Absolutely the best customer service of any trade Ive hired in a long time. Rex at HighGround treats every customer as top priority. He was thorough, professional, knowledgeable, and followed up with us for weeks after treating our home. I cant recommend him enough.
Just moved to the area and needed a new bug man. Rex is great!!! Super friendly, listens to your concerns and takes care of any creatures! He is very professional and does an excellent job.
We had Rex come out today to help us with general bugs. We had been seeing a few around and in the house. High Ground is hands down the best pest service that we have ever used to treat insects and mosquitoes. They are professional, honest, timely and effective. Amazing company! Decided to try a new pest control company because we werent happy anymore with the one we were using. So glad we made the switch! Rex was amazing from the first time I called him to the moment he left our house. We had a been round and round with another pest control that had been to our house 3 times to treat with still nothing completely done. Rex came in and seriously did the best job for us. Rex is amazing! As soon as I requested service he was out the same week. He took care of a massive Yellowjacket nest as well as sprayed and inspected the inside and outside of the house. Can’t say enough good things about this small business! Woke up one morning to a complete household infestation of anything and everything you can think of! Was prepared to burn the house down, but a local FB group recommend High Ground. I messaged him in desperation and they got to me that day! Everything is dead now! 🙌🏻🙌🏻👍🏻 They kill pests and prevent house fires😂😂😂😂

He always gives safe options and uses safe materials to exterminate with. Overall I would highly recommend HighGround for any pest or bug problems!!

The owner is a great person, extremely personable, extremely knowledgeable about how to protect your home and pests in her general, is always responsive to texts and emails and does a very professional and excellent job. I had another service but switched and this service is 100% better. I highly highly recommend.

2022-05-24Things are never simple in a hundred year-old house, but Rex was always responsive, exactly on-time, and always ready to try the next thing to prevent rodents getting in and eliminating the ones already in. I had used some other services with disappointing results, but Rex stuck with it and after a few bits of trial and error, he located and sealed the entrance the rodents were using to gain entry. All the while, he was a pleasure to work with and the price was entirely reasonable for the work done.
