H30 Water Systems experts installed a magnificent swimming pool in my backyard and clearly explained everything about the maintenance of my swimming pool. They were extremely polite and professional. I would definitely like to avail their swimming pool service in the near future and would recommend others to avail their swimming pool installation services.
Very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. H3O provided a comprehensive plan for irrigating our front and back yard with sprinklers and drip lines. They did a great job doing up front planning. The project went smoothly and to results were exactly what we discussed. We called them a year after to investigate a leak and they were responsive, identifying the issue and resolving on the spot. Highly recommend.
When they come, they do a good job. Terrible customer service. I was skipped in the schedule a few times with no explanation. After confronting them, having to prove to them what my scheduled weeks are and that they skipped my entire week, they finally sent someone out. I didnt get my emailed invoice so I didnt know to pay...once i realized i had not paid them in a while, i immediately paid them. The next week they didnt show up. When i called and spoke with a manager I was told they cancelled my service this week and rescheduled me for the next week because my payment was late. Did they call to tell me this? Nope. Did they call to ask where my payments was or if i received the invoice? Nope. Did they call to let me know they cancelled my regular service week and rescheduled me for the next week? Nope. Zero communication from them to me. For me it was 4 strikes(skipped service dates), and youre out.It really is a shame, because we have used H3O sprinklers for years and years for anything sprinkler related and Tony and his adorable boxer were awesome!! We recommended him to anyone that mentioned sprinklers. Unfortunately, when they opened the pool division in the last year or so, the great customer service did not carry over.On to Sunray Pool Service.
I had another pool service company in Houston and always thought my pool looked great... until I came to San Antonio and switched to H3O. These guys know their stuff! They are knowledgeable and efficient with their chemicals and do a thorough cleaning job every time.
H3O is a great company to do business with! They were very quick to come out and resolve my issues, all for a very reasonable price! They have done work on both my irrigation system and pool, and I would most definitely be using them in the future, and would recommend them to family and friends!
H3O designed and built our pools, deck, and sprinkler system. They did a beautiful job on all. Their customer service is top notch! Tony Moore is dedicated to making sure the job is done right and that his customers are satisfied.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!! They are very unprofessional. I had a so called technician come to my property in a muscle shirt and shorts, with no pen or paper asked to use mine also told me his phone was dead if I could take pictures and send them to him. Technician didn’t solve any issues I wanted my pump replaced that’s it how much were you going to to charge me to replace my pump as well as replace sand for one of my filters. Hmm he didn’t solve anything but yet was hounded to pay the diagnostic fee.
Horrible experience, pump wasnt working so I figured since it was so close to winter Id look into buying a heated pump once and for all. Called the technician and told them my wife would be the one at home but if they had any questions on the work to call me. They steamrolled my wife with diagnostic work about the known broken pump, a pressure gauge and a pool light, completely neglecting a quote for a heat pump which was the only work I wanted. They hassled my wife for payment on that fee, saying it would be waived if we did the grand of other work they recommended. In the end she was so stressed I decided to pay the fee so that they would stop requesting by email and phone for her to pay them, I got a letter almost two months after their work and sent them their money so that this would end. Going back to my old pool company, they were backed up on work but they are worth it, I dont know how these people have so few reviews, they must be doctored.
Had them come and do a full leak inspection of my pool. They pressured checked all lines and dyed tested the pool. However, the guy rushed with the dye test and didnt find all the leaks. I had to go back in and dye test the pool again and found more leaks.After that I wasnt too confident that they could do the repair job so I decided not to go with them. I figure if I am going to pay $95 an hour the inspector should work with some purpose and pay attention to detail. Not a horrible experience just not satisfied with what I paid for.
The technicians and management are very professional people to deal with. The organization purposely seeks out specialized training for the employees so that they can service their clients better than most pool companies in the greater San Antonio area. These people really want to make sure that their clients really enjoy their pool and have a true working relationship with H3O.
I contracted H3o for my sprinkler system and they did have a leak after the system was installed. they quickly found the problem and fixed it. I am very pleased with the work that was done. They were very knowledgeable and professional.
I was never given an estimate on a pool pump with labor, Just labor. The estimatet was $349.00. I was never given an estimate by Scott or anyone else for the pump. I could have bought the pump online for$250-279.00 and had another company put it in for $175. When H30 finished I was handed a bill for $713.43 . I am 74 year old widow on a fixed income which I informed the girl in the office. I gave them a check for $350.00 thats all I had.
I used the leak detection service. I was skeptical at first because of the hourly rate with no guarantees. It does make sense though because of the difficulty. Leak was in fact detected in approximately 4 hours. I was happy with that. They quoted me a price to repair the leak but I decided to do that work myself. When I broke the concrete the leak was pretty darn close to where I was told. I would use again.
H3O is a great company. When I lived in San Antonio they maintained both my pool and sprinkler systems. The workers were very friendly and were always able to answer any questions I had.

I needed a bid on my pool remodel. They came out on a Tuesday and seemed knowledgeable. They said I needed a leak detection that they could probably do by the end of the week and needed a few days to put together the quote. By Friday, my wife calls for the quote...its not ready yet...by Wednesday (over a week later) I call and they tell me they cant put together a quote until I have a leak detection done. WHAT?? Why was just waiting a over a week for to be told this? The guy on the phone acts like its a known fact and brushes it off, asks me would I like to schedule it, earliest they have open is in another 10 days!!i keep asking why they waited to tell me this, no answer...but as a favor, they could get do it in 6 days...are you kidding me h30....I dont sit there and wait for a botched order from mcdonalds worth $10, why in the world would I trust you to be where you say you will be and do what you say you will, when you say you will.? My pool remodel will easily be over 20,000...why would I be so stupid to let this happen. If you choose to do business with this company after reading this review, then you yourself are to blame for keeping this people with this level of incompetence in busines
Dealing with Tony was a pleasure his company did an great job. We needed our sprinkler system repaired after having a pool put in and his company not only fixed the damage but made it better than it was. I look foward to using H3O agin in the future.
I feel so glad they immediately repaired my irrigation system. I didnt wait hours for them to arrive, and when they did arrive they got right to business. This is the 2nd time Ive used their service, and theyve followed through and excelled both times!

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I have never experienced a company so intent on not doing work. They dont show up for appointments and their prices are outrageous if you ever get to the point of receiving one. Everything is going to require a complete replacement. They only want large projects, so they will find a way to make yours large. I recommend staying away from this company.
Customer service has improved steadily during past two years. Quality of employees is above average. My expectations are high and H3O meets or exceeds them. I would recommend H3O to my friends.

I set up an appointment for an initial consultation between 9 and 12. Not only did no one show up, I never received a phone call to let me know that my appointment was being skipped. Three hours wasted...poor customer service

2019-07-31I was on the lookout for a cost-effective Sprinkler irrigation system in San Antonio which would ensure an optimum amount of water usage and prevent my plants in the garden area from getting rot. Luckily, I got to know about H3O Water Systems and hired them. The experts marvellously designed an effective drip irrigation system, which works efficiently, saves water, helps my plant to grow and prevents me from paying costly water bills.

2021-06-10I needed to have my Polaris booster pump replaced. H3O scheduled an appointment. Great. Then they called to reschedule. OK. And then again, they called to reschedule (something to do with the techs vehicle not working). Hmmm.....And then again, they called to reschedule (again vehicle issues). And finally, on the day I was supposed to finally have it installed, they rescheduled again, stating that the pump that was supposed to have been installed weeks ago - wasnt in! What!?! I cancelled everything. I do not recommend. UPDATE: The tech who originally came out to diagnose the problem with the pump stated that I needed a new pump, and that the pump and installation would cost $772.00. WRONG - the pump only needed a new impeller - cost: $43.99. Just an FYI.

2020-08-28I have used H30 water system before for leak detection on my pool with great service and was fixed correctly. I had another problem and Robbie came to the rescue again, great service and located cracks in the pool causing the leaks and water loss. I was losing an inch or two a day, fixed the cracks on Tuesday and I have not added water in 4 days. Great job Robbie cant Thank you enough.

2019-01-22With my full schedule, I dont have time to maintain my pool. H30 has been my lifesaver. Since then there were no issues with a clogged pipe in my pool. Theyre are very reliable and deliver with the best results.

2013-09-24Ive been a landscaper (residential & commercial) for over 30 years and have used just about every sprinkler company in town for my irrigation installation and service work. Tony Moore has assembled an excellent team of very skilled techs and installers. H3O is by far the best sprinkler company Ive ever dealt with. They are honest, install top notch quality products, render excellent service and they always take care of any warranty issues that may arise. Wish I had these guys 30 years ago.I found out Tony started a swimming pool division to H3O and they are now doing all of our decking, tile and plaster work for my apartment complexes. Once again, he has gathered an excellent crew to run this division. H3O is also cleaning my swimming pool now and it hasnt been so crystal clear and clean feeling ever.Love these guys!!

2016-01-09I contracted with H3O to completely redo my 60 year old in ground pool. The service I received from this company was exceptional and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs extensive repairs/ remodeling of an inground pool. They consistently showed up on time, did exactly what they promised and cleaned up every evening before they left. The project was completed in the time they promised at the price they quoted. They followed up after the job and I continue to use them when I need pool service.

2015-10-21I had H3O come out and check my pool to give me an estimate for repair and or renovation work. I had a concern that some movement in my decking and associated hairline crack in my pebble tec plaster if not repaired might cause significant damage to my pool. I appreciate that they gave me an honest evaluation that other than for some minor cosmetic reasons that they did not see a need for me to do anything at this time. In a few years when it is truly time for a complete pool renovation, I know Ill get honest work from H3O Water Systems.

2015-11-10My company worked with H3O Water Systems to complete a repair to our installation. The customer had our coating existing on their pool deck. When the coating had to be removed and replace for a small plumbing repair, H3O worked directly with us (the installation company) to replace, so that the homeowner wouldnt have to worry about it.Excellent customer service on their part, great company to work with!!

2016-04-24We are writing a review for H3O Water Systems because they did a great job on our new sprinkler system! We decided to install a sprinkler system in our front yard but didn’t really know the process. They were very knowledgeable and told me all my options and then pick one that best suited my lawn. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs any irrigation services in San Antonio!

2018-07-19My 20+ year old pool needed some new life. I asked H3O to retile and replaster the pool and to install a new pump, filter and Polaris setup with the associated replumbing. All work was completed to my utmost satisfaction. Awesome job! From the estimating to the scheduling, demo work, tiling, plastering and equipment install, all work was timely, efficient and professionally performed. Workers were friendly and fully explained what was being done. Upon completion, all evidence of construction work was completely cleaned up. I highly recommend H3O Water Systems for any pool work.
