Hilton Garden Inn El Paso University in El Paso
This place needs to lose its right to use the Hilton name. The lobby is deceiving, it looks pretty decent. The rooms however are horribly dated, dingy and smell stale. The hallways and rooms are very dimly lit but that can’t hide the dirty walls. The parking lot needs more light as the area isn’t the safest. This is the worst Hilton property I have ever stayed at.
It depends on your room. Im in 130 and there are only 2 rooms on this floor. All the maintenance and staff come through here all day and the doors slam all day. No rest possible. 1st floor should be done with. Handicapped shower not for everyone!!!!!! Water leaks out to the mat your supposed to step on to dry off. Go figure. Too bad this was for business and did not have a choice or else I would have left.
Enjoyable, relaxing stay! Very nice hotel! This was my first visit to this hotel and my first visit to El Paso since 1989. I was thrilled to return to El Paso, although my visit was just one day and one night. The hotel is located at UTEP campus. There is shopping and several dining options available within walking distance of the hotel. Naturally, when I located the Whataburger less than a block from the hotel, my dining decision was instantly made! This hotel property is mature, not a brand new facility. However, its very well maintained and managed. The lobby and adjacent common guest areas are cozy and comfortable, featuring Mexican/American southwest accents and decor. There is a very relaxing fire place in the lobby area. My guestroom was large and spacious. My room was very quiet with a comfy queen size bed, large flat screen TV, wood flooring and large window. I had an excellent city view with mountains in the distance. Without question, the best hotel asset is the very friendly and efficient staff! The front desk personnel and airport shuttle drivers made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure I and my coworkers had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. I most certainly must give huge kudos to the Hilton Garden Inn and the people of El Paso for observing safe social health protocols during the Covid pandemic. I travel weekly, and El Paso is the first city I have visited where the majority of residents are wearing masks and adhere to social distance. If you are like myself, and have concerns about travel during the pandemic, visiting El Paso and the Hilton Garden Inn will put your mind at ease. The hotel is very clean, there are hand sanitizer stations available and the staff, and most guests, are wearing masks. Thank you El Paso and the Hilton Garden Inn for providing a safe, enjoyable stay!
Hotel is great! They offer a good breakfast that is made to order and the waiter is awesome! Very attentive and professional. Rooms are nice with Samsung smart tvs and the beds are huge. Come with a microwave and a fridge. Right next to the campus and bars for some good food and drinks. Love the El paso hospitality give it a try you wont regret it. Also theres an airport shuttle and get quite the view of the El paso star along the route from the airport at night. Love El paso
I really enjoyed my time there even though I was on a business trip but my 4 days that I spent there were wonderful. Make sure you always tell the front desk if you want your room clean if youre staying there more than one night which wasnt my case. I enjoyed being by the pool which was kept clean and well maintained. The front staff are wonderful and they do their best to make sure that all your needs are met. I will definitely be staying at this hotel on my return trip back to El Paso
Avoid this Hilton Garden Inn. This is one of the lowest quality Hilton properties I’ve stayed at. Seems like an old hotel that was poorly renovated- does not live up to the garden inn name. The room we had was really rough. Paint and wallpaper were peeling in the bathroom. The room could also have been cleaner. There was garbage in the ice bucket. The floors also needed to be swept as there was dust on them. To top it off, the ice machine on the floor did not work. The one redeeming quality is the staff. That is the only reason this is not a one star review. Every worker we talked to was super nice and friendly. That is not enough to make me stay here again though.
This Garden Inn hasnt been updated since Clinton was in the White House... Marks all over all of the walls, dirty worn out carpets and outdated decor. Toilet ran longer than any marathon runner could ever dream of. Room just seem dingy and old. Not comfortable at all.
Hotel was fairly clean. Room was acceptable, bathroom could use updating. Ate breakfast at the hotel dining room. The hotel is under staffed (climate for these days, not hotels fault) leaving two cooks and a dishwasher that were all pulling double duty as waitstaff too. They were polite and courteous but overwhelmed. Hotel management runs a competent staff so they should take steps to adapt so guest are not under served and staff overwhelmed shouldnt be a overlooked problem.
Stayed here for a month for business and cant say enough about the staff here. Fernanda is the heart beat of this place and coming home to her smile and warmth after a long day was so nice. David placed me in a room that was off an arm the main hallway, to reduce my noise exposure and I found my stay to be very peaceful. UTEP is gorgeous and the area is very safe and walkable. Hands down would stay again.
Stayed here for three days waiting for a patient at a nearby hospital to be discharged. They were fantastic about holding our luggage in case we needed another night booked. Customer service was excellent. Breakfast is not free and the selection is standard eggs, toast, potatoes, etc. Omelets were fantastic, my compliments to the chef. Unfortunately, my wallet wasnt as happy. The area is considerably lacking in breakfast restaurants other than a closed-for-remodel Village Inn and fast food. Not a lot of shopping nearby besides an Albertsons. Really close to UTEP. Picture is view from room.
People there were so friendly.. Carmen at the front desk, hope I spelled that right, was just the best. Thank you so much for the hospitality. And Im not sure what his name is but the skinny tall guy works in the mornings, your awesome, thank you as well.. they both deserve a raise..
I was quite impressed by the hotel, It has excellent facilities, very good location, now that we are in a time of pandemic, sanitization in each area, and especially in the rooms it is unsurpassed, the attention they provide to each customer is unbeatable, I had the privilege of meeting Heather, Abraham, Aby and Grey, they sincerely, make you feel at home and they are all the time aware of anything you might need. It only remains for me, to congratulate you and thank you for all the attentions you had with me.
The rooms are really outdated, some of the bathroom fixtures need replacement. Our shower was constantly leaking water and the toilet was difficult to flush. Its hard to justify the daily rate for this hotel compared to other equally priced hotels in the East part of town that are modern.
My stay was purely amazing from the moment I checked in until checkout. It was only for a night as I’m passing though but I just want to really compliment how clean the hotel was and felt, and most importantly the customer service I received from Fernada,(I apologize if I misspelled your name)this young lady was beyond amazing. A true hospitality expert and Hilton should be honored to have her as a member of their team. And I love how the bar is open until 10 as if you’re arriving late, you still have time to grab something.
When I first walked into the building I can feel the warmth. The whole hotel smelled good. No unpleasant smells anywhere like some hotels even though there clean. Customer Service PLEASANT! Clean room and restroom a plus! Breakfast was fresh hot and yum! Well stay again. Thank you for your service!
Overall its a nice location and well-maintained property, though the outdated HVAC system (those notoriously noisy under-the window units) did not allow for any good sleep. Question to Hilton and all American hotels, as a matter of fact - when are you going to discover those wonderful (quiet and efficient) split AC systems that have been in use worldwide since early nineties of the last century? I wish you to catch up with the rest of world ASAP...
We have stayed multiple times at this hotel and it was good. But this time was our last, we are never returning. Thanks to the extremely rude and confrontational front desk clerk. Then there was the broken hot tub, that was brownish with stuff floating in it. Thanks but no thanks.
After leaving Hilton Homewood suites because shower water was cold and the pressure low, showering here has been a dream! The water is hot and the pressure is high! The staff are friendly and accommodating, bringing extra towels and coffee at request. I don’t smell anything bad and the rooms are updated, better than where we came from. We didn’t eat or drink here this visit so nothing to share. Parking is safe, no issues.
Ill start with the good before the bad. Front desk staff is always friendly, rooms are clean and lobby is very nice and inviting. Now for the bad. This hotel is in a convenient location BUT they never keep up with the pool area and who is using it. Random people walk in off the street to swim and take all the towels. We complained to staff and nothing was done. Next day it was the same thing, TWO whole families drove up and unloaded the trunk complete with coolers and pool toys etc. And stayed all day and once Once again we mentioned it to staff and nothing was done. They could at least ask for show of room key or name on Reservation. Its not right to pay for a room and pool privilege while anyone in El paso can come and swim all day for free.
Staff was nice and the facilities were clean. But they have no breakfast options in Sundays which were not mentioned to us on check in.I know things are upended with COVID, but we choose Hilton Garden Inn for the breakfast and get it with our Diamond membership. No one offered a substitute. And the room rate wasnt cheaper to compensate.Probably wouldnt come back.
Very nice room, the staff is very professional, and the pool and parking are great as well. No complimentary breakfast, though the in-house restaurant isnt too expensive. There only seem to be 2 bedrooms downstairs, both handicap accessible. I stayed in one of those rooms, very spacious. Overall I enjoyed my stay.
The Hilton garden inns have always been good to me. The staff is friendly the hotel is well kept. Smoke free. Spacious rooms. Glad they have handicapped rooms available if you need one. Only thing I think kinda sucks is theres no complimentary breakfast. You have to pay for it. However it is a real breakfast with eggs, and all that good stuff. I just dont like that theres not a free light breakfast for guests.
Nice people, great rooms. One of the elevators was out of commission, which slowed us down a little. The free shuttle was very handy. I recommend this property if you want to stay near UTEP or the near west side.Update Oct 2019: an elevator was out on this stay too! And it would be nice if a bench was outside so I could sit while I wait for my friend to pick me up.
I really like this Hotel and stay here frequently. The rooms are always clean and very well maintained. The rates are always very reasonable if you book a few days to a week in advance. The bar staff are excellent and the selection isnt terrible. The restaurant is decent. I frequently find myself eating in house rather than going out, and as a business traveler this is a big plus. There is a charge for breakfast but this is waived for diamond members. The breakfast is better than most Continentals youll get at a comparitibly priced property, with made to order requests available. That said, I had a very expensive watch stolen from my room, and now do not allow staff to clean my room while staying at this hotel. The response to this was extremely lack luster by management. They told me they questioned house keeping, who promised they had not stolen it and had a good track record. I eventually had to file a police report, which resulted in nothing.Keep in mind that following up on the theft of valuables is extremely difficult and unlikely to bear any results. I recommend using the room safe while staying here.In summary, this is an excellent, well maintained hotel, with a decent bar and restaurant. Its well located, clean and comfortable. The area is perfect to access most of the city, and I recommend it to any traveler. Keep an eye on your things, use the safe, and its a great property.
“Cozy and comfy” Came to El Paso for a wedding and this was the only hotel near the wedding. As soon has I walked in I was greeted and asked for assistance with my luggage, Got to the front desk and checked in took under 40 seconds! Opened the door to my room to be welcomed with a very clean room. Over all the service and staff were amazing definitely with come back. Sincerely Elizabeth
Best attitude of a staff I have seen in years!! Abraham and Marcella were so welcoming and friendly as soon as we walked in! Abraham was who I made the reservation with, so it was nice getting to meet him,... He made sure I had what I needed to get settled. Next morning at breakfast, Lyndsey was so accommodating and helpful!! Every staff member we encountered was very friendly!!
Not great for a 3-Star Hilton Garden InnMy Wife and I fortunately only stay here one night as we were passing through El Paso. Weve stayed at many Hilton properties and while we arent usually blown away at the 2 and 3-star locations, other hotels continue to raise the bar. Considering this particular hotel was billed as a 3-star hotel, we were unimpressed. Even at a lower star rating, weve had far better stays.First, once you get past the entrance, the hotel just feels old and outdated. Its the little things, such as dust and dirt in the corners, poorly painted areas, uneven tiles, etc. Then there are the two elevators, both of which are super slow, and made very concerning noises. This theme continued into our room. Wood floors are nice. And thats where the compliments end. There is an old-school window HVAC system with the worse controls Ive ever seen. There is no heat/cold or fan setting. You just adjust the temp on the wall. If you go a few degrees above actual room temp, it turned on the heater. In the middle of summer. The bathroom was on the small side. It too felt outdated. But was functional and got the job done. The bed was not comfortable. It felt as though it sloped down in the middle as well. The TV worked and was a reasonable size. Internet was on the slow side, but acceptable for basic internet tasks. They included a hot breakfast and even made-to-order option. I tried some of the hot items such as eggs and sausage and was very disappointed. So I asked the cook to make a bacon egg and cheese breakfast taco. Instead, he just took the horrible already made items and tossed them in a tortilla. Spoiler... it was still bad.Overall, it wasnt a terrible experience. We didnt leave without at least some sleep. We got a good shower in. And didnt leave starving. But considering the many other 2 and 3-star hotels we stayed over the past few weeks, this was by far the worst experience. Its time to step it up, folks.
Excellent hotel. Friendly staff. Really appreciated the hotel going to the football game- free shuttle to the game, close enough to walk also if desired. Comfortable beds, good AC units. Overall very solid. Definitely will stay there if I go back to the area for a game.
We came in early August and when our room wasnt ready, the ladies at the desk upgraded us and gave us free breakfasts, which was really nice of them. Decent location and good sized pool. The breakfast - which we got comped for - was not great, to be honest, and if I had paid the full amount I would have been disappointed. I am not sure the advantage of Garden Inns over Hamptons and Homewoods where you get bigger rooms and free breakfast - overall though nice place to stay by the university
The team members at this location are always so friendly and helpful!Today I was looking for the ice machine and Panchito saw me and offered to get the ice for me!Wow, Ive seen a steady decline in customer service across the country, but Not Here.Thank you Hilton Garden Inn University and thank you Panchito! :D
Front desk staff, Jesus was awesome. Hooked me up w a price match from online. I was upfront w him that I didnt book online because the site seemed sketchy but I definitely liked the price and he was cool about it and gave me the internet price for a great room. Great bar and restaurant area. Friendly staff.
Very disappointed. For the price I would have expected better. Room is decent sized and comfortable. Dark hallways. Almost no lighted signage at night made it difficult to see the building at night. Billed my card an extra $200.00 for incidentals and made no apologies. Was within walking distance of hospitals.Chose this hotel due to its close proximity to Las Palmas Medical Center. Kind of pricey for a Thursday night but rates dropped on the following nights. No two nights were the same. Upon returning to our room on Saturday we found the room hadnt been cleaned. Notified front desk and only received an insincere apology. Extended our stay additional night and inquired about a hospital rate for the remainder of the week. Received no response. All nights were booked including breakfast but restaurant still tried to bill us $25 for breakfast. Upon checking out on Monday, I inquired again about a hospital rate and was told no since hotel was full. We will book a different hotel for the rest of our stay and likely not use Hilton again. For a hotel that advertises if youre not satisfied, you dont pay, they sure did nothing to ensure we were happy.
I stayed at this hotel again in May 22nd, - 24th, 2017.I like staying at this hotel and I really like the staff especially the staff at the hotels restaurant and bar. They take care of you and watch out guys theyre pretty and will flirt for the better tips. I fell for it and they got a good tip from me.The other staff was very nice and they even fixed a toilet issue for me as soon as I called it in. The repairs were completed in about 30 minutes from me calling it in. A+The food is great and worth just staying in if youre there for a long time and dont want to get out and drive in the traffic. I had the club sandwich, the pizza, and the pasta. The breakfast is good and the fruit was fresh. Sorry I dont drink coffee and cant give you a review for the coffee lovers.Ive got to go back in June and have already reserved my room for that stay. The room is very clean and comfortable and the last place they put me was very quiet most of the time. The internet could be better but it is down town and I should be thankful I had some.I have to travel to El Paso each month and will probably reserve a room at this hotel each time I go. I usually dont give this good of a review but it was that good of a stay. I stayed in April and May and both visits were extremely good.
We stayed there from 6/20/2018 to 6/25/2018 we were there during Combat Vets run. I have stayed at many hotels and was never treated as well as I was there. They treated me like a long and the kitchen and bar staff day and night shifts were wonderful. The front desk treated us good. I highly recommend staying there.
Great hotel. Has everything. Nice little bar. Good customer service. Nice looking lounge. Comfortable bed. If I was staying for any occasion it would be very comfortable. The desk was big and you could work on it. I just wish they had breakfast options for room service but whatever. Only drawback were little things. The lighting was flourecent makes my head hurt at night. The elevator area was hot and stuffy but its ok the ice machine is right there. Not much too it. Pretty marriot-ish place. Would recommend would stay again.
Staff was friendly and helpful, room was clean and nice. Stayed in a single king room and they included a mini kitchen ( Keurig, microwave, mini fridge ). TV had some premium channels included ( HBO etc ). The only negative to note is that there is no breakfast included. They have a breakfast buffet for around 12 dollars per adult. If your planning on eating a ton of food for breakfast its totally worth it, but if your just looking for a light breakfast itd be better to go to a local restaurant considering the price to quality ratio.
Standard Hilton Garden Inn Property with corporate Hilton COVID cleaning protocols in place. A few random hairs in the bathroom but overall pretty clean. Looks like an atypical bar or restaurant attached in the front however but with COVID they seem to be offering a more curtailed menu and lingering policy.
Stayed here through hotel tonight. Only to be charged three charges the night before I checked out. Front office states they never received payment from hotel tonight so I am responsible. Hotel tonight says Hilton garden inn charged them immediately, there is 4 others at the front desk right now with the same issue. Do not stay here. You will be financially robbed.
Someone ran our credit cards through multiple times for a 2-night stay, several days after our departure. It took several calls and emails to the general manager and to Hiltons Guest Assistance/Complaint Line to get them to respond and investigate the unauthorized overcharges. We do not recommend this location (or any Hilton Hotels, based on their lack of concern and reluctance to timely investigate and respond to this incident). Someone has sticky fingers in either the front or back office or the general management team---there isnt any way to explain their lack of responsiveness when clear evidence was produced, and cards were charged a 3rd and 4th time, several days after departure. Be forewarned!
Absolute terrible experience. We booked a hotel for three nights at a rate of $90. We decided to extend our stay for 7 more days and we let the person downstairs know and she says no problem its taken care of. When we get our final bill what do we see? a $200 per night charge. The fact they have the audacity to charge $200 a night is ridiculous. To put into perspective? a Five star hotel in Vegas charges $150 a night. It was dead all week during our extended stay so I guess these guys were just money hungry and greedy
The UTEP music department put me up here when I was invited to be a soloist with their jazz ensemble. I am originally from El Paso and even used to live a few blocks from this hotel when I was a student at UTEP. So it was a great location for me to walk to all of my old haunts. Nothing better than El Paso style Mexican food and there are a few good places to eat right there....walking distance. The hotel itself was wonderful. Very friendly staff and very professional.
Excellent staff, would recommend highly. Planning my next reservation in a bit. The shuttle driver Abraham was excellent. I didnt know the hotel offered shuttle services to the border and back. Excellent driver and took me and my daughter a small tour thru downtown el paso and gave us information about the crossing and the meeting location when coming back.. keep up the good work!!!!!
Attended the Mothers Day Brunch and my mother and grandmother loved it. My mom had the ribeye and lobster and she absolutely died over the lobster, the ribeye was okay, could have been better seasoned. My brother, grandmother, and I had the regular breakfast brunch and we were not disappointed. Great visit with amazing staff. Could have had more servers on duty but overall amazing time.
Excellent hotel, the staff from check-in to restaurant on site were great. The location to UTEP, downtown and area attractions are a quick and easy drive. There were many restaurant venues in walking distance. The hotel rooms are up to standards with Hilton. I will be returning soon.
The room was fine (427), but the TV was acting up. The TV remote wouldnt work well and I couldnt access channels with the TV buttons because of the way the channels system was set up. I couldnt watch the news in the morning. Also, the breakfast in the lobby isnt complimentary, which is find, but easy to get confused and think that it is. Some coworkers of mine hadnt been told that the breakfast was not complimentary until after their meal, and had to pay $13 each, and pay a colleagues tab that had left earlier because they thought it was free.
I have stayed here a few times. The hotel is fine and very convenient when having meetings at UTEP, less than 100 yards away. The rooms are fine as well. HOWEVER, the management is the absolute worst! I left an iPod and a charger in my room right before I checked out. I called to inquire about them on the off chance that someone was honest and turned them in. I didnt actually expect to get them back, but I did expect a certain level of customer service...how about a return phone call at the minimum??? My anger and annoyance only escalated after calling on 3 occasions without a response. Finally on the 4th call, I got a return call from the manager who then stated that a claim would be opened. This particular hotels insurance is handled by Zurich Insurance Company who was even worse with retuning phone calls....it took 2 weeks when I was specifically told by the agent handling the claim that I would have a resolution/response within 3-5 days. Again, the items are not the point; it is the lack of professionalism and basic customer service that I have a problem with.
Typical garden inn. I stay at Hilton garden inn for the breakfast I love the option of a short order cook. Unfortunately the worst breakfast i have ever had at a garden inn was here. This was the first time I seen a buffet. I of course ordered an omlete and French toast as always and the omlete was on point the French toast came out not fully cooked and it was one slice of bread served on a saucer with no butter and bucket of syrup. I did not eat so I noticed she had honey butter biscuit so I asked for one of those with sausage and egg to go. I mad a sausage egg honey butter biscuit in my truck before I left the parking lot I took one bite and it was hard as a rock. The egg was rubber sausage was okay. You could tell this cook does not have passion for her craft.
My wife goes to El Paso on a regular basis to visit properties that her property company out of Denver manage. She has stayed at this hotel twice. Both times when getting breakfast, she has been the first to arrive, with no attendant present upon entering. My wife starts to get breakfast and has the woman attendant come in and rudely ask what are doing and what are you getting. She was so flabbergasted the second time, after thinking it might have been a fluke the first time; that she just left her tray, and went back to her room without breakfast. The attendant made her feel like she was stealing food.I am absolutely astonished at the lack of customer service at this hotel in this regard, especially since it was brought to the front desks attention both times and no apologies were made either time.Take your business somewhere else where it is appreciated!!!
The Hilton Garden Inn El Paso/University is in a convenient and great location right next to the University for family to stay when visiting and on Mesa Street surrounded by ample choices of restaurants and entertainment. The hotel is easily visible from afar making it easy to locate and is clean with great service.
This hotel has many perks like being right next time o the university, but the hotel has many cons as well. The pros are good location and friendly and helpful staff. The cons are abnormally small rooms,warn-out beds and the first floor is not maintained and cleaned as much as the rooms.Beautiful Pool and patio, would recommend for business meetings and 1 or 2 night stays ,if you want to be close to the border and university.Otherwise there are nicer hotels to go too. Also the a/c doesn’t work properly,it’s either turned off and swells to hot temps or turned on to a one setting extremely loud fan.
The first night there fire alarms went off @ 12 AM for no reason and woke everybody up, There was mocos on the wall, pistachio shells on the floor from the last guest, the only thing that’s good is the staff is friendly. They only give us 2 towels and we stayed there for 3 nights.
We spent the night here while on our way to san antonio. Courteous front desk, clean room, comfy beds and a nice breakfast buffet before we hit the road. Array of restaurants up and down mesa st. We would have returned but a bit pricey for the night we needed a room. Ended up staying in las cruces instead.

2022-06-26Room was impeccably clean and the bed was comfortable. The service at the front desk was beyond any expectations I cant really tell you if they gave me a free ice cream bar or not because Im pretty sure that is not their usual style. And the location was super quiet. It was just a couple of miles I mean like 2 to 3 miles farther out than I wanted to be but when I decided to extend my stay after checking out I opted to return to this very same facility essentially for the quiet laid-back atmosphere, great service at the front desk and such a wonderful room for sleep and cleaning up!

2022-03-07Positive: We love the location Negative: For some reason we only had hot water in the bathroom sink. We notified desk upon departure. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The vibe there is always good. We love to be able to walk to local stores and restaurants.

2022-03-08Positive: The front desk guys were awesome! Very helpful and provided a shuttle to Monster Jam. Negative: The towels were not clean. A few of the hand towels had lipstick or blood on them...not sure. The tub didnt plug so my son could take a bath. The ac didnt work well and it sucked being on the 5th floor with all that heat.

2022-03-21Great rooms, clean, friendly service at arrival and departure. We arrived super late (12:15am) and really liked that we could only be buzzed in in swipe in with room key. Added safety feature was great. Did not like being woken up at around 8am from how loud housekeeping was complaining about work and schedule and boss and family. After about 10 minutes my husband went outside and gave them a look. She knocked about 5 minutes later and asked if we needed anything. He simply told her, we were trying to sleep in.

2022-05-01This hotel is beautiful. If I am back in El Paso Ill stay here. Great pool, service, bar, and rooms, within walking distance of a grocery store and nice restaurants. Plus a donut restaurant with drive thru. What else can you ask for?

2022-05-04Stayed 5 nights.... Well one of the days there was no water pressure.... so I couldnt take a shower in the morning.... not happy at all. People in the front were very nice. But a good location from UTEP and a great variety of restaurants.

2022-03-08Front desk staff are friendly. We couldnt get a decent temperature it was either freezing or too warm. Bathroom sink didnt drain. Pillows arent great but I have yet to stay in a hotel where they are good.

2022-03-24Incredible customer service! The washing machine was out of order after it ate my quarters, the maintenance man was unable to fix it but HE took our laundry, washed and dried it, then delivered it to our room! Very awesome!

2022-06-12Rooms smelled musty…. Carpets were dirty. Took the kids to use the pool, and it was disgustingly filthy . There was mold at the edge of the pool. The hot tub did not work. And looks like anyone who’s not a guest can use the pool saw people jumping the fence to do so. Definitely will not be returning!!! Oh! and to top it off no hot water!!!!!!
