A few days ago I purchased a new Mazda from Hiley Mazda of Hurst. Clay was a pleasure to work with as was the finance agent. No hard sell here. Just information delivered with clarity, thoroughness and respect. I look forward to future dealings with Hiley personnel. We just got a new SUV and Bruce Carlton was our sales rep. I have to say, he was pretty awesome and I usually cant stand car sales people. Nothing against most car sales people, its your job, its your food, I get it but just not my thing. However, Bruce was very informative and went above and beyond to educate us in the features of the vehicles which was very helpful. Also, he was informative without sounding pushy, which was super useful to us as we already had done our homework. Id use Bruce again in a heartbeat.
I had a FIVE Star experience while purchasing a CX-3 from Floyd Miller. He was very attentive from the start and did an excellent job following up before even arriving to see the car. This purchase price was reasonable with the fastest process time on record. In and out of the dealership in 2.5 hours. Toyota from across the street lost a potential customer due to their I am doing you a favor attitude. Not only that; went in to the dealership and no single employee in the lot acknowledged us upon arriving. Thank you Hiley and crew for an excellent service.
Just bought my first new car in over 20 years. Stopped in at Hiley Mazda on a lark after being to the jeep dealership. Test drove CX-5, didnt like the color. When we got back from the test drive a truck was there with a few CX-5s and the color I wanted. I worked with Clay and he was a breathe of fresh air from most car sales people Ive dealt with in the past. Transaction went very smoothly even though theyre working out of trailers while their building is being fixed. The whole process took only about an hour. Would highly recommend seeing Clay. I actually think he wants to help people with no gimmicky sales tactics or closing techniques. Hes also helped me with some questions after the purchase. Solid salesman, solid car, solid dealership.
I recommend Hiley Mazda of Hurst!! The staff were all friendly welcoming and Clay was attentive to my needs and corresponded multiple times to things via email. Once at the lot Rich handled everything and was a pleasure to work with and talk with as well. It took some time due to being later in the evening contacting the bank to get the numbers nailed down. In finance we received a nice surprise from Ishaun (misspelled I am sure) in finance by getting our interest rate and monthly payment lower than what we agreed to. Overall great experience with great people. Plus EVERY Mazda made is a Consumer Reports recommended vehicle. Mazda is rated number one ranking higher than All others. I have now had two disappointing experiences with the service team. The most recent this week. After an unexpected break down in the area Sunday evening I had my car towed to Hiley Mazda in Hurst. After hours, there is not an area to have a car dropped off so we had it towed to another location. The following morning we were unable to get anyone on the phone for well over an hour at Hiley. When we were finally able to reach them, the service team were condescending and rude as I tried to navigate how to get my car towed to the lot and serviced.Im a young professional in Dallas and found it extremely difficult and disappointing to work with this team. Ultimately, I personally went back to Hurst to have my car towed off the Hiley Mazda lot to another shop and fixed.
We were looking to by a Mazda 3 hatchback. He had some we were interested in. The sales manager was accommodating in meeting the add on price form another dealership. We were told that we would be the first for Financing and about an 1 hour of waiting we decided to leave.Their loss for Hurst just Not the Hiley Mazda because we ended up buying another Mazda from Arlington.
Came in to fix a broken headlight and do a state inspection. Discovered some unexpected issues. The very skilled mechanic Castro was absolutely outstanding in going the extra mile to fix some repairs that had previously gone awry, free of charge. That was amazing and impressive service, and Castro is obviously an expert in his craft. Mark, the service advisor I was working with was very friendly and helpful in resolving all issues surrounding my car. I was impressed with all aspects of my visit. Thank you for resolving my cars issues.I highly recommend this location. If you have issues with your Mazda, take it to this dealership. Dont take it elsewhere.Thank You, Hiley Mazda of Hurst.
Hiley Mazda helped me with the purchase of my first car. The experience at this Mazda its way different compared to other Mazdas I visited before. I specially dont recommend the one at Mckinney. Bruce Carlton was the person in charge of selling me my first Mazda. He is a really good guy!! He did his best to find the best option for my budget. I am excited to be part of the Mazda family!
I recently bought a 21 Mazda CX-5 from Hiley. Rich Longworth (sales rep) was AWESOME. 5 out of 5 stars. He was very helpful to understand our needs & expectations, and unlike all other Sales reps we met was not pushy by any means.Loved our experience with Hiley & dealing with Rich.Highly recommended!!!
My husband took my car in for it’s first oil change to Hiley Mazda of Hurst Service Department. My husband sat in the waiting room for an hour and 40 minutes. Service was completed in 47 minutes. No one came to the waiting room to notify him that the car was ready, although other customers were notified in person. When he walked to the service area to ask why it was taking so long, he was told that “they just now finished”, which was a lie.After calling the service director, I was told that they do not visit the waiting area due to Covid protocols, even though they visited other customers and no masks were worn.I am shocked at the lack of common courtesy and blatant lying during our first (and last) experience at Hiley Mazda of Hurst Service Department. This is very disappointing as we had a great experience buying the car from Clay.
Allen, Rich, and the entire staff at Hiley Mazda of Hurst were amazing. My wife and I went in looking to get a small SUV to replace her 15+ year old car. We recently had a baby and wanted something reliable and safe. They helped us find a car she liked, explained every bit of technology, and took great care of us the entire time. We never felt any pressure to buy and everyone was very upfront with us about everything. They called dealerships all over Texas and Oklahoma looking for the color combination we were initially interested in and went above and beyond to help us find the right vehicle. We enjoyed our experience so much that we ended up leaving with two cars. They have definitely earned customers for life.
Took my CX-5 in for some warranty work. Mark was my service advisor and he got on it right away. Kept me updated with every step. Quick and straight to the point. Although Im a service writer myself and can do work outside of warranty at my shop but if I wasnt in this industry and needed future work Id come see Mark.
I usually dont write reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I had nothing but a positive experience at Hiley Mazda of Hurst when purchasing my new vehicle and couldnt be more satisfied. Its a good place, well organized, great staff (who are very, very patient), and an easy process. Not once did we feel pressured in any way to do anything, rather, we had plenty of time to explore, think, and talk about our options. I highly recommend scheduling a test drive, it cant hurt, and you might just leave with a new car :)Additionally, huge shout out to Rich Longworth. He is fantastic, and Im glad he was the one to take care of us. Hes very kind, personable, patient, and also tries to keep your best interest in mind, which we really appreciated. Definitely do request for Rich as your salesman, you cant go wrong.
I recently purchased a 2022 Mazda CX-5 Best car buying experience by far! Brennan champagne is the go to guy for all car buying needs very attentive to your needs and getting you into the car you absolutely love I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work! I was originally referred to Hiley Mazda of Hurst by my aunt and they did not disappoint! I will be a lifetime customer and referring to them any chance I get!
By far the worst customer service imaginable.Finance department got angry because I wouldnt buy a wheel protection service for $1300.I have been driving 54 years and I have yet to have to replace a wheel.Then he changed my financing and raised the interest on the note.I refinanced the loan the next day.almost two months and I still dont have my tags.I will never deal with this company again and I hope you wont.
Financial Advisor was one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. He would laugh at me when talking about my money. He stated we shouldn’t even buy from them if we weren’t willing to pay their interest rate, when we were quoted so much lower from the bank. Sales person quoted us wrong prices and warranties. No one was professional and would never recommend.
Point of reference for future buyers. Always check under your driver dash (as I mistakenly let slip by myself). If the car you are buying has this device and they fail to inform you of it, turn your head and walk away. A $50 imported device they add for “security” for only an extra few hundred dollars on your purchase. Disingenuous sales practice purely profit motivated.
A couple of weeks ago i bought a vehicle from hiley mazda everything went extremely smooth and very quick. wes ward was my salesman and kept me engaged with all of it. i thought i had better credit but they were able to work with me and i got a 4runner that i love detaied perfectly. i can honestly say you will be treated as nice as possible with everyone there all professionals i did good going there as i suggest you do
***BUYER BEWARE***Drove two hours with my wife to buy a great condition used car. Come to find out it was a total lemon with a bad smell from the engine...And they wanted 20k for it. Worst car buying experience ever.Deceptive sales tactics, and they wont even fix their used cars. I dont think a mechanic ever looked at that car. They are just hoping some poor soul comes along and buys their lemons.
Morgan Cook was an incredible help in our quest for a second car. We told him at 8:15pm (when they closed at 9pm) that we were interested in a used CX-9 and he brought us to our new 2014 Mazda CX-9 with very low miles at a great price. He arranged for us to do an extended test drive over night and we came back the next day to sign the papers. He was great to work with and helped us through the entire process very easily.After Morgan detailed and delivered our new car, he went over and above our expectations and offered to clean up our existing 2012 CX-7 (@ 95k miles) with a car wash. When we returned to pick it up, he had cleaned up the inside and even polished the headlights so that they were no longer foggy. Overall, we had a great experience with him at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. I highly recommend it to you if you are looking for a new vehicle.
This has been the absolute best car buying experience I have ever had at a dealership. Clay Fuchs was kind courteous and so accommodating. I reached out to 3 other dealerships and their helpfulness or lack of interest really turned me off but when I spoke to Clay he really stole the show. As head of an IT support department for 15 years I know customer support and Clay by far exceeded that. He helped me purchase my perfect car a Red CX-5 Touring. Drove it to my home mask on test drove, went back and delivered it to me I couldnt have asked for more. Thanks again Clay

This was the third car purchase in my lifetime and was the best purchase experience thus far. I purchased a car from this place today, and really enjoyed the whole process! So I saw this reasonably priced certified pre-owned 2015 Mazda6 GT (Unbelievable vehicle btw! When it is time to renew, Ill upgrade to the newest Mazda6 GT!) and wanted to check it out. I had other make/models in my mind, which honestly I was more serious about. I just wanted to try a Mazda before I actually go and buy the car that I have been really planning to. You know, so that I just try. This awesome gentleman called Brennan Champagne helped me when I arrived at the dealership. He was so excited about explaining to me all the details about the car that I was impressed by how enthusiastic he is about what he is doing. I didnt feel that typical bad pressure you get from a typical car sales consultant at all. I test drove the vehicle, liked it, and when it came to talking business, Brennan and this other amazing gentleman called David helped me further -because the posted price was above my budget- marking down the price, which was already very reasonable for this amazing car. The final price was still a little above my max, but I purchased the car because Brennan made me realize that this car is way better that the other -more popular- cars that I was actually considering, and it was completely worth the final price they gave me. I arranged the financing, and when it came to the final signatures, this very helpful gentleman called Joe from finance division explained the warranty, financial details, etc. thoroughly to me, with again no pressure for me to buy any package he offered. Overall, I bought the car that I really liked, interacted with really really nice people, was not rushed and made feel bad, have no regret or complaint whatsoever. I rate this place and the three gentleman whom I mentioned above -especially Brennan!- with 6 stars out of 5! Will keep coming back for service/maintenance, and recommend this place to my friends. Thank you!!!
We had a great experience with Clay. It was smooth and easy dealing with the company. The surprise delivery for our daughter was even better! And...all this through online!!! Clay sent us a walk through video of the SUV we wanted and although we had already test driven the car and knew we liked it, Clay was not pushy or overbearing. I highly recommend Hiley Mazda!!

Had bought a vehicle from Hiley years ago and contacted them and others when looking for a new CX-5 GTR and we knew the exact car we were looking for. Clay went out on lot and sent a video of vehicle we had in mind. We went in for test drive and purchased the car. Received a very fair price on our trade and there were no hidden costs when it came to sign. Everything is up front and I have found that not to be the case elsewhere. Everyone was very nice and Clay is one of the best sales reps I have come across. Very informative, not high pressure and he tutored us through all of the new technology. Finance was a breeze. From the time we arrived until the time we drove off in our new vehicle was maybe 90 minutes. I would recommend to anyone interested in a Mazda.
I worked with Morgan Cook and the experience was for the most part enjoyable. I do not like the car buying process but Morgan was willing to communicate with me the based on my personal preferences, he did not pressure me and did a good job making sure I was aware of all my options and choices. I got the car that I wanted at a price I was happy with. There were what felt like some last minute change to the price that Morgan was quick to address and correct. I felt NO buyers remorse after I drove off the lot :).

Clay was amazing and very helpful from the moment we walked in. I was told by a sales rep at a previous dealership I visited (not Mazda) “do you really need all that?” after telling them what I was looking for in my first vehicle. I was relieved when I started talking to Clay because he heard me and delivered without judgement or making me feel pressured. He listened to what I wanted and what I was looking for. Was honest, extremely informative and very kind. Sales reps are known for being pushy but Clay was definitely not and that made me feel at ease. My Mazda CX-9 GT is one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The fact that Clay walked me through every step of the way, made sure I was informed and educated me on all the cool awesome gadgets my vehicle had just made it that much better. I was excepting to be there 3+ hours but was out of there in less than 2. And that was only because there was already a customer with the finance guy. Otherwise it would’ve been less. After an unsatisfactory first service experience where I provided the Service Bulletin for my issue that still wasnt diagnosed correctly and then not corrected I took it upon myself to expose the issue and make another trip to the Service Department.I requested the Service Manager and Matt B. was promptly available to assist me. He actively listened as I talked him through my previous experience he immediately went to get their Shop Foreman, Castro, to personally ride along with me to verify the issue first hand. Upon Castro witnessing the issue, I again provided Matt and Castro the Service Bulletin and the Castro went straight to work. He ended up fixing the issue in a very timely manner. Both Matt from the service side and Castro from the technical side explained my previous experience was far from standard and both apologized for what happened. Matt and Castro more than made up for my first experience and have earned my repeat business when the time comes.I recommend letting the various processes play out before escalation, but if they need arises to escalate a service issue at Hiley Mazda of Hurst, know that Service Manager Matt B. and Shop Foremen Castro will take excellent, personalized care of you if the need arises.
Clay Fuchs at Hiley Mazda was great and such a nice guy! He returned calls promptly and located the exact car I wanted during these crazy times with car shortages. It was barely unloaded off the truck and he let me know as soon as he saw it! We purchased it that day. This is my third CX9 and second from Hiley Hurst. Visit your dealership first to get an honest response they say...then go to your local automobile mechanic to get second opinion. Then youll get an honest opinion.I was told my break paid were installed backwards. WRONG!I was told there were diagnostic codes came up (TOTAL $4000.00). WRONG! No wonder they dont offer a car service, because it took them 4 days to come up with lies and Im the who had to inquire.MY
I had already researched exactly I was looking for and found it on their lot, a well kept LS460. I had been looking for this car for a month and almost bought one elsewhere, but was getting a bad feeling about the place we were at. So we kept looking and saw Hiley Mazda had one recently posted.We met Salvador at the used car department and told him what we were there to see. He quickly took my information and grabbed the keys. We look at the car and I check all the features to make sure they work. While I was looking at the car he kept quiet and wasn’t “pumping fluff” into the experience. This was appreciated because everywhere else I went they would tell me how great of a deal this is, and how it won’t stay here long, and tell me about features the car didn’t have. Having the car sell itself was a breath of fresh air, and the questions I did have he answered them unbiased.Upon returning to the lot, I made the decision to make the purchase. We got paperwork together and I was sent to finance. This part started getting frustrating. In a nutshell, I felt like I wasn’t getting the best deal on the loan. This frustrated my wife and I and we walked out. Seeing my frustration, Salvador got with Luke in finance and Daniel, the used car manager. They heard me out and asked for me to stay put while they speak to the powers that be. 5 minutes later they come back and tell me to try again, I walk back inside and was given the deal I was looking for.Had they not taken the reigns and took charge, I wouldn’t have made the purchase. In the end, they really came through to make my car buying experience extraordinary. I love the car, I love my rate, and I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to check this place out.Thanks Salvador!

The entire car buying experience from Hiley Mazda of Hurst was incredible and I would ABSOLUTELY purchase another car from them. The atmosphere was super relaxed and friendly, the employees seemed happy and collegial with each other. Clay was so hard working and sincere, patient and honest. Ishaan (the financed guy, apologies for the spelling?) was also incredibly calm, patient, kind -- honestly truly unbelievable. We got an amazing deal, as they were able to price match another competing dealership.I gotta say, the idea of having to buy another car for me came as an extremely daunting task -- I was putting it off for as long as possible just because of the mental gymnastics I was putting myself through and my prior experiences. But, I love Mazda, I love my new CX-5, and would HILEY (highly) recommend the folks at Hiley Hurst to sell you your next car!
Just purchased a new CX-30 from the dealership, and Rich was extremely helpful and friendly through the whole process. I did a lot of research beforehand, but Rich was still able to show me new features about the car that made it when better. I would certainly return and glad to start my Mazda journey with them.

Our daughter was in the market to purchase a new car after she graduated from college and began working at her new job in Dallas. We sold her old car unexpectedly quickly, and she needed a new car quickly. Since Hiley Mazda was a certified USAA-approved dealer, we reached out to them, and Justin Sample, our sales person, reached back to us immediately. In fact, Justin located the exact color and type of car our daughter wanted (a white Mazda CX-3 Touring), and arranged to have it transferred from another dealership on his day OFF so that shed have the car within 48 hours in order to get to work in Dallas. Now thats what I call outstanding customer service! Justin was knowledgeable, warm, personable, professional, and very low pressure. My husband and I were trying to get information for a 2021 carbon edition Mazda 6, but unfortunately we realized that this dealership is price gauging with the way that the market is going. We wanted to get three accessories removed from the vehicle a total of about 500.00 dollars due to the over price of the accessories because they are already installed on the vehicle . I know that any accessories ordered on a Mazda can be installed or removed. As well when ordering online accessories prices are reasonable not as they price at this dealership. The sales representative that we talked to is Brennan Champagne, he told us because of the market they weren’t willing to work with customers requests only sold as is to their pricing. Was also told because of the limitation on vehicles that it would not matter if they sold it to us or not that it will sell eventually. I wouldn’t recommend doing business with a price gauging, shady dealership like this that isn’t willing to work or care about the customers needs.

David Abad helped me make my first big purchase on my own. He was kind and thorough with helping me with all of my questions. After my Mazda 3 hatchback saved my husbands life after getting t-boned I knew we had to get another Mazda. The team at Hiley Hurst has always been nothing short of great. I only wish we wouldve gotten the Mazda loyalty for my new CX-3 but I highly recommend this team any day of the week.
I was on a trip and needed to purchase a car because my son totaled the car we were in backing it into a ditch. The next day I found the used car I wanted online, called to confirm it was available, drove an hour and a half and purchased the car from Hiley Mazda of Hurst. While driving back to my home in Colorado, the battery went dead. I opened the hood and the covers were off the battery terminals. I must assume they were charging the battery and neglected to tell me. Today, I looked at my purchase contract in detail and found that they added a vehicle service contract without telling me the cost. My fault. DONT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY. Get an independent check of the vehicle and read your contract.
We recently bought a Mazda CX-5 with the help of Jerry Sevier. He was such a delight to work with. It took us a couple of days to make the decision but throughout the process, he was very helpful and responsive to any of our questions. He even shot a few videos to explain the details after we left the store. As a seasoned Mazda driver himself, he knew the differences between trim levels and made our decision much easier. We’ve been looking to trade out of our sedan and into a SUV for a while now. Visited Hiley Mazda yesterday and couldn’t be happier with our experience! First off let me say that I would NOT have purchased this car without the courtesy, diligence and salesmanship of Brennan Champagne. He went above and beyond to make this an informed and enjoyable purchase experience for me. Brennan contacted me online, by phone, and text. He followed up, provided me information about the car, even a full video walkthrough of the car. Invited me to the dealership for a test drive. Helped me understand the unique features of the car and then gracefully handed me over to Charlie Ho in finance. After the purchase experience with Charlie which was also friendly, no pressure, and fairly efficient, I was placed back with Brennan who wrapped up with getting me into my new car and giving my some onboarding before sending me off. Brennan also followed up post sale just to see how my buying and driving experience was going. I will say it again. This sale would not have happened without him. I had a Mazda CX3 which I purchased from Hiley Mazda. And I did have a great purchase experience with the first car as well. I had received the trade in offer but I would not have followed through with the purchase without that added customer experience. This is my new Mazda 3 Hatchback and my fab salesman Brennan. I have been a long time Mazda driver, and when I began looking for a new car I started at the dealership where I took my car for services. As nice as they were, I dont feel like the interest level was there to sell me a car. I submitted an online inquiry about the car I wanted and Clay Fuchs at Hiley of Hurst was very up front about everything I asked for. Ie: what the total out the door cost would be, including add ons and other fees. I felt comfortable knowing what to expect when I arrived at the dealership. (I went to a previous dealership as they told me an out the door price, but then began to get add ons which increased the price). Would def recommend Mazda of Hurst.

The best place to buy a car. They make sure they get you in whats best for you because they truly care for you. They make you feel like family rather than just a sale that walks in. My experience was great. Rich Longworth was awesome and changed the way I felt about buying a car. I was dreading to work with a salesman, but he was great. He didnt hound us with phone calls or emails. He honored my wishes to not allow the dealership to run my credit (we financed through our credit union). It was an overall straight forward process working with him. I appreciate his laid back and personable approach. I WILL send anyone I know looking for a new car directly to him. My husband and I didnt care too much about finance asking us about three times for the warranty extension, but we get it. Other than that, it was a great experience.
Fantastic experience. We leased a 2019 Mazda 3 for my 17-year-old son, his first car. Our Salesperson was Bruce Carlton. He did a fantastic job! He showcased the dealership and the car very well. He stayed in touch with me and followed up. He made sure we had a great deal that was fair for both parties. At delivery, Bruce spent over an hour with my son and made sure he was comfortable with all the features and controls on the car. The car was clean and full of gas. Our experience at the finance office was great also. Our Finance manager Ishan Packeer did a great job explaining the maintenance program and the wheel and tire protection. For few more dollars per month my son will have the peace of mind that all maintenance will be paid for and if he has any wheel or tire damage that it will be taking care of. Overall experience was terrific and will be recommending Hiley Mazda Hurst to my family and friends.

I just bought a Ford F-150, Very nice truck. Sales staff was very friendly and helpful. Took a long time to get out of the dealership as the finance department was backed up. They did compensate me with a full tank of gas so that was appreciated. My overall experience was positive.
Terrible service. Charged me $87.40 for an oil change and tire rotation. Hiley Mazda didnt do the tire rotation. I had to call them after I drove 10 miles to take care of something when I noticed my newest tire that was replaced because of a blowout was still in the same place. They asked me to bring it in, so I drove back 10 miles only to have them completely botch the tire rotation. I gave up. This is a certified Mazda service center and they dont know that on a front wheel drive car, the front tires go straight back and the rear tires cross each other to the opposite sides of the vehicle as they go forward. Nope, not at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. Their certified technician put the newest tire which was on the rear drivers side to the front drivers side when it should have been placed in the front passenger side. Completely unprofessional. I will not be returning. I will driver further if I have to instead of having my car serviced here again. I dont even trust the oil change they did the service was so bad. Who knows if they put synthetic oil in the car as advertised. There was oil on my engine cover too. Unbelievable!!! One and done.

The best car-buying experience by far. We have bought a few cars and this was the most stress free experience we have ever had. From the time we first pulled up to look at the cars to the time we drove off with our new car, the experience at Hiley Mazda was exceptional. We pulled into the lot to look around and we immediately felt comfortable because were not hounded by desperate salesman trying to sell a car. When we were ready to ask questions we went in and spoke to Morgan. He was able to answer our questions and work with us to get the car we wanted and the price that was within our budget. We chose to wait a month or two for the exact car that we wanted but it was well worth the wait. Joe in the finance department was easygoing and made us feel at ease while we were working through the paperwork. This tends to be the stressful part of our car-buying exam experience but it was unlike any other. We were anxiety-free and happy when we pulled off the lot. I would highly recommend buying from Hiley Mazda and would definitely buy another car from there in the future.
Horrible experience.Scheduled an appointment at 7:30 PM to look at a vehicle. When I arrived everything seemed fine sales rep Clayton was nice and showed us the vehicle. We then went on a test ride and it was great.We really loved the vehicle but when we got back to the dealership Clayton completely changed. We informed him we had our own financing to which he said that they work with our credit union all the time. We went inside to talk numbers and then we started being incredibly rushed into signing documents. We asked what is the out the door price of the vehicle? And he said that if we did a credit check and allowed them to beat our rate from our own financing then the price would be as advertised. If we did not allowed a credit check then the price would be higher.We then asked to have a minute to talk and Clayton said and I quote “ Hurry up we need to leave here” we decided to walk out at that point.Disgusting experience. It’s a shame. We were ready to buy the car. Maybe someone else will accept that kind of humiliation from an uneducated manager wannabe money hungry salesman. 🤷🏻

I purchased a used Mazda 4 months ago and in my first oil change I have all these items wrong with the vehicle 1800 dollars of maintenance work that should’ve been done before I purchased the vehicle. I will never purchase from Mazda ever again!!!

Buying a car from the start is never a great experience for a person. It always feels like you are signing your life away. I had such a great experience here at Hiley Mazda. When I submitted my interest of a particular car Clayton was very quick to respond and assist with our questions and review of the car. Went to see Mazda 3 and CX-30. Brennan Champagne was great at showing both cars to my son. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and even went to extra effort to show my son a version of Mazda 3 with a Bose sound system. Evey so often one receives a review request and often than not you will say to yourself I need to do it and then life happens and it gets tossed aside like forgotten mail. In this instance I received a Google request to share my experience with Hiley Mazda of Hurst and let me tell you I was BLOWN away! When one goes into a business they may see pictures or letters on a wall and one may read whats on the plaque or whats written on a letter or one may view it as simple decor and not think of them at all. I observed multiple Gold standard awards all throughout the showroom floor and for good reason, they are that good. When one arrives at Hiley Mazda for a simple oil change you are treated as if you purchased a Porsche and are treated with the upmost dignity and respect! They open the door, already have said paperwork in hand, call you by name, escort you into a very nice waiting area with very comfortable plush chairs, a television, snacks and a full coffee bar and then just sit and relax. While I was waiting I received a Video text from a technician that was currently working on my vehicle, in real time, explaining in detail what was conducted on my vehicle and that it was almost completed and wished myself and my family a wonderful Holiday and thanked me for allowing him to work on my vehicle! Really! That was a first for me and it was really cool to see. Yes, I have been with the Mazda family for years now, but they never fail to deliver time after time after time. I live far away and still make the drive for a oil change that frankly I could do myself. The drive is worth the experience and the showroom is a stunning site to be had. The same staff has been there for years and the turnover is very low, I wonder why? Oh thats right they enjoy working there and serve with a servants heart. Please take the time to just go and see what Im talking about for yourself, you wont be disappointed, trust me they hold your best interest at heart. He was able to answer all my questions and so helpful during the test drive with showing me how everything worked on the car. He continued to follow up after the sale to make sure everything was going great with my new car. I had a work order on my car to get a scratch repaired and he scheduled everything for me so all I had to do was drive in and leave my car. Very pleased with my experience!!

If you are wanting to purchase a new Mazda, you should definitely call Jeremy Williams in new car sales at Hiley Mazda in Hurst and tell him what youre looking for, and then have him hook you up with Joe Parker in finance. There are closer Mazda dealerships to where we live, but none of them worked as hard as these guys to get us what we wanted at the price we wanted to pay. Jeremy drove to another dealership 3 hours away to get us the color combination we wanted the day before we signed the paperwork. Joe in finance submitted our credit app to 3 different banks to get us the best finance rate and then called one of then on top of that to negotiate an even lower rate, and helped us get top dollars for our trade in. Weve bought a number of new cars over the years, but this is our first Mazda. We did this deal over the internet and phone and had never met either of them until we signed all the paperwork. Jeremy and Joe were fast and efficient and had us out of there quickly so we could get on with our day. They made this buying experience the best one weve ever had! The last time I bought a new car, it was just a horrible experience and I was so, so dreading and anticipating a similar experience this time around. However, was I pleasantly surprised. Morgan Cook Product Specialist greeted me initially and provided expert advise on the vehicle I was interested in purchasing and answered any questions that I had. Rich Longworth Sales Manager introduced himself to me at my first visit and Allen Glover Sales Manager also touched base with me via text. This may be hard to believe, but I was never pressured by Morgan or any other staff member throughout this entire process to make a hasty decision or purchase. Morgan also located the exact and unique vehicle I wanted and made the necessary arrangements for it to be delivered. Mike Schumann Finance Director was very informative and provided me with excellent advise in available packages and was extremely efficient in the financing transactions. I received great incentives, discounts and I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. This was the best car buying experience of my life. I spoke to multiple staff members and found them all to be very professional and showed quite a bit of knowledge about their craft. Brennan (who I highly recommend) gave me quality time which included a timely test drive that made my decision an easy one to make. As far as the financing department goes (Thanks Mike, you ROCK) my experience was a lot faster than I ever had before. I really believe Mike took the extra step to offer me the best deal possible. I had a great experience with them. They were able to address my concerns with buying a car. I worked with Clayton. I highly recommend him, because he very knowledgeable of the features of Mazda cars. There is a big difference when buying a car from its actual original dealership than from another place. The people are very helpful, they work together as a team to make sure you come back. If you have any problems or questions, you can always ask someone, then they are happy at directing you to the right person to attend your needs.
Best car buying experience in town. JR Ali and Andy Pham were phenomenal. My car and deal were both ready for me before I got there. Just like the others here, I had a great car buying experience with Justin Sample at Hiley Mazda of Hurst. He was honest and kind the whole way through. He did not pressure me into buying the Mazda 6 that I came in inquiring about even when I told him that I was going to test drive a luxury vehicle before I made a decision. He got me the deal possible. He made car buying an enjoyable experience. Even though the all black Mazda 6 was not available at this location on the day of purchase, he made sure that I was able to borrow a nice one for just a couple of days until the car of my choice was available. Great guy to be around with great service. Finance was great as well, they explained all of the available options with absolutely no pressure and allowed me to choose the best option for me. I found a car on-line at Hiley Mazda after doing a lot of research to narrow down what I wanted. Jacob Bass helped me get the payment where I needed it to be, and Joe in financing gave me my options on warranty and all in a laid back no pressure style. Joe also found a fantastic interest rate for me with a great bank. The price was so competitive that my friend in the car business couldnt match what Hiley was giving me on my trade in --or for the car. The best part of the experience though was Jacob. He even stayed after hours to show me all of the many options my car has to offer. My Mazda has lots of bells and whistles and is very high tech, so there were things I needed to know before driving off. He made sure I was comfortable before I left (and that I had his cell phone number in case I had questions later). He also gave me a quick quide book on the most important things to know about the car (and some very fun things as well). Thank you, Jacob! I love my Mazda. Went through the used car section. Guy said he could help me out by driving my car to my house if I could drive him back after purchasing another car. Two days later, after buying a car, he called to say he couldn’t, but would give someone gas money. Conveniently forgot until I asked after i showed up and was about to leave. He didn’t have any cash on him and asked a coworker to borrow it and the coworker said “are you serious?” (not realizing i was standing there). Then had to go to Toyota to get a wheel lock tool. Thankfully I wasn’t stranded somewhere without it.
I got the best price for my mazda at this dealership out of several that i contacted. Rich was really helpful, accommodating and friendly throughout the process. He came to pick me up from where i had to drop my previous lease so i didnt have to deal with two cars. We did most of the paperwork over the phone/online so once i got there early Saturday morning everything went really quickly.

I worked with Justin, Rich, and Joe and they were all very friendly and helpful in my car buying process. They found the car I wanted and offered a good deal and I got a good rate through Mazda. Joe took time to go through every aspect of the warranty so I would know what was and wasnt covered so I would be fully aware and I appreciated that. He was good at explaining everything. After the purchase, Justin showed me how to do operate all the special features of the new car and that was great. I am glad I went with them rather than the dealership closer to me.

My wife and I had been shopping around for a sub-compact SUV for a couple of months with no luck. On a whim, we decided to check out what Hiley Mazda had available, and Im glad we did.After submitting a request for information through the Hiley Mazda website, I got a prompt response from Justin Sample, and we quickly coordinated an appointment to meet in person.When I arrived, he had the particular model we were interested in ready and waiting to go for a test drive. After taking it for a spin, we quickly and easily hashed out the details. From there Justin handed me off to Mike Schumann who helped me sort out the financials.Overall, at no point did I feel like I was sold my new vehicle. I had a fairly good understanding of what I was looking for, and both Justin and Mike were very upfront regarding what they could and could not do. I went in looking to purchase a new CX-9 Grand Touring Edition today. I arrived a was looking around the CX-9 sitting outside for a little but and was never approached by a salesman. SO I went inside and was looking around another CX-9 and finally went to the front desk and asked if there were any sales people available. The young lady called for a sales person over the intercom and assured me that someone would be right there. I waited and waited and finally after several minutes still nobody to assist me. I turned and looked at the young lady and said Oh well their loss and walked out. I would never recommend this dealership.
We had an excellent experience buying a used car at Hiley Mazda Hurst. We were treated very well throughout the whole process and were not pressured into buying. When there was an odd sound when we first drove the car, they immediately took it to the shop to get checked and repaired. Ruben James (RJ) was great, easy to talk to, and was very helpful throughout the entire buying process. We would absolutely recommend seeing him if you are looking to buy a used car.

Hands down the best car buying experience we’ve ever had. We purchased our new vehicle out of state for several reasons but mainly because of the horrible experiences we’d had at dealerships in our area. Our salesman Justin was fantastic !! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and made the experience enjoyable!! We told him what the hard lines were for the car we wanted to purchase along with our price range and that’s what he provided us. And after having his expertise I assumed the paperwork portion would be a very daunting experience but was pleasantly surprised that it wasn’t. Joe the finance guy is nothing short of a miracle worker getting the completely best deal for us with all the extras we wanted!! Joe was thorough, hilarious, and the Yoda of deals. I would absolutely come back to Hiley Mazda again for another vehicle in the future and it’s a 9 hour drive (if that gives you some insight in the outstanding service and experience we got while there)!!! Even after we were completely done with our paperwork we had other workers asking to get us water and making sure we were comfortable. If you choose to go to any other vehicle for your next vehicle your making the wrong life choices.
Went car shopping and after going to 4 different dealerships we went back to Riley Mazda and purchased a 2017 CX-5. I absolutely love the car and the customer service was hands down the best of all the dealerships we visited. Very knowledgeable and friendly. No vultures meeting you at the car as you pull up. They treated us like we were friends and not just a sale. Customer service matters to me about as much as the car. Granted I do feel I chose the best car as well. Thanks Morgan and Mike!
Typical scam dealership. After sitting down with finance manager to expedite paperwork, my wife and I were buttered up with the offer of “throwing in” 4 oil changes with the contract to make him appear so gracious. Only to find out at home, upon reviewing the contract that we were charged $400 for the 4 oil changes, which I would have never agreed to. So a year and a half later I’m trying to get my 3rd oil change only to find out the warranty ran out after 12 months. So with no one informing of this, I was expected to squeeze in 4 oil changes in 12 months using synthetic oil. GM wouldn’t return my phone call! Stay away from these crooks!!!
Hiley Mazda @ Hurst and Bruce Carlton specifically have set a new standard for professionalism, service and customer satisfaction. I purchased my car entirely online and Bruce was timely and accurate with his communications. The dealership was extremely competitive price-wise and they will be my first contact if/when I purchase another Mazda in the future.
Brennan was amazing—friendly, down to Earth, and extremely knowledgeable! His customer service was refreshing, and it was clear he customizes the experience for each customer. It started pouring just as we pulled up, and he actually brought us umbrellas! My wife and I bought a car this weekend (2016 Mazda CX9) from Todd Faulks at Hiley Mazda in Hurst. We were treated wonderfully and Hiley Mazda gave us a great deal on the vehicle and did everything they told us they would do to make our transaction go smooth. I was a little nervous since we had to drive 3 1/2 hours to purchase the vehicle and it was well worth the trip. Joe, in finance, did a wonderful job in presenting warranty options and was not high pressure like so many finance guys. Lowest pressure, easiest, and most pleasant car-buying experience ever. Loved our sales rep (highly recommend Brennan) and the business manager (Joe). Really helpful and very efficient. I think we were at the dealer for fewer than 3 hours from arrival to test drive and then getting the deal closed and keys in hand. Also - the detail guys did a GREAT job getting the car ready for us. A+++ experience with a very down to earth set of people. Did I mention I had all three of my kids with me and they were given coloring books and hot chocolate with a kids area while we were waiting.
Was in the market for a new CX-9 and contacted 23 dealerships to get the best deal/ work with a salesman that was actually willing to help. Bruce with Hiley Mazda of Hurst was excellent! He not only gave me written offers which I requested over the phone, but was even more helpful when we met in person. Other dealerships were unwilling to give me an offer and wanted me to drive an hour or even 2 hours away so I could be there in person to get the best deal. I have 2 small children, so I cant afford to spend hours in a car dealership negotiating. I emailed Hiley Mazda with exactly what I wanted (having test driven it before), and they gave me an itemized list of charges associated with the vehicle with different financing options. I had a written documentation of everything that we agreed to, including free window tinting and wheel locks. They sent pictures of the vehicle to show that it was on the lot along with the VIN number so that I could secure the car insurance ahead of time. When I arrived at the dealership to take delivery of the vehicle and sign the paperwork, there were no surprises. I walked out paying exactly what we had agreed. I did get the song and dance about all the extra insurances and extended warranties, which is probably where they make a lot of extra money, but once I communicated that I wasnt interested, they moved on. Bruce was the sales rep that I worked with and Jeremy, the sales manager. Jeremy put together the prices for me. I was really extremely happy with the price, compared to what I expected given my online research. Bruce explained all of the technical details of operating the car, and I havent had any problems. It was much better than having to read the owners manual in detail just to get the car back home. I would definitely do business with them again. Buying a car can be such a pain, but this was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had. They definitely want your business and will do whatever it takes to ensure that you walk out of the door happy.
I had a great experience at Hiley Mazda and successfully drove off in the exact right car for me. I only purchase a vehicle every 10 years or more, so I buy to keep. Justin Sample was extremely knowledgeable about the product lines, translating my user needs in to which model/ features would be most important to me. I left with a new car in under 3 hours and am thoroughly pleased with my selection. Justin has stayed readily available to answer follow up questions even after the sale, which has been very valuable to me.

I totaled my vehicle and did a lot of online shopping. I found a great vehicle at Hiley Mazda online within my price range and it had all the specs I wanted. Luke was my sales guy and he was WONDERFUL! Everyone there was great! I didnt have to do much negotiating because the internet price on the vehicle I wanted was already very low. I had done a lot of research so I knew what it was worth and what they could have offered for it. They were able to get me a better deal than my credit union for the total price of the vehicle and had me in and out as quickly as they could. The manager called me after the weekend to make sure I was still happy with my vehicle and to see if there was anything they could assist me with.All around, I purchased a great vehicle, Luke was very honest with me in answering my questions and concern, and the hospitality/customer service from everyone was great! My experience here was wonderful! I do not feel hassled or pushed, etc. I would definitely purchase from this dealership again. On my test drive I wanted to show my parents the vehicle who live about 10 minutes away and Luke had no issues coming with me to show them. He met the family and all and answered their questions as well!
Last three cars we have purchased have been from Hiley Mazda. This goes to show that the sales people are so friendly and not pushy like you get at the other car dealers. Derek Haynes was no different from the previous two sales people in that he goes over the top. From the sales manager, to the techs in the garage and down to the receptionist at the front you get that feeling of being welcomed, friendly and out standing service. Mazda has been a great car and staff was part of the decision to go back to Hiley Mazda. If you need a Mazda, ask for Derek, he was a great sales person and took care of me 100%.
Overall exprerience was great. Morgan made sure I got the car that I wanted. Didnt push anything else or push the sale too much. He was very friendly and helpful with everything. Process was very quick and to the point throughout the sale and in the finance department. To top it off they sold me a wonderful car that runs great. Highly recommend Hiley Mazda!
A basic skill you need to have to sell me a car is NOT TO MAKE MY WIFE CRY.We have been going through the investigative process to by a new car. We are the type of customer that does our homework and looks very deeply into the investment of buying a car. I had been hearing good things about how the quality of Mazda has improved since the days of “Fazda” (Ford/Mazda). I encountered numerous YouTube videos, and other articles and the result was extremely positive.We were excited about test driving the CX-5. My wife was very excited about it. I had been seeing them around and like the styling. We had not made our mind up yet on new or a used or even if we wanted a Mazda. We wanted to learn more. I generally start with a used car in a model to see how they age and compare to a new. We went down to Hiley Mazda of Hurst, TX.I have never been so disrespected and rudely treated in my life at a car dealership!!! Until today, we had never driven a Mazda anything. We had heard good things about the CX-5 . We did get to test drive one pre-owned 2017 CX-5, but then the sales guy informed us that its Saturday and the busiest day of the week for sales and asked if we were going to buy or not. There were no other customers in the parking lot!!! None!!! I spoke with the manager over at the new side of the Mazda dealership. I did not really wish to occupy the same building with the salesman we just had. There were at least 3 sales reps with no customers, waiting to help me, again I did not see any other customers during my entire visit. This Mazda dealership was NOT busy, but evidently the one salesman was too busy for us today. The Pre-owned sales reps words and how he treated us were so bad that my wife was crying. This was our first experience with any Mazda dealership. Is this how all Mazda dealerships treat people? I do not know what this Mazda dealership sales guy assumed about us, but he was wrong and should be ashamed for treating people this way. I have never been so upset with a car dealership as today and how their actions and words and attitudes made me feel.Unfortunately my wife is still upset 3 hours after the bad experience even though I believe Mazda has made a great number of improvements this one experience has made it hard for her to even want to try Mazda again.

2022-03-30I bought a brand new 2022 Mazda CX-5 and I love it! Bruce Carlton was very helpful and super transparent throughout the whole process! I came by three times in total and Bruce was super nice and was able to answer any questions I had. Hiley Mazda of Hurst was fantastic and I would buy my car there again and again 10x over! As a first time car buyer it was really reassuring to have all the information presented so quickly and efficiently.

Handily enough, they also had the exact new car my girlfriend wanted to purchase.Wes Ward approached me on the used lot side and was simply the nicest, most engaging, personable individual Ive encountered at a dealership.I came back two days later ready to purchase, and Wes made the experience so easy, friendly, and shockingly quick. There was none of that let me talk to my manager five times like Ive encountered at other places. Wes was straight forward, great at communicating details, and a pleasure to work with.Im thrilled with my new used car and would happily work with Wes again. Ask for him! You wont be disappointed.

2022-05-06Buying a new car is usually like pulling teeth, but Hiley Mazda in Hurst made it a pleasure. It was a 100-mile trip for me, but it was well worth it. Their website inventory is accurate unlike most dealerships these days, and the price given to me by my salesman, Rich, was the price I ended up paying. Rich knew the car well despite being a brand new 2023 model and took time to explain all the features. I couldn’t be more pleased with my car buying experience than I was with Rich and Hiley Mazda of Hurst. Thank you!

2022-07-18Clay Fuchs and his team made buying my new car a breeze! Clay was patient and diligent in searching for the exact one I wanted. Once it arrived at the dealership we scheduled a time for me to come in on a Saturday, he was even kind enough to understand my running late an hour. I was in and out of the dealership in under an hour and a half. I feel like the team even played a special song while I was signing documents? :) So happy with my car and the experience and looking forward to checking in when I get my car serviced.
