Very friendly staff. They didnt rush me AT ALL. Got a sweet kitty named Salem and hes perfect. They show much compassion for the animals. Definitely best shelter ive been to!
Wonderfull staff and i am not able to take care lovely MILLIE. She is so cute shy but behavior with calm and loved to follow me around. I do missed her and they understood and take Millie back and pray for her find a new home sooner!! Pray for her safety and loveable new home. Border collie mixed.
Great people that really love the animals in their care. We adopted our sweet boy today from them.
My wife and I called about a cute dachshund in the morning and they said she was available and would put her on hold. So took off work to go pick her up and we get there and they say she isnt available and wouldnt give us a straight forward answer. This was our first time to try and adopt and definitely wont try again from here. 👎🏻
A very clean and cheerful atmosphere. Great people and pets. We got a happy Plott Hound pup who rides very well on long trips. Would recommend this place highly.
I am going to upset people by what I have to say about this place.But they are useless, rude and I would never support this place..they do not help cats at all, will not tell you where to get help for a cat and the staff are as rude and as heartless as they come. I was accused by a idiot staff member(maybe the manager???) of stealing dogs out of peoples yard just for the sure purpose of wasting my time to run them to the happy days dog shelter. When in fact I saved 4 dogs from getting killed on highway 350 last year. so what did the idiots say then? oh just leave the dogs alone and if they get hit, to bad.. you know what happy days? up your asses. I love the kill shelter that is ran by the police, they give a darn and will help me with any sort of animal issues I have..happy days is useless, and needs to be shut down or at least have all of their brain dead staff members fired
Very clean, volunteers and staff love animals and carefully match owners skills to animals needs. My pup needed more handling skills; were great together now.
Such a good place to adopt a pet that needs a home.

The staff at happy day is awesome! They are so sweet and they are great to the animals! They always go out of there way to help any way they can.10/10 would recommend!
I adopted two dogs here and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The facility is clean and beautiful and all the animals were healthy and happy.

It never is never open and when it is open I call and nobody answer 🙁😠 but other than that I love 💕 it it’s a great place and there great with there animals I love it I would recommend it

Adopted a puppy from here recently but just wish they would’ve have him in a better living condition and at least bathed him before releasing him to me cuz he was really dirty and looked like he hadn’t been bathed

They offer low cost spay and neuter. Very helpful for those of us that have multiple pets.

Love this place compared to the city animal shelter you can tell the people here care for their dogs.
They tell you that if you ever need to bring your pet back to have no hesitation but when you do they publicly bash you on Facebook for doing so

Obviously from all Ive read they are great if you want a dog and horrible if you care about cats . As a cat lover this upsets me so badly

2022-05-26I adopted Carter from here. They take great care of the animals and even as I was going to pick him up they had people out walking the dogs and playing. Carter is well adjusted around other dogs which Im hoping they all are. The employees are the best and they answer all my calls and even ask for pictures of Carter in his new home

2022-07-01Knowledgeable about the personality of their dogs. Dogs get out for playtime in the play yard and walks. Kennels are clean and shaded. Dogs are also taught manners and are worked with to ensure adaptability.

2019-06-28Wonderful place to visit and to adopt a dog from. It was so clean and the animals are very comfortable. I was definitely impressed. We love our good boy Neo and I would recommend this place to anyone looking to adopt.

2020-09-15Our work crew had found a very young kitten on our work site. The shelter staff told us they were at capacity but would make an exception for us since all of us live out of state. We made a small donation to help out this wonderful place.

2019-07-09We adopted our sweet cat from here almost a year ago. The staff was very helpful & patient as we picked one out. He has been such a blessing to us, he is the sweetest cat ever & very smart! Would definitely recommend Happy Days for adoption. Their animals are well taken care of.

2019-07-27Happy Day is a no kill shelter. Everyone there is a loving and caring volunteer. They do their best to place their animals in good homes with just the right people. The shelter is always clean and well maintained. My baby came from there after they nursed her back to health phisically and mentally. If you are looking for a loving dog check them out. They also arrange Transport to different locations

2017-06-08There are too many awesome people and pets in one place. They make you feel like family. Angie does a great job. All of these people I met made me feel like adopting a dog. Guess what? We have a beautiful Lab mix. Thank you Hannah for being so knowledgeable. And to Angie and Jennifer and everyone else. 2018-05-25Like the reviewer said before me, this place will do NOTHING for cats!! I called this shelter after finding kittens abandoned and the lady on the phone told me to just let them sit there! I was told that they could not do anything or take any more cats! Obviously, they want dogs because they can make money off dogs, but no one wants to adopt a cat. Thats their view on it. This place sucks and I would never support this place as many other people are saying as well! Dont support it!
