Hampton Inn & Suites El Paso-Airport in El Paso
Great experience, rooms were clean and well kept. Staff were welcoming and friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we were taken care of. The hot breakfast was great, more than I expected and everything was really good. Staff take COVID mitigation measures seriously, everyone wearing face coverings, everyone cleaning and sanitizing, which is refreshing to see and gave us peace of mind. Airport shuttle was clean, quick, efficient. Will be back here next time I visit El Paso!
The room was clean and nice. Our bed was very comfortable. Had a difficult time managing the room temperature, and the toilet paper holder in the bathroom kept falling off the wall. They dont carry the Paramount channel so we missed the latest episode of Yellowstone. However, the complimentary breakfast was very good with a good variety. And the greatest pleasant surprise was the in-room coffee was very good. Usually hotels have very bad in-room coffee but this Hampton Inns coffee was very good and not bitter. Thanks for that.
Gracie is very rude, every time i stay here she never seems to want to work and is always bothered when we guests disturb her, also isnt breakfast supposed to be from 6-10?? Why is Gracie saying the kitchen closes at 7:16!! Horrible service, wouldnt recommend :( i used to love this hotel, guess ill find another
Stayed for a night. Close to the airport. A bit dated decor, but the staff were very friendly and courteous. The room was clean and organized.Pool was out of service, but no biggie. There are several restaurants and shopping nearby also. They were serving a full breakfast but I had an early flight so I had to skip it.I would stay here again.
My stay at the Hampton Inn was for business. Their staff are extremely helpful and friendly. They never failed to greet someone as they walked in to the hotel or down from their room into the lobby. The hotel is older and therefore I understand some items ie furniture have worn down but overall it was a good experience and next time Im in the El Paso area I will stay here.
Stayed in a one bedroom suite which was spacious, clean an also came with fresh refrigerated air. Staff was great as well , they answered any questions I had. Only issue I had since I’m a light sleeper was you could hear cars constantly on I-10 through the night. Even with ear plugs on. Aside from that everything else was great!
The staff here were very friendly and welcoming. We were staying here during a volleyball tournament and they added extra touches for the players throughout the hotel. But....our mattresses were too firm and uncomfortable. It felt like we were laying on a floor. The bottom shelf in our bathroom was covered in a nice thick layer of dust, indicating it hadnt been wiped in a while. There was food from the previous occupants left in the mini fridge, telling me they hadnt paid any attention to that either. Staying here during COVID and seeing all this reassurance that they were making sure that they were doing as much as they could in regards to sanitizing, I sure didnt feel confident that they actually were. It was all just a bluff. Very disappointed in Hilton.
Stayed in the suite. Had a decent size kitchen and living room which was cool. Full size fridge, a stove top and dish washer. Clean and had so much room. The bedroom was down the hall across from the bathroom. Downside is house keeping didn’t leave us soap. Other than that it was a nice little place.
Stayed for a month staff was friendly. Free breakfast was fair, food was nothing special but the smoothies were outstanding! Free shuttle is nice because its not within walking distance of much. The gym wasnt bad for a hotel. Had to pay for use of laundry, my pet peeve at hotels, how many people are doing laundry on vacation that they cant cover that expense.
I do not have a personal experience at the hotel yet but I am writing this review to say that the staff are absolutely wonderful! My husband was staying away from home over his birthday and the staff was eager to help us celebrate him from afar. I called to ask if I could simply have a note slipped under his door to wish him happy birthday but the staff had WAY more in mind! I was passed from one helpful associate to the manager who worked with me to find out his favorite cake, snack and drinks. They loaded his room with these treats and printed/framed the photo of our daughter as poster with their own message from all of us. It made him feel so special and made me feel so honored! Thank you, THANK YOU for taking care of our family in this way!
On September 5th me my husband and two kids got a room room 232 the next day we decided to get another night went down payed everything seemed squared away we left with belongings in our room under the impression we where coming back got a call about 25 min later from front desk manager Rick that the card was declined we where already at a family function couldn’t up and leave we made that clear Rick said it was fine ..... about an hour or two later we pull back up to pick up out belongings which they had packed for us but my $300 shoes where not packed with everything else no one here is helpful they are implying my shoes where never here or that I’m lying my shoes where brand new and u do not have money like that to spoil myself every now n then this company has no regard for ur personal belongings or how u may feel waiting to hear back from corporate I’m not letting this situation go
I really enjoyed being at this hotel. Rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable. Service desk and supporting staff are friendly and professional. Absolutely adored the lady at the breakfast area; so nice and accommodating. The only downside was it was disappointing to see that no effort was made to change out the toner on the printer. The maid came to my room shortly after 8am one morning (forgot to put the tag up) to clean my room and she huffed and puffed to let me know she was not happy that she was being turned away. Breakfast fell a little short with some food items being burnt and/or salty and over seasoned. Overall, that did not deter me from enjoying my experience here. Great place to sit back and enjoy the evening social hour with food and drinks.
Lovely hotel.Very good wind blocker. This area has a lot of wind and is super quiet on the inside.Reception clean. The room they gave me was one of their small suites.Super big.Complete kitchenDine in tableLeaving room with TVSmall deskBig hall with bathroom sinkBig bathroomPrivet bedroom with two beds, closet and tv.Simply you are able to be with your family and stay in with no problems of space. You can also cook comfortably.Breakfast is still served. Cold things but you are able to have at least yogurt, cereal and other stuff to go. They will serve your stuff to avoid the covid spread.
This is a very nice hotel. Well appointed and clean. The daily housekeeping was divine. Breakfast looked great, but I only eat oatmeal which had a wide variety of toppings. There was always bagels, bread for toast, yogurt, meat, eggs, potatoes, make your own waffles, and fresh fruit. Loved the scones and muffins. I drank coffee and tea all day and it was always fresh. Also, happy hour Monday through Thursday was over the top! Free wine, beer appetizers, lasagna, veggies. Incredible service and the staff at the front desk went way above and beyond! I locked myself out 7 times (don’t ask!). We also sat outside comfortably and used the pool. Rear hotel!!
Very great hotel very clean rooms and comfortable beds. My fiancee andI stayed here for the first time for the weekend. Danica and Gabriel made us feel very welcome very great customer service. This is the reason I give this place five stars. We will definitely be coming back.
The staff was great. The rooms were comfortable and fairly well maintained. Had the kitchenette with full fridge which was a godsend for a month visit. The shuttle will give you rides within three miles. Theres a couple restaurants within walking distance and a Walmart.
A very nice place to stay. A bit over priced in my opinion. The room was very clean and spacious. It had one of the nicest bathrooms of the various hotels Ive stayed. The included breakfast is very nice with a wide variety of choices and even served bacon! The weird thing about this place is that even numbered rooms are on one side of the structure with odd numbered rooms on the other side of the structure. The only way to get from one to the other is through the 1st floor lobby.
The rooms were nice, the staff friendly and helpful, and the location is close to the airport, which is very nice. The only drawback is that its situated next to a popular club, which leads to quite a bit of loud traffic when any food with a loud car shows off.I didnt get the chance to try their complimentary breakfast, so I cant comment on quality; but based upon what is always there ready for the breakfast hour, it looks like they would have pretty standard fair for a complimentary Hampton/Hilton breakfast.
Located just off I-10, this hotel is pretty easy to get to (although the turn up the hill caught me by surprise). There are plenty of parking spaces so no problem there. We arrived after 10 pm and the check-in was quick and painless (thankfully because after being on the road all day, that is what you want). The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Our room overlooked the pool (not that I cared) but it wasnt a bad view. The breakfast was excellent with many choices and it was enjoyable. Coffee is available all night. The staff was excellent and professional. A very comfortable stay and I would stay again.
Front desk staff was very friendly and informative. Upon entering the room the size was exceptionally large...lots if seating space. Maintenance could be improved upon...some spots on the wall could be touched up with paint for appearance sake. Bathroom was spotless and overall condition of the room was acceptional. Yes I would recommend this hotel and return for another stay. Sorry I missed the breakfast.
Highly recommend. Customer service was excellent. Hotel is a little dated but everything else makes up for the looks. Continental breakfast was good and they provide fresh fruits, coffee and tea around the clock. A win win. They also have social hour with snacks and drinks another benefit.
Very clean and charming hotel. Staff is hospitable, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the dining area is comfortable and extremely clean. Well done! Congratulations to the staff and management. We plan to visit El Paso again and we will definitely stay at this property!Linda Fernandez
Stayed for a few days and enjoyed myself. Clean room and amenities. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They focus on customer service. Everyone greeted me as I passed through the day and they looked me in the eye and were cordial. It was obvious to me as someone in management that their team was on the same page. And Gracie was great. She dropped me off at the airport at the end of my trip and she was extremely warm and friendly.
The ladies at the front desk were super nice. Unfortunately the bed was hard and uncomfortable. They serve breakfast in the morning. The fruit was old and not appealing. Coffee was really good and again the ladies were also nice. All in all, staff was great but the hotel needs work.
Staff has been great here.. very clean environment they have hand sanitizer before getting into the elevator.. Room were secured and cleaned and sanitized.. We came in pretty late Thankfully they let us check in.. If your looking for a place into El paso and happen to read my review please check them out. Ill be posting new photos before we leave. This is the only one I have so far.. To update on the pool the pool was open you can definitely ask them for more informaron at front desk to give you the proper information about getting into the pool.. but it is available please be safe and keep your distance. Thank you so much for reading my long review lol Safe Travels 😇🙏
This was one of the best hotels Ive ever stayed in. Great, happy employees and the manager was very helpful and kind. You dont see this type of service every day, they need to be made an Example of for other hotels. Oh, and they were busy and still kept up their great service.
Awesome hotel! Everything very comfortable and nice and new. They don’t have Univision which is weird even in Ohio we have it... 10/10 would stay again. I don’t think I’ve stayed at Hampton Inn before will definitely keep in the radar.Just had the breakfast, hands down best I’ve ever had at this price point hotel. Too busy eating to have remembered a picture. But here is part of the coffee station. Even the staircase is nice!!!Edit: one year later. I got the pleasure to stay again one year later for a work trip. This really is a great hotel. I even noticed some of the same staff are still working here. The food is not like 4 star Michelen but it’s 10 star breakfast included. They also have happy hour every day and people come down and mingle. Lots of military stay here and they definitely deserve all the creature comforts possible and I think Hampton provides that.
Absolutely 5 star service from front desk young lady, I believe her name is LeeAnn. We arrived late, asked for handicap service room, and her ability to accommodate and make us feel welcome was beyond perfect. Kind, pleasant, and helpful. Really pleased at her devotion to guests.
Just stayed one night at the hotel.Hotel was clean, quite and affordable. Good Continental breakfast. Would stay again.Originally booked at the LA Quinta near by for about 30.00 less, we pulled up and there was no way Id even get out of the car. Made the right decision.
Stayed here for a 21 day stretch and they couldnt have been more pleasant and caring in my mind. I witnessed Clarissa, Josh and Gracie all perform awesome customer service. The rooms were cleaned and restocked everyday by the maid service who I cant recall the name of them (bad on my part) but they deserve just as must praise. The whole hotel was cleaned all around the clock from the lobby, pool, bathrooms and even the gym! Great breakfast and even midday lunch! Great place to stop by if you ever fly in to El Paso, Tx!.
Nice rooms/facility; however, make sure you get a room on the opposite side of the highway. Window seems thin causing highway traffic to be quite loud, all day/night long. Ive never been in a room this noisy & Ive stayed in quite a number of hotels. I was only able to get about 3 hours of broken sleep.
This place was awesome! The moment I walked in I was greeted with smiles. Pricilla and one other person who checked me in (I didn’t get her name) She welcomed me, provide me with a list of near by restaurants and then mentioned they had a happy hour from 5:30-7 with free beer, wine and food! I decided to go to the happy hour, Ray did an excellent job setting it all up, everything looked great. As I sat and ate I could see Angie at the front desk helping customers, laughing and smiling, Ray was juggling requests from various customers, setting up chairs, shuttling, and coming right back to stock the happy hour, talking to guests making them feel welcome. Angie was still smiling, now in front of the counter talking and laughing with the guests, greeting everyone. Overall a great environment with a great staff. I will definitely stay here again.
My stay was great. Everything was neat, clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. The people were nice, friendly and eagerly accommodating. I would recommend this Hampton Inn to everyone I know. I would happily stay there again. #great hotel in El Paso.
We are nationwide travelers and have stayed at many hotels in the past 5 years. This Hampton Inn is one of the best Hampton Inns and chain hotels, in which we stayed. Welcoming, efficient front desk employee, hotel is very clean and nicely decorated with many special touches. Convenience for the traveler is first and foremost. Stellar experience!
I cant say enough about this place, other than it is the greatest Ive ever stayed in! The rooms are great, the staff is great. They even went as far as blowing up beach balls for the kids to use in the pool! Love this place! Wish every hotel I stayed in was this great. Highly recommend!
Clean hotel. Room was nice and cool with functioning AC. Nice bathroom and shower. Only complaint is when trying to contact the airport shuttle from the airport I was unable to contact the front desk. The phone just kept ringing so I ended up taking Uber. Another plus is there are plenty of restaurants walking distance from this location.
I have Lodge into hundreds of hotels, resorts, Inn, or even cabins in my career, and lifetime. Some were executive, expensive, and elegant, while some were poor, old building, and poor accommodation, yet, never have I ever experienced such an outstanding customer services like the one I experience here at Hampton inn, El Paso. All the staff are amazing, they offer all and every complimentary services and activities that you will need. Starting here was a wonderful experience. 👍👍👍💪💪
Front desk girl is amazing love her so much thank u for all u do ur the best in the whole world!!! Friendly beautiful, nice and didn’t make me feel unwanted and I felt like a queen in their it’s old fashioned for my taste but front desk clerk amazing love you and thanks for being nice to me:)
Our room was over booked due to booking through another company. Also over was initially over charged once again because of the other company I used to book the room. The Employee working got us into a room, corrected our rate, and even upgraded or room to a suite for the trouble. Would have given a 5 but the breakfast was not very good and the ability for us to speak with a manager was not an option.
Easy to get to from the airport. Easy access to highway and main routes around El Paso. I stayed in a suite that was clean and had all the amenities. The decor could use some updating - its all browns & dark reds. Breakfast looks to be a standard continental, but I just grab coffee on the way out. There is a 5:30pm happy hour with food and drinks. I dont know if its every night or maybe just M - Th. Pool & gym look good, but I havent used either. There is a nice outside seating area by the pool. Shady, which I prefer, since its nestled into the middle of the U-shaped building. Easily walking distance to a few restaurants in the strip mall behind the hotel. By car, El Paso is loaded with just about any option you want to eat or shop.
The location is ideal very beautiful scenery a top a mountain you can see mexico and el pasos skyline. Clean rooms, didnt go swimming but the common areas were well kept,, breakfast was great!.the best ive had being a hampton inn you couldnt tell more high end with smoothies, 100% veggie and juice blends, eggs, sausage, fresh made waffles two batters!, muffins, bagels, oatmeal with lots of toppings to choose from, boiled brown eggs! Plus the staff was very accommodating. I would book here again.
We were in town for an event and originally booked at a less than pleasant hotel with my wife and kids. After a few minutes in the room we realized we couldnt stay there. Thats when we turned to Hampton Inn. Needless to say our vacation turned around tremendously. Great continental breakfast as well as friendly staff. I will be staying here again next time I am in town!
I am satisfied so far with their service despite the health situation...The service is great....The check- in is almost instant. The clerk here is super polite ,very friendly and professional...and helpful.I really give them a 5 🌟.I always look for them everywhere I visit.Ive been to Chicago , Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Waco, Dallas, and now here at El Paso and evertime they have reached my expectations...Thank you Comfot Inn.!!
First off please note that this place is adorable, clean, the staff wonderfully friendly, and the hotel is conviently located! I removed 2 stars because in my 42 years of life and miliary travel around the globe, these beds in the hotel are by far the very worst Ive ever slept in (this includes camping trailers and miliary cots). Sadly, Im not exaggerating. Im in town for a funeral and staying in the hotel with my wife, sister, and bro-in-law; all of whom are all sore and complaining of the beds and pillows as I type this review. If you are already used to sleeping on a mattress that is hard and has metal springs that you feel and hear twang when you move, then welcome home! Otherwise, stay clear of this otherwise nice hotel.EDIT: we were not charged for the night due to the 100% Hampton Guarantee. Added stars back.
Cool place seemed a little dated. It is right by the hiway and airport but I slept good and didnt notice noise on my side. The breakfast was not bad it was a hot breakfast. The staff seemed upset that people were still getting food at 5 minutes till it was closed but they allowed everyone to get more before it was shut down.
Great place to stay. Heated pool and spa. Rooms are nice and cozy. Rooms are clean and have updated flat panel screens with HDMI inputs. Has free wifi which looks like it goes through at&t slow so it tends to be slow and inconsistent but thats not the hotels fault. Overall best place for the money. Also hot breakfast!
Checked out in the AM and discovered blood on my sheets!! Mind you the blood was on the top right of the sheet so there is no way housekeeping didn’t noticed it. I mentioned this when I checked out and the person at the counter froze up- they didn’t even apologize. Just handed me my receipt and proceeded to check out the next person. UNREAL!! I travel a lot for work and will make sure to never come here again. Plenty of other hotels in the area, do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else!
Wow what a staff!! They did not have a Tesla Destination Charger which they could get for free from Tesla. But the staff helped me connect to the standard wall charger so as to not affect the safety of the guests. Then they told me that down the street was the The Fountains at Farah Shopping Center which had proper charging. So we spent the next day shopping and eating while our car charged up. Wish the Hampton had thought of that so we could charge during the night while we slept. But we go it done.
Very nice staff the front desk ladies were very helpful, my first (408) room was really bad urine on top of the toilet, a lot of hair in the tub and trash in the floor of the room; but thanks to front desk who make it a better they changed me to another room, thank you ladies..
Enter this location from Gateway Blvd. If you are coming from East El Paso there is an entrance directly off Gateway Blvd instead of the route Google suggests up on Airway. If you approach from West El Paso, bypass the the hotel on Gateway Blvd. And hit the u-turn at the intersection and approach from gateway blvd. West bound. Way easier than Googles suggested route.

2022-04-24Based on my experience here, I liked this hotel. The room I stayed in was clean and decent. The bed was fine (more of a firm mattress). A/C worked well. Curtain closed all the way for darkness (opposed to how some hotels have curtains in rooms that dont close all the way and light constantly shines in throughout the night). No issues there. Customer service from the various employees I spoke to was very good. The breakfast in the morning was fine with a variety of options daily. Plenty of free parking. I also noticed a security guard at night. Only negative thing I would say was I encountered multiple cockroaches in different parts of the hotel almost every day. I understand how it is hot and El Paso is notorious for these bugs everywhere. The staff seemed to clean well though in order to prevent them. Overall, way more pros than cons. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

2022-01-28I have stayed at this location for more than a year. The staff have been more than accommodating. They went out of their way to make our group feel at home, especially during the holidays. The rooms were clean and if any issues came up they were prompt on fixing it. Being a central location in El Paso it was convenient to travel to any part. Many recommendations for restaurants, bars, and clubs were given to me by front desk ladies. Highly recommended staying here.

2022-03-14I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels in EP and I recently stayed at this location and this is really something special like a hidden gem. Everyone is so friendly which makes it feel very homelike and they treat you like a new friend. Leanne at the front desk and there’s another girl I can’t remember her name kinda similar to Leanne but both so extremely helpful when I forgot my iPhone charger and making sure everything was fine every time I saw them. Omg even the housekeeping crew would make sure I was all good. I’ve already booked my return stay. Great job guys very impressed 👍

2022-06-19The staff here were amazing and gave me my own box of wheat-free cereal when I had almost no options at breakfast. However, the room left much to be desired. We found a 2-in long COCKROACH in our bathroom. Also, the ironing board was broken. When it partially collapsed while I was using it, the hot iron almost tipped onto me. The pillows on the bed were absolute garbage. They had no support and left me with a sore neck every morning.

2022-03-23The staff & General Manager were outstanding in hosting our group of 10 trainee employees for two weeks!Employees who flew to EL Paso were welcomed with smiles as the Hampton shuttle driver picked them up, smiles continued at check-in AND some of our employees were able to upgrade to the Hampton’s beautiful suites.Throughout the two weeks, I heard wonderful comments from our trainees regarding the friendly Hampton employees and how they went out of their way to offer suggestions to our staff on great places to eat, visit, & explore in El Paso.It is evident by the Hampton employee’s positive and warm disposition that their Manager displays the same level of caring & positive outlook.Thank you Hampton Inn -Airways for providing a “home away from home” environment for our employees. You are our go-to hotel for future events.

2022-04-15Nice big rooms. The rooms are a little run down, but clean. There was paint peeling of the walls in the bathroom. Good selection for the continental breakfast.

2022-05-30Listed as a pet friendly hotel but there was no pet relief area. Almost every other hotel Ive been to has had at least poop bags and a tiny patch of pet grass or something. Room was kind of dirty, hair in the tub and the light fixture was shattered. Breakfast was alright. Staff was all very kind. No serious problems but with so many other hotels nearby I doubt we will stay here again.
