The Thai milk tea was so disgusting and on top of that it took my driver too long to find me even though; I put in details the store name Tuesday morning were I was at work.I will not be shopping here again!This was on January 15th of this year!

I had the taro smoothie. It was blended perfectly, had nice strong (real?) flavor and the tapioca pearls were delicious.

I’ve been here a few times and honestly love this place. I love the hours of this location because it’s hard to find a boba place open early in the morning. I also love the combination of donuts and boba. It’s the perfect pick me up!Service has been great and the aesthetics of the location is too cute! The backdrop of the movie “Up” gives such a cheerful and happy vibe. It’s a great place to catch up with friends and play board games.The donuts are fresh and the boba tastes great. I love the lavender milk tea, although it tasted a little too sweet when I had it. Overall, I highly recommend and definitely will be back!

We have been long time customers, but NOT anymore, after they put the wrong flavor tea in our 7 cups order and refused to work a restitution with us.I called mgr./owner Jeff twice, but all he wanted to do is argue that the order was verified, on their screen, and it was not his problem - as he was constantly interrupting me :-(Make sure you sip, a bit out, of every cup [yak] making sure the flavor is correct, because once you leave his business mgr./owner Jeff could care less. No refund and he also refused a store credit.THEM filling our 7 tea cup order with the WRONG flavor was our fault.Yeah....right!Give me a break ;-))Yall be careful out there!
The place was very dirty inside, the boba balls tasted old, and they seemed out of slot of stuff.
The people here are great! It’s very beautiful on the inside! They just opened, and are still learning everything, so you just need some patience.
I used to love this place (amazing juices with boba!), but I’ve gone in about 5-6 times since they changed ownership and they never have boba. I understand that it runs out throughout the day, but for it to happen every single time regardless of day or times between 12-5 is disappointing. I don’t normally complain or review, but I hope this changes bc their drinks are really good and I miss my green apple and boba!
All the flavors we had were soooooo good. Lavender-milk tea with yogurt flavored boba, blueberry smoothie with yogurt boba, papaya with regular boba, thai milk tea with regular boba and they have great donuts here!!! Great service and very clean!
I waited for 40 minutes after paying 15.41 for boba, and ice cream waffles. Waffles that never came because I left. This is because the waffles that were meant for me were given to another family at the establishment. Therefore two orders were ruined, costing both patrons time. What caused me to leave was a employee that had the audacity to tell me my waffles would be taking longer after I had been waiting for 40 minutes. The correct approach would be to make the customer immediately aware theres a problem with their order. Additionally this would not have happened if they took the time to deliver orders to the table for customers eating at the location. However since one has to get up for their food at the pickup location, its easy for someone elses order to be taken since they announce waffles. Its absolutely ridiculous that they made me wait for 40 minutes before making me aware of the problem.
Awesome donuts, smoothies and spicy chicken sandwiches. The facility is very clean with plenty of things to occupy the kids inside. Well be coming back for sure.
Their atmosphere is soooo cute! Def a place to chill with the waifu or husbando :3I ordered the taro milk tea and mixed it with coconut, it was l e g e n d a r y.Would give 5 stars if it was served more like a slush/blended rather than iced-tea. Maybe thats an option and I didnt ask for it. IdkPretty dope boba tho, they offered free donut holes and apple fritters bc their card machine was messed up and I ended up having to pay cash. Those were tasty. Anyway, they play radio hip hop so I guess thats t r e n d y.
We love to go here, and have a tradition of getting donuts and bobas every time were in town visiting family. Yummy!

I was surprised that the taro was not that good. In all the other places Ive been to its pretty yummy and has a consistent flavor. Customer service was meh okay, probably because it was already 6PM though, when everyone is already tired...
I got out of surgery and went straight there to get a Boba but instead I got a strawberry Reslfreasher it was good as the name is just more strawberries
There are no public restrooms here, so dont plan to come and stay. I ordered one matcha milk tea, but the woman seemed confused when I asked what kind of milk was in it. Then when I asked for a receipt, she seemed to be unable to print one. She said there was some problem with the machine. The drink I got was loaded with sugar. Next time I will just go to starbucks.
Donuts and sausage rolls are good but the service needs improvement. I told the Iady wanted 2 sausage rolls and 1 glazed donut. She gives me 2 donuts instead and charges me for it before I could say anything. I told her I only wanted one donut and then charging me for another one making a total of 3 donuts. She finally understood what I was talking about and gave me a dollar back. Which I dont think was the correct refund because I paid with a credit card.All I can say is if youre going to come to this country and make a better life for yourself then SPEAK ENGLISH!!!She knew what she was doing though. Thats why I give this place 2 stars for ripping me off
Highly disappointed. Ordered it via Uber based on the Google review. Some of the donuts we received were not fresh. At least a day old and very thick layer of icing. Barely can taste the strawberry flavor on it. The reason I am giving 2 stars bc the boba tea is pretty good. My usual donut place was closed by the time I got around to order via Uber. Next time, never to order a donut from a place that is open beyond 12 pm. Bc chances are they are not selling you the fresh ones.:(
Ordered through DoorDash, for whatever that’s worth.The milk teas I tried (Thai, Lavender) were fine. I got them lightly sweetened and I imagine if I hadn’t specified that, they would have been much too sweet. Didn’t have any jelly/boba, so I can’t speak to that.The donuts were dry at 8 in the morning, and the flavors are all just a little bit off - chocolate, especially, has a very artificial taste. Eclairs didn’t have very much filling in them at all. There are so many places around here that do donuts very well, so I can’t understand the reviewers who say they like the donuts here. I will be sticking with the places I know.
The smoothies are good, I get chocolate with cherry boba, and today they were busy and I bought groceries and the made mine extra fast so Id be able to get home without a spoiled food. Very good service

The donuts are incredible without exaggeration. Extremely fluffy and fresh, even at 6pm. Had the black milk tea boba as well, and it was also delicious. The black tea blend had hints of jasmine or rose, so I very much enjoyed it. Ambiance is great and the staff member was lovely.
Did not wash his hands & I watched him wipe his nose and he just continued fixing ppls stuff as if he didnt just rub on his nose. . . .

This place is so great to get donuts and coffee. The staff is very polite and respectful. They welcome you and always have a smile on there face. They dont rush and make sure you have all you want. Glad to t close to this place to be able to order some delicious food.
The shop itself is very clean and cute and the atmosphere is pleasant. I ordered the Thai tea with boba and Ill admit that it was too sugary, but still very good. The donuts are delicious, though. I look forward to seeing this business grow and flourish. The staff is also very polite and friendly and I wish them the best.
Hands down the cutest donut shop in DFW. Staff is so sweet and helpful, and they were incredibly patient with my 2.5 year old niece who couldn’t decide which donut she wanted. Donut are amazing, the shop it a perfect place to take a kid on a special day, and they have Boba too! Love this place!

I come here every Wednesday before work for boba tea and a donut. Not only is it possibly the absolute best donuts I have ever had in my life, but the workers are incredible. Not only do they always recognize me and remember who I am, but they also always remember my order and are quick to have it ready. A one-off stop became a daily routine because of the workers and delicious donuts!
I was craving a Boba tea at 645am an google this place. Tea was so so Good the lady up front was very helpful. Donuts were so fresh they also have many breakfast sandwiches. Lots of tables as well to sit at as well as a Childrens table. Overall was very impressed an they stay open til 8pm
We go here nearly every week for donuts and frozen coffee drinks before going to the park with the dog. The coffee drinks are sweet and creamy, just how I like them. The sausage rolls are as expected. My husband likes the donuts and sometimes gets fun weird colored ones. We really like that we have a place that we can get donuts and specialty drinks.
Pretty ok donuts but the smoothies are a little too sweet for me which is really saying something. If youre not there early the selection isnt that great. My two year old never complains though. Its always been clean and the employees are very nice.

Very friendly folks and super clean place. Fresh delicious donuts and the best boba and smoothies in this area - bar none. The owners are awesome and helped me with my car door as my hands were full carrying my son in his carrier. The bobas are made to order and they use real fruit and ingredients. You even get free samples. We have already visited this place numerous times and look forward to more.
My second time going, first time was great. This time, the taste of the Boba Tea was off. The person who made it was a young kid, not sure if that made the difference. But overall the place looks great, and hopefully theyre not understaffed next time.

I really like the coffee because it has some kick and good flavor. The donuts were really good as well. My better half hella loves their boba teas but thats not really my thing lol. They do have a rewards punch card system there as well if you plan on making multiple trips.
Awesome donuts!!! Turkey egg and cheese croissant for breakfast, wonderful. Tried the mango boba. Absolutely delicious! The use real fruit, not the powder stuff, so its worth the wait. So friendly, definitely making this a regular stop.

First visit impressions....well it just didnt cut it. I believe the staff you hire and train is a reflection of management and of the owners. That being said I think the staff needs better training on customer service especially welcoming and greetings. A simple hello or how are you would make such a difference.l and they would make better tips. Ok now on to the drinks. What I ordered normally doesnt taste like watered down milk with sugar! Yet, thats what I got at this place sugar milk! Sorry, not impressed. This in my opinion quickly needs to change. I didnt try the 🍩 but they look good yet I did question weather the donut fillings stay out all day. Hmm I could swear that should be refrigerated but what do I know. I would give this place one more shot maybe in a few months give them sometime to make changes.
Will defiantly be going back... Got a coconut smoothie with boba it was amazing. Best one in town and ive probably been to them all. The guy who owns the place greeted me and my 3 year old niece when we walked in and he gave her some donut holes. They obviously care about customers. Cant wait to go back and try their food next looks great

Man behind the counter sure seemed like he was having a bad day. Ordered a mango boba. $4 and it was all ice and extra chewy boba. It’s close to me so maybe I’ll stop by in the morning when they have fresh donuts and the staff isn’t so “tired”.
I ordered the almond milk tea with boba...and there was no tea. Simply almond flavored milk. The boba was hard. Halfway through the drink my stomach got queasy. Would not recommend.
The donuts and drinks are pretty good. The owner is friendly, and the facility is clean. This is a fun place to hang out and play a board game with your kiddo while enjoying some sweet treats. Dont stay and drink too much bobba tea though. There are no public restrooms available.
Amazing place, really lovely service, great teas and the donuts looked amazing - they even have chicken cutlets and sausage meat wrapped in kolache dough. Super clean with a nice big seating area. They also gave me a loyalty card - ill be filling that up and getting my freebee in no time!
Me and my wife love coming here for the bubble tea. We have also had some donuts and an ice cream waffle. All were pretty good! They have a small game table inside too for kids to stay busy. Next we will try the bingsoo!
Used to love this place but they are still in training mode since August. The teens that work here need a lot more training on customer service. They dont even know their own menu. I was coming every week but then they were saying they were out of boba and they dont serve hot drinks even though their menu says otherwise....after I ordered a hot drink. They dont offer your money back or apologize after messing up the drink you just ordered.
Most staff are very friendly but the service is slow and if I go four times a week my order is typically incorrect twice. Multiple times Ive been inside and seen people walk out because it was taking too long or nobody came to the front.The worst thing is that sometimes they seem to use the shop as a daycare for one of their kids and he is not very well behaved/disciplined and frequently bangs toys all over or runs around and yells, making it hard to have a conversation or read, effectively ruining the atmosphere. I feel bad for him as he seems hyperactive or needs constant attention...but that shouldnt be something guests of the shop have to put up with (he also frequently puts the shop in violation of health code by wandering in the kitchen).I like this shop and the people just because it is a little different but I wouldnt recommend it as a reliable place to go to relax or hang out or if you care if your order is correct/you value your time. As other people mentioned also, the prices are kind of high and the quality is average.

What a great experience! The food was great and the coffee was delicious!! Also the staff is fantastic!! My toddler spilled iced coffee all over the floor, they helped us clean up, and even gave us another iced coffee free of charge. I cant recommend it enough!!
Friendly staff! Went out of their way to make birthday donuts for my son. It was their first time and I loved how excited they were to try it. Cute little shop and very clean!!! I like supporting local businesses so we will be back.
This place is so awesome! Not only can you get donuts all day but its the best Thai tea in at least a 50 mile radius. Friendly staff that always serves with a smile. Only thing left for me to get is that frozen cotton candy... Mmmmmmmmmm.
I used to love going here, as Ive been here 10 times. I was using their punch card to get a free boba tea, when the merchant claimed she couldnt verify that the punch card was legitimate. I cannot condone returning to a business that will scam their customers.
We tried this place after two other places in town were closed due to inventory. Its a little more than I wish to pay for the regular size. Very very sweet. Almost too sweet and too much milk for my taste. I couldnt finish it and I ended up throwing it away. Im really disappointed. I wanted to like it so much, I even tried to doctor it up at home. It just didnt hit the mark.
I went to the Bedford location on 3-6-20 and ordered the thai milk boba. This was THE worse boba thai Ive had in years...BLAND FLAVOR and OVERPRICED. I spend over $5 for literally a large cup of orange WATER. We wont be back.
Literally my first time coming here and I pay $5 for a regular drink WITH Boba in it. I get it back with no boba in it and asked if I could have some put in it (because I payed for the boba to be put into it), they tell me they dont have any FOR THAT DAY ONLY??? Im confused and now just have a milk based tea that I payed extra for so they could put boba in it but didnt manage to tell me they dont have any boba?
I love this place! Has a nice cozy feel to it right here in the mid cites area. Sometimes there is a wait when ordering boba drinks or donuts, but it is well worth the wait. I hope to see this small local business continue to grow and flourish.
We stopped by yesterday and Ive never had such tasty coffee in my life and the sausage rolls were so delicious! The staff is also very sweet; Ill be driving in from Arlington just to visit this place!

Today my family came in and had boba and doughnuts and they were both very good. But the reason for the one star is the service we got. The two young men behind the counter had no personality at all and acted like we were bothering them by coming in. There was no greeting when we came in just a blank stare from two teens with AirPods in their ears. For this reason we will not be coming back to this place because there are other boba places with WAY BETTER service around here who deserve our money.

Good boba, relatively cheap and tons of options. Not so hot about seeds in my boba though, was not aware that some of those served here had that option as they got stuck in my teeth. However smoothies with boba are awesome here.
My go to place for boba in the area. The only bad thing is they got rid of the non smoothie drinks. That was one thing that they did different from other boba places and it was really good.
Interesting combo of donuts and bubble tea. Bubble tea is good with decent size and portions. As good as most places for donuts. Wont blow you away but worth a repeat visit.
We live less than a mile from this place, our siblings who reglaulry come visit and us end up there once or twice a week.The store is decorated adorably, it’s always clean, and the service is wonderful.It’s a fantastic place! I highly recommend it!

My Thai milk tea was made wrong. It tasted like water, since there was no sugar added. But at least the matcha one was good.

2022-04-09It was a warm afternoon and we visited this place for the first time. We ordered Green Apple Smoothie, Strawberry Smoothie, Taro Milk Tea, and Strawberry Milk Tea. All with Boba. The teas were alright. My kids liked their smoothies. They use non-dairy milk. The seating area is very welcoming and spacious. They have about 10 different types of bobas and jellies. Theres a nice mural from the movie Up.Unfortunately, their restrooms were not working at the time of our visit.

2019-11-21It’s so nice to find a regular donut shop that is open longer. Closing at noon gets on my nerves for the millions of donut shops we have in Dallas. Anyway, went in and the spot was clean and colorful. Nice lady working the counter.Stop: THEY HAVE REAL BAVARIAN CREAM! Not that pudding imitation stuff. I was pleasantly surprised when she filled a donut hole for me and it was legit cream! Needless to say, that I got a Barvarian filled donut😁.

2019-12-09We are excited to try our new donut shop! Good service with clean cute environment. Lots of room and seating. Donuts and boba were fresh and tasty. Loved the variety of boba’s. Happy to return again.

2018-02-14The owners are so sweet and the donut selection is decent - what makes the donut selection amazing is that fact that they fill your donuts on demand! My kids had fun “designing” their own filled donuts - they even put two different fillings in one donut and filled all kinds of donuts - including a twist. The kids got a kick out of that.We didn’t try anything but donuts tonight but I plan on visiting this place again soon to try the drinks and other menu items.They also have BREAKFAST items. Sometimes I take Harwood to work in the morning and the next time I do I will be stopping by Holy Boba for a croissant sandwich!

2020-01-31Super cute cafe! Loved my pineapple and pomegranate smoothie with green tea boba! The croissants here melt in your mouth! The donut was a piece of art and satisfied all my cravings. Service is friendly and efficient. Will definitely come back. :)
