Great experience and furniture. Had a nice lady named Angel who was a big help to us in saving on our new furniture
The customer experience was top notch. We had also gone to Burleson location and received excellence service as well. I teach people how to sale and close deals. The reason the Sales Associate Angel received the deal was because she went over and beyond to get us the best price. She was very forthcoming and if she DIDNT KNOW SOMETHING SHE ASKED, which most sales associates don’t do. She was confident but not pushy. She was someone I’d send my family and friends too. Great job, she needs a management position.
So happy with the experience we had at Home Zone. The employees were so knowledgeable and helpful. Stefon went above and beyond to make the buying process easy and quick. This store is lucky to have him here and the customers that he interacts with are just as lucky. We will definitely be coming back for future purchases!
Love Home Zone! The gentleman that approached us when we entered, Stefon, was so welcoming and quick to help. They do not have commissions at this company, so I could just tell he was genuine with his courteousness. I went into the NorthRichland Hills store two weeks ago with my friend looking for furniture while visiting TX, we were greeted by Angel who was sitting at a table near the entrance. I later on had questions about whether a table was in stock in a different color and while looking for her I overheard from some employees that she was likely sleeping in the back. When she finally came out she was on her phone semmingly distracted. I found that to be very unprofessional and we decided it was best to leave due to the poor customer service. I would never return to that store knowing there are employees sleeping in the back, I would never have expected this level of unprofessionalism from a well known company. It would be nice if management would do something about this issue.
Prince helped me with everything! She was so informative and she even helped me decide on colors. I would definitely recommend home zone, prices and quality are unbeatable.

I have bought furniture from here twice. I purchased the warranty and they picked up the trash twice and took it to be repaired. Leaving me with no couch or love seat. Came back still trash. Bought end tables and coffe tables . Grandson stepped off couch to end table and the bottom collapsed. 400 dollar end table.

The Home Zone Furniture boasts of 0% Commission sales staff, and this is true. They are friendly enough, and leave you alone if you dont approach them with questions.The furniture is typical cheap, trendy, throw away furniture thats meant to last about 3-4 years (enough time for you to pay off the financing), and then be replaced.The style of recliners, couches, tables, beds, chairs, dressers, and desks are all about the same, with some cosmetic differences.For people who need the financing, it works, but theyre paying way too much for the furniture in the long run.The prices are the typical high prices, that are then marked down to make you think its on sale.Since most furniture has a 400% mark-up, theres always room for negotiations.
Nice furniture place with really great prices and very friendly staff. They let you wall around and will check on you from time to time to make sure your ok. But in the end, you go to them when ready.

I already had in mind what furniture I wanted to look at and she directed me to both the dining room set and the bedroom set... after viewing I was ready to get down to business.. Marie quickly let me know all my options and answered all my questions. She even allowed me to take my time trying out mattresses so I could find the perfect fit.. We were blessed to meet Marie upon entering Home Zone. She was awesome! She didn’t hover, she gave us an opportunity to check out the furniture. She checked in a few times to make sure whether or not we had questions. When we asked a question she was extremely knowledgeable… and gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. Unfortunately, we didn’t do our homework and measure our room first, so we are leaving without our couch and loveseat. We will be back to get it and we definitely want Marie as our associate.
Wifes & i first time down at Home Zone, couldn’t be anymore impressed with there wide variety of selections, from sofas, bed collection, etc…. Not to mention they’re friendly staff, which greeted us from walking upon the store and offered us a water, let us comfortably browse and what do you know, we actually found a sofa set & and went forward with purchasing. Marie greeted us with casual conversation and no pressure whatsoever. We were permitted to roam around the store try all the furniture without anyone hanging over us and you go girl. Once we were ready to get additional information Marie was immediately accessible to us and promptly answered any and all questions. Additionally she pointed out features and benefits on certain items that we were interested in that we had not noticed thank you. All in all a perfect furniture buying experience. She was very patient because we surely did run her crazy around the store for better than an hour.
My husband and I have been shopping around for bedroom furniture. We stopped here today after looking a couple other places and fell in love. Marie was the best!!! This is an amazing furniture store. The selection is huge and the buying process is so easy. Hudson was my sales guy and he was wonderful. I had a lot of questions and he took the time to show me my options and explain things to me. I purchased a bedroom set and a dining set. The pries were unbeatable as well. I did research on the brands that I was looking at and Home Zone had the lowest pricing! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for new furniture for any room. Make sure you ask for HUDSON!!! Made my wife and I feel very welcome and comfortable though the whole process. The show room is sit up perfect and prices are really comparable with other places we looked. I just moved to DFW area and have been shopping all the local stores for a few weeks but not finding what I wanted or weeks/months for furniture to be in stock. I happened to see a commercial today and immediately looked up the website and then drove to the store. I was in/out within 20 mins and purchased a sofa and bed! Bed is ready tomorrow and the sofa will be ready next week! Great store, friendly staff and a quick and pressure free experience! Angel assisted me with my purchase and was an awesome salesperson! Purchasing experience was very easy. Customer pickup experience was even better. The guys at the warehouse had me in and out in 10 minutes. My stop right before was at Ashley Furniture and it took 2 hours to get loaded there.
Very courteous staff; the new manager Alexis was very kind. The merchandise is nicely made, sturdy; great selection. The ONLY thing I would change is the fact that there is no kids furniture. Hopefully that is soon to come. Other than that, I think Ive found my new favorite furniture store!

I initially submitted an online request for an answer to a question. Omar returned my call the next business day. I ended up calling back with another question & spoke to Teresa who I ultimately ended up working with when I finally made it to the store. She greeted me upon entering the store, showed me the exact set that I inquired about and then allowed me to run the store just in case I saw something else and change my mind. They have a very nice inventory and selection and great prices. I am certain I will be back for furniture for another room after the great customer service I received. She was very thorough & it was great working with her. Very excited for my delivery and future purchase.

Woukd be 5 stars but not everything is in stock.

I really appreciate Stefon and all of the home zone staff for making my furniture buying experience a piece of cake. Unlike other furniture places, this store and employees gave me the time to browse without feeling pressured to buy. When I was not ready on my first visit they encouraged me to think it over and come back. I wasn’t pressured into buying every piece of furniture without looking at my new space, which I also appreciated. Very willing to help and answer every question I had. For sure will be back for more furniture once I get settled into my new apartment!

Very BAD Experience They deliver the living room very dirty I will provide pictures in the end called coustomer service the said they will exchange it they sent a deferent one with a lot of defectes and there was a tape on it dirty tapeTo cover defect, Even the delivery guy told them its dirty and I dont think the customer will except it they say ship it anyway call customer service again and I told them I need a new ones in boxes do not open them they guarantee for me that they going to deliver it in boxes delivery people show up and the couch and the two loveseats was not in boxes call customer service again And they say we dont have it in stock you have to wait until September 15 which is 20 days from now to get them so it was a complete bad experience I definitely do not recommend them especially during COVID-19 when you going to get dirty couch is very dirty and no one can correct this problem for you in the proper way that was my experience I definitely do not recommend the home zone Furniture soThe pictures tells you how I received my couches from them ...I am gonna return them and never buy any thing again from them .....that how much they care about a costomer ...

We went to the Home Zone in North Richland Hills today to buy a TV stand for our living room. When we arrived, a friendly employee named Maria asked if we needed help. We told her what what we were looking for, and she went out of her way to find it - looking in the back, checking inventory, talking to her manager - all things that were not expected but because we had anticipated picking up the furniture today, and it appeared that they were out of stock, she went to bat for us. Maria also helped us with a clock we were interested. It had no price, and since it was the last of its kind, she talked to her manager so we could get a good price. Thank you, Maria, for going out of your way to get us the furniture we wanted. You are willing to work hard when others would just shrug and tell the customer the furniture is out of stock. We will look for Maria the next time we stop by the Home Zone in NRH.

Hadnt been to Home Zone before but Im so glad we found it because itll be our primary place to shop for furniture. We stopped by about an hour before close during a weekday and were greeted immediately by a friendly associate. The store itself is really nice with a great selection and very competitive pricing. We found a couch we liked and it was delivered a few days later, set up in less than 10 minutes, and good to go. Excellent customer service and they have a discount for veterans.
Literally the best place to buy furniture in the metroplex!!My husband and I walked in and was greeted by Keith who was extremely nice, very helpful, knowledgeable and very personable!He didnt follow us around the store and pressure us into buying anything (which was amazing and just what we wanted), but if we had a question he was right there!!Start to finish took about 1 and 1/2 hrs and that was just because we couldnt make up our mind. We purchased everything on Saturday 4/10 and got everything delivered today 4/14 and we love it even more now!!We will definitely be going back for any other furniture we may need in the future and will be asking for Keith!!

My experience at the store was amazing, the sale rep. Mr. Hudson was very helpful, he gave me the time and space needed to shop around and he made himself available to ask any question. Been watching for a particular sofa set. It’s been so hard with furniture being out of stock! But Marie at NRH helped me back in May and June. The set I wanted was out of stock. Finally I saw it back on line but wanted to see it in person. I drove to Arlington because they had it on the floor there. But because Marie was so amazing drove to NRH to order it from her. Sometimes you come across a great salesperson that isn’t just a salesperson! They listen and truly are there to help you and care about helping you through a purchase that’s about you and not them. Hudson WAS THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! I came in with my 83 year old grandfather looking for a new chair for him. And he was extremely patient and understanding while my grandfather went back and forth with his decision. Most people treat senior citizens like their incompetent, and Hudson was the complete opposite! He was AMAZING!! And went out of his way to make sure my grandfather actually got to get the chair he wanted! THANK YOU FOR MY FIRST OF MANY AWESOME EXPERIENCES HERE!!

Great store! We’d been looking for a new sofa for close to a month already and were struggling because the space we have to work with in our new home is a bit smaller than we realized. Sha and the other associates at this location were super helpful! We ended up creating our own configuration of sectional to fit our space just right. :) We ended up taking advantage of their great sale and getting a new bedroom set and coffee table too. I can’t wait for everything to be delivered!

We love this store! When my Spouse and I first walked in, we were greeted by our salesman Brian. He gave us the lay of the store and answered any questions we had. He didnt follow us around the store on our heels like many store attendants do so we definitely appreciated the space, however he made sure to stay close in case we had any questions. The buying process was super easy and no matter what time of year we come into the store they always have great deals on their beautiful furniture. We appreciated the flexibility we had with delivery and everyone in the store is super friendly. We have not received our furniture yet as we have a delivery date in the future, however Ill return to my review once we receive our furniture. Stay tuned.

My wife and I recently did our first purchase with HZ. Upon entering the NRH facility we were greeted by Marie. Marie was excellent. She did not try to over-sell us. She listened to what we were looking for and went above and beyond to help accommodate us. She even called out to other managers and stores checking on other items to complete our set since we were on a budget and picking items from clearance. Not only did Marie assist with finding the items we needed, the warehouse staff were also incredibly helpful. Shout out to Cody and Armando.After getting home and putting together our Patriot bed frame (discontinued), I am happy to report that my wife and I had the best sleep weve had in a long time. 10/10 would recommend Home Zone NRH! Staff was super attentive without being clingy, lots of great choices for every room in the home, and the ordering process was smooth. Not to mention, their super affordable delivery/setup rate! They are in stock (or 2-3 weeks out) on most items, when other retailers are months behind. Cant wait to have our new items delivered and enjoy them in our home!

Wow, what a wonderful furniture shopping experience! My husband and I visited Home Zone yesterday and purchased a living room set and kitchen table. We received excellent customer service from Jacob and Jackie. They were so patient and answered all of our questions. We probably spent about two hours there just walking around and taking our time which allowed us to make the best purchasing decision. The store was clean and well lit, very inviting. The prices are extremely competitive and reasonable. We are so pleased with our purchase and if we are in the market for furniture again, we will definitely go back to Home Zone.
Just visited this location to look and was the customer service experience was great. We met Hudson and Omar during this shopping visit and they were so pleasant and helpful without being pushy. I bought a love seat, chaise and 5 drawer chest for my son’s apartment.Keith checked on the availability of the items and we chose a day and time for delivery. We had a great experience at Home Zone. My husband and I went in to purchase some new living room furniture and I am so glad we chose Home Zone to shop at and purchase from. We will be purchasing future furniture from them. The shopping trip was like none I have experienced. The people on the sales floor are NOT paid based on commission which makes for a no-pressure experience. All of the associates we encountered were friendly and more than happy to help with any questions. We personally spoke to and bought from Antonella and she was fantastic. We paid for the Premium Delivery which included delivery in-home, and set-up. It was well worth the money and it was affordable. The three gentleman that showed up to deliver were prompt, kind and very respectful. They were actually half an hour earlier than their window but I appreciated that because I wasnt stuck waiting around all day. They were very quick with getting it in the home and assembled. We could not be happier with our experience from start to finish. I highly recommend giving Home Zone a shot. I’m in the middle of moving and needed all new furniture. We all know how much of a hassle moving can be and I honestly was dreading going shopping for furniture. I didn’t want to deal with commission based, pushy sales men. Well after 4 other furniture stores I came across home zone. As soon as I stepped into the store I felt at ease. The team was there to answer questions, checked on me but let me investigate all their options. I ended up finding a living room set that I loved with out feeling the pressure of having to buy. I then placed my order with Jackie and Jacob and it literally took just a few min. They were very knowledgeable, polite and made sure I knew all the ends and outs of their policy. I will be going back in a few weeks to purchase a new bedroom suite for myself and I can’t wait. I am going to recommend this store to all my friends and family!! 10 out of 10!!

Great service from Bill in helping us purchase the two Barron Power Love Seats with real leather. He also checked on the delivery date and said that they should be in stock in a few weeks. They were actually delivered 7 days later. The delivery crew was very efficient and did a great job of placing our love seats. We really appreciate the free delivery. We had never been in this store before, but I really like it. We found a coffee table with a lift top & storage & bought it! Have to go back tomorrow after they ship it from the warehouse, but itll match our entertainment console. I recently purchased a bedroom set, living room set, and a dining room set from Home Zone in North Richland Hills, TX. I went in the store two different times before I decided on everything I wanted. Each time I went in, everyone I spoke with was exceedingly nice and polite. The quality of the furniture is good and the pricing is better than what I found elsewhere. When I went into the store with my final decisions the young lady Yasmin who had helped me earlier was off and the Manager Jacob assisted me. I got all the items I wanted at the sale price with no problems. When I looked at he ticket he had given Yasmin credit for the sale. The pricing and selection was great, the service was excellent and the honesty was refreshing. The bonus is when they deliver they are actually putting everything together and setting everything up. This store is leading the way in customer service. This was not the only furniture store I looked at this is the one I choose to to do business with.

Home Zone has great customer service and they proved it. I was out to find my wife a recliner. She was sitting in mine too much. I visited Home Zone on Cooper in Arlington. I told John what I needed and how soon I was looking to buy. He left to check the in-store stock, low and behold they had several to choose from @ another store. John wrote down the address (I did not need it, I am a MAP LOL) and told me which ones they had. I was worried about commission. John said we are not commissioned. We just want to help and serve you the best ways possible.Needless to say I left that store in Arlington, drove to the store in North Richland Hills. I bought my baby her own recliner that she loves. Thanks to John and Bryan @ Home Zone furniture stores.

2022-03-13Keith and Victoria were so helpful! I love the no pressure atmosphere and the prices were great. We left with a new couch, chair, dining set and a few other things. I love how they customized when we didnt want all the chairs. And all the things are actually in the area so we dont have to wait weeks to get. We were told 8 weeks by other places. Overall great experience! If this stuff goes well, then well definitely be back for more.

2022-06-15We really had a great experience for purchasing our Sofa. The quality and price both are really good. It was pleasant experience when visited the store , good options and you can roam around check by yourself no one is bugging for forceful buy. They also serve free ice cream , its a very small thing but it makes customer experience great. Sofa was delivered on time. I also quite like the additional warranty they provide. If you dont use it can be redeemed later for your next purchase. I would highly recommend this place.

2022-04-07We looked at 5 other furniture stores before coming to Homezone. This place had sooo many options that we loved and the prices were well within our budget. We were helped by Victoria and she was amazing! She ran so many price quotes for us that we lost count. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was great to be able to look throughout the store and not have employees stalking us along the way. We were able to take our time and once we were ready she was right there. The warranties are amazing and super affordable. The whole atmosphere is very welcoming and relaxing. The best furnished buying experience by far!
