We bought an Alpine recently, which we absolutely LOVE!!! Dudley actually showed it to us , because he stepped in for Alley, who unfortunately fell short on all levels as a sales person. Dudley was exceptional, professional, personable, and attentive throughout the process. I would LOVE to give FIVE STARS , except for the fact that Holiday World had over three weeks to get the unit ready for transport, and on the day our carrier was to arrive, things were still not done. Wallpaper repairs were shoddy, there was a known AC warranty issue according to Stephen (which we didn’t find out about until after we hauled it 160 miles away and were told to put 1x2 wood blocks under the air ducts ourselves). It was filthy inside, unvacuumed, and just not ready for possession. I understand that they were unable to wash it due to water lines being broken the day before we picked the unit up, but otherwise, it was as if they had made the sale and delivery didn’t really matter any more.Dudley was the shining star at Holiday World!! Also David Gonzalez in finance. Kudos to them!!
We came all the way from KY to purchase our rig from holiday world and it was an awesome experience. Alley was amazing to work with and kept us super informed prior to the purchase, during, and when we came to pick up the unit. The service team was also very detailed on educating on about everything (thanks Harvey!). Everything was so smooth and we are impressed with how great of an experience it was to purchase prior to seeing it and then traveling (1800 miles) and having it ready to pick up.

Allie did a superb job of getting me the price I needed on my travel trailer and the price on the unit i purchased!! I cant thank her enough. She made sure I had all the information I needed as I was making the purchase from a long distance. She kept in touch until I was able to get to Alvarado to close the deal. The unit I purchased was preowned but if was spotless and ready to roll. Everyone did their part to make my experience really good. I was treated professionally and overall the experience was better than any I have experienced before! Thank you again Allie!
This place is awful. We’ve had problem after problem with them and they just don’t care at all. I highly suggest finding somewhere else to go.They have straight up lied to us about what the unit had/ what would be fixed before we took it off the lot, it’s extremely hard to get an update from them, we’ve been told for 2 days that our unit would be ready that day… and it’s not, the GM is so rude and arrogant, our unit is currently in the shop with them ( has been for over a week when we were quoted 10 hours), their techs are incompetent, we are still having issues with our inverter even though rhey “fixed” it during the last shop visit.Save yourself a headache and take your business somewhere else where they actually care All this place cares about is making money and getting good reviews….. they’re obviously doing damage control with all these recent “good” reviews. Don’t trust them!!!Don’t bother contacting me holiday world. Fix our motorhome and we will never be back

After two horrible experiences at two different other dealerships we dropped in to holiday world in Alvarado and never left! Well we didn’t leave without the camper of our dreams! Jesse Donovan our sales representative was amazing funny but still knowledgeable so extremely helpful got us the best price on a fabulous new travel trailer. Hannah performed our walk-through at closing and was also amazing love her! We had a couple of cabinet doors that needed to be tightened and Harvey with Johnny on the spot getting that done immediately. Gary White in financing worked his tail off to get us the best possible financing options. All around a fantastic experience!
My wife and I spent a year researching and shopping for an RV. This location immediately stood out to us when we walked in the door. We were greeted like friends and treated like family. There was zero pressure to buy anything. Shannon, our salesperson, was exceptional and thoughtful of our unique needs. Purchasing a travel trailer is very similar to purchasing a vehicle as far as the process is concerned. Gary, the finance person we worked with, was no pressure and guided us through the process. In the parts department, Hannah was exceptional, and although we could have spent thousands of dollars for accessories, she showed us only what we needed. Because of her level of service, I went ahead and purchased several hundred dollars of items that I had planned to buy aftermarket. We found a few things we wanted to be addressed during the inspection and delivery. The service department acted quickly and without delay to take care of our action items. During the inspection of a new RV, one should be meticulous and take your time. I was reminded several times to take my time and not feel rushed. The personnel and management at Holiday World Alvarado truly care about their customers and are very customer service orented. Who can honestly say they have been treated this way in any purchase process? Lastly, I have to shout out to Richard, the sales manager. He and his team were 5 Star in my book. I think everyone was transparent, ethical, and looking out for our best interest. I can’t imagine how we could get better service than we did at Holiday World, and no one should expect less. They have a customer for life.
Alley at Holiday world was very professional, informative and a pleasure to work with.She answered all of our many questions and was patient with the time we took to make our decision. The process was very smooth and pressure free. The walk through with Alley and Shelby went very well and I learned a lot from both of them. I would recommend Alley and the crew at Holiday. Mike the finance man is also a good guy to work with.

The parts and tech department are incredible! The employees Alyssa, Carl, Harvey, and Tanner went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed before pulling off the lot with our new fifth wheel. We purchased a used 2017 Keystone Hideout and wanted to say the customer service was outstanding! Especially Dudley Hamilton. We just bought our first camper from Dudley. He was very informative and helped us make informed decisions. I would definitely recommend him for sure. The only breakdown in the process was we didn’t receive our keys to the camper and didn’t know until we were over an hour away. They hadn’t placed them in the bag they said it was in. I contacted Dudley and he got the keys and met us to deliver them immediately. Your character has a chance to really shine when things go wrong. Dudley was the salesman who assisted us. He was informative and friendly. Spent a lot of time patiently answering all of our questions. And as new RV owners we had ALOT of questions! Hannah and the rest of the parts team were so friendly and kind. Made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us find a good restaurant for lunch! I requested a quote from Graham on a new camper. He was phenomenal and displayed great communication and was extremely timely. Though they didn’t have the camper I wanted coming in anytime soon, I would highly consider buying from Graham and Holiday world because of the phenomenal customer service and for the Holiday World nationwide customer service.
Took my new RV in for service under warranty. They had my camper a week from drop off and I got a text that a tech was going to look at my rig and file for warranty repair. A couple of days later got a text all repairs cleared for warranty repair. I get it back and my a/c duct was poorly repaired . I called to report the issue and got the sorry, Ill tell my manager not oh hey bring it in we will fix it right away. Figure they arent concerned with actually fixing it so thought I would share it here. Kevin, my maintenance rep says he didnt get a chance to inspect it before it went out. Dont think it would have been found without opening the covers again any way. But he had the opportunity to get it right but gave me the response listed above. If this is the level of care I will get I might look for other options.
Went to Holiday World after going to a number of other RV shops. By far they were the best. If you go in be sure to ask for Franny she went over and above with helping us get our Class A. She was there every step of the way and I feel she will be there to help if anything comes up.
Jesse Donovan, was our sales person. He was very knowledgeable. He explained everything to us and answered all our questions. He was also available to us after hours to answer some of our questions. We were first time buyers, he made us feel comfortable. Thanks Jesse and Holiday World.
We couldn’t have been more pleased with our experience at Holiday Rv. Dudley, our sales person, was great in letting us have plenty of time to make the decision to buy. Gary in finance did the best he could to make that part of the purchase a tad enjoyable. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but pick up went smoothly with everyone being thorough and very patient to get us on the road. We never felt rushed or afraid to ask just one more question. Fran is awesome! I have never received better customer service. We felt like she really cared about us and went way above and beyond to ensure we had an excellent experience. She made sure every detail was taken care of, even taking it on herself to continue searching the web for a particular part after her first search was a dead end. Recently bought a new Keystone Alpine Travel Trailer from Shannon Snyder at Holiday World Of Alvarado.Our experience was extremely pleasant throughout the whole purchase. Would give 0 stars if i could. The service department is so bad at this place. We have been back and forth with our trailer for two years. They are totally incapable of fixing there products. Totally unhelpful. Even if they make a mistake when you have to take it back to be fixed again. (for the 4th time) you get put in the back of the line. Sorry we are booking for JUNE!. Another camping season gone with a paperweight sitting outside. I highly recommend you find another dealer. I have worked in the service industry for 20 years and guarantee I would have any customer if I treated them like this.
I have had nothing but a great experience with Frannie and Holiday World of Alvarado. The process was easy and informative and Id strongly recommend this salesperson or this RV Center. My concerns were thoroughly addressed and the process was free of stress.
We bought our first brand new 5th wheeler at Holiday World Alvarado. It was damaged in a freak accident. It took it took 2 months to be repaired. They repaired most of the damage that was done. Door facing still needed work and there is a chip in shower as well. We picked it up today to find that the battery was dead. After we arrived at our storage site in Midlothian we had no power even though it was plugged in to our truck for 45 minutes while we traveled there. We were told it would charge on our way back. Called the dealership to report the issue. They told us we’d have to bring it back. So we are driving back to leave it with them AGAIN. DO NOT buy anything from them. I’m only giving one star because we had a knowledgeable sales lady, Teresa.
We traded in our first travel trailer and upgraded to a new fifth wheel. Graham made this process easy and stress free. His knowledge on the keystone brand was unparalleled. Without Grahams help we would have never found the floorplan and fifth wheel we purchased his customer service and sales experience is the reason we will continue to do our business at Holiday World Alvarado.
Outstanding Service - we live in Colorado and highly recommend purchasing outside of Colorado. We ordered a custom 5th wheel and wanted the Avalanche with some custom options and Colorado dealers would not make time to support the purchase nor return any calls.We called the factory and they recommended Holiday World of Alvarado. Our sales representative is Teresa Molands and she is on top of her game - top notch very responsive. She provided all our needs and stayed in contact with us until the unit arrived from the factory. Once it arrived we did our walkthrough and the unit is headed to Colorado - Trust me it was seamless.I could write a book on our experience and highly recommend Teresa and her team.Truly the best !

The five-star rating is for Graham, the salesperson who worked with me through the process of getting my new travel trailer. He was friendly with me, my partner, and my dogs. This does NOT necessarily include the rest of the dealership, which is made up of too many moving parts for me to review as a whole. Whenever I ran into issues, Graham worked to fix them, and thats the critical part.Im an eight-hour drive from the dealership, but I had found a teardrop camper that I had been interested in. Graham sent me photos and videos of the camper. Still, after talking to me and discussing what I needed, he also sent me videos of some other trailers I might be interested in (so I could have options to look at after an eight-hour drive.)I ended up changing my mind and going with a slightly cheaper and slightly bigger trailer, a Springdale 1750. My partner and I drove to the dealer and unfortunately couldnt find a dogsitter...so all three dogs (10-year-old Border collie/Lab, 6-year-old Catahoula, and 6-month-old Akbash) came with us. Graham and the rest of the dealership were GREAT with the three dogs, even when my Catahoula barked at a few people, and the puppy got antsy. While bringing the three dogs was chaotic, that was the least chaotic it couldve been, so Im so happy that everyone there was understanding and made me feel welcome with the dogs.I wanted a brake controller in my van, so I got that in the service department. My experience there matched all the other reviews here, so there is no need to dwell on that, as we were tired and hungry, which probably clouds my judgment. Graham knew I was getting cranky, though, and got us set up in the new trailer, so the dogs didnt have to sit in the lounge anymore. Graham also took pictures of the dogs getting in and out of the trailer, which was adorable. When we found out that I had the wrong ball size on my van, Graham simply bought me a new ball instead of making me buy a new one (I was very hungry and tired by that time, so that bit of kindness was very appreciated.)Graham also requested a text to ensure we got home safe since we left much later than initially planned. I sent the text at 3:30 am, as asked.A few days later, I noticed my card hadnt been refunded the $500 deposit (that was supposed to be repaid when I did my paperwork.) I sent a quick text to Graham, and he got it taken care of ASAP. Even after making the sale, Graham still made sure I got what I needed.Graham wasnt just a great salesperson but a great person. And dogs like him.
I highly recommend Holiday World of Las Cruces. I was looking for trailer and was too slow to purchase but Omar made sure to put me in exactly what I was looking for! It started off very well. Ally was awesome. That’s where it ended. There was no communication from the finance department, and I had to call repeatedly to get answers. After the sale, we received a call telling us to pick up our license plates. After driving 50 miles up there, they try to give us the old plates with expired tags on them. We went to the parts and service department and not one person was willing to help us find the adapter we were looking for. Holiday World is incompetent, and I will not be going back when it’s time to upgrade.
I’m a 71 year old female. Traveling the country in my RV with my two Doodle Puppies.I did not buy my RV from this dealership. I purchased it close to my home in Florida. The day before a major winter storm I started having electrical issues with my 4 month old class A RV. Even though Holiday World does not sell my brand of RV, their service dept treated me like I had just purchased their most expensive RV. Adam the service manager got a tech to check it out. Turned out one of the battery terminals had come loose and the wires were detached. The entire staff was friendly and professional. (Try the cookies at the front desk). In fact I’m taking a new Jeep to them to get wired to flat tow.So if you’re in the market for a new unit or just need service, this is the place to go. You won’t be disappointed.

Dudley Hamilton at Holiday World Alvarado went over and beyond to make sure we got the rv we wanted. His customer service was awesome! Our Keystone Avalanche is just what we wanted. Carl and Harvey and all the service crew really explained away any questions that arose.
We drove 8 hours from El Paso for their last available Passport 282 QB . Our whole purchase was orchestrated by an excellent gentleman named Dudley. He provided videos and photos that assisted us in selecting our first RV. His customer service went above and beyond alongside his hospitality upon arrival. Everyone from each department was exceptionally inviting and made us feel at ease for our first RV purchase. I highly recommend Holiday World of Alvarado especially Dudley because he will take care of you and your family !!!! Definitely will come back in the future if we decide to upgrade our unit !😀
Dudley Hamilton was our salesman and did an exceptional job. We came from 4 hours away and most of our conversations were over the phone! He got us a trailer that came right off the truck and we couldn’t be happier! David had all of our financing ready for us to go over and sign! It was extremely easy and thorough! Hannah in the Parts department was so helpful with everything we needed and is incredibly sweet. She went over each part we would need and even went to the extent of making sure everything was where it needed to be and that we had all the correct parts! Tabatha and Travis in parts did our walkthrough and explained every detail of the camper with us! Michael showed us how to hook everything up to our car and made sure we knew what to do before we left.I was very nervous with this purchases only because this is our first camper, but Dudley made sure that everything was taken care of and that when we got to the dealership, everything flowed!! We were there a total of 2 hours!!!! The service department even put our sway bar hitch on for us during this time!!! We are extremely pleased with the service we got over the last 2 weeks talking with Dudley and today at the dealership! We highly recommend using them for any of your camping needs!

We came to Holiday World on a whim after driving 3hrs and having horrible service at other RV dealers. We got partnered up with Chris and couldnt of been happier with his service. He listened to everything we said and showed us what we wanted to see. Ended up purchasing the perfect fifth wheel for our family and couldnt be happier. We had great service from everyone we dealt with up there. All in all a great experience and definitely would recommend this location!

Visited first time and met with their sales consultant Dudley Hamilton. Hes very affable, professional and extremely attentive with no pressure whatsoever. Overall it was a very pleasant sales experience!Dudley drove us around in a golf cart to the RVs we were interested in. Made sure all doors were open & left us alone to peruse each unit. He came back just a couple of times to see if we had any questions. We left that day with the promise from Dudley that we would not be contacted or marketed until we first made contact. That was a refreshing surprise!We revisited a few weeks later specifically asking for Dudley again this time with more serious intent. In between that time we had visited several RV dealers and had a mix of high pressure and high prices. Those experiences didnt even come close to Holiday World. Highly advise Holiday World of Alvarado and especially Dudley Hamilton. Their price structures are some of the best around and staff is top notch!

My husband and I bought a 2021 Outback from at Holiday World. He was an amazing Sales rep and really followed up on every question we had. He was very informative and really passionate about helping us navigate being first time RVers. We love the layout, size and look of our RV. We had a few problems that we found before we took possession and Holiday World fixed them before delivery. So if headed to Alvarado and go to Holiday World ask for Graham because you will NOT be disappointed.

We called ahead to ask about a particular 5th wheel we were interested in. Alley had all of the information ready to share with us. Walked us through all of the features. She also had a comparable model ready to show, so we could help make an informed decision. Together we all came up with a great choice for our family of four. Great times ahead for this crew! After a terrible experience purchasing a bumper pull camper through a buy here, pay here place, we came here with the intention of buying a replacement shower pan and ended up trading in our camper and buying a new fifth wheel. The experience was wonderful, we felt valued and heard and it was never a pushy, uncomfortable situation. These people care and want to help you however you decide you want help. Dudley in Sales, Hannah in parts, Scott in management, and David in Finance all did whatever they could to make sure our experience went smoothly and was as easy for us as possible...we had truck trouble on the day we needed to bring the trade in and pickup our new camper and they even offered to tow our new camper to our spot at no cost. These people are wonderful!! Dont go anywhere else but here. They will take good care of you.

This place is a joke. Theyll tell you everything you want to hear! theyll make promises about your unit having new tires, a new windshield, etc before it leaves the lot. Thats a straight up lie. my Unit was not given new tires , as promised, and weve been waiting 2 weeks for a windshield to be installed. They wont call you back. Theyre rude. They basically just dont care after theyve already gotten your money. My advice is to not do business with them bc they arent trust worthy but if you must, dont give them any money until the unit is exactly how you want it. Theyre overpriced and theres units on the lot that are not ready to be sold... like ours... we had several issues with ours that shouldve been taken care of before it was listed. Now were stuck in a hotel while we patiently wait for them to fix everything.... call backs or updates are rare. its like pulling teeth trying to get someone to talk to you. Cross your fingers you never have to get anything fixed bc its a huge hassle. Buyer beware. We learned a huge... EXPENSIVE lesson
Craig did a wonderful job showing me several options that met my needs. Larry was wonderful on financing and managed to save me a bunch of money with a lower interest rate than my other lenders. Austin my service technician was patient and very thorough in explaining all the systems and maintenance requirements on my new camper. Thanks guys!
Holiday World of Alvarado is the absolute BEST! Stopped by late on a Saturday evening around an hour before closing time on our way back home from being in Dallas for the day, and we were met with the nicest salesman, Dudley, who made us feel super welcomed and gave the best service. As a travel nurse looking to purchase a travel trailer to go from assignment to assignment, I had been to my fair share of dealerships and spoke with several over the phone as I looked all over Texas to find the right fit for my needs. Needless to say, I had dealt with the pushy salesman who bashed every other name and brand I had looked at, and was just about at the point of wanting to can the idea and wait a while before taking the plunge. I felt like I was walking into scam every other time, but not with Dudley. Dudley was the kindest, most low key, no pressure, fun salesman we could have asked for! Not once did he speak poorly of any other dealers or brands, but instead shared all of the great things about their product and allowed me to make the best decision for myself on what would work for me and my comfort when making such a big purchase. Dudley helped us find the perfect trailer to fit our needs and budget, and got us all squared away even with it running into closing time! We were approved for financing by that Monday morning, and set our pickup date for a week and a half later. Dudley checked on me throughout that waiting period and set me up with the parts department to get all of the bells and whistles I wanted for the new camper. Stan in the parts department was excellent and helped me get everything I needed to get going on the road! Showed up for pickup day and was welcomed by the entire crew! Even the GM Rick came by to shake my hand and thanked me for my service as a nurse! Talk about a BIG impression!!! As newbies to RV life, Stan gave us an excellent walk through and explained everything in detail so that I would be prepared to take my camper to the RV park and setup that very afternoon so I could start my new assignment at the hospital. He took his time, and was very patient with my many questions and needing him to repeat multiple things to make sure I understood. The one slip up in the whole process, is that a few things were missed in the cleanup/make ready for the camper, but Dudley addressed it right away, and Rick made sure that the trailer was taken back and quickly made to look spotless! Excellent service, wonderful people, and one heck of an experience! Thank you to everyone for being so kind and helpful, but biggest thanks to Dudley for helping me find my perfect home away from home!!!

I had a great experience with this dealership! I may accidentally leave someone out, but I wanted to recognize the wonderful service that I received. Scott handled as much of the transaction over the phone since we knew exactly what we wanted. (We live 4 hours away from the dealership). Hannah was our adviser and made sure all went smoothly. She is a delightful young lady and made us feel special! CARL is FABULOUS! He toured our new purchase with us and answered all of our questions! He is a wealth of knowledge. My 3rd ever Google review. This one is worth the read.I first started looking just out of curiosity and then circumstances changed and we needed an RV sooner than expected. Teresa was my sales lady and even when she knew we werent buying for quite a while, she took the time to walk with me and show me all kinds of different options and answer tons of questions because Id never had an RV. Once our circumstances changed she showed us different RVs that fit our budget and what we needed. She was simply amazing before AND after the sale. There were a couple of TINY issues which they promptly corrected. I still call her with questions about using different features and everyone i dealt with in service was great. I went to McClains and Explore USA and the service there was simply pathetic. They refused to even leave their desks to answer questions or show me where the RVs were that I was interested in. I had to walk the whole place on my own and to top it off, they attempted to say I had to buy that day or the price would go up 8%. Fun town tried to say we couldnt get approved for anything decent. Turns out everyone except for Holiday World was wrong. We got an amazing used 2020 RV still under factory warranty and we also got all the help we could ever need when it comes to questions, service and even just friendly chit chat. Youre free to visit every dealership, just like I did, but I can almost guarantee that youll find your way back to Holiday World. Thank you so much Teresa for treating us as human beings and not dollar signs. I could lavish many more compliments on the whole staff but I believe this should suffice. Try them. You wont regret it.
We are 100% satisfied with the purchase from Holiday World & will always go back to these guys. Graham Skinner is a great salesman. He is a great guy and does not push you to buy and very knowledgeable. Everybody is so warm and welcoming from the front desk to finance to parts department, etc they discuss everything with you upfront and the process is smooth.
Took my unit in for the 60 day check up on November 3rd, there were a few minor things wrong that needed some attention but nothing big. It is now November 18 and I am being told the unit has not been worked on yet. I dont think this dealer knows what an appointment means since they have not even looked at my unit yet. They were all butterflies and sunshine when they were taking my money to but the unit and now an being given excuse after excuse on why they have not even looked at my unit yet.......Very unacceptable!I am picking it up on Saturday and it will never be back to Holiday World RV there service after the sale is terrible, a quick google search will tell you that this is typical of the service they give after the sale.
Our sales person was really nice she showed us everything we needed to see depending on the weight of what our truck could pull and the items we wanted in a trailer. 👍
This is an amazing place. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. Went to several other places before coming back to Holiday World of Alvarado. Our salesperson Franny was by far the best salesperson of all the places we went to. Not only did she find the best trailer for us but she also asked all the questions about why we wanted each individual trailer and gave us the pros and cons about each individual one. Will definitely be coming back here in the future for our next camper and will continually recommend to everyone we meet who is looking for not only their first but next camper.

Holiday World of Alvarado is a very nice place, especially having Franny Rainey working with me. She was very cordial with me and showed me several trailers that I would fulfill my requirements. She answered all my questions in a professional manner, and is an (attention to detail) type of person. I’m brand new to the RV world, and she made my feel very comfortable, and she took her time with me explaining all the items to take in consideration when purchasing an RV. Her communications with me via text or email was exceptional! She stayed in touch with me on a weekly basis, and keep me updated on the pricing of the trailers. An awesome Sales Consultant! Even though we didn’t buy our RV from Holiday World we had a very positive experience with everyone there. Most of all was Shelby, our sales person. BUYER be AWARE!!We purchased a brand new Keystone 45ft Raptor 429 Toy Hauler 5th wheel- $116 thousand dollars few months ago. During our last walk through the hot water heater was not functioning right . They assured us that it was good to go when we left with the 5th wheel!! It WAS NOT!! They knew we were to live in this… and had also stated Keystone is only RV that is warranted for full time! We called them and kept saying we need to bring it in!!! We live in RV and live 1 1/2 hours away!!! We got ahold of great RV mobile tech… he showed us that water heater was corroded and needed to be replaced! It has been nightmare try to get them or keystone to replace even though it is brand spanking new!! We finally paid for ourselves and 3 months later still have not been reimbursed!! We love our raptor but not happy at all with holiday world nor Keystone!!!Not sure we made best purchase!!! Living Full time in RV in this day and time … they HAVE to be flexible!!!Brenda

Buyer beware!! They will not allow customers to get on rooftop to inspect the roof and components on the roof. We were told no issues with roof or components on rooftop. After purchasing we had to wait a week before walk thru and pickup. We had to wait 30 minutes after arriving to our scheduled appointment to do the walk thru. The unit was not hooked up to water for us to check the plumbing system. The unit had not been cleaned as there was pet hair and pet food under the couch, the toilet still had urine under the lid. We left for an hour so the unit could be cleaned yet they still managed to leave the shower gutters with hair and dirt. Approx 10 days later, when hauling the unit to NY we stayed overnight at a rest area and it was raining. There was a leak in the bathroom and also in the washer/dryer area in a light fixture. Due to the inclement weather we were not able to assess the rooftop for another 3 days. Upon assessment of the rooftop we found where the seams had been compromised and heavily sealed, lose screws and excessive sealing around the units on the rooftop. We were not notified of any damages and would not have purchased the rv had we known about the damages. We have been getting the run around from Holiday World in resolving the issue. I purchased this rv because I am traveling respiratory therapist. GM personally thanked me because his wife is also a respiratory therapist. Please see the photos.

Took delivery of an Alpine 3700FL this week. Or Sales Consultant Graham Skinner was excellent. Our first visit do the dealership he took over two hours showing various models. After another visit upon narrowing it down to to a couple units and phone calls we made a deal. All the while with no sales pressure. After delivery he has been there when some question arose. If it was not within his area, had someone from the dealership contact me. Would definitely go to him for any additional purchases.
The sales experience was good our sales representative Kaleigh was very nice I have no issues with her. However the service department could careless about you! throughout the purchase process your told please bring it back so we can address anything you find on the first trip we want you to be satisfied! Well found a couple things brought it down to drop it off to address a few items first question from service did you buy it from us? Yes just a couple weeks ago. Oh well you don’t have an appointment so come back in 9 days that’s when we can get you in. REALLY!! never asked what’s wrong with it or anything just basically please leave and oh yea you can’t leave it here just kinda get out we’ll deal with you later busy right now! Boy am I glad they touted the RV priority garbage! No one ever said during the buying process that you are only welcome back for service with a appointment or that you must have the appointment to even drop it off with them for repairs.
I purchased a Newmar Super C from Franny. She worked with me and gave me a great deal on my coach. She has continued to work closely with me with the common new RV problems that are expected . She has given me 100 percent effort on keeping me on the road with out long waits for service. I purchased my first RV from HolidayWorld Alvarado, a Springdale 266RL, which I have been enjoying for the past 3 weeks now and counting! I took my time, almost two months before I made my final selection. Dudley Hamilton worked with me the whole time. His friendly manner and no-rush approach make me feel comfortable and welcome. So, we were a bit skeptical about Holiday World. But this was Alvarado, so we walked in. We were immediately greeted by Franny Rainey. She is awesome!!! She was so knowledgeable about the Newmar RV and answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. She went over and above by coming in on her day off to assist us further, knowing we were probably not going to go with that particular unit. She is friendly, and very easy to work with. We wish all our sales experiences involved Franny. Also, her Sales Manager, Scott, was very nice, and between them both, did everything they could to help us out. From the start to finish this was a great experience. I came in with my wife and kids , whom decided the dealership was a race track of sorts. Scott in sales as awesome. Kind, very knowledgeable and even helped entertain my two racers. Stan did out walkthrough and jumped on anything we had and did a great job of showing these new RVrs the lay of the land. Michael in the service department was great too. Showing me how to hitch up with out losing any of my fingers as well. I have recently bought a new car for my wife and the experience was horrible. The staff at HW RV of Alvarado has it down and I would suggest anyone looking to buy to please call Scott first.

I just need the leadership of Holiday World to know that even though we ended up buying our Toy Hauler from a dealership in North Kansas.Keith actually helped my wife a lot with his extended knowledge of the type of toy hauler we were looking for. Just purchased a used Renegade Villagio from Holiday World of Alvarado and couldn’t be happier. The purchase process was easy, no haggling over price or financing. I was pre approved before shopping but the dealership beat my bank’s rate which saved me some money long term. The coach was serviced and detailed before I picked it up. My salesman Keith Moore was easy to work with and super responsive. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Keith if you are in the market.
This was the second fifth wheel we have purchased from Holiday World, Alvarado. Starting with our sales person purchasing a 20th anniversary Montana 3761fl fifth wheel, Keith was a non-pressure enjoyable experience. He worked with us viewing several Montana fifth wheels, sometimes over and over to make sure we purchased exactly what we wanted. He was friendly, patient and worked extremely well with us. Richard handled the finance portion and worked miracles to ensure our rate was low and stayed within our payment plan. The trade in value of our 2017 3731fl was fair. He has a great sense of humor and made us feel like family We still show up just to visit and check on staff. They foster friendly atmosphere. Finally, the service department is second to none. They have worked with us on warranty repairs without questions. They have assisted us while we were on the road when needed and to our rv site for minor repairs. We did our research and knew what we wanted. Nicholas did a great job in getting us what we wanted, with no pressure. We had one day to purchase and pick up and the team made it happen. Nicholas was there every step of the way. The finance team got straight to the point and got us over to the parts dept to do our walk through. The young man was detailed and gave us great tips. The team stayed after closing hours just to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was professional and helpful. We are very pleased with our camper and the service we received.

Daylene was a great sales lady! Super friendly and knowledgeable. We knew what camper we wanted and they didn’t have one here at this location and they got it here within no time! She kept us updated the entire time we were waiting for the camper to arrive at their location. Richard was the finance guy who helped us and it was a great experience and he explained everything we signed and detailed the extended warranty so that we knew everything we needed to know! Take a look across the highway and compare the inventory to that at Holiday World. Across the street has a ton of units over there, HW really has a remarkably depleted lot. Here is my opinion as to why. HW has reasonable prices and they know how to treat folks. I bought from across the road almost 2 years ago. The unit was way overpriced but more importantly once I drove off the lot I returned the next day to buy some goodies. When I approached the building my salesman approached me and didnt even recognize me from my purchase just the day before. CW customer service is a joke and I would advise anyone to avoid extended warranty like the clap. Read the fine print and you will see that when something breaks, it will probably be excluded. Now I am buying from Holiday World. Let me say they worked some magic for me. Not only did they help me in a big way to get out from under the trailer from across the road but they even got me a deal for less than what we had agreed on. WHO DOES THAT? I am so thankful to have met and dealt with Kayleigh and Randy. The manager over finance (sadly his name escapes me) worked like crazy to get the deal put together. Now, how good is the equipment? Time will tell but I feel like I could walk in there months after the sale and they will remember me. If I could give them 6 or more stars I would. Thank you Holiday World. Oh yea, the inventory is depleted because they are selling them about as fast as they get them.
We purchased a 39 ft Big Horn and had a great experience from beginning to end. We were met at the door by William and felt right at home. He introduced us to Josh, our salesman and he was very knowledgeable and found a fifth wheel that met everything on my want list! We then met with Larry in the finance department and he walked us through the purchase process and worked out all of the details. Never felt pressured at the same time he is always willing to answer any questions. His help didnt just stop at the sale. My wife and I went to Holiday World just to compare different fifth wheels. A young man by the name of Austin helped us look around. He was very informative, And we felt no pressure. My wife and I feel very confident That when we are ready to buy Austin will be our sales rep.

What can I say...just come and let any of the people there know that you are looking to get a travel trailer and it’s obvious that they genuinely care about the needs of the individual. If you want to get excited about camping just go to Alvarado and let these folks help you help yourself:)
We purchased a used class C motor coach and it was the worse demonstration of professionalism and business practice my husband and I ever had. The salesman was nice enough but truly knew nothing about our rig and never followed thru. The sales manager certainly runs a sloppy ship and the finance person kept us waiting to sign paperwork for 1 1/2 hours. We had a time and date to show up and the rig had never been inspected, washed, detailed nor was the paper work done. Never once did they offer another time to come back, we just sat in the dealership 6 hours. This is our 6th rv purchase (not from them) and never have we been treated this way! I give them 2 stars, one for the great rig and one for Travis who works in the shop and did our walk thru.
Dont underestimate Franny, she is really GOOD!!..Franny is very knowledgeable, answered all our questions about the various Keystone 5th wheel RVs, etc. Shared lots of information with my husband, regarding full time living in 5th wheel ratings, hydraulics, the cost a generator, satellite tv, and full paint....you name it and he asked her about it and he was impressed. Shopping for an RV is a large ticket item so finding a knowledgeable and up front person makes for a positive experience.
I had one of the best experiences at Holiday World. If you go to Holiday World Alvarado talk to Megan Moore, she found everything that I wanted plus more. I was worried about not knowing anything about RVs but she took her time with me and explained everything in detail. Megan is very personable and will find you the perfect RV. We bought a 2019 Renegade Verona here last summer. We continue to be impressed with Holiday World Alvarado as well as Renegade. We were in the store yesterday having some minor warranty issues attended too. Bethany and Antwain in Service always give their best to consumers, and we appreciate it. We are quite well versed on RVs, Dealers, Brands, and Warranty Service. It doesnt always go smoothly but these folks try.While waiting we wandered over to Sales just to browse. Keith Moore was more than willing to show us new units even knowing we were not in the market.Holiday World needs to work hard to maintain their quality employees, turnover seems high.
Mike Schrengohst was a great help showing us several different travel trailers. He helped us find the one that was best for us. He went above and beyond to show us every unit we were interested in. Moe and Larry were excellent and helped us get everything done in the short time period we had available. David gave a perfect orientation of how everything works. The entire staff of Holiday World was amazing from the woman that greeted me, Trisha to the man who walked me through the features of our new trailer. We had a long drive and we were switching trailers. Richard was so nice and helpful. He has such a great personality and made me feel right at home. Shannon was amazing and had about 5 others help my daughter and I move everything. Reo was so funny and kept us going as it was a long process. Im so grateful for each and every one of them. Service Manager Antwone was so nice he unhooked my trailer and then stayed late to hook it back up for me. Tom was so nice and helped as well. Dalenne was so sweet and helped get everything moved over as well. I feel so blessed to have all these amazing people stop and help when they didnt have to. We had went to at least 7 different rv dealers and almost bought a bumper pull from McClains in Sanger but with a high credit score and more than the required down payment they couldn’t get the deal done and wouldn’t explain why. We decide to drive to Ft Worth to look at dealers in that area since stock was limited. We went to Camping World first. We walked the whole parking lot and NO ONE came out to help. So we left. We saw Holiday World across the highway so we drove over. We were greated by Keith. We told him what we were looking for and our price range. There was NO PRESSURE AT ALL and he gladly showed us the inventory. All that looked at we didn’t like until Keith showed us the dream 5th Wheel. We were in love and wanted to buy it. We told Keith our issue at McClains and asked if he could run it but his finance manager. We then met with Richard. He wanted us to tell him the story as to why we weren’t approved at the other place. He was in shock and asked if he could do some more checking to see if there would be an issue. After 5 min Richard said he see’s no issues and that he can get us approved. We filled out the application and with in 15 min, APPROVED with a great interest rate. This dealership went over and above from the time we walked in until the time we picked up our 5th wheeler. Everything was explained and they were ALL very easy to work with. We WILL BE BACK when we are ready for an upgrade. Thank you to all the staff especially Keith and Richard!

Raina Waddell was very attentive to me. She had a list of questions for me that helped her make the best recommendation for me. Her follow up was consistent and not pushy. She had just the right amount of care and concern to make me comfortable. While I purchased my Travel Trailer from a friend not a dealer, my next Travel Trailer will be new. My experience with friends and individuals through the years has taught me that dealers are much more thorough in detailing any auto than most individuals.Thank you so much Raina for your time and assistance. Buyer beware. They say they inspect all units before they are sold, but their service people are not very though. Be prepare to spend thousands of dollars to repair items, if you buy there.The salespeople are not very good either, they dont answer calls and dont know about RVs.Buy elsewhere.

Just bought a new camper from Jason Borden at Holiday World. He showed us several different models to find the right fit for our family. Fantastic service and awesome deals!! Was a quick and easy process of getting approved and financing was a breeze! So thankful we stopped in to browse campers, was such a great experience we left with one.
We looked at 9 different places for over two months to find our son and daughter in law and infant daughter a small bumper pull trailer just big enough for their first home.They initially had a plan to get an apartment. The monthly cost of even a not so desireable location was well over $900-$1000 a month with utilities.My wife and I own a fifth wheel that we lived in until we found the home we wanted. So we suggested the same for them. It took a little while to get comfortable with the idea, but they finally gave in and we started our search.We found 1 at the RV Superstore in Cleaburn that they loved and could afford, but as they were signing papers, someone bought it from their online listing. They told us it was just bad luck. Not the kind of people we wanted to any business with.We tried many others and had another very bad experience at Camping World.Then we went across the street to Holiday World of Alvarado. It was one of the best experiences shopping for anything.The sales staff took the time to listen to what they wanted, needed, and could afford. After being presented with a few options they found what they wanted. Now to the ability to pay. They are young and have decent credit for their age, an ok income. The team at Holiday World found a way to make everything fit exactly in the budget they created earlier, with less downpayment then they even planned! This gave them a little cushion to get the things we all need with our first homes.I came to pick the camper up today and all of the staff from the young lady up front to the sales staff and especially Carl the gentlemen that did an amazing job on our walk through inspection were all polite and professional. Really just a great experience all together!Carl had so much knowledge, insite and a very helpful way of explaining exactly what they were getting and tips on maintaining their camper.I want to recommend to anyone that takes the time to read this. Take a trip to Holiday World of Alvarado when you are looking for the right RV, Camper, or trailer. Hands down the Top of the line CUSTOMER SERVICE! My first visit I didn’t purchase more or less I took a look around to determine what style I preferred . When I walked in. I was immediately greeted with a friendly smile by The sales advisor named Megan! She listened to me first than asked me a few questions. We discussed key points what price point && style I was on the hunt for . After looking at 3-4 RV’s I decided Togo home and think over my options. During the time of processing my thoughts and/or making a decision with my Husband. Megan did what most people in sales don’t do anymore is contacted me ,Thanking me for our visit and looks forward to working with me. She told me to reach out to her with any questions I may have. To me that speaks volumes. As a few weeks has passed before our final purchase. Megan called to wish me a Happy Easter! After that we went into the dealership to purchase our NEWEST home that fit our needs && comfort ! We would give the dealership 10 stars if we were able to.
Brian, my sales guy was great. Helped me pick just the right trailer for my needs. Larry the finance guy was also great, helped find me a better rate and save me money, lowered my payments. Everyone there was just so nice to work with. Very helpful to a first time trailer owner.
I would never step into this place again. Neither is any family members due to experience. Very very bad customer service. Refused by salesman (Brandon) to show me toyhaulers outside. Excuse was it’s cold and raining outside. I’d only take you if you was to purchase today. Seriously? It was 60 degrees and misty due to fog. Nice way to sell buddy. Spoke to manager when I called after walking out. He tried to help but I wasn’t going to return. I went elsewhere the rest of the day and didn’t have any other issues of salesmen wanting to show me rigs. Not a way to earn business by any means. Not ever going to be a customer here for any of my needs with rvs.
Keith was excellent, he worked hard to get us what we wanted. Some items in the finance dept could use some work. We purchased a unit we had been looking at and researching so we didn’t need any sales coaching from finance also finance needs to remember the customer is always right
After reading the reviews, I feel like in the last month, this is a common trend with this company.A few things to know before you go to this store(not sure if they are all like this one) :Make sure you have multiple hours to waste. Your time is NOT valued at all! Make an appt. and still time is wasted. We sat and waited hours each step of the way. So plan on being there for (both trips) for many hours each time.If you are financing your RV, dont plan on getting an accurate number of what your payment will be until you sign the final paperwork. Only big purchase I have ever made(I have made 10+) where the payment price changed 3 times, with ZERO explanation.If Scott L. walks up and tries to become your sales person, walk the other direction! Find someone new. He is not knowledgeable, gives ZERO communication throughout the process(I had to hunt him down multiple times to figure out what was taking so long). Once he gets you to sign paperwork he will go missing and you will never see or hear from him again!Once you are ready to pick up your trailer/RV get ready for more time wasted. It is not cleaned, and the people in the service dept are more worried about socializing than getting your stuff done.The technician that showed us the camper and how everything works was the best part of the whole experience.Beware going to this dealer!
Bought a new 32 foot trailer early this year buying process went smooth but was told they added a protective sealant to the inside and outside and they did it to all trailers their gift to the customer for buying the trailer there, later I realized I actually paid for it on my contract. After having it for three months I noticed the black streaks starting to show made a appointment to fix it along with other items needed to be fix . They had the trailer a month black streaks still getting darker not all items repair. Unhappy with the service department.I sent you a email at your request Holiday world I still have not heard back from yall.

We went to Holiday World with the intention of just looking but we met Jamie and she was the absolute best. She was honest and up front with us. She told us to tell her what we were looking for and we found it for sure. We even ended up going home without the keys to our new camper and she drove her personal car to our house and dropped them off. She went above and beyond to make sure we taken care of. We also had our 4 year old son with us and they played with him while we were waiting. They serve burgers and hotdogs on the weekends that are free to customers so we were even able to eat while we waited. This place made us feel like we were valued customers and part of their camping family. We would highly recommend them for any needs and for sure ask for Jamie!! We love Holiday World and our new camper!
I HAD to give one star just to post. If able would have been zero star.This place is a joke. All the promises at the sale point are quickly forgotten once service is required. Took mine in for an issue with the AC unit. they have had it over 6 weeks and cannot get any kind of intelligent answer about what the issue is and would call me tomorrow. Well 2 weeks later and still no tomorrow. Next time I will purchase one 500 miles away if the service department is competent..... because this one surely is not.
Shannon Snyder was awesome!I purchased a 2013 toy hauler she was very knowledgeable and helped everyway possible to make the deal. She has even kept in contact making sure everything is and was as expected. Great sales person would highly recommend her to anyone. You can buy an RV anywhere. A good service department is the key. Antwan and his team will tell you the truth. Not always what you want to hear. But honest! Quality work and stand behind the repair. You can’t ask for more. I drive past a lot of dealers to get to his service department.
Just picked up a new 5th wheel. We had a great experience at the dealership. All the service technicians were great. Cameron, Travis and Chris all assisted on our walkthrough. They patiently answered all our questions and made sure we were comfortable with the operation of the rv prior to our leaving. Cameron and Travis went above and beyond reviewing proper care and maintenance.

After a long, frustrating day of trying to look for an RV for full time; this was our last stop. I first spoke to Claude on the phone about looking for a travel trailer and then met him in person at the shop. Along with Claude was Mike and both of them were so kind and helpful! The trailer we were looking into getting, Claude went out of his way to check any damages there might be which was awesome of him! Another great thing was that the competitors were wanting to charge us outrageous prices for add-ons that Holiday World already includes for you. The whole process we had with them today was awesome. I highly recommend you go to Holiday World and talk to Claude or MikeEDIT: A month later into this camper I had a family member look at our camper because anytime we would run the AC and something else, it would trip the breaker. Whoever rewired the main breaker ran a #12 wire for a 30 amp main breaker that requires a #10 wire which is a fire hazard. This should have been caught with an inspection before it was sold. We went up with my dad who is a licensed electrician and had him explain this to a service tech that works with inspection. He wouldn’t do anything except to tell us to go have a mobile service tech and pay for it ourselves for something that they SHOULD have caught in the inspection. He wanted to explain that running anything more than the AC, fridge and water heater would trip the breaker anyways. My question is, if that’s the case why would you sell a camper that can barely run anything to function properly to FULL TIME customers. We stated to our salesman that we needed a camper for FULL TIME. We spoke to another guy and told us that he couldn’t do anything unless we bring the trailer up ourselves. Once again, we’re in the camper full time, with a baby and my husband is currently working from home due to COVID-19. All we asked them to do is either pay for the wire that my dad would have to buy in order to fix the mistake or pay for a mobile service tech to fix it. They did neither. All they would do is hand us their business card, tell us to take pictures and “see what we can do”. I plan on taking pictures and sending it to them but I don’t think they’re going to do anything for us, as we went into the store and talked to them in person with no answer. They basically told us we’re SOL. So be careful with what you buy here.
My husband and I recently decided we would like to pursue purchasing a travel trailer. We are an active couple who spends the majority of our time outside. We have (3) adult children and (2) small grandchildren. So, we have alot to consider as both first - timers, and newbies to the RV game. But, boy did we hit it out of the park by deciding to visit Holiday World. Not only were the facilities very clean, open and inviting (with the homemade cookies), but our sales rep Keith was incredible. You could tell he was well versed in the RV scene, both as a seasoned salesperson and a lover of RVs. He was intent on educating us, answering all our questions (some ridiculous), and providing his invaluable feedback and opinions. While we havent purchased an RV yet, we fully intend on making our purchase at Holiday World when we make our decisions. A big kudos to Keith and the team at Holiday World! I would like to retract my last post because as it turns out I would think twice before buying anything from here! After three days of having our brand new 2019 Montana High Country we had issues with our a/c cooling! Now I called them asking for some help on getting someone to come take a look, since we were only 45 minutes from their dealership, but all they could offer was for us to pack it up and bring it back in! After spending 6hrs at the dealership finalizing everything and then another 2hrs moving everything over from our old trailer the last thing we wanted to do was have to bring it back in! Now over a month later we have some rain and thunderstorms roll in and find out that our brand new roof on our brand new trailer is now leaking all over our new couch! Turns out we will have to bring it in anyway! Like I said think twice before coming here!The entire team was friendly and very helpful during our purchase! Overall great experiences with Shannon and Larry! We would recommend this location for any future purchases!

However, how the issues are handled is extremely important to us.Bethany is always extremely professional and helpful. Whenever weve had the unit in for service, shes been phenomenal at keeping us informed as to the progress of the repair. When ever we have called with questions about the operation of something on the unit, she has always been great at calling us back and helping get the problem resolved. Shes very knowledgable. If she is not 100% sure of the answer, she will immediately find out and call back.It is so refreshing to find a Service Writer that is truly interested in developing a great relationship with the customer and thats what customer service is all about. If there was anything less than a 1 star...it would definitely be that! My family came in to make a purchase on a fifth wheel, we did all of the paperwork, Larry Pickens (business manager) said everything looked great and to come back the next day to finalize everything! So we called the next day beforehand and spoke with Larry...who was extremely rude!! Told us he did not want to do business with us, after taking our down payment the day before! We were in disbelief!!! We took our business elsewhere and are so glad because now we have a better Fifth Wheel for way less! But... I do have to say.....Adam Mahan is a wonderful salesman!!! He made us feel right at home and worked very hard to find a RV that fit our needs!! Adam you ROCK!!! And I’m so very sorry Larry cost you a sale!!
Great place. Shannon took care of us a year ago and still does every time we come in. Antwan the service manager is great. Got us in and out in three days on a repair to hydraulic line that got punctured. He always takes care of me when I come in. Will never use anybody but them.

I arrived not knowing exactly what I wanted and luckily for me, I was introduced to Adam. After explaining what I was looking for, Adam was kind enough to show me around to all of the various types of models and styles that Holiday World had to offer. He was extremely knowledgeable, up-front, professional and passionate about his knowledge and experience which put to ease any question or doubt I had about the RV world. I truly appreciate Adam and I would like for anyone reading this that is interested in visiting to talk with Adam!While I was visiting with Adam, I was introduced shortly before I left to Mo. Adam had taken us all over their lot and showed me what he had in inventory however, Mo knew exactly what had been delivered in the day prior and encouraged me to look at a new arrival. The RV that Mo was referring to was PERFECT. Although I am unsure if I am spelling Mos name correctly, I appreciated the insight and honestly that Mo gave to me. The truck that we have could have possibly Not hauled the RV that I most wanted and he simply said that he would not sugar coat the facts, he suggested I not go with something that I could not tow with our truck. I greatly appreciated the honest and caring nature of Mo, I never felt that I was pushed to a sale that would not be absolutely correct for my family and I. Dudley was prepared and didn’t waste time showing us stuff we didn’t want to see. He was extremely pleasant, engaging and informative. He knew the units well and could answer all our questions.
Holiday World went above and beyond to get the RV we had been looking for. The people there were very kind and polite. Great place to shop if your in the market for a new RV !!
Holiday world was the best and most fun place to browse through. When my husband and I went was there grand opening. We were meet at the door by a sales man who was nice and polite. He was very helpful. We were feed a hamburger and chips with a drink. Then we were free to go looking for what we were looking for. After spending most of the day, we found a fifth wheel that was so roomy and set up just like a house. It had full size appliances even a mini dishwasher. The bedroom was so roomy with all the luxury. And the living room was fixed up for comfort. We tried to make a deal but needed to do some credit repair first. We will have this issue fixed soon.
Totally enjoyed my visit to Holiday World Alvarado. The staff was completely professional and helpful. I was greeted at the door with not only a smile and assistance but the amazing smell of freshly made chocolate chip cookies. Daylene was very personable and knowledgeable about the travel trailers. I will be back to purchase me travel trailer.
I will never go anywhere else to buy an RV or to get my RV serviced. My wife and I spent a lot of time looking for an RV. We finally settled on one here at Holiday World in Alvarado. My wife and I were treated really well.Our salesperson was Robert Elias. He seemed genuinely concerned that we found an RV that for our budget and our family size. He was very knowledgeable and did an amazing job.When we found an RV that was the perfect fit for us, we had the service staff make sure our vehicle could tow it. Unfortunately there was an unknown and unreported issue with our vehicle. The Bumper and receiver hitch was bent underneath. Antwain Williams took the time to explain what was wrong and provided a great solution.Once we wrapped up everything, fairly quickly, we met Bethany Garcia. She was very sweet and handled the service department, as well as warranty and roadside assistance.We went on our first camping trip 1 week after we bought the RV. While we were traveling one of the bunk braces came detached from the wall (manufacturing issues happen all the time). We didn’t know it until we got to our campsite. We also noticed a few other small details that needed some attention.We called Bethany and she said they would take care of them immediately after we return home. That’s exactly what happened. We got home Monday and I picked up the RV today! Antwain, Bethany, Gary and all the staff did an awesome job. My wife and I really appreciate you all.Michael

Austin was a great help in me nailing down what I wanted and getting the deal done. Didnt feel like a car sales meeting and I liked the experience because of it being more about what I wanted then what there was to offer me. Would do over again and know who Ill be seeing when Im ready to go bigger.
We are shopping around for an RV but knew nothing about what kind to purchase or what we really wanted etc. We ended up meeting with Megan who was awesome! We learned everything we needed to know and now know what we want. Very informative and professional. Will definitely be using her to purchase. I also work for an insurance company and occasionally have clients who ask about RVs. I know to send them her way!

2022-07-19We bought our RV today, July 19, 2022, From Sheila Trussell. I have to say from the very beginning Sheila was amazing. She took her time showing us a 23 foot RV and when my wife wanted to see a larger one, well, she accommodated her. Needless to say we bought the larger RV. They really take care of you at this dealership. They walk you through all of the details of your RV showing you all of the equipment and maintenance needed. We left with everything we needed to enjoy a trip to Montana. I can’t say enough about Sheila. She was awesome!

2022-02-08We just bought our second Camper from Holiday World and have had the most amazing experience both times. Shannon Snyder, our sales consultant, listened to us and worked with us over several months to find us the most perfect upgrade. Richard who is over finance made sure we were well taken care of during the entire process. Shelby in parts - I cannot say enough great things. She answered all of our questions and things she didn’t know she found out immediately. They are the most amazing team and took such great care of us and our every need! And the techs that helped us (I don’t know everyone’s name) explained everything possible including things we didnt know to ask. Everyone went over and above what was necessary for us and I feel like everyone there are now my friends! Now I cannot wait to take our new camper out!

We picked it up on Friday January 14 at the Alvarado dealership. From start to finish the entire staff was amazing. 2021-10-23Have never been to a RV dealership, and I am sure glad I came to this one. Dudley was wonderful! He really cares about the camper we were picking out and he was quick to answer all questions we had as first time buyers. I would definitely recommend holiday world, the staff took care of us as if we were one of them. I am new to Texas and absolutely felt the Texas hospitality here that everyone talks about. I am more than happy buying my new camper from them!

2022-05-03Jesse was very good at listening to what we wanted and took us to the perfect 5th wheel. He didnt waste any time with us and was not the typical pushy salesman. Very nice to work with. Gary in finance did his magic and got us a lower finance rate than we expected. Overall a great experience. Had to bring trailer in for a warranty issue and service got me in with no problem. So far very happy.

2022-05-31Chris was exceptionally friendly. Worked very hard to sell us a warranty we really didn’t want. In the end, he won us over.Our salesperson, Franny, was FANTASTIC! She was very knowledgeable about both of the Class A motorhomes we came to see. She went ahead of us to open them up and turn the AC on so that we could fully see the coach. She stayed with us every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the closing process and after! I HIGHLY recommend that you ask for Franny if you are shopping for a new camper or RV.

2022-01-15What an amazing experience! I purchased my first RV with Graham Skinner at Holiday World and he made sure I was 100% comfortable with the process and the unit! Graham was there from start to finish and even after! Was there for my walk through and made sure I didn’t have any questions. My overall experience was top notch.
