I have not yet bought anything from Hooked Up RV Park Inc. , but what I can see their business is pretty busy, they keep their place pretty clean . Some times theres a lot of RVs and then there are is almost gone. They are good neighbors to have. 👍
Both times that my MIL called this company out the problems were not fixed. The technician, Clay, charged her $90 when he was only there for 30 minutes and instead of trying to find a way to fix the problem he told her that her RV was not built right and that she should go trade it in for a new one.This isn’t the first time that she had a problem with the same technician. The first time he only fixed part of the problem by saying that there were dirt dobbers covering the fan. He removed them, but he didn’t check to make sure that the fan was working properly after he removed the dirt dobbers and we had to call another company to come back out and replace the capacitor that went out.It is in my opinion that the service technician should fix the problem completely not partially and he should not make recommendations to just go out and buy a new RV instead of trying to fix the problem.
The girls were amazing! I felt so bad because i had so many questions but they were so patient with me. Cant wait to go back for sure!!

Toilet messed up last Saturday. Showed up around 11 30.Cyndi stayed after closing at 12. To make sure I had the right part.Right part right price.
Awful place to live! The women at the office are absolutely the rudest people I have ever met! They give special treatment to people! Some of the neighbors are absolutely trash! I would never recommend this place to anyone!
This was a awful experience. Called to see how much to come out to look at my fridge on my rv they said $45 fee. After he got done telling me we need a new fridge was here at the most 25 min. He charged me $45 fee and another $85 per hour for just looking at it and telling me I need a fridge and a $10 tax on top of that $150 later just to have him tell me I need a fridge he did nothing they need to be shut down for that.
Great service ,friendly staff and very knowledgeable. As well as the installation of a new air conditioning unit . I am extremely happy. Thank you.
Very RUDE man answering the phone and since Im not rich enuf to buy a newer camper Im not allowed in the park!! My camper is a 1997 model and looks good for an 18 yr old camper but I guess not good enuf to stay there!! if your camper is 10 yrs old or older DO NOT APPLY!!!
Tim and Nathan worked on a problem with our RV and fixed it on the spot. Very likable individuals . We will use yall again .

2022-04-23Used the service part of hooked up rv park. The people on the phone who help me set it up were amazing and very professional! Dale was amazing!! Gave me a lot of advice for a newbie! 2021-09-22We have a warranty that requires us to have our RV inspected yearly by a certified technician (separate from state inspection). We used to hook it up and drive to Corpus Christi until we found Hooked Up RV. They are local, super friendly and very professional. They not only keep us compliant, they have come out several times to fix issues we have had. The technicians are extremely knowledgeable and take their time to answer questions. Their store is equipped with several items or can order non-stock items.I would recommend Hooked Up RV to both novice and expert Rv’ers.

2021-10-06I really like this place for parts and service the new girl Cindy is awesome and knowledgeable about the parts. The other lady is not so nice if she was I would have given this place a 5 star but she just make u want to go somewhere else but because of Cindy and Dale I keep coming back they remind me of a good old store with a smile

2021-06-255 stars well deserved. Hooked Up RV took care of replacing my broken tongue jack, all while my RV was parked at the RV park nearby. They were super helpful and clear about what to expect. No surprises, quick service and easy to work with. Pleasure doing business with them, especially Cindy who was super patient with me and my questions. I highly recommend them.

2021-02-28These folks were so friendly and helpful in finding what I needed after the Feb 2020 big freeze shattered my grey tank drain pipe. Store is not large but has an amazing selection of RV parts and accessories. They even told me where to go to find the items they didnt have in stock. Nice!!

2020-07-31Awesome service!!! Being almost 200 miles from home, somewhat in a panic after being unable to power the living area and calling several other repair shops, Hooked Up, was able to squeeze me in and provided stellar service. Dale performed the service. He was professional, thorough and explained to me what the issue was. Ultimately he found the converter had failed. He replaced it quickly with in stock parts and located another issue, which he also corrected quickly. In the end I feel the price of parts and cost of labor were very fair, especially considering the level of service provided.If I’m the area I would not hesitate to make them my first call or recommend them to others!
