Ive never had a bad experience at any HEB in Raymondville Harlingen, Mercedes etc. But this HEB in Elsa un particular I like the most. Always smiling workers and friendly atmosphere. Uv been a DG assistant manager for 13 years and understands the pressure worker have. Whether yoir an sticker,cashier management etc. But you wouldnt know it with these worker at the Elsa Texas HEB. I travel 25 miles just ro shop there. Its my friendly neighborhood HEB.🇺🇲✌
Great customer service always!! This is a small store so I dont always find what Im looking for but I find most of my list. The meat is always of great quality. I would give them five stars but the fruit and vegetable section could improve. Overall I do recommend it because HEB is always great quality.

This store is always nice and clean...I always see employees rounding up carts and keeping busy. Plus, I love all the in store coupons and deals they have. I usually shop at Walmart but I might have to come here more often.
Its a grocery store.The food prices are actually a little high for my taste. I just moved here from out of state and food prices were less expensive than here. Its kind of surprising because the federal wage here in Texas is still the federal minimum, compared to starting pay of 12 to 13 an hour for state wage in California.
Very very disappointed. Register stopped working and instead of attending us to another register we were there waiting for a long time for them restart it again and again. Super frustrating. As a manager or supervisor they should have taken us to a different register. Wasted my damn time there is what I did. Even my spouse said aloud to take us to a different register but nope they had us waiting like dumba**es. Thanks H.E.B elsa! Great Customer Service.
Absolutely love coming to this H.E.B everyone is so friendly , acknowledging there customers from the time you walk into the store to the time you leave. Even the workers throughout the aisles stocking say Hello. Awesome job yall.
Convinient grocery store located close to home were you can find almost anything food related for every recipe you crave great selection of fresh produce and meat from their instore meat market and they also have a bakery/deli for cheese and ham and fesh bread they have easy selection of wic items and helpful staff.
Very nice small HEB like ours in Edinburg. Went to a relatives funeral. Bought some rotisserie chicken. It was freshly cooked. Everyone liked it.
Alot to choose from at the time. Alot of great deals. Special cuts of meat for the Spanish market. Great selection of fresh fruit and veggies that are local.

The store is always kept clean. Every time I pass by this town and visit this store its well kept. I like how they had plenty of cashiers. Yes, the store is always packed, but common, its the only HEB nearby around all these small towns. They have plenty of other stores too in the same lot. You got wingstop, Dominos pizza, and a t-mobile store.

They got a nice well organised bakery they also got a nice well organised Meet market The store clerks are real fast I really like this store I should be going there more,The is only one issue I have is that I can’t stand the floor because it looks bad it’s like they’re low grade concrete it looks just like the outside sidewalk. Other than that it’s just as good as any other HEB.

Great service great deals, everything you can ask for, I usually go here to buy my groceries and I always have a good outcome. Yes there is a gas station here. There is a public bathroom and a place to pay your bills. Over all the service is 10/10

Its nice and clean havent had a bad experience here at this store. Just wish there was a more variety of makeup selection like any other HEB store. Also the ppl at the DELI department (Ham section) should be more helpful and not just have ppl waiting to get help.
Because of the cold weather, they eere out of many items. But there only 2 things on my list I didnt find. All the stores in the RGV are trying to recover from the cold weather and blackout.
I needed to send money to fiance in florida via western union. They wouldnt help me because my drivers license expired and dmv is closed. My appointment is in 2 months. I always shop here in elsa for past 44 years. They lost me forever. Will shop at walmart from now on. Better selection and variety. Lower prices. Fu%k heb 🖕🖕

Because if you got didnt like waiting in line to be checked out computers went down so delayed even longer they need more registers on open lanes even though most of a more open especially doing peak hours or when theres a expecting a lot of people

Good grocery store, not as big as others, but their fruits and vegetables are ripper than other grocery stores. They have quality food selection here at good prices!
I grew up on HEB way before I ever heard of Walmart or before Walmart was built in Elsa. So to me, H.E.B. was it. H.E.B. products were all I knew. So whenever I go out of state for a prolonged amount of time and I eventually come home, H.E.B. takes me back to a time of some very fond memories. Okay. Enough of this before I get all choked up.
Its a very clean prpfessional grocery store. I like going there. Lots of great choices.

Went to pick up Rx, bad service by the techs especially one named Julie I believe. Very arrogant. Had been a customer since they opened, will transfer my prescriptions to another location.
Good items and glade they have now queso fresco with the banana leaf so good.

2022-06-27The people working here need an attitude adjustment or communication skills training. the girl that was bagging for me was just giving off horrible faces and the girl scanning gives you the silent treatment even when you say hello, good morning theyre not friendly like the other HEBs from the moment you walkin no one greets you. Its just a horrible atmosphere overall you cant find a worker when you need to find something, you literally have to walk to a paying station just to get help even then they act like they hate having to helping you. which I will not be returning here. Id rather drive all the way to weslaco HEB then to ever return to this horrible place. You cant find certain items that you can at weslacos HEB. They should change the name to HED here everything is different. From higher prices on fruits and veggies to the workers that need to learn how to communicate. I will not be returning here and I recommend anyone that needs anything go to the weslaco HEB where they will treat you like a human being and not a pest.

2022-04-24Waited patiently in BBQ line. Got to place my order of tacos. Dont have tortillas, I just saw an ice chest full I replied. Ill go ask if I can the boy says to me. This kid is lazy and should take customer service classes. Never had problems ordering tacos before.
