The cashier was very insulting. He was rude and not nice at all to where I dont want to go back. And mostly everything in there is over priced.

2019-06-09I was enjoying myself and raiding the clearance racks when I noticed 2 police officers following me around the store. I dont usually mind but it made me uncomfortable due to them being so close and watching me. I did not purchase anything due to feeling harrassed. Which really sucks because I had my eye on a pretty cool Harry Potter shirt I found 🙄 Ill just stick to Lubbocks Hot Topic.

2016-01-23I LOVE this store every Sunday I go and look and most of the time buy something. The employees are so nice and helpful, not snobs at all. They always make sure Im having a good experience. They always have answers to my questions. Overall I always have a good experience.

2019-07-13The staff are nice and friendly. They are very helpful as well. For an introvert like me, sometimes they can be overly friendly though. I dont mean it in a rude way I just dont like to talk much to people.

2018-03-01Rude and unprofessional. A heavy set blonde female employee was carrying on an inappropriate conversation with an obvious acquaintance when I was initially in the store and the group of people I was with decided to look and shop around the mall. We returned two hours later and she was still talking with the same person and I inquired about a product and she answered in an short and rude manner.

2017-07-24It sucked ass wouldnt play the floor is lava, got all booty hurt cause the floor was lava so i jumped on the counter and lady working gave me nasty look. I told the worker it was life or death, but he didnt care. Hot topic is lame.

2012-02-07This place is expensive as crap. I dont buy clothes there anymore since its cheap and for sone reason now a days their clothes cater to the flat and shapeless female. In high school when they first opened here I was small but not that small but for done reason now their sizes are tiny. Now that I make my own money I dint shop there anymore for clothes. Its pricey and cheap. Cant tell you how many shirts Ive gotten from here that ripped easily our got holes after 1 wash. How many coats Ive gotten where the buttons pop right offwithin days. I like their knick knacks and everything else basically. I love their clearance too. Not because Im cheap, but because when they do clearance they REALLY reduce prices. Like a hoodie? Wait two weeks dont buy at full price. Employees kinda ruin the store. They are snobs..or scenesters..idk same difference. There are a few who are really nice really helpful but the rest are there to look cute.and have sn after school job.
