I have only been here 2 months. In that time, a new management company has taken over. Rates went up, and now they charge tax! (which I firmly believe is illegal, but I could be wrong). SO my total cost went up $20! The place is pretty run down. They tout that they have a new gate, but that is about it. My unit is beat up and the doors are held on by sheer will. The online ad said roll up doors, but they are swing open barn doors. Make sure you bring mouse and ant poisons as my unit showed signs of both on move in. Electricity is provided by a long extension cord from somewhere in the overhead, which probably doesnt pass fire code. Im looking for a better place as the only reasons I came here was price, and they ruined that.

I can say that I have seen this property do nothing but improve on all levels from the grounds to management. I had 1 problem with Handy boat and r.v. and Grace resolve the problem in a timely and professional manner. I commend her on her love of her job and the customer she represents!! Thank you maam !!

I’ve rented here for a while and it’s wonderful to see the changes the new owner has made- adding a gate and fence and replacing the roof and doors. After the most recent storm, the owner started making all repairs quickly and communicated with us the whole time. This is a great facility.

Convenient, good customer service, very friendly staff. Very affordable prices, and the facility is easily accessible and clean.
