HomeGoods in other cities:
This place can get really busy. But the reality is, I searched all around town and home goods really had some of the best styles at the best prices. So after spending days going to different stores I finally found the piece I wanted here! It was a large ottoman. The young lady assisted me in not only bringing it to the front, but also helped me try to fit it in my car! When it ultimately didn’t fit they held on to my item until I could come back with a bigger vehicle. The next day they remembered my name and were happy I could finally find what I was looking for. Every person who assisted me at this store was helpful and kind without being rushed. Now I see why so many people shop specifically at this location. Thanks guys.
I was happy to find glass food storage containers for my lunches at a great price, there were alot to choose from. There were pretty and organized shelves, empty shelves and shelves that said what the heck is this mess?. Im sure there is something here for everyone. I could do without the credit card offer at checkout saving me 10% on my purchase.
Great place for home accessories. Theyve got every color, texture, size, and very affordable. I always find something good in the sale section. The felted hangers are inexpensive and awesome, large enough for mens shirts, and sleeveless and silky clothes dont slide off.
Homegoods is AWESOME! I love this place and shop here every chance I can. The prices are very reasonable and the selection ranges from modern to traditional in a fun/elegant way and beyond. If youve never been, you should make it your next stop when youre out shopping.Take note: If you see something you love, buy it on the spot because it will likely be gone when you return. Trust me, I have learned the hard way on more than one occasion. They have a very high volume of business and items usually do not sit on the shelves. The return policy is great so my advice is dont risk losing the item, just buy it and if it doesnt work you can return it within 30 days.Parking can be tight depending on the season and day/time but if you keep circling youll eventually get a space. There is also parking behind the building as well.
One of my favorite stores to get great finds at the best prices! Love to shop for items for the home and gifts. The inventory is constantly changing. I bought my dining chairs and a cabinet for my wine collection. Everyone loves the items I have that I have purchased here. Its fun to walk around to get ideas for home decor as well. I highly recommend!
HomeGoods is always a hunting ground. You really need to have the patience to pace the aisles for what you want. Finds are most certainly there to be had! UPDATE: recent visit was incredibly disappointing... Management has obviously changed. Normally they would come down in price for items that had defects. THIS time, that took an act of Congress instead of a friendly discussion. Bought a tall shelving unit and the person who helped me out to the truck acted as if I was bothering him. Then, he placed it at the end of the truck bed, and was ready to walk. I had to ASK him to help me to lift it into the back. I understand they were busy but nobody needs attitude. Ill be going to the other HomeGoods stores instead of this one from here out.
I bought a percussion massager from this home goods and it completely broke the first time I used it. When I went to return the massager the manager refused to let me return or exchange and instructed me to contact the manufacturer. Never was I ever told this “store policy” this manager claimed. BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU PURCHASE HERE! Now I’m stuck with a $30 “doorstop” or “paperweight” haven’t decided how to repurpose this POS Homegoods left me with yet!
The store seemed very disorganized regarding COVID procedures and in general. They were metering at the entrance but there was not a cart cleaner or cleaning materials available. Also the line took about 25 minutes to check out 12 people. It was not a great experience.
Terrible cashier service. The young Asian-looking cashier doesnt know how to use the card scanner for different transaction types (credit, debit, gift card, rewards). I have the reward card but she told me I need to insert the PIN which the card doesn’t have. She still argued with the customer instead of seeking help from one of the seniors. When I asked another woman next to her - maybe a manager- to run the transaction, she ran it smoothly. The young cashier still had a lousy attitude towards us when the purchase ended. (Today at 12:50 PM. Cashier 1 did not have a name tag, and we did not see her name on the receipt.)I like Home goods, but I will not be back if they dont improve their cashiers/customer services.
It depends on what you are looking for. Im sure there are some good deals but I was looking for outdoor furniture, they didnt have much of a selection. Good news! they are right next door to a Tuesday Morning that had everything I was looking for. It is an excellent retail location AND nextdoor to a Michaels AND a Sprouts (in case you need some groceries as well..
Cool place to buy product for the house. Its rather small inside you will wait in long lines and it can be kind of junky at times. If you can stand picking through some used items brought back by real-estate agents after home sales this is the place to go. Not what I expected but a lot better than Ross.
Just left there. Was trying to purchase 2....2pks of pillows. Identical pillows. One was 24.99 and the other 16.99. I had to really explain to management that you cannot sell identical items with 9 dollar difference. That is ridiculous. Cashier thought I changed tags on cheaper set. They finally scanned higher priced set and it came dowm to 18 dollars. Manager was helpful in that he understood where I was comi ng from but said its store policy because items ship on different dates. Ridiculous. I finally got pillows for same price. Too hectic.
Pretty rude cashier. I go up to the girl, Mia or Nia (she’s blonde), and ask her about something and she responds “umm no, you can’t.” She needs to learn effective communication with her customers. I probably would have stayed in the store if she was less casually rude.

2021-12-05There were too many broken and disfunctioning items on display as if they were new. These items need to be in a different place if damaged.Selections were slim but what they had did not appeal to me.I usually find something each time I visit this store bit not this time.

2020-12-10One of my favorite stores for gifts and house hold decor. I always find something I either needed or wanted at HomeGoods. You just have to be patient and take your time looking their their rows of shelves. The last time I was in, I found the perfect side tables for my guest bedroom and some home decor items to spruce up my moms apartment. Every staff member we have encountered has been helpful and friendly, making the shopping experience every better. HomeGoods should always be on your list when shopping for home decor and essentials.
