The front desk staff were not professional in appearance and interaction. The breakfast was awful and the person serving the breakfast was on their phone and had an attitude every time you asked her to get something that need to be replenished. One of the two tvs in the room was working. The rooms are over priced based on the look and outdated decor. The thing was the gym and that’s because they had just remodeled it. I wouldn’t recommend this place.
We will never stay at this Hilton (Hampton Inn Suites DFW West Hurst) ever again! If you have a problem with your reservations they dont live by the Hilton standard and make it right. Mr. Michael Bird the General Manager made my husband & I sit around in the commons area for almost 1 hr playing games insulting our intelligence claiming he couldnt do anything about his staff member last night who canceled our rewards points one free night but charged our credit card twice and that we could call the Hilton 1800# for help. Other issues No water in the gym, no ice machines same yogart in the window of the gym the 2 days. The building need tobe updated. The room not the cleanness compared to other Hilton properties we have been Hilton reward members since 2009. I am so disappointed.
I dont get the 4.3 Google rating for this place.Pros: Extremely friendly front desk staff; convenient location; guest laundry facility; larger-than-usual room fridge; water pressure in the shower was amazing!Cons: It very badly needs updating(!) (think torn/faded carpets, peeling wall paint, etc); smells old/stale throughout; most of the breakfast items were inedible; the bed was only slightly more comfortable than the ICU hospital room reclining-chair I spent most nights sleeping in for this trip; and no one wore masks in indoor common areas in the midst of a raging pandemic. Come on, yall.
We told all of the front desk staff about the bar sink faucet leaking all over the place. Hope they repair it because with it breaks there is going to be a mess. Also the TV remote does not work the TV. The front desk replaced the batteries but it still did not work. Had to use the side buttons on TV. The sign on the closet mirror that states they will not clean the room unless you need service needs to be removed. I dont like staff in my room when Im not there, so I did not put out the do not disturb because of the sticker on the mirror. They cleaned the room.
The front desk girls were annoyed to have to get off of their phones and perform their work duties. One was cussing and complaining about a coworker’s cleaning performance to the other. Extremely unprofessional. The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom could use more ventilation. Sometimes the staff’s performance can make or break your stay this time and they left much to be desired.
I loved it it has to bedrooms the regular bed is amazing and the other one is a couch and turns into a bed and it is also comfy... there bath room is okay there shower 🚿 the water that comes out of the shower head was not really hard enough for me and it didnt get all the shampoo out. But other wise it was great.
Short staffed! Only saw two young overworked receptionist manning the whole hotel the two nights we stayed. Noticed no other staff to handle maintenance issues that came up in our bathroom door locking mechanism. Receptionist Shianna (sp?), one of the only two people in the entire facility, feverishly but unsuccessfully attempted to assist with the bathroom door lock problem when no hotel maintenance personnel were available anywhere in the hotel to assist. Shianna (sp?) was great! She was respectful, courteous and professional! We appreciated her.Breakfast was bad - Watery juices, cold hard boiled eggs, cold scrambled eggs, dry shoe sole tough sausage patties.Coffee was Great!
Friendly front desk staff..easy checking in as well as approving last minute room floor requests. Excellent location near freeway. In the area things available: coffee , smoothie shop, in and out burger, Dairy Queen, and Walmart less than a mile away. Hotel includes: indoor pool, variety of food for complimentary breakfast, outdoor patio area with mini fire pit. Would love to stay here again when visiting family Im the area!🇺🇸
It was finally quiet in the pool area and we decided to go for a swim. It was so cloudy in the pool we couldnt see our feet in the shallow end. As we ventured into deeper waters, we found clumps of hair clinging to our skin. We found 4 clumps before we could make our escape. The hotel seemed relatively new, but it had not been maintained. The fitness center had only 5 weights of various sizes and no water. Breakfast was only for 2 hours and the last hour we didnt see any workers. It was obvious they were short staff. There were many light bulbs that were out and numerous places where the baseboards were peeling off the wall.
Had a horrible experience after my first night there. Manager on staff continued to reiterate that my card was declining even though it wasnt on my end. It was on theirs, I booked a pre pay and stay for 2 nights for two rooms. They only charged me for one night per room. Then told me that in order to stay the next night I would have to switch cards because the one on file was declined. It was so infuriating because I know there was enough on that card to pay. Then they had me on the phone for 4 hours with Hilton because I booked through them only for the reps to tell me that my card was declining and that I should just pay in cash. I have been a long time Hilton member and have never been treated so poorly at any of my stays. This makes me really want to re-evaluate my choices in hotel. I, also, have pictures of the condition of my room which, I know, are not to Hilton standards by FAR. The saving grace to this stay was a young newer staff member named Kennedy. She was the only one that was trying to assist with the rooming issue.
Booked this Hampton for 2 nights. I came down for breakfast the first morning to be incredibly disappointed. Basically nothing with any nutritional value. No milk was not available for cereal. Ran out of coffee. Doors were closed and breakfast was shut down at 9am. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel is fine. Skip breakfast.
Best Hotel for Accessible Rooms! Open platform bed allows for Hoyer lifts to be used, something many hotels dont offer and simply makes it very difficult to put someone into the bed who uses a Hoyer Lift if the bed underneath is not open. Thank you for knowing what our community needs to be able to travel and transfer safely.
For the price we payed for this room, everything should have been in place and ready for our stay. it wasnt. These things might be small to you but we are very senior people. We were booked on the top floor so everything we needed, we had to go down to the front desk to get resolved. We were missing the ice bucket and the paper towels. They finally brought us a ice bucket but it was the next morning that we noticed that we didn.t have any paper towels. We werent going to go down for the paper towels. We have been staying there everytime I had a local doctors appointment. I think that we are going to stay someplace else next time.
This Hampton Inn needs to be updated. It needs a paint job, carpet replaced and a more modern appearance to the rooms. It was quiet and the breakfast was excellent, but it just had a tired, outdated feel to it. Additionally, even though the website advertises a free shuttle to and from the airport, it no longer provides one.
As a family of 7 hotels are always so hospitable to hosting so many in one room. The Hampton was amazing, not only did we get a room large enough to fit all of us comfortably at a decent rate, they made sure we had extra towels and shampoo/soap. The staff was trustworthy with our belongings and the complimentary breakfast was phenomenal. The pool was clean and water well heated. We were there for a hockey tournament & we will definitely be considering staying there again next year when we came to the same tournament.
The room I got was spacious, well kept, and the hotel has snack hour from 5-7 Monday-Thursday and breakfast starting at 7. The shower has a nice mist-like option you can use and the location is good too. One downside is there were no bananas and sometimes no fruit in the lobby/breakfast area. Other than that, it’s a good stay.
First of all its obvious that these people arent too good at their job because we booked a room 3 months ago and got an email last night that our room was canceled because they over booked which had nothing to do with us and who over books when you only jave so many rooms and when book another one last night and get to Dallas go to the game and come to check in to be told that our reservation was canceled again but we never received any notification. We travel all during the year but we will never go to another Hampton in the world. I feel for something because she canceled their reservation to give us ours.
Breakfast is great! They have fresh smoothies and pressed juice on top of the normal juice they serve. Fruit was definitely fresh and delicious. Didnt have Texas shaped waffles, but they did have a way to spice it up with blueberries and chocolate chips with toppings. Friendly staff. The elevators are decent but sound like they are dying or struggling. Beds are typical and our rooms were clean and smoke free.
Awesome place to stay nice big clean rooms. Had a decent breakfast. Around a few restaurants, but if thats not your thing then there were plenty of places that delivered. Front desk was extremely helpful, when i had to extend my stay twice. Anytime i pass through i will be staying here.
We came here during the winter storm that knocked out the power, and I can honestly say it was one of the most easy, pleasant stays we have ever experienced. They allowed guests some leeway with their dogs, were accommodating of any requests (which was hectic since so many people were there), and they were all very friendly. We know it was a rough week, and we thank you!
We had a great staycation! The staff is great! Super friendly and accommodating. Check in was quick and easy. Very clean hotel! The room was as shown on website. Loved the patio! Very nicely decorated. We also Love that the pool is indoor and open 24hrs a day! Good breakfast lots of options and hot food too! Light refreshments at 5 p.m. weekdays. We had a very nice time.
Great hotel with the suite only being a few dollars more, it offers so much more space as well as seating with a sofa sleeper and chair. The beds are amazing! The kids said the sofa sleeper was comfortable as well. Their pillows are plentiful and no matter what, youll find one that suits you. I have a lot of problems sleeping in hotels due to body/medical issues but I have no problems sleeping here. The staff was very accommodating as well. The kids enjoyed the pool - there were several families there yet it didnt feel like it was crowded at all. I cant comment on the breakfast because I slept through that part (the bed was maybe too comfy lol).Hampton Inn is highly recommended for any type of stay!
Loved this hotel! You can tell the management takes pride in running this hotel. Not only was the room awesome and clean, but the staff were all knowledgeable and nice. The breakfast was very good, more than we expected. The little things make the difference, like the roll of paper towels in each room, and extra bedding for the pull out couch already provided. More tv channels than usual for a hotel. We really enjoyed our stay!
Great hotel! We stayed with our family 3 nights. Staff was very kind. The breakfast was great! Lots of extras that made it super fun for the kids. Happy hour was also way better than any hotel we have been to. The pool and gym were great and we loved that they were open 24 hours. We were not familiar with the area, but found it to be a great location. Lots of restaurants and Starbucks close by. Only 15 minutes to Cook Children’s Hospital where we were bringing our child and only 15 minutes to a great mall in Grapevine. We will for sure be back!
Very clean hotel. Friendly and courteous staff. Clean indoor pool. It was cold, but the kids didnt mind. The 6am-10am breakfast was nice. We werent rushed out of bed worrying about missing it. Very reasonably priced and conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again if need be.
A fantastic stay at this location! A hot & fresh breakfast that ends at a convenient time of 10am. The Texas shaped waffles were my favorite part. They offered a complementary happy hour in the afternoons. The room was clean. Though one of the beds in my room needed maintenance, the staff brings this location to 5 stars. They were willing to do anything to make our stay perfect and easy. The shuttle service to and from our wedding venue was great. I now only want to stay at Hamptons.
This is one of the greatest hotels I have ever stayed. Its a very good hotel but the staff puts them far and above the rest. Helpful true and kind. They even offered to pick up my daughter at the airport during very bad weather and let her have a safe place to arrange her travel plans.
The location of the hotel was very central to food, shopping, gas, & the highway. It was very clean and the breakfast was also very good. I wish the pillows could have been a little bigger and more comfortable. Also, the pink & yellow striped wallpaper in the bathroom was a little much. But, overall a great stay for the wedding we attended.
There was a super crazy lady there! The staff did so well with her ridicule and constant pestering. She was intoxicated, she was clearly missing about 7 screws and watching the staff take her verbal beating and handle with professionalism really made me happy. My kids were a witness to this batty woman’s behavior and the staff was quick to attempt to de-escalate the situation and get her back in her room so we could get back to enjoying our stay. She threatened those poor girls up and down. I left my contact information for them in case they needed a witness to deal with her. My whole family will be back! For sure! Thanks ladies for a great stay, clean, accommodating, friendly and professional. Couldn’t ask for more!
We come about every 2 months. Its always a good feeling when the receptionist remember you and go the extra mile to make sure you and your party of 6 are taken care of. We have never had a problem with our rooms not being up to par and the breakfast buffet is always good. Even the breakfast server volunteers to help me with my 5 babies if my husband isnt there.
Our stay was perfect, I absolutely have nothing bad to say. Great location, check in was smooth, rooms were very comfortable and clean, 24 hr indoor pool, great continental breakfast. Daisy text us from the start of our stay to the end to make sure everything was ok. I will definitely book again. Thank u again,Lila McGhee
Rooms are nicely appointed and up to date. Bed is ok, but not bad. Shower head is exceptional! Being only 6ft I should never have to worry about that I do quite often. I think someome 6-5 could comfortably shower here. The staff is very nice. And as usual the complimentary breakfast is legit. Highly recommended.
Poor sound structure. Upstairs from us a kid continually jumped off the bed and ran back and forth after midnight and started back at 7am. I called the front desk at 1am. I could not take anymore. Pillows were flat. Blankets are rough. Breakfast ran out at 9am and wasnt replenished when it closes at 10a. No coffee at all in the hotel on Sunday morning at full capacity. We will not be back to this location.
Visited for a work conference. Staff was great and very helpful. Room was clean, and bed was comfortable. Only issue I had was that the room smelled a little stale, and the workout facility even more so. Overall its a nice place to stay for business, and it was within walking distance to Hurst Conference Center.
Dont be confused by the rating scale. 5-stars means I loved it not that it is necessarily a 5-star hotel. I did love my stay. Damian greeted me with a great smile and a How was your day? I answered, Long! and Damian got me checked in and on my way in what felt like seconds, not minutes. The breakfast had a few nice options that you dont see everyday...fixins for a steak and egg breakfast burrito...whaaat!?At the end of my second long work day, I arrived just before the evening social ended at 7pm, and I do mean just, with about 1minute to go. As the hostess started clearing items, she noticed that I was a late arrival and asked if she could bring me anything to eat or drink. Awesome customer service!! Ive been to plenty where the staff avoid eye contact as they break down service early. If Im in the area, Ill surely stay again. Clean, large rooms. I even had a ceiling fan in the bedroom of this two-room suite. Great sleep! It is one of the nicest Hampton Inns Ive stayed in, despite work being done on the pool. When thats complete, Id give it 5-1/2 stars.
The location is close to a lot of places since it is easy to hit the freeway. We got a suite which was actually pretty decent size for our family for the price. The breakfast is good and the front desk was very accommodating from bring us a rollaway crib too looking for whole milk for me for my baby. It was a great place.
We picked this location because its halfway between the fort worth convention center, where we had an event, and medieval times (our fun the next day). It was affordable, clean, hospitable, and it had a 24 hour indoor pool and fitness center both of which we used. I also enjoyed the free hot breakfast with good hours (6-10 daily) and the coffee/tea/hot chocolate that was available 24 hours a day. They have happy hour, but I was never around for it.
Right smack in the middle of Dallas and Ft Worth. Right across from the interstate to get you to either place! Great restaurants within walking distance! Happy hour was good to grab a beer and some cheese and crackers or fruit for munching on later! Room was very comfy, and spacious. We even had a couple of chances to enjoy the pool and fitness center that is open 24 hours! Attendants were very hospitable! Definitely would stay here again!
Rooms were spacious and clean. Not impressed with the staff. They were less than helpful when trying to add my hilton honors number to my reservation. The reservation was made by my assistant and I always add my number when I get to my hotel. This one would not do it because I had not made the reservation. Reservation was in my name on the company credit card. The First two employees refused. One offered to add my name and number but wanted to redo the whole reservation. I could see that going bad and being double billed so I said no. As I was checking out a third employee said are you a hilton honors member, I can add your number to this if you like. Pretty simple.
I wish I could say better for this hotel but unfortunately I cant. From the crazy amount of mold in the room we were assigned and the lack of care from management about the issue. They didnt care enough about peoples health after they moved us from that moldy room and assured me it wouldnt be rented again the next day they had people in the room putting their health at risk. It was a shame to be called a Hampton which typically has higher standards.
Staying there currently, there was a gas leak and I was sleep. Woke up coughing and throat itchy. I moved rooms but that was a little scary. I didnt like the fact reception is only Monday thru Thursday.....Fridays people want to relax not have to go find a place to eat or just sit and relax. A little disappointing considering you guys are associated with Hilton Honors. Consider changing some things and I think you guys will be atleast a 4 star hotel....
Hotel is clean.. quiet and good well lit parking.... We were on the second floor by the elevator and honestly did not hear anything all night... 😀We stayed here because I had a 7am surgery scheduled the next morning @ Saint Camillas Medical... Hotel is next to hospital and dunkin donuts... We had a 2 minute walk from our room to hospital...Highly recommend... Book online for a fair rate and sign up for hilton honors perks
Upon returning home I discover that we were charged $20 per day for incidental expenses. The only incidental things we did were park, ride the elevator and take in the FREE breakfasts and FREE happy hours. There was no documentation of this underhanded charge prior to our stay and would not have stayed there if we had known that the $114 per night was really a $134 per night charge.Otherwise, the facilities were quite nice.
Rein is the absolute worst!!!! She is so rude and disrespectful. I will never stay or recommend anybody I know to ever stay at this hotel if she employed there. It’s one thing to say something is your policy but to talk to customers the way she does is very unprofessional. I have been staying with the Hilton for YEARS and a Gold member and I never dealt with anything like this. She needs some serious customer service training.
When they make it difficult for the bride to make room reservations for her own wedding after blocking and filling EVERY room that I blocked (which was the maximum they would let me), then wanting to book my room at the regular rate instead of the special group rate when again, Im the one that brought them the wonderful problem of filling all of those rooms, Im severely displeased with the run-around I was given, the pushy nature of the staff I spoke with, and the inability of the group-reservation manager Susan to get back with me because everyone kept telling me she was the one I HAD to speak with. She did call me back, only to tell me that anyone at the front desk should be able to take care of my request. This is after THREE individual calls to the hotel and every single one of the individuals that answered were extremely eager to pawn me off to someone else instead of booking my reservation. The fourth was when they tried to charge me more than they charged my guests that I encouraged to book at their hotel. I hope they treat my guests better than they have treated me.
Got stuck next to the elevator and it is LOUD. We can hear all of the mechanical and electrical sounds in the room... we can even hear the elevator ding when it arrives on the floor. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. And, the staff wont move us because they are sold out... even though priceline shows 3 available rooms... understandable. What I cant understand is that this is a newer hotel and the sound proofing is non-existent. Totally dissatisfied with this hotel.
Overall ok just for sleeping. Thin walls. It was over cleaned, my daughter used a towel and 12 hours later still smelt of the detergent from it. Duck feather pillows (not good for those with allergies). AC was either too cold or not cold enough. Tiny breakfast space was packed and was a 20 min wait for a waffle. Power plugs on only one side of the bed. Fridge took 5 hours to cool a soda.
Our family orchestrated a graduate party at the Hampton 6/30/14. The staff was delightful, the room was a perfect size, and the cost was reasonable. It was not cheap, but it was a fair price. It worked better than other locations, so I asked Susan Watts, Sales Dir to work with me. She did and we agreed on a slight discount. Every need was met that was possible on the night of the event. Fantastic Balloons decorated and Dewayne Buggs All About You catering service from Garland was delish, simple, healthy, and lite (as my son wanted). Our only issue was their recessed lights did not work. They were suppose to light up the food during service while the mingle was going on in a dim lit room. That didnt go over well, but we improvised. The night manager tried to make it right. We had more guest than expected and 2 more tables were added, before the event started. The staff was just phenomenal and the event? Best ever for our son forever. Thanks for the memory, Hampton crew.
Did not even stay. Front desk clerk was so rude and pretentious, that I needed to find somewhere else to stay. I had just spent several hours cleaning out my moms house after her death and I was tired, dirty and sad. I had a truck hauling a small closed trailer. I was told to park across the street at the civic center because there were not enough spaces for me to park at the hotel. I had someone mess with my trailer on my way out to Texas and told them I was not comfortable parking across the street. I was told that other people might complain that I took up more than one space. I stayed at three different hampton inns on my way out here and this had not been a problem. They asked me to unhitch the trailer and only take up two parking spaces. I took pictures of the parking lot as I left. At 7 that evening, there were less than 10 cars in the lot and plenty of room for me to park. I went to the homewoods suites in Bedford which was much further out of the way, but the desk clerk was so nice and helpful. People traveling often have to haul small trailers, this hotel made me feel like trash. I can always deal with problems that come up at hotels, but I dont do pretentious. There is a reason that both hotels on either side were completely booked and their parking lot was empty. I am an H HONORS member and stay at hampton inns several times a month ... this was the first time I was so uncomfortable that I could not get out of there fast enough. These are the pictures I took as I left the hotel parking lot ... any of these spaces would have easily accommodated the truck and trailer, but at that point in time I just wanted to leave.
I make mistake stay in this place the other one Hilton down street 10 times better and price is the same I check the price with them and its the same its the other one plus this one is 1 bed stead 2 beds its the other one plus break fast its fridge food plus they out in cream for coffee plus the guy works in Sunday night he likes his is not very happy just to be in social media his phone.Time to move.
Nice and clean hotel but HOT and when you call downstairs they just tell you that you cant turn the air conditioner to 70 on a hot Texas day or itll freeze up. Its early June so definitely dont stay here in august!!!! Shouldve stayed next door at holiday inn express.
Website states complementary shuttle to DFW airport. Does not state only M-F. Arrived on Sunday, had to get ride to hotel. Asked for Monday schedule, they said starting at 6:00AM and every top of the hour. I was down and ready at 7:30 AM. No shuttle. At 7:45 I ask front desk. It would be awhile, its on its way. I sat by the window, no shuttle. At 8:15 I go ask again. They get me an Uber driver. Pathetic Shuttle service!!

2022-02-06The biggest reason I am giving five stars is because of Ahjonae. She helped my husband with booking this hotel for me super last minute during the ice storm. I am a nurse who works nearby and needed a local place to stay while working through the storm. She made sure everything was taken care of for me and knew exactly who I was the moment I walked in the door. She was SO NICE and incredibly accommodating. Excellent customer service! The room was also clean and comfortable, I slept great. And the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend staying here.

2022-04-27Comfortable and quiet. Off the beaten path just the right amount. The staff has always treated me so kindly and accommodating to the extreme! Today I had a beer in the lobby after classes all day. Completely needed that, thank you. The breakfast is pretty standard hotel compliment, but you can tell how much the cook cares about the food, cleanliness, and presentation. My rooms have all been clean and comfortable. Never out of sorts, at all. This little hotel is booked solid pretty regularly, so book early. Thanks for letting me stay with you.

2022-02-22Back for a second stay. We chose it because of its location and amenities. Upon arrival, we were greeted with complimentary water bottles. Our room was clean and warm. I love that small details like the bathroom lights are dust free. Something that is sometimes overlooked. Plenty of towels. Coffee maker, microwave and mini fridge all clean. Breakfast is served daily and with plenty of options. Coffee and tea is always available. Pool area is clean. New gym is clean. Lots of parking space. And lots of locations to eat within a small area. Even 2 restaurants you can walk to. We will definitely stay again.

2021-11-28Michael and his staff were all incredible. We stayed here for a big family thanksgiving gathering. Our plans went sideways when our local family member could no longer use her home for our gathering. Without going into too much detail, Michael and his staff helped us still be able to do our family thanksgiving at the hotel. I’ve been staying at hotels throughout California all the way to the east coast. By far the best customer service I’ve had coupled with very comfortable beds, cleanliness and the over-the-top customer care ensuring we got to have our thanksgiving was incredible. All of us traveled from in state and our of state, and Michael and his staff’s hotel accommodations were an incredible blessing to us. Thank you and God bless all you hotel staff.

2022-06-27Towels werent refreshed beds werent made. I had to notify them there werent any snacks in my room and then they werent refreshedthe next day. I paid for premium. The floor wasnt vaccumed during the stay. The trash wasnt emptied. The weird part is they brought in new paper cups and chose not to address the previously mentioned items. I had to walk through the lobby to use the pool. Apparently, you have to use the digital key to enter from the hall within the hotel. Whos taking their phone to the pool? One of the elevators also malfunctioned while there and in the restroom downstairs a toilet that had water overflowing onto the floor. I let the front desk personnel know about the toilet but nothing came of it. Lots of minor cosmetic flaws and breakfast was lackluster. I didnt even bother with breakfast my second day there. Overall, the stay was okay. It was quiet and the common areas were clean. The location is good for exploring the area and staff is polite.

2022-04-25Micheal, the GM, Was pleasant and great to talk to while he checked in our baseball team. The lobby was great for the boys to eat their pizza as a group. They enjoyed the patio and the pool. Breakfast was a hit! The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay here again.

2022-05-15I needed a room ASAP for personal reasons and they honored my Diamond 48-hour guarantee. Tom with the front desk was awesome. I really felt welcomed here and Tom was a big reason for that. The room was great and I have zero complaints. Thanks again, you really took good care of me.

2022-05-07Even in the middle of the night, the service was amazing. We got marooned by an airline. They were a little to far for a shuttle, but we had a friend to give us a ride. Rooms are clean, comfortable, and quiet. Breakfast was good. Staff amazing.

2022-05-28We stayed here for a seminar last weekend and neither of us got more than a few hours sleep the 2 nights we were there. The beds are so hard, and the king size bed had only 3 fluffy pillows but needed 4 because they went completely flat when you lay on them. Luckily I had a pillow in the car. The refrigerator was sticky so everytime you opened it one side would slide out. We had to pull pretty hard to open the door causing all of the drinks to come flying out. Otherwise the room was pretty clean. The hallways need dehumidifiers to get rid of the dank smell.Honestly had we not paid $156/ night I guess its not that bad, but weve stayed at many different places and thats a bit overpriced for the room we stayed in.

2022-05-24This hotel was great along with the location! The beds were comfy and rooms were tidy, and manager was friendly and attentive to our needs! Shopping areas and restaurants were very close! The breakfast was good!
