Dont really have a problem with the sales guy other then when you say your going to do something do it. Bought an awesome truck at the place and they had a great selection of lifted trucks. Youd expect buying a 6 figure vehicle the next day you wouldnt see change oil, change fuel filter, low def and also maybe leave with a full tank. They will get no referrals from me !!
Everyone was so super awesome! From my salesperson Victoria, to her manager Richard, to even the finance manager Clint! Everyone did their part in making my experience the absolute best! No pressure was applied throughout the entire process and I truly felt like everyone had my best interest and happiness at heart! By the time I got to Hurst Autoplex I was over the car buying experience. I walked in and stood inside the door for a few minutes, and when no one helped me in the time frame I thought was sufficient, then I shook my head and walked back to my car. I was just about to leave when a salesman named Mitchell came running out after me apologizing that he was just on a phone call. I decided to give this one more shot, and I am very glad that I did. Hurst Autoplex and Mitchell completely changed my car buying experience. Mitchell was helpful, courteous, and did everything he could to get me into a car. Unlike most salesman he wasn’t pushy at all, but made himself available for any questions I had. Richard was also very helpful in this process. He helped me get approved for financing, and was able to get the monthly payment exactly where I needed it to be. They offer amazing warranties, and 2 years of roadside assistance. There is a lot to be said for peace of mind when making a purchase such as this. Especially in this economy! I absolutely love my Outlander Sport. It was exactly what I needed. I hope I don’t have any reason to repeat this process any time soon, but when it’s my kids turn then I will be returning to Hurst Autoplex and asking for Mitchell. You should too you won’t be disappointed.
Richard and Cameron were very helpful and listened to exactly what I wanted in a car. There was no pushiness trying to get me to select a higher end car when I wanted something very basic and they stayed within my provided price range. They also were considerate and understanding when I told them I was only looking but then changed my mind half way through the test drive and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Would 100% return for a new car in the future!
Kevin in the customer service team, which I cant say sales team because he didnt try to sell me on a vehicle. I had a vehicle in mind to look over in person that I found online. We checked it out, then he asked what do I want to do?The whole process was up to me with zero pressure.Esther with the finance department was great to work with as well. I received a better payment than what I was making on the truck I traded in and with a super low interest rate.It was a pleasure working with them all and would highly recommend them if you want a zero pressure/relaxed environment to find your next ride.

Had a blowout on a major Highway not far from the dealership. Called the dealership and spoke with the GM and he put me in touch with service. I told them what happened and they sent 2 techs to come help me. Ended up not having to drive on a spare but rather they brought me a brand new tire and we had everything taken care of within an hour! Thanks to all involved in coming to my rescue! It was scary enough to go through the blowout but all was eased with the quick and efficient assistance I received from the Hurst Mitsubishi team! Thank you!
Worked with Alex to get into a 2022 Mitsubishi. My credit is not the best, to say the least, but I had heard from other people that if anyone up there were able to make it happen, if it even could, then Alex Peters would be the guy to talk to. He was very responsive and worked hard the entire day (he got it all taken care of much quicker than I had thought it would have been)... and I had even found out he was taking care of me as well as 3 others at the same time but I couldnt even tell because of his level of service. I would recommend this place, and more specifically working with this guy, to ANYONE looking for a vehicle.

I took my Outlander in after receiving it from a collision repair . The gauges were going crazy after the battery went dead. Nathan, the service writer just took my car on in without an appointment as he has done before. The car runs great now. The Autoplex has treated me with respect always-- Nathan is the best!!
Bit disappointed! My daughter was at your dealership ..loved the vehicle she test drove. After doing so was told buy sales guy she could put more down or get a co signer to get her in the vehicle. Her dad went out of his way to make that happen by signing for her. He got several emails saying ing he was approved for car loan. My daughter called me crying after speaking to sales guy saying co signer was not enough to get her in vehicle. guy was nice per daughter but your company along with your advertising is VERY MISS LEADING!! VERY DISAPPOINTING!!! so I rate you a 2.. If you dont stand by what you advertise over the radio and rv please remove your sales pitch. In the economy today every company needs to stand by we the people of the US. And help one another. Car sales have changed so much. Dealerships always in the past bent over backwards to make things happen for a buyer. So so sad.
Nathan is a excellent service tech. I’m actually considering trading in my 2016 for something newer and I’ve already decided when it comes to my Mitsubishi I will be continuously doing business with them. He made me feel Important and he also lessoned to me and he Understood my concerns I was having with my truck unlike Honda vandergriff in Arlington. I gave hurst Mitsubishi location a shot because I was tired of the trash customers service I was receiving from Vandergriff. And I was treated with kindness and respect just how I like to be treated and the service was excellent they took care of all my needs I will definitely be returning for Maintenance up keep and for future car purchasing.
Very easy to work with. I was able to purchase my car via phone. They had everything ready for me to sign when I went to pick it up. Probably took a total of 10 minutes. My wife’s car was having a little trouble so I knew exactly who to call.Breece Higgins provided an excellent service, with short notice, and the entire dealership made me feel like family.I notified him at lunch and he had us in a new car that day.This is the only place I’d purchase a vehicle, just ask for Breece.
Buyer beware if you have less than perfect credit. I found a vehicle that I like. I applied for approval and was told that I needed a cosigner. Once I got a cosigner then wanted my cosigner proof of income. Provided proof of income. Later I was told the cosigner needed to provide 3 months of bank statements. I feel that this is violation of privacy and lack of transparency. I was also told there was a 4k bank fee. I also asked for the bank information. I was told it doesnt matter since the cosigner is not providing their bank statements. Two days was wasted due to lack of transparency. Honestly, I feel discriminated against.
This place has a very wide selection of newer quality used vehicles! Want a lifted custom truck!? This place has some crazy stuff!! I was treated with respect through the whole sales process... Went in looking at a Z06, fully intending to end up at Corvette World in north Dallas. I never made it to Corvette World. The car was well promoted and the deal was fair. They gave me a fair price on my trade and the deal was done. Bunch of great folks, nothing but good stuff to say about the team.
Found my vehicle online Jason did a great job contacting me right away and going through all the details with my trade in. Got me approved with the rates I was looking for and the price I was looking to get out of my trade in. I live 6hrs away Jason had everything ready for me to go when I got to the dealership very professional and I’ll definitely be using Jason in the future as he and the hurst team did an awesome job thank you guys..
Handicap friendly!!!!My brother and I both purchased vehicles here. I bought a GMC Savana 2500 van. The salesman David Aguirre was so awesome. When I first made contact via telephone, he was so understanding of my disabilities that he brought the vehicle to me to look over and test drive! He also came to pick me up to do paperwork too! That is red carpet treatment there.I got a great no haggle deal too! The preowned van I bought with extremely low mileage still had make ready plastic on it. The van was pristine! I looked up bluebook and it goes for $30k-$40k (used), and I paid a mere $14.5k. Plus they threw in a new fancy Kenwood stereo with bluetooth, upgraded steal black running boards, and limo tint! They outsourced the bluetooth job and starting out it didn’t work too good, but they stood by me as a customer and took great care of me!If you need a new ride and want to be treated right, head here!!! Tell them I sent you. My brother and I love our rides! The prices here are awesome, service is phenomenal, and they only sale good vehicles. Heck I ended up with an extended warranty! Seriously...if you need a new whip/ride this is your place!

These guys are a JOKE! I spoke to 3 different people to verify stock on a particular car. The last person I spoke to, I asked to verify that the vehicle was available because another sales person said he thought they may have a deal working on it. He said he would get back with me but did not. I spoke to another Sales person 5 minutes before I headed out to make my 3 hour round trip and even asked him to verify with sales Manager. Guess what??? As soon as I walked in the door. They said oh. Its gone. Sold last night the Manager offered to fill my car up...how generous, considering I took 3 hours out to buy an $82k car. Maybe thats what I get for trying to buy a Range Rover from a mitsubishi dealership. Irresponsible and unprofessional!

Have sent my aunts truck here many times and it always has the same issues that it was sold with they put bad parts on the truck including bad shocks and painted a bumper the wrong color do not buy a vehicle from here or have one fixed you will get ripped off in many ways
I purchased my first car from Breece on Tuesday, and I can’t say enough good things about him or Hurst Autoplex. My husband and I bumped into Breece on Sunday by accident, and even on his day off he still took the time to help us out. Fantastic customer service!Breece was awesome to deal with when purchasing my first car. My husband and I actually ran into him on a Sunday when we were looking at the Ford Explorer they had for sale. Breece was loading up a vehicle on his trailer to go deliver it to another customer, but stopped what he was doing and took the time to get us the keys so we can view inside the car (we didn’t request to view the car and didn’t expect to on a Sunday – but him going out of the way really showed the passion he had for customer service). We had planned to go view four or five more Explorer’s after visiting this location, but decided against it. We were both pretty sold on this Explorer.I applied for financing online on Monday for the Explorer, and Hurst Autoplex made the whole process so easy! My husband had called them, and was able to work with them over the phone about the financing and made sure I got a pretty good deal with low interest rates. I don’t have the best credit, but I was truly impressed by how low my interest rate was and couldn’t have been happier.When we went in on Tuesday it was the easiest transaction I had ever made in my life. We walked in and Breece was there to meet us. We walked to his office and were in there for about fifteen/twenty minutes. Once they had my folder put together we walked over to the financing center, and waited an additional five/ten minutes before Giorge met with us.Giorge is one of the nicest people you will ever meet. He took the time to go over everything with us, and answered all of my quirky questions I had about financing. Handing over my trade-in (title in hand) and signing for a new car was smooth, quick, and easy. They did add in a leather package thing, but that was standard and I didn’t mind having it. We were done in about 10 minutes!After signing for the new car Giorge walked us back over to the sales center, and Breece handed us the keys to my new Ford Explorer Limited! Breece took the time to go over the car with us, and show us all the bells and whistles it had. He and my husband had a fun time learning how to flip the back seats, and just basically going over everything. It was nice to have someone go the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable with our new car, and didn’t just wave us goodbye and not care after I bought the car.I had heard horror stories about car dealerships, but none of those horror stories happened here. This was a no bull dealership, and we will definitely come back here to purchase another vehicle for my husband in the future. Highly recommend!

Buying a pre-owned vehicle is always a challenge. And after buying over 20 cars in my lifetime, I felt I had a pretty good sense of judgement when it came to selecting not only the right vehicle, but the right dealership and salesperson. That being said, I will say that working with John Daly and Hurst Autoplex is at the top of my list as far as complete satisfaction is concerned. I found the vehicle online and made an inquiry. John responded to my inquiry within a few minutes. Because the dealership was over an hour away, he spent time with me on the phone, answered all my questions and even walked around the vehicle with me while I was on the phone so that I could ask questions based on the photos that were posted. It was obvious to me that this was the vehicle I wanted and John arranged to have it held for me until I could visit the dealership...almost a week later. I indicated that from the photos, there would be several items I would want repaired before I would consider purchasing and he stated they would be repaired before I arrived to even view the vehicle. He was right. Items were repaired, brakes were replaced, all fluids and filters changed, vehicle was sparkling clean and had a full tank of gas. There was however an issue with the rear suspension that we discovered on the test drive. Not knowing the extent of the issue, John was very adamant about having it repaired before I finalized the purchase and suggested I leave it with him so that the service department could diagnose and repair. He then offered to drive the car to my home...over an hour away...after it was repaired and bring the sales contract with him so that I didnt have to drive to the dealership a second time. The rear suspension repair...not a minor expense...was completed, vehicle delivered and contract signed. John called me several days later just to check in and find out how everything was. I have driven the vehicle for almost 2 months now and I could not be happier with it. The vehicle is exactly how it was represented by the dealership. John Daly does business the way you expect everyone to...honestly, fairly, above board and most definitely puts his customers first. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend John if you are considering Hurst Autoplex / Mitsubishi for a vehicle. He is top notch.Thanks John.
Never done this before but I could not be happier. Bought a vehicle sight unseen. Been searching for a Jeep for my daughter. Found one at Hurst Autoplex but I live in KC. After working through John Daly at Hurst we purchased it and it arrived today. It is better than I thought it would be. Like new. John went out of his way to send pictures, videos, answer my endless questions on the phone and text. They did the services, new battery, alignment, air filter, better wheels and tires. Will definitely use them in the future if given the opportunity.
Nathan in service, was as always precessional, friendly, courteous and he keeps me posted with what needs to be done at every visit.The service techs are always respectful of our vehicles and as a whole my experience with the entire staff has been outstanding. After visiting 3 dealerships prior, when my husband and I pulled into Mitsubishi and our awesome sales lady (Sydney) approached us; the experience was excellent from start to finish! Honestly, we wanted to just browse the inventory but how Sydney raved about the new 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander we couldnt pass up purchasing one. Out of all the cars my husband and I have purchased, this was by far the easiest, most detailed purchase weve ever had! Mr. Richard was also awesome from start to finish! Any question we had, they answered. There was no hidden agenda and everything was up front regarding the purchase! Im going to recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle but also if they want excellent customer service to go see Sydney(our fav) and Mr. Richard and they would definitely be well taken care of! Mitsubishi, you guys have a great dealership in Hurst with excellent people working for you and with Sydney shes a well-added BONUS!
I had just purchased a used Outlander Sport from another dealer. Transmission issues followed in less that a week. Other dealer sent me to this dealer. Met Frank who looked over the vehicle and gave me his honest opinion and steps to correct the issue. Frank did a good job helping and speaking with the previous dealer to get transmission fixed. Unfortunately, the voltage light came on again and the car was returned to the other dealer. If I had kept the car, definitely would have gone back to see Frank.
This is the second consecutive time that I’ve had poor to average service at this location. Previous time I scheduled an oil change for 8am and was told upon arrival that service techs don’t usually show up until 8:30. Waited until almost 9:30 for an oil change and tire rotation on a scheduled appointment. On this visit, I am disappointed that a part takes 4 days to arrive in a major market like DFW, and then the wrong part is delivered…..but the right part just happens to be arriving the next day???? Sounds like I’m being fed a line. No discount was offered for the delay. Why drive 30 minutes from my home when I can get this kind of service from a certified shop right near my house.
Esther was very kind and very efficient! This was the best and easiest car purchase we have ever made!!! We called ahead, told them the car we interested in and they took care of the rest! We signed and picked up our new car shortly after! No hassles, no haggling! Best deal was presented up front and beat all other deals in the metroplex! We will never purchase anywhere else! Nathan did careful research over time on dashboard warning light to establish my (left side?) catalytic converters required replacingThe I planned/budgeted for it and we replaced. I have purchased several cars over the years and this was by far the easiest, fastest, and friendliest car purchase yet! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and had called ahead to make sure it was still available. Donald answered the phone and could not have been more professional and efficient. I met him at the scheduled time and he had the vehicle and keys ready for me. Donald was courteous and knowledgeable from the very beginning. He was not pushy and did not make me feel obligated to buy. He wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the purchase and that I was going about it the way I wanted to. He was such a pleasure to work with. The owner was very personable and down to earth as well. The financial assistant, George, was also incredibly kind and made sure to give us all of our options to fit our exact needs. The whole process was very quick yet thorough. I had almost given up my five month endeavor t buy my dream SUV. Bottom of the ninth with two outs and I found Hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi - and within 24 hours Jimmy Hawes and the team at Hurst Autoplex made my year. If you dont check their inventory during your search for a high end vehicle, you are failing yourself. So long as there are no expensive surprises with my Yukon, I will start any future vehicle searches with this group. Was in and out in 40 minutes, excellent customer service and no slimy dealership nonsense.

They even have a large selection of day to day vehicles. The man to see is Mike Baum. I’ve purchased a few trucks from him and he has always given me the best prices. He makes the vehicle buying processes easy as can be, which is also a big plus...always in and out! I highly recommend for your next vehicle purchase.
Sales reps make the purchase of the vehicle very simple, unfortunately once I brought my vehicle for touch up and windshield chip repair they made me wait for 3hrs and a half, all they continued to say way it would take 15more minutes, one they finally brought my car to me it looked the same as when I brought it in although they claimed it was detailed and buffed I could definitely tell that never happened. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
I order parts for my Eclipse here, and their Parts Dept is outstanding! Whether Im calling to order new axle clips again or wanting to know how much random parts cost they always take the time to look them up and then verify with me that its the part Im looking for. If I describe the issue Im trying to fix by getting the part theyll let me know if its the correct part or if I need to check other things first. Im glad the service is so good here because its the only real Mitsubishi dealer in Fort Worth. Thanks Hurst Autoplex Parts & Service you rule!
When I looked at the reviews I was really impressed until actually calling to get info. I wish someone could tell me who is the best person to talk to. Mitchell and Kevin are not the ones. They act like they dont even have time to answer a simple question. Maybe they are selling so many cars that they dont care about losing business. I am open if anyone knows of a great sales person to speak to here or maybe i need to take my money somewhere else. FYI KEVIN AND MITCHELL IF YOU Dont HAVE TIME TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS WHEN SELLING CARS YOUR IN THE WRONG PROFESSION!!!!!
Great car buying experience! They repainted side of Tahoe where there was chipped paint and replaced the entire windshield after they were unable to properly repair those chips! Alex was awesome, professional, and really easy to work with. Absolutely only thing I could say was that they did not budge on price, but the price was very fair to begin with. Would recommended and use them again in a heart beat!

They judge you by how you look like, I been a customer of this location for 2 years +, and I never feel like that before, but today I was very disappointed of the sales rep, SINCE YOU ARE NOT INTERESTED ON A NEW CAR, AM NOT GOING TO WASTE MY TIME wow thanks, if I was thinking to buy a new car I will definitely wont dont from this guy!parts and service are still good on customer service they are willing to help you.
I definitely recommend this place! My salesperson was Alex and he is super friendly, honest and doesnt beat around the bush. Every staff member i came into contact with was very nice. My credit situation is not the best and Alex worked to get me a great deal and I am one satisfied customer. I had a very wonderful experience from start to finsh and I will be a returning customer.

The actual service rep Nathan Hausser was not available the day of dropping car off for repairs. So my remarks and ratings apply to the service rep I dealt with and the people I dealt with when I picked up the car. Felt rushed and unappreciated both dropping the car off and picking it up.I do want to give kudos to the cashier who took care of the paper work, she was nice, friendly, and took the effort to ask if I was happy with everything.
Called this dealership looking for an Audi A6, the salesman Donald was outstanding and super helpful. They gave me a great deal on the car and fair market value for my trade in. The finance department was quick and painless I was in and out in 2 hours. Great experience!!!

My boyfriend unfortunately rolled my car in some bad weather and I was starting a new job next week. I was in a huge time crunch to get in a car, but would have no down payment. Im a broke college student and cant afford much. I looked up some cars and I found one I really liked at this location. I spent time reading the reviews and they werent lying. Donald was my sales man and we spoke briefly through text and I decided to just go in and look at the car. I went in and basically long story short, I left that day with a car. I left with a better car and a way better deal than the car I had previously. The whole process was a breeze and there was no pressure. Donald made it clear he wanted me to be comfortable with my purchase. Im 26 and honestly pretty shy so its easy for me to let myself get taken advantage of and that wasnt the case here. Donald was 100% transparent in what was going on behind the scenes and made me feel at ease. I love my new car more and more each day. BUYER BEWARE!!! Purchased what the Salesman claimed to be an immaculate, well maintained and in good working condition lifted Ford F150 Lariot. Salesman was very helpful during the transaction, always quick to respond to emails and texts. We had the truck shipped to South Dakota and have had absolutely nothing but problems! $7000 in repairs since May! This truck has been in the shop more than its been home and of course now that the deal is done emails and texts go unanswered. We have brought this truck to 3 local Ford dealerships and they have all come to the same conclusion.... first of all this truck originally came from Canada and appears to have been in a flood and someone title washed the truck to avoid any flood damage appearing on the title. Im convinced the dealership knew of all these issues thats why they were so eager to ship it for free 11 hours away so it was no longer their problem.
Friendly staff, nice, quiet and clean environment (lavatories-excellent). Nathan of the service department was so helpful. I thought the servicing of my vehicle was going to take about the whole half the day due to the many changes that were needed, but was surprised to be called after 3 hours for pick up. He did extremely well with my vehicle diagnosis by identifying and suggesting what I should be thinking about before the next service.
The guys were so accommodating, helpful, and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to buy and was confident about my purchase in my own time. They did a fantastic job finding a great Interest rate for my financing as well! Walked out a happy camper and excited about my new car!

I’m from San Antonio, Texas and had to drive to Hurst, Texas. I traded my 2015 Chevrolet Corvette Z06 for a 2019 Chevrolet ZR1. Hurst Autoplex gave me a very good trade in value for my vehicle. When I arrived to pick up the ZR1, it was very clean. I did all the necessary paperwork within an hour. Steve filled the vehicle up with a full tank of gas. I am not the type of person to take my time and review many places but i have given this dealership numerous chances to contact me back after purchasing my car from them.I purchased my vehicle April 3rd of this year. They brought the vehicle to me from the dealership and I did a trade, signed all the paperwork here at my home and they took my trade in back. First things first they only gave me 1 key for my durango that was already dead. Everytime i got in the car it would tell me low battery key fob and would hardly work to unlock/lock my car. I told them about this and a crack in the taillight and the manager said he would have someone come pick up my car and take it back to get me a second key fob and fix taillight.Also, during this pandemic my other car loan took forever to show as paid off so this dealership was getting anxious and took it upon themselves to RERUN my credit without notifying me or asking for permission after I had already been approved by a bank with them. This is the most infuriating part. 8 additional hard inquiries on my credit with no permission from me to do so and they didnt even apologize.After all this I STILL havent heard from them after sending 3 emails and leaving 2 voicemails. They have not mailed me my plates either that expired in the beginning of June.So as you can see my recommendation would to definitely stay away from this dealership as they just want to make the sale and never help again.Hopefully after this review someone will finally reach out to me asking to finally step up and fix all my problems as they should have done from day 1.

This place was awful check my car in and it is a 2019 and only 20,000 miles in the air conditioner went out and they insisted that we had to pay money to charge the air conditioner before they could check it and fix it otherwise and would not give us a loaner car so that we could have something to drive while we waited till Tuesday or Wednesday have never seen a place that treat you just badly. Boo on them they dont even deserve the one star.

Just picked up a new to me F-150 from Hurst Autoplex. My experience was phenomenal. I made this deal from Austin. When I got up to the dealership I was more than impressed with the staff and their professionalism. They have a great inventory of vehicles. The truck was everything it was advertised as. There were no gimmicks, no bait and switch, and no hassle. Prices were fair and I got a great trade in price as well. I will definitely reach out to them again for my next vehicle.
My Sales rep Armando Ramos was excellent. He streamlined the car buying process, listened and took into consideration my situation and at the end of it all was able to assist me in getting a great car at a great price. I had every doubt in the world I wouldnt get into a vehicle and I drove off in a 2018. The whole process was done in less than 2.5 hours and everyone n the staff from the finance manager to the detail guy was very friendly. I was on a time crunch but found a good deal for a Subaru BRZ and Alex Peters helped basically set up a trade and took care of almost everything else all over the phone. They gave me a great price for my trade in and the rest of the process was smooth and simple. Would highly recommend.EDIT: I am editing this review because of the following - I noticed a wheel bearing sound within the first week of having the car. I am well acquainted with car service and have dealt with this issue many times before. I let Hurst Autoplex know and they did their own diag to tell me I was wrong and the brakes were what was making the sound. They generously put all new brakes on the front, but it did not fix the sound. Go figure. They then proceeded to tell me the tires were the issue but they would not be replacing them because the tread was still too good. The tread was 2/32nds on the front and 3/32nds on the rear. Well within the red portion of their scale for tire tread. I then went to Discount Tire and dropped $600 on a set of new tires to prove a point that they were not the issue. Guess what, THE SOUND WAS STILL THERE. They told me there was nothing else they could do since their tech determined the wheel bearing wasnt the issue. So I dropped another $200 on a new hub assembly and replaced the damn thing myself and BAM the noise was fixed. I hate leaving bad reviews but I really did give them every chance to make it right for me but they just refused. I dont know what dealerships have against customers that are knowledgeable about their cars but none of this wouldve happened had they just listened to me at the beginning. Also the tires should have been replaced regardless if they were making noise or not.Alex couldnt do much to sway this situation as it was mostly service giving me trouble so I stand by him being a great salesman, but I will not be bringing my car back here.
Nathan (Service Manager) makes your regularly scheduled maintenance visits enjoyable. Warm, friendly, and inviting, they really take care of you here. Scheduling appointments is easy. Coffee and water are available while you wait (and you dont ever wait long), and often, when I try to use a discount I got in the mail, theyve found a better one and already applied it! How cool is that? I refuse to have my car serviced anywhere else. Absolutely wonderful!

My experience was good up until it came to the service department! Unfortunately the manager Mike and the very young man and inexperience Dustin did not do a very good job! I was very disappointed on their unprofessionalism!! My granddaughter bought an Altima Nov 7th. The AC did not work and the hood would not open! When we took it back they said it was our fault for rushing them which was far from the truth. Then they kept the car for 5 days before we received a call from them at which point they said they had been calling us for 2 days. Another lie! After raising our voices with much disappointment at these guys we finally got everything fixed! Thank goodness for Eugene the financial director that heard us and quickly answered our questions and really did an awesome job at which point he decided to call Jason the GM Manager who also did an awesome job. He actually worked on the car himself and made sure these guys did what they were suppose to do in the first place... They apologized and really felt bad for us. Thanks to Jason and Eugene and also Francisco who sold us the car. We will be able to enjoy Thanksgiving and not worry about the car.
This dealership made the car buying experience extremely pleasant. They didn’t take all day to process the sale, they even brought some snacks to a accommodate my 2 year old (as you can imagine they don’t like to sit for long periods of time). The car was in pristine shape, and the salesman James was extremely pleasant. We never felt any pressure from anyone there. Steve was amazing - friendly, helpful and genuinely personable, but it wasn’t just him...everyone was that nice! The price and deal was fair. Went there today to just look at a couple of cars. My credit isnt that good but Im in the process of rebuilding. Spoke with Brandon....nice guy....he assured me that they deal with challenged credit situations. My credit is in the high 5s and should be going past 600 next month. I did a credit app and was called and told I had to put money down to get my payments down. I am currently paying on a car...and have a credit card...so I thought I would have better luck with this with the rebates and incentives and everything. Then I asked Brandon by text whats the problem...is it my score or the fact I have a car I want to trade with negative equity? He said its the negative equity. Then I asked does my credit score have anything to do with it? He said yes....I need a cosigner. Now Im confused because now Im thinking hes saying the banks rejected me, when in fact they were before asking for a down payment. Its like Im getting the run-around. Just tell me what my score needs to be in order to get a car. Brandon called me and said he was with a customer and he would call me back. Its been 2 hours and I havent got a call back. Ive also called the finance department 3 hours ago....I had to leave a message on voicemail, and still no call back. Very bad experience. Will not go back. Once they see you wont buy a car or have challenged credit, they ignore you. The fact is I do have a cosigner...that Im trying not to use, but will if I have to. Good work Mitsubishi....you just lost a customer to Metro Volkswagen in Irving.
I cannot think of a better place to buy a used/luxury/sports vehicle in DFW. Mike and team know there stuff. They have awesome cars in their inventory at all times but if you are seeking something else just let them know, they will locate it and get the deal done. Do not go there. Bait and switch. Total crooks. They set appointment ask what you want. Ask about trade in then ONLY want to sell you a 40k car. And need more paperwork. Then have the nerve to say thats just how it works. And wont apologize. Give car sales a worse reputation. I gathered my stuff went down the street and bought there with no hassle. Great purchasing experience!I called ahead to confirm that the car I was interested in was still available as I was coming in from out of town. When I arrived, the car was pulled up to the front waiting for me. The car I purchased was listed at a competitive price and my trade was appraised fairly.They had just obtained the car I purchased when I came in to look at it, so it had not completed their standard, pre-owned car inspection. We agreed upon a purchase price and I returned later in the week to finalize the deal while they performed their standard inspection / preparation. During their prep, they discovered the car needed new brakes on all four wheels (which is expensive on this car). This maintenance was performed at no charge. I appreciate their integrity as I would not have discovered the need for new brakes until after the purchase.In summary- great people, easy purchase experience, dealership with integrity.

I did not go to this dealership to get a Mitsubishi, although I left with a beautiful 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I have never been more proud to drive a car. I also want to say that this was the fastest car buying process I have ever experienced, quick and to the point, which is incredibly important because no one like to wait hours to make a purchase. Other dealers always try to sell you this and that and drag it out, not Hurst Autoplex. They obviously pride themselves on providing a friendly and fast, easy car buying experience, I love them! I bought a used Mustang at Hurst Mitsubishi about 2 weeks ago and my experience was amazing! Ron my sales guy was very helpful and made the process super easy, they made sure I had a full tank and a clean car before I left and called when we were about halfway home regarding something we left in our trade-in. Instead of having to drive right back, they sent it in the mail to us. Everyone from the sales group to the finance team is amazing and made the car buying experience fun and easy!
What can I say? Eugene was absolutely amazing! I have purchased many cars before but never with the level of comfort that everyone showed me. From my Salesman Eugene to the Sales Manager Jonathan then the Finance Manager Giorge. Everyone was very professional and kind. It all reflected on the unexpected wonderful deal that had me drive home in a brand new Mitsubishi. I couldnt have asked for a better experience. Simply perfect!!!!

I recently bought a vehicle from hurst Autoplex Mitsubishi , and the customer service was excellent. They make you feel welcome, my salespeople was Esther Valdez, and I would recommend her to anyone that wants to leave in a new/pre owned vehicle. I walked in there not sure I was gonna walk out with a car, but when she says she’s gonna make sure you walk out with a car she really means it. She was able to help my sister leave in a brand new car the same night.If you want a new car Esther Valdez is the salesperson you wanna ask for.

I went to Hurst Autoplex with my two children to purchase a new car. It was the most awesome experience I have ever had. I never knew buying a new car could be so enjoyable. I met with Chris Cunningham. He made everything seem so easy. I told him what I was looking for and where I wanted my payments to be at and he made it happen. Never met a nicer guy. I walked away after two and a half hours with a 2014 Mitsubishi Mirage that only had 21 miles on it. I highly recommend anyone who is looking to buy a car, new or used, to go to Hurst Autoplex and ask for Chris. He will treat you with great respect and he wont pressure sell you. We came here today to buy a car and Esther Valdez was our sales consultant. Shes Amazing!! Everything went smoothly, from the test drive, to warranty &insurance information, the whole nine. The people there are nice and they have very clean restrooms and nice waiting arearea for customers. 5 stars, Esther!

Bought a vehicle in 2017 Outlander , hands down by far the best vehicle I have had so far with every possible feature you can imagine and with a great price, no hassle you can get your car in and out withing few hours ..amazing service. I had a very bad experience at Clay Cooley Mitsubishi so I was very reluctant to try another dealership but Im glad I did. I spoke to the sales manager Luis on the phone and told him about my bad experience and he assured me he would take care of me and he definitely did. He beat the internet price and got me an amazingly low interest rate that I didnt think was possible with my bad credit. When I arrived at the dealership I dealt with Walter who was my sales man and he was just as amazing. They had all my paperwork ready to go and my approval was ready and all I had to do was test drive and sign paperwork. They have earned themselves a life time customer!
The whole staff here is amazing. They actually took the time to get to know me and my wife before asking us about what we wanted to buy. I had taken my old car here for an oil change and they said that there was about an hour to two hour wait so I said ok Ill just look around. Jimmy our salesman saw us wondering around the lot and just started talking to us about the weather and everything else. I was joking around with him and said I was hungry and our car was in the shop so we are stuck. He said do you like this one as a joke I said yes. He got the keys and said go get something to eat. Once we got back he simply asked if I can get you the same payment and only $1000 down would you buy it. Of course with my credit only being 570 I said sure and gave him our info. Before our oil change was done he said ok your approved and they are getting your outlander ready for delivery. So Im just under three hours we had done all the paperwork and drove off in a brand new car with only putting $1000 down and my payments were only $25 more than I was paying on my 2010 wore out car that needed a lot of work.If you are looking for a vehicle it is well worth your time to go and check these guys out. This is by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. It actually was very enjoyable. Plus the Mitsubishi is an excellent vehicle. I will definitely be buying my next car from here.Update. I have bought my second vehicle from Jimmy as well as referring 5 of my friends who have all porches vehicles from here. Three of which had never bought a new vehicle before and they were all very happy with their experience. They didnt have the best credit either but Jimmy worked very hard and got them approved on their own with no cosigner. If you are looking for a vehicle I would definitely recommend stopping in and giving them a chance if others have told you no.

Autoplex handles all my service maintenance on my Ford F-250 Super Duty with ease since my truck has 24’ wheels & lift is not handled at most dealerships. I have purchase 2 Ford Shelby’s last 2 years & would highly recommend Steve Glynn to help with any vehicle purchase. Steve listens & helps you find what your looking for. They have multiple locations which is super cool with getting custom trucks, custom sports cars, & they get all makes of super good condition vehicles. The car wasn’t inspected thoroughly prior to selling. There was exposed wires. The service department also messed up my new rims.🛑UPDATE on car and service! The service department is under qualified to work on cars. My car went in running perfectly fine and was to have a coil pack harness replaced and has more issues now and has been at the dodge dealership after the Hurst Autoplex dealership service department messed the car up! I’m waiting on parts that I’m being told there’s no date as to when my car will be fixed and ready because of the part shortage everywhere! How is this fair that I’m paying for a car that I’m unable to enjoy because of the mechanics at Hurst Autoplex didn’t know what they were doing and caused damage to my car! I was told my car was running fine and picked it up and they tried to unplug the battery in hopes that it would keep the check engine light off and their little tactic didn’t work! My car was running terrible!!! I do not recommend having their service work on a car! Not even for small things!

2022-04-09I am retired military and just bought a 2018 Raptor F150 from Mitchell. I know how stressful and difficult it can be to find the right vehicle. I was extremely impressed with this dealership. Mitchell was brutally honest with me about everything even if it meant losing the sale. He pointed out certain details that I would have missed but it was his integrity that sold me on the truck. I never could imagine driving off with this truck when I initially started because it’s 10 times better than what I thought I wanted. If you are looking for a straight forward sales rep and dealership look no further and ask for Mitchell. This guy even called me on his day off (after I purchased the vehicle) to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. He was extremely detailed. The selection of vehicles is huge. Thank you!!

2021-09-03My first impression was not great Mr. Courtney put me in a vehicle I was not pleased with. However, when I returned to the dealership displeased Richard and Mitchell completely helped me turn my nightmare situation into a dream come true. I strongly believe everyone’s experience is based off of great customer service. Mitchell walked me completely through the entire process, asked me what my favorite features were, and put me in the vehicle I really wanted. Richard helped me get the best price on the vehicle and got me a great deal. Even Esther the finance advisor made everything so easy and fast. Im so happy my initial experience didn’t stop me from giving them a second chance.
