe could have ripened just a bit and they would have been better. They were sweet.
Amazing customer service, and they always have amazing fresh food from the bakery and sushi sections!
I have always liked H‑E‑B and their products. But today very concerned that their not enforcing the mask wearing in the store. They have signs that say it’s mandatory so then enforce it. I saw at least 10 people walking around without them. Let’s help stop the spread of COVID in Harris County.

We love the sushi area. They always offer my son something new to try. One thing missing is an easy photo print kiosk. They have everything else so I was surprised that wasnt there. Love the store!
Unlike Wally World HEB understands how to please customers. No waiting in lines at checkout!. All the food is fresh and reasonably priced. Thanks is HEB!!!
Love the salad section! Almost always out of Avocado Ranch Dressing in individual packets... The only thing I have an issue with is whomever masks the salads are using too much of the heart of the lettuce, of iceberg lettuce. Those hard pieces arent delectable not appetizing.
I didnt care for this location and wont return unless its extremely convenient. Its set up like most H-E-Bs Ive been in. The customer service was awful. Went to the deli to get some lunch meat and waited forever for anyone to ask if I needed help, not to mention there was a lady in front of me waiting. It took 5 people about 15 minutes to wait on the lady in front of me then another 15 minutes to wait on me. They never talked directly to either of us with the exception of what meat we wanted and what cut.... If I didnt absolutely need the lunch meat, for evening snacks I committed to making, I wouldnt have stayed. If I do return to this location I definitely wont be getting anything from the lunch meat deli area. However, this location is easy to see and get to right off of Garth.
Always have what I need and if they dont have it,they will order it.

2022-05-25Curbside needs to do better! I had to come back after picking up my order to have 8 dinted cans exchanged. So the employee that exchanged them brought me 3 dinted cans!

2021-07-26Super impressed… having moved here from California… I also agree with one of the reviewers below… wish we had had this in CA! I was not expecting anything special at this Baytown location… but I was blown away…fresh everything, excellent customer service, produce is way better than Kroger and for someone who only shopped at Whole Foods and Costco in the past, this has become my Whole Foods local grocery-replacement.It’s clean and spacious and even has a gas station out front. The layout is spacious and thoughtful and even with lots of people and kids milling around, it never feels packed… tons of parking outside, and even a K-beauty corner with sheet masks (good quality essentials have been selected in the pharmacy section so this mirrors how a Whole Foods incorporates this type of section, just much bigger)The only thing is that this location doesn’t ever (I’ve been here 8 times) have is sliced pork belly, (a Texan told me that each H-E-B has slightly different offerings) so I pick it up when we are visiting friends in Summerwood.

2022-05-04Always have a good experience with grocery delivery and pick up, as well as in-store shopping. I wish I would have caught the name of the girl who did my shop today for my grocery pickup, she was excellent and so nice and friendly, what a sweet girl. They were out of my creamer and she offered to go back in and get me something else, but it wasnt a necessity so I declined. Thank you!!

2022-06-29HEB Baytown floral department created some amazing arrangements for table center pieces and rose vases for a memorial service for my family. The ladies there went above and beyond to ensure we had the number the design and the special roses that I loved so much. Everything was so beautiful, perfection and delivered on time. Thank you, def going to refer others to you and do business again.

2022-02-02Its a grocery store, very competitive pricing, lots of store branded items of great quality. Lots of in-store coupons for bundle type shopping. Better than most selection on produce and meats. They also carry plenty of garden plants, and pots, as well as Bar-B- Q pits and fire pits, and lawn and patio items.

2022-05-03I love HEB But I ordered a cake for my baby shower. I went to pick up and they never put my order in. I was very disappointed on the bakery department and the lead manager only apologized, like really? I had to wait 2 hours for them to make my cake and on top of that they didn’t do it the way I wanted it to look like

2022-06-29This is the 3rd time I’ve gone up here and the store doesn’t have the product the advertised for sale on the front page of their ad. 1st time they said I’d gotten there late and they’d sold out but the last two weeks I went the morning the sales prices went into effect and neither time they had either of these products stocked. I asked 2 employees and a manager and just got told to keep coming back and checking. Don’t advertise cheap steaks and shrimp just to get people in and then not even have the one or two cheap items!
