This place is a dump. Employees consist OF A TOTAL OF THREE PEOPLE. THIS INCLUDES ONE INCOMPETENT MAINTENACE PERSON. All this for 144 units. The ratings are skewed because of those guides giving an overinflated rating. If you have a senior and you are thinking about this facility....then RUN...YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.
Management has changed as of March 1, 2016. New manager in place as I am a new tenant. There was a lot of skuttle butt as of April 24, 2017 as well as prejudices comments on both sides. Given time we will see. Former State of Texas HHSC employee [Architect / Construction Manager], formerly licensed with the TXDPS [Security] , TREC [Professional Real Estate Inspector], and currently licensed with TBAE [Architect, RA Emeritus and Interior Designer, RID Emeritus].
This place steals medications from its Elderly, has taken jewelry out of peoples rooms who have died. Abuses its clients and takes advantage of the Elderly people that live there, STAY AWAY. This place is being investigated by State and Federal agencies, Google , see for yourself.
Because Delores lives here and I love her beautiful property

2021-11-03I brought my father in law in and applied for an apartment after being emailed that his name came up next on the waiting list. He paid the app fee and $500 on the spot after an extremely small tour (not even of a model apartment just of the office). After 11 days and 2 phone calls requesting the status of his application we finally heard back that he was denied due to criminal or credit background now, my father in law has no debt and just retired from American Airlines which does regular background checks. I have requested as to what the exact issue is so we can figured it out. The office personnel (Megan) claims they dont know what the issue is BUT advised my father in law that he could reapply in 3 months. If he really has an issue why can he reapply in 3 months? Also, he hasnt received his deposit back either. I have emailed back again asking if we can just see what the issue is so we can take care of it and NO ONE has responded back not even to say, no Im sorry. I thought this would be a great place! Close to us, close to stores, nice amenities...WRONG! This place is anything but, if this is what we have to deal with. If you dont have to go here I wouldnt!!! Im extremely disappointed!

2021-11-09Went in to get more information about a 1 bedroom apartment and the young lady named Megan was very welcoming and nice. Although I am not moving right now I definitely will keep Heritage Park Vista in mind. Great customer service, and nice facility.

2021-09-20Over worked and under staffed, leaving many waiting for any and all repairs. Management appears to have zero experience in the industry and cannot resolve everyday issues let alone should a problem arise.Not how you should treat any resident and especially the elderly tenants.

2016-05-24My parents have been residents here for 3 years, they were on the fort worth housing assistant wait-list for four years after finally being accepted and approved into the housing authority they elected to stay since Park vista accepted section 8 senior residents. My parents turned in papers to the apartment manger which she told them she would fill out and return to the housing authority. She never did, when my parents were informed by the housing authority that no paper work had been turned in the apartment manager first claimed she never received papers then changed her story to say they did not qualify (which they had already been approved by housing) and refused to turn in papers. Needless to say after years on the wait-list they lost the housing authority ticket and are now struggling financially we were never able to reach higher authority in management in this complex. Worst place they mistreat their senior residents and mislead them.

2019-07-24Mgmt is horrible they lie about everything! Wont spend a nickel to fix even the smallest issue, refused to turn up the temp on my hot water heater telling me they couldnt because its hot outside, Im a senior, Im not stupid and had to threatened to call the city before they would turn up the temp, carpet is filthy and they refuse to do anything. Sad as this is the apts are wonderful.

2016-10-25The first time I stepped into this place I knew it was shady. The girls at the office are even more shady. They give you the run around, I dont even know if what they are doing is legal? One lady even hinted for us to lie about our assets to qualify for housing here. I cant believe this place is still in business or have not been investigated for shady business practices. Stay away from this place!

2018-03-18I visit this place a lot because my Grandma lives here. I love seeing her happy and she is here. The people are great but the apartments have some problems like AC or Water leaking

2019-11-22It’s a nice place to live but it’s infested of cockroaches and when you leave because of ended the contract the management charge you a lot of money of things that they even repair never. BE AWARE!
