Excellent Service for a reasonable price! Brought in my 22 year old Breitling B-1 model, had the battery changed and they made it look again like the day I bought it. Even removed deep scratches that I thought I had to live with from banging it against the thrust levers in the cockpit for many years. I will trust them with my other watches from my collection when time comes. The attention to detail is unmatched. From establishing a file for your particular watch with pictures and description of issues to delivery of the final service. Impeccable.
I brought my Rolex for sizing and Tag for a battery and polishing and I couldn’t be more pleased. The staff is very knowledgeable and gave me a tutorial on how to properly maintain my Rolex. They were extremely professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them for all of your luxury watch needs!

My husband brought his Tag Heuer to High Grade Watch for a repair that was needed. From the moment he walked in he was impressed with the customer service he received and the knowledge of the master watchmaker Hutch. His watch was completed and returned to him well ahead of the estimated completion date. It was returned to him looking brand new after they polished and steam cleaned it.

Have gone to High Grade Watch Repair for years. They are so good with fine watches and they have taken great care of each of the timepieces we have brought to them. They are very friendly and are very trustworthy. I have other friends who have been to them and have said the same thing as well.
Brought my Ebel in for a battery replacement. Met by Harry who took time to explain the process and give me a quote. Got a call two days later that the battery had been replaced, and they watched it for a day to make sure it was running properly.When I picked it up, was met again by Harry, and also met Hutch, the master watchmaker. Both great guys. Would highly recommend!
I have a gold watch that is a family heirloom (priceless). The band was broke. I didnt want to leave the watch so to work with me, they removed the face and kept the band to work on! Then when I returned with the face, they reassembled, buffed the gold and cleaned the glass. The work is flawless, you cant tell what or where the weld was done. My watch looks amazing!
I’m from out of town and looked and called several places to get my wives Rolex serviced. After calling up several places ans telling them I only had a week or so and all of them told me months if I drop off. High Grade said they could do it in my time frame and it turned out excellent and looked perfect better than when new. Hutch helped me out a lot. I had a Fendi watch that no other watch repair shop has been able to take it apart but he worked with me and showed a curiousity for the craft I honestly wasnt expecting. My watch is now working and functional, definitely wont be taking it back -anywhere- else.
I brought 7 watched in to be repaired, shined, batteries replaced, etc. the work was done in 5 days and slightly below the original estimate. This is my third time to come here and I would not consider going to a different watch repair shop.

Based on my experience, I have to give this shop 2 stars. I called and asked if they have the experience and ability to work on my 1969 Omega Speedmaster and told them that chrono reset pusher needed to be repaired. They said they can, so I drove the 45 mins to take them my watch. Dropped it off for an estimate and 6 weeks later finally heard back from them. They told me they cant fix my watch and to send it to Omega. I was a little surprised by that response considering they told me they were fully capable of repairing vintage Omegas. They also wanted me to pay $50 for their estimate. I was shocked again, as most shops, including Omega do not typically charge for an estimate. After some pushback, they let me have my watch back without paying this ridiculous $50 fee.Im not sure what level of service and repairs they do there, but working on vintage swiss watches is clearly outside their expertise. Im going to send my watch to Omega.

I have been taking my watches to High Grade for years. Before they moved locations. It started as I bought a used Rolex I wanted to be completely serviced. Rolex was going to charge an exorbanant amount and it was going to take at least a month or two. I started doing research which is how I found High End. Hutch is their master watchmaker and to say that is an understatement. This is a complete craft that requires skill. If the there are Sommelliers then Hutch is a Master Sommelier. They are seriously hard to find. Of course they did great job on that watch.My wife then bought me a used Breitling Navitimer for my birthday years ago. Only problem is it did not work or have a band. Very sweet gift but I was in a bind. I thought there was no way he was going to be able to get that watch back to working like new. Hutch did.My father recently passed away and my mother gave me his Presidential before the funeral service. Could be one of the most important things to me I own. I trusted no one else than High Grade for the job. Harry helped me out and he is very cool. Super nice and shoots you straight. He said it would be a few weeks to service the watch and he could see my disappointment. I told him it was no big deal I was just excited to get it back with all that has gone on. I had it back in three days. The watch is now working beautifully and it looks brand new. Now that I think about it even if you do not need your watched fixed paying them to clean your watch like they do is worth the money.I will be a customer for life.
I went there for the first time to fix a chain link of a vintage Rado and I’m truly amazed by their customer service. Harry and team were really knowledgeable and worked on it meticulously and patiently. I highly recommend this place.
We have used this watch repair company more than once and they have always provided quality work & excellent service! This time my womens Rolex Oyster needed a repair & I wanted to improve its appearance. They repaired my watch, added a diamond bezel, changed the face to sapphire blue & replaced my scratched crystal. It looks gorgeous & was ready before promised! I would highly recommend this company.
I have a Rolex Oyster Perpetual DATEJUST that I wear everyday. It has not been treated gently. It has been serviced in the past by Rolex. It stopped running and I went without a watch for 2 months while deciding what to do. I went online and did some research, including reading customer feedback. I decided to take my watch in for an evaluation of the problem. Due to COVID-19 safety measures you are unable to enter the shop. I appreciate that they are focused on both customer safety and the safety of their staff. We were met at the entrance where you place your watch on a tray that is then taken inside for an appraisal. I was surprised; as within about 10 minutes I was given an assessment of needed repairs, time since last worked on (11 years ago), and the cost of needed repairs. I was told to allow 2 weeks to complete needed work. I received a call one week later that work was complete and the watch available for pickup.I have included a picture as it did not look this good when I took it in! I have had it back for a week and it is keeping perfect time and it looks like when I bought this in 1978.Downside ...... The watch was described as a Vintage Rolex. I think this says more about me than the watch. I no longer keep perfect time nor do I look the same as 42 years ago.I am pleased to have the watch back and performing as it has over many years. I abused my 5 year old Ball Trainmaster watch by wearing it while completing two weeks of chain sawing and the watch stopped working. I sent it back to High Grade Watch as they were a Ball authorized service center. The watch came back fully serviced, looking good as new, as well as working again. The cost of repair was similar to the normal cost of regular watch servicing ( which should be done every 5 years on an expensive self winding watch).I am going to take better care of it in the future but do enjoy using my Ball watch as my daily wearer. It is such a beautiful watch.On return the watch was extremely well packed in multiple nested boxes.
Hutch brought my moms old Rolex back to life. Its absolutely stunning and is running great. Ive known Hutch a long time and he is a perfectionist when it comes to repairing watches. I wouldnt have anyone else repair my nice watches.

I sent my wife’s Ball ladies Trainmaster Moonphase to High Grade Watch Repair for factory service after the minute hand fell out of calibration. Throughout its time in their care, Harry always maintained friendly and informative communication with me. In three weeks the watch has gained twelve seconds from the day I set it after it returned home. Superb service, and my hat is off to their watchmaker who serviced and regulated the movement on my wife’s timepiece.

Very good customer service. I had the batteries of my two Tag Heuer watches replaced and polished, they look brand new. My Raymond Weil battery watch was also replaced. I highly recommend High Grade watch for their great workmanship and professionalism.
Hutch the master watchmaker serviced my Rolex date just and also fixed a small blemish inside the crystal on the wall near 11 o’clock on the dial. Harry also had added a link for me free on the spot first time meeting. The price was more than half of RSC and very fast turn around time 7-10 days. My watch is perfect now.
Very professional. I took a Omega Mk40 there with specific instructions to only clean, replace gaskets, lubricate, and adjust. They did the work perfectly and the watch has kept time very accurately over the two weeks I have had it back. It was accurate to within about 15 seconds per day when I dropped it off and I noticed it is a magnitude more accurate now. I will bring all my swiss watches here in the future.

Last year, my 38-year old Rolex had a cracked crystal & the stem was broken. High Grade Watch Repair was suggested by my sister (who had used them for her Movado watch) and they did a wonderful job restoring my Rolex. The price was very reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. Just a few days ago, my watch began to lose significant time, for the first time ever. I returned to this business & Harry helped out again. They actually fixed my Rolex while I waited and it’s running perfectly again. Because it’s an old watch, I’m very selective about where I have it serviced. High Grade Watch Repair personnel are knowledgeable, professional, and reasonably priced. I will continue to use them in the future and would highly recommend their services.

I purchased a pre-owned high grade watch from this team and am very excited about the watch, the sales experience, shipping, etc. Great sales staff, would use them again no hesitation!*Follow up seven years later:I wear my turn-o-graph every day in the field - sweaty, dirty, and rough. Finally, the screw down crown stripped so I sent the watch back to High Grade Watch for repair and service. They fully serviced, fixed the crown, and cleaned the watch. From previous experience with Hutchs team I know its as clean inside as outside (and outside the thing looks BRAND NEW - case, crystal, and band). This 1983 watch (which I purchased used from High Grade years ago) has always kept the best time of any Rolex I have dealt with or known of - demonstrating Hutchs master watchmaking skills. Thank you High Grade, and if you are reading this review do not hesitate to send them your baby - it will come back so fine itll blow your mind.

I fortunately found High Grade Watch to repair my father’s Raymond Weil watch that had been in a flood. It was almost beyond repair. Wow! It looks and works like new. Hutch did a fantastic job. They also repaired my Black Bay Tudor watch that was had been losing time for a few years. Not only does it keep accurate time -all of the nicks and dents are now gone. It looks like new. I couldn’t recommend High Grade Watch more highly. Also the turn around was much faster than anticipated.
Sent watch in for repairs and servicing after 25 years of use. Received watch back in about 14 days and WHOA!!! it looked like brand new. Price was very reasonable. Highly recommend.
Took my Rolex and Bertolucci in for service, they did a wonderful job in servicing both watches. My Bertolucci battery apparently corroded inside and they saved it while my Rolex needed the regular service done and the clasp fixed as it was a loose.

Update - came back in today as my older Rolex stopped working (8 months after my first visit here). They found a broken screw/pin and fixed it it less than 10 minutes. Glad I returned for such wonderful care.Brought in a Rolex that hadn’t been worn in over 15 years and my Tag Heuer. Found these guys via an online search with excellent reviews and I am happy to report that I also found that they do deserve 5 stars. I drove the distance even though had closer options to my home. Pricing and service was also better. Highly recommend.
I brought two Tag Heuers in for battery replacement and cleaning and was extremely pleased at how quickly my watches were serviced as well as how affordable it was. Faster and less pricey than what I was used to from the jewelry store I originally purchased them from. And the folks at High Grade are super nice and great to work with!

This is a first. Never sat in a waiting room for a watch repair. I knew it would only take a few minutes but after a long day at work, sitting down was actually nice. Almost felt like a high end vehicle service facility. I was in for a simple pin replacement, no appointment, 15 minutes before they closed and was out by the time they closed shop. It’s an involved process to open the back of these watches. Harry looked, quoted, and delivered in one day!Extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this business for your fine time pieces.
I’ve had High Grade Watch Company service my watches since 2015. I was fortunate to run across the High Grade Watch Repair shop when I was looking for someone to service, clean, and replace the battery on my Tag Heuer watch. I picked it up a few days later, and I was shocked! It looked brand new.Since then, I have had master watch maker Hutch service, clean, and replace the battery my 30 year old Ebel. Again, Hutch made it look brand new. I’ve taken in my Raymond Weil with similar results. I’m a repeat customer, having had all three of my watches cared for by Hutch several times over.And I didn’t even mention the level of security they maintain with controlled access to their shop. They are very friendly, and operate a first class, professional watch service company. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who values their timepieces. A great watch always deserves the best of care. I brought my Piaget watch here to get a new battery installed. While the Master Watchmaker had it, he/she inspected it and found that the screws in the bracelet clasps were loose, so; they tightened them.I felt confident leaving my watch at this establishment because they were very professional and have been doing business a long time. You must be buzzed inside for safety reasons. There is a small waiting area if you want the work done while you wait. I would recommend calling ahead, though.The place is easy to get to in a convenient location among many physician offices. I recommend this place to anyone needing work done on a fine, expensive watch in the DFW area.

Brought my two Ball watches for service. Both have never been serviced before and both have the lumes die out after a few years. High grade took scans/photos of my watches so I would know what condition they were being sent as and took about 3 months for service. Watches came back with working lume and packaged well. I would come back here to service my other watches such as Rolex and Breitling.
My four year old Tag Heuer Aquaracer automatic was not keeping time and did not seem to be winding properly. I took it to High Grade and they immediately opened the case to see what the problem was. Within a few minutes, I was given a quote for repair, and an estimated completion date seven days later. Almost to the hour, seven days later I received a call informing me the watch was ready to be picked up. All I can say is, amazing! Even though I declined having a complete cosmetic restoration, the watch looked new to me. Since new, the watch has always lost a couple minutes if not manually wound daily. Not anymore! I have checked several times over the month since I picked it up, and it has not lost a second! I havent even pulled the stem, let alone wind it in that time. This is a company I will definitely do business with in the future. They did exactly what they said they would, in the quoted timeframe, and for the quoted price. They even took time to offer detailed advice for care that can be done to avoid having future problems with the timepiece. I can not say enough good things about my experience, and would definitely recommend High Grade to anyone needing any form of watch repair.

Hutch the master watch maker went out of his way for me putting the customer first, something you hardly ever see in this day and age and they rushed my ball watch straight through due to the crown breaking 2 weeks before my wedding day. There response and craftsmanship was second to none I will definitely be back in the future for any service for ball watches or any other and would not hesitate to recommend them to any one.
My Ebel wasn’t keeping time, so I began looking for a watch repair company that specifically worked on Ebel’s. Found great reviews on High Grad and gave them a try. They were very professional and were not pushy at all. When my watch was ready, they gave me a call and asked me when the last time I had had my watched serviced . . . NEVER! So I agreed to leave my watch with them (I live 2 1/2 hours away). They called me in a couple of days to let me know my watch was ready. Unfortunately, I was very sick with Covid and unable to make the trip to pick it up. They agreed to ship it to me. It was well packaged and insured. They kept in close contact with me until it was received. I couldn’t recommend a company more than High Grade.

I popped into High Grade Watch repair to have my battery changed in my Tag Heuer. I was greeted at the door by a very friendly lady and, fully anticipating Id need to drop my watch off, she stated she could handle the repair while I waited! I was elated! During the repair a gentleman came out to greet me to describe his findings and he also recommended I have the watch bezel polished as it had many scratches. When I got the watch back, it looked beautiful! The quality of care, friendliness of their staff, and quick response time has made me a permanent client of High Grade Watch repair. I wont be taking my Tag anywhere else!

We shipped my husbands Ball Watch to them from Florida to Texas because there wasnt anyone locally who worked on the brand. They were very professional and responsive. The quote came back quickly, the repair was completed in the time frame promised, and the watch is working perfectly. It was an expensive repair, and because we were not local, we also incurred shipping and insurance fees, both ways. However, despite the expense, in this case I would say that you get what you pay for. I highly recommend this company for your luxury brand watch repair.

I received a 1958 Rolex Datejust from my Dad when he passed away. I didnt know much about the watch but it was having a few minor issues. I took it to High Grade Watch Repair to get an estimate. I could not believe the detail and care that they gave me. Hutch took the watch apart to show me the work that needed to be done. I was told that the watch would take a few weeks to get it back but I was pleasantly surprised when I received the call saying that it was ready. They worked overtime to have the watch back to me within a week so that I would have it in time for Christmas. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw the absolute beauty of this watch. Harry was very helpful and friendly. I brought in my vintage gold Tudor Oyster Prince Big Rose to have it serviced and the crown repaired/cleaned up for a better screw-down. I was called and given an estimate for the repair, a day after I had brought it in. $325 for the service, as advertised on their website, and an additional $100 for parts/labor on the crown. The estimated turnaround time was under two weeks, and they had it done and ready within a week. Hutch was the one to service my timepiece, and although I didnt get to meet him, I can tell that he took care of my vintage piece very well. Overall, everything was a smooth process, and I highly recommend anyone to take their watches here for repair. With Harry , Jonathan and Hutch, youll be in good hands.

Hi-High Grade Watch gets all gold stars from me!!!I had water damage in my Rolex, which could have resulted in major irreparable damage and value.I called High Grade Watch and got an immediate response to bring my Rolex in immediately and they were about to close, but stayed for me.Took the time to take it apart while I was present to see what we were looking at. I was told it could be repaired and quoted me a fair and reasonable cost, unlike the last 3 place I asked which would have been 3x the amount.Hutch explained to me in detail everything he needed to do and the timeline, which was only a couple of days. It was complete before that and when I went to pick it up, he took the time to do a water test in front of me and let me see visually how it was working. He did let me know it needed a maintenance when I could get that done and I ended up taking it in for that service as well. Once again, completed in the timeline I was given and a thorough explanation of what was done. I took my wifes Cartier Santos automatic in for service. Its a small watch and difficult to work with but High Grade serviced it perfectly. The watch runs perfect and the cleaning made it look like new. This is the only place to service high-end time pieces!

I needed my Rolex submariner serviced. In the past I’d send it to the Rolex dealers for service but it would take a long time and cost more. I did some search online and I found this place due to its highly rated reviews. I was not disappointed....great customers service. Would definitely go back.
I brought my late father-in-laws Rolex Air King (5500) in for a complete restoration. It was his wedding watch from early 70s. The watch had never been serviced before and the case had never been opened before. The gasket was crumbling and there was some pitting. Hutch and Jonathan did a masterful job in doing a full restoration. I asked for a new crystal, because the original one was so scratched up (if it had been in better shape, I would have kept it to keep the vintage look). The watch looks brand new and they did a timing test and it runs very accurate. I am exceptionally pleased.

I took my 20 year old Ladies Datejust Rolex in to be serviced and repaired. My watch is in mint condition per Harry. That is because I have been really careful to take care of it, so I did a lot of reasearch on where to take it. I had not ever had it serviced (yes, I knew I was supposed to) and the stem was loose and would no longer allow me to wind it. After reading all of the fabulous reviews, I felt good about taking it here. I was not disappointed. Harry helped me with dropping off and picking up my watch and was very helpful. When I took it in, they immediately took it back and opened it so they could determine what needed to be done while I waited. It had a couple of broken parts and of course, needed to be serviced. I want to say thank you to everyone including Master Watch Maker Hutch and Jonathan who I understand worked on my watch. They also did a light polish, and it looks great, all Rolex emblems still in tact, etc. They told me it would take about two weeks, but got a call in just one week that it was ready! I also would like to say Harry was very professional and when I picked it up, he took time to be sure I knew how to properly wind the watch. So after 20 years, I appreciated the refresher course. I highly recommend them!!!

I would give them 10 STARS if possible! I brought my vintage Rolex 5513 Submariner in to have the stem fixed as well as have it serviced. They did a phenomenal job in a timely fashion. When I got home, I deeply scratched the acrylic crystal in 6 places in less than an hour of picking it up. I called and asked about replacing the acrylic and I was told to come by so they could take a look. I thought for sure it would have to be replaced. When I got there, they took the watch inside for what I thought was going to be the estimate and to my surprise he polished the scratches out. Amazing but not only that, when I asked how much, I was told the service was free of charge because I was their customer! I know other places that would have surely charged me and replaced the crystal... High Grade Watch Repair will be servicing all of my watches from now on. I am a customer for life.

Had to have a battery replaced in my Tag-Heuer watch. I went to the Tag-Heuer shop and they said to take it to Fast Fix which I declined since I was not going to a shop like this for an expensive watch. I ran across High Grade Watch repair and took my watch in late on Monday afternoon and they called by noon on Tuesday saying my watch was ready. I was very happy with the quick response and the helpful nature of the owners. I will definitely refer everyone I know to High Grade Watch Repair for any service they might need on an expensive watch. They not only replaced the battery but cleaned up my watch to look like new again.
Outstanding service and excellent work. After 15 years of flawless function, my Rolex Submariner stopped working one day. Past experience taking my other watches back to the retailer for repair proved very costly and had to wait several weeks before they were returned. Im so glad that my search for a local repair shop brought me to High Grade Watch Inc. Within minutes of my arrival, they found the problem with my Rolex and gave me a more than reasonable estimate. About a week later, the watch was back on my wrist, working perfectly and so nicely cleaned and polished that it looked as great as it did the day I bought it. Harry at High Grade Watch was a real pleasure to work with. I was a little nervous about sending a Rolex to someone I had never met before, but all of the Google reviews got me comfortable. It ended up being a very smooth transaction. My watch was not running when I sent it, and was pretty scratched up. I got it back running perfectly and very cleaned up including a new bezel, which Harry suggested replacing after seeing the watch. Using UPS made it easy to work with Harry and crew, and gave me comfort that the watch was insured in transit. Quick turnaround, fair prices, and nice guys. I recommend them without hesitation.
Brought my Omega in to this neighborhood business. My initial reaction was that I was pleased, and I rated it as such. The watch ran well and the bracelet reconditioning was very good. However, I had some problems after a couple of weeks with the watch stopping. Watch appears to run reasonably well if I hand wind it regularly, but the accuracy is a little less than I know its historically capable of. Also, I would have thought that the service included re-certifying the water resistance, especially on a professional divers watch. It did not. Just make sure you know what youre getting. I should have confirmed some of this ahead of time in writing. It would have been cheaper and a more complete service to send it off to Omega.Update: my watch has settled in, running closer to -4/day instead of -8/day. I’m pretty happy with that.

I recently used High Grade Watch to repair and service several watches. I had an Omega that needed a repair, an Omega and Panerai that needed servicing, and several nice Seikos that needed either capacitors or batteries.I am very satisfied with the work and overall experience. Harry and Hutch are top notch.I have a Tag Carrera that I’ve not worn in several years, and took it in for a battery replacement.Not only did they replace the battery, but they performed a much needed service and did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning and polishing my watch. It looks new!Highly recommend. Their customer service, attention to detail, and communication are great.
This was my second time to use High Grade Watch. The first time was 3 years ago for the Rolex service interval on my 40 year old Rolex quartz DateJust along with some band repair and cosmetic touch up. The did great, so when I recently needed a new battery, I dropped off my watch and it was ready when they said it would be. Super great people to do business with.

Dropped off three watches and they did a great job on everything, from simply replacing a battery on a very inexpensive watch up to a full service on an Omega. Great job and great prices on everything.Follow up - Just returned from picking up my 20 year old Tag Heuer that needed some work. Again, at a great price they made it look and work like brand new. I’ve had my Rolex repaired one time before, and I can’t brag enough on this experience with Hutch & Jonathon. The initial inspection was done on the spot with full explanation of work, time and cost of repairs. The watch was repaired with expertise and the band and clasp got a full cleaning as well! Ball watches are almost unknown and therefore, hard to find service for. But this place was recommended by Ball, and they did such a great job Im sending my other watches to them rather than do it locally. That speaks a lot, especially since theres so many watch repair shops around. Hutch did an awesome job and I thank these guys for the professionalism and service!
What a nice find! Being new to the area a year or so ago I found them on a search and they took great care of my wifes Omega Seamaster. At the time, they mentioned that they could service my Breitling Emergency so when it needed a battery, I brought it to them. Ive had that watch since 2003 and had been sending it to Connecticut for service. Between the shipping insurance and the price alone, they saved me around $175 and the watch looked exactly the same as when it returned from Breitling; which is to say brand new...The other difference? 3 days versus over a month without my watch. This is the only place Ill trust with our jewelry or watches. Theyve earned my business in perpetuity. Dont bother looking for anywhere else to take your watch or jewelry.
I recently moved and was looking for a watch maintenance service nearby. I found HGWR through Google and decided to try it due to their great review. I went there on a Saturday afternoon, 20 min before closing and without calling in advance. I didnt expect the work to be done on the same day. I was very welcomed by the polite, efficient and professional team. They explained the service to be done, the price and, to my surprise, told me to wait a few minutes so we can complete the work!Definitely is the place to go if you need your watches to be taken care of!
Definitely my go to place for all watch repair and services! I had my vintage 1950s Rolex Datejust serviced along with the crown being fixed. When I received the watch back it looked amazing and works perfectly. Hutch is the ultimate professional and is very knowledgeable in his craft. I will certainly come back to service my other watches.

Excellent experience. My Rolex was long over due for a service. My crown was open and I let moisture get into the watch. They replaced rusted parts with genuine rolex parts, serviced and cleaned. Keeps perfect time again and looks amazing.

2022-09-15I came here off of a recommendation and they were wonderful! I had an older Rolex that was handed down to me and needed a lot of repairing and re sizing. They got me started right away and I had my watch back within a month. 2022-07-08I was very reluctant to take my two expensive Rolex watches anywhere for a repair, which may explain why I waited 20 years for a watch service. My friend highly recommended High Grade Watch, and I am extremely happy that I went with them. Mr. Hutch (the watch mater), Mr. Harry, and the entire staff were professional and helpful - their customer service was extraordinary. This team truly knows how to take care of their customers, and they are one of the best watch repair places out there!!! 2022-01-13I’ve brought my Rolex and IWC watches here for for insurance appraisals and recently for a little polishing just to keep my watches looking like new as I do wear them and don’t baby them. They have a fast turnaround with great results. The watch ends up looking like new afterward even though I use it when scuba diving, hunting, and other activities that leave small marks and scratches on it.

2022-06-14I looked around a bit to find someone to repair my Rolex I bought in 1985. I kept reading great reviews about High Grade Watch. I was skeptical until I arrived to find three other folks in the waiting room all with smiles on their faces. They were all repeat customers in for a cleaning or other issues, but all were very happy. That made me feel more comfortable.Harry was so helpful, and their watchmaker Hutch, was very accommodating. They did a ton of work on my watch that included polishing the crystal and the entire watch body. It looks and operates like it did in 1985. They gave me a one-year warranty on their work and offered to clean it up for me at no charge if I had a special occasion to attend.They are great people, and I couldnt be happier with their work.

The gentlemen at the store totally restored my grandfather’s Omega watch which has been sitting in my jewelry box for at least 20 years - I held onto it for sentimental reasons, but never thought it could ever come back to life. I was looking at reviews of local watch repair shops when I came across the store…5 stars, though if possible, I would give then more! They repaired the watch to what I can imagine was its previous glory…it looks amazing. Their pricing is very fair and reasonable. Their responsiveness is impressive, following up with me immediately. And they know their stuff! They took the time to let me know the work they had done and why - went over the mechanisms of the watch and went into great detail how to take care of it…it was truly interesting to learn what goes into the making and repairing of quality timepieces. 2021-10-27By far the best experience that ive had. Called around looking for quotes and they were on of the few the answer the phone. They gave me a good quote. I dropped off my Omega Seamaster Professional and Cartier Tank XL and the final price was lower then the quote. They were very professional and their knowledge was more then confidence inspiring. Turn around time for the service (polishing) was two days for what i requested. My timepieces look brand new. I also had a great and long conversation about watches with the Master Watchmaker Hutch and his son (second & third generation watchmakers) Not only will i go back and tell everyone i know to use them i made new friends as well. I live over 30 mins from this location and would drive an hour or more to work with them because they are awesome.TLTR: Passionate watchmakers that are priced well, extremely knowledgable, fantastic work, and willing to talk and nerd out on timepieces.
