This place looks amazing. I have attended several events at this conference center. It is a gorgeous event center. The parking seems small, but has seven floors of parking that is easily accessible by both vehicle and pedestrian traffic. The bathrooms are fantastic, roomy and constantly cleaned. The staff was exceptional during each event. And I have seen enough room conversions to satisfy a multitude of event sizes. But the ceiling of the main hall is one of these most spectacular things Ive seen at local level.
My family has been here twice now and both times have been a great experience. The facility has been clean and free of trash. The employees are friendly and helpful. The building is very nice looking. There is a wheel chair accessible elevator, which also makes getting kids in and out very simple.
When it comes to great places for getting a COVID-19 vaccine, this is the top of my list. Mainly because it is the only place on my list. All jokes, aside, the main ballroom area is spacious, the sound system is nice, and the light effects built in are timed with the music. There is a parking structure for easy access right next to the facility, as well as a hotel.
I was sent here to receive my vaccine, but I can say this would be an amazing place to hold your your convention or large meeting. Very nice interior. Parking was easy to access and navigate. Very clean even tho thousands of people are thru there every day right now for vaccines. Restrooms were well stocked. It was a pleasent experience over all
Just got my COVID vaccine here. The place is super clean, organized, and beautiful! The staff is wonderful specially Rocky!!! He was attentive, kind, and hilarious. Highly recommend. I will for sure bring some candy for him when I come back for my second dose. Thanks Rocky, you rock! 🤘
Just got my vaccine and it was so perfectly organized. I was nervous about going inside but everyone was masked, courteous, and spaced out that my concerns were wiped away. Was greeted by “Superman” at the front entrance and he was incredibly friendly. Great experience.
The conference center is huge and elegant. Has tons of parking facility with different levels and elevator access. Rest room facilities are great. Adjoining hotel Hilton is perfect for corporate events, get-togethers etc. The place is proximate to airport, shopping malls, highway and other landmarks. Great place for plannibg events. Definitely recommend!
The vaccine site process was very structured. Online registration was also understandable with continuous followup. Quick in quick out, no glitches. Friendly professionals. My only concern was the walk getting from point A to point B is kind of long if you have difficulty balancing and walking. Otherwise it was fine and I am glad to get it done.
Went here for covid vaccine. The process was effortless and seamless. While it seemed like a lot of people there, the line was moving and I have to give it to the cops outside who made sure the cars were moving and to the volunteers and staff inside taking Temp, directing people on where to go, and making sure the line kept moving. They all did an awesome job (04/13/2021 crew we were there around 1pm).
We booked the conference center for a large comic con event for October 2020I spoke with other facilities in the area and all I can say is that the staff of the Hurst conf center were some of the most helpful and supportive group I encountered. The facility was amazing. The setup, the communication by Chris, Lisa and others was on par. Our event was great and we have found a permanent home for our event for the years to come. Thank you to each of you and we look forward to coming back on June of 2021. This facility is highly recommended
Had to come here for the CoVid vaccine shot. They did a good job handling a difficult situation. The venue is nice and the ballroom has some really cool fiber optic lighting effects.I could see this place hosting autograph signing events or smaller convention type events really well.
Just got my first COVID shot here and everyone was so kind and helpful. Quick streamlined process. Very impressed with how organized everything was. Even with about 60 people in line, it was quick. Special shout out to “Superman” for making us laugh and being awesome!
Incredibly well designed. Anesthetics are warm in color with occasional splashes of bright colors, usually in signage. The modern use of lasers is a great example of fore-thinking colors and overall contemporary appeal. Genuine attention given to both old school preferences blended seamlessly with glimpses of future technology without overbearing or shortchanging one for the other. You can be comfortable your visitors/attendees will all find something to be pleased with.
We were sent to this location for our 2nd Covid-19 vaccination and I must admit it was very well organized and the route we should take was very well marked. Because we had our paperwork filled out, we were ushered right in and the longest time we spent was the 15 minutes post vaccination. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nicely done!
First time to this location, I was here to get my second covid vaccine. Batman and Robin’s fun greetings and smiles helped me forget something I was very anxious about. Organized groups and quick lines, the only complaint is the actual shot but nothing anyone could change. On the way out Batman and Robin were there again for a laugh. Thank you to everyone at this location for making this process so easy.
Got my shot here today, everyone is really nice, it takes long to park all the cars which was like 1.5 hours but once parked walked right in. Everyone is nice and the helm moving the cars is good. if you can get dropped off even better. I got a funny guy waiting for the elevator to leave.
Looks nice inside. Parking garage is very tight. Regular sized trucks have a difficult time with the tight turns. Do not park on the ends, your vehicle will probably get hit/scraped. We came here for a Covid vaccine. It was VERY organized. Even though every line constantly moved, it took a while to get done with everything. 30 minutes to park, 55 minutes to get the actual shot, then the mandatory 15 minute wait.
I was not aware there even was a Hurst Conference Center until an event last Saturday. I was confused by how Google Maps pointed me to the location; however it was certainly easy enough to find when I got to the area.Easy to access and the parking was plentiful with a nice seven floor lot in the back. The signage was a little confusing. The facility is easy to access from the parking lot. Easy in and easy out makes this conférence center a real gem.Clean and impressive inside and out. I want to go there again sometime after the pandemic. I hope my group will pick it again so that we can. I suggest you consider it for your next conference.
Getting my first COVID shot at the Hyatt Convention Center was quick, painless, efficient, and highly professional. The car line where our appointment was verified took about 10 minutes, and we parked just a few feet from the stairs. Then about 10 minutes in line for data entry from the consent form, followed by the shot and 15 minute observation period before I left. Couldnt have been easier. Kudos to our fire fighters and medical teams!
They system and procedure for the covid vaccine was commendable. A huge salute to all the get is from the vaccine injecting doctors to the sanitizing team to the direction giving assistance. I truely thank you all for making it so relaxing and easy for us. This pandemic has created a fear for the vaccines to whether be taken or not the trust factor is low, and they made it easy. The room / hall was huge nice lighting was pretty made you feel relaxed. The heater / air conditiing was perfect entry exit to and fro the centre is perfectly planned. Those intending to hold wedding functions should go for it. As there can be pretty good social distancing. That is after the pandemic cools down and vaccine process done.
Tarrant County should be proud of the people who are working hard to get everyone vaccinated!!!! My first shot was right after they opened in January. It took 2 hours to complete the process. They have worked hard to speed up the lines and have succeeded!!! Today for my second shot in and out just under an hour!!! You guys are awesome!!!!
I went with my mom to get her 2nd dose of the covid vaccine and the line was the worst than any other facility that we went in Fort Worth. There were lots of local people cutting in front of the line and the Hurst police didnt perform their duties to assist the vaccine patients to follow the line. However the facility itself was great, didnt take long, just didnt like how the local people were cutting in front of everybody.
Just got through an extremely smooth process of getting my 1st Covid Vaccination.I only wish for disabled or elderly there was a way to allow their vaccinations be a “drive thru” one.Otherwise- everything was a well oiled machine! Good job Hurst! I will be returning here for shot #2.
I had my 2nd Covid dose on Friday, Feb 26th at the HCC. It was SUPER organized. Great facility and everyone that helped out from the initial team before heading into the parking garage all the way to the staff that administered the vaccine were GREAT. This is the way it is supposed to be done. Thank you so much! And Superman at the entrance/exit was awesome. There is nothing that needed to be improved.
Spacious and well lit conference center, including great natural light in lobby from the floor to ceiling windows. Comfortably fit a large statewide teacher conference when I was there. Only a few but ample panel rooms. Facility services keep it impressively clean including bathrooms, and banquet services are attentive with tasty provisions.
I have been here for two meetings now and really like the space. There is parking underneath the event center and also in a parking garage beside it. It can be a little tricky to figure out how to get to the event center since it is attached to a Hilton Garden Inn. However, that is minor and there is good signage. The acoustics in the event center are great and the chairs comfortable. There are also plenty of breakout rooms or side rooms for whatever you might need them for. The bathrooms were very clean and plentiful.Probably the only downside was the box lunch we had. I think that it was prepared by the staff at the event center. My sandwich was very blah and the cookie dry.Overall though, I give this five stars because it really is a great meeting space. is conveniently located right off the freeway and the bonus is being able to stay at the hotel right on site. Some smaller convention centers don’t have this option.
Excellent facility! I was here for a conference with 120 others this week, and the service, food and facilities have been outstanding. The ballroom is stunning, with great audio visual capabilities available in all the meeting rooms. Lunches, dinners and reception services have been top notch. Restrooms are spotless. I would definitely recommend the Hurst Conference Center for any conference or event such as a formal party or a wedding.
We had our wedding reception here a few months ago and everything turned out beautiful! The staff here are very friendly and pays attention to detail. Before my wedding reception, my event manager went over all the information I requested and the caterer did the same. Overall I am very pleased with the service I received and my guests were all surprised at how wonderful this venue is.
Visited for Covid Vaccine. As I am now in wheelchair (& we were unsure if my small motorized W/C could easily navigate entry, etc..) husband chose the push me wheelchair. Turned out accessibility was not a problem ANYWHERE so only my tush suffered from the ride in/out.The VISIT was smooth & quick and Hurst Conference Center is VERY manageable. As I am a retired TradeShow Director (US. and Canada) I found the facility clean, well-staffed and managed this on-going event VERY WELL!!
Review given of vaccine hub. Admirable job done converting this into a mass vaccination center for northeast tarrant county. Lots of anxious people being shuffled through about as efficiently as possible. A few bottlenecks, mostly due to what appeared to be cobbled together computer equipment. I hope to find at least a few improvements when I go back for my second dose and they have another month under their belt.
Outstanding experience yesterday getting my 2nd COVID shot at the Hurst Conference Center! It was so well organized— I knew just where to park, to go, to wait, to get checked-in and to get my shot! It was fast, clean, safe, and extremely professional! The City of Hurst is to be commended on their leadership serving Tarrant County! It was also moving to see men and women from Fire Departments in Hurst, Keller, Southlake and other nearby towns administering the vaccines and helping people maneuver through the conference center. Thank You to everyone involved working to protect our communities!
That was our first time there the buildings big real pretty nice lights everything is good you are there for the memorial of Christs death for Jehovahs Witnesses on Friday night and I came to that was a real good night. Of people showed up it was able to hold five six hundred people in one room if and they had more room to spare its just an ISO piece of architectural work
Just got my second COVID shot at the Hurst Conference center and it was as great an experience as the first one ( was at Tarrant County College.) The clearly worded signs helped everyone navigate every step of the way and the people were all fantastic. (The guy who greets you at the entrance to the room had a great rhyme: “If you’ve got the dot (on your paper which is given on your way to park), you’re in the right spot”. Then he adds: “And now I’ll see if you’re hot!” (as he took temperatures).Using humor like calling themselves Batman and Robin are little things but it helped reduce the stress of the process. And, like the first shot, I didn’t feel it and, so far, have no after effects at all.FYI: the whole process from parking to returning to my vehicle took 50 minutes. Thanks to ALL the many people who contributed to the organization and staffing of this event. You each made this a positive experience. L Seward
The venue was nice. I didnt use every option they had. And I didnt go to every room that we used. However the lunch and breakfast that was part of the event was pretty good. They did try to help speed up whenever they noticed that there was a lot of people waiting so they were attentive.
The center itself is pretty nice. The room were big enough and they cleaned them often. However, the lighting is very dim at the best and it was hard to see presentations in ASL. Also, they make absolutely no accommodations for people with food allergies and preferences. Youre just out of luck if youre gluten free or vegetarian. That really disappointed me.
THD is giving COVID19 Vaccines by appointment. My experience was pleasant for the 1st shot. Its is well organized and the flow is just right. Its important to go at the time appointment was set by the THD. The sign up is easy online at COVID19VACCINE.COM Im assuming they assign you to the nearest vaccine place in your area in which you live. I was on the list for about three weeks when the contacted me for an appointment. Its nothing to be afraid of and we all need to get this done so we can see our love ones and family again. Ill updated this after my 2nd shot in April. Happy vaccination All!
This place is really nice. They gave a wonderful outdoor veranda that is quite nice for mixers. Their indoor space is very classy. They provide some excellent food for their events (I recommend the filet mignon over their chicken options). Parking is easy and convenient. Plus they have a hotel connected to the convention center and several more in walking distance across the street. We have our office Christmas party here and they do a great job providing decorations to make it festive. I definitely recommend them if you need a large venue to host a function or party at.
My experience here with this building wasnt exactly a good thing...A company that I use to work for scheduled an off-site meeting to tell everyone they were going to have to start laying people off to adjust for the amount of work they were going to be receiving and they also announced that theyre going to be making changes to the schedule for the week. After they broke the bad news to us there was madness as everyone fought to make their way over to the tables towards the back of the room the company had setup for us with Human Resources to give us an information packet regarding the changes.Apart from that, I thought it was kinda of a smart move for the company to break the bad news to us at this beautiful location because the building itself is rather impressive. Its a beautiful building with a convenient parking garage.
Hursts best kept secret!Ive lived in the area for years, and never knew about this place. Ive both attended conferences and spoken at conferences here, and thoroughly enjoyed it! Their rooms are comfortable, their technology is up to date, and their staff is very friendly!
The architecture is beautiful, and so is the art on the walls. There are numerous tables and seating options, plus a long bench with several outlets so you can plug in and have a workspace between conference sessions. Bathrooms are clean and layout is open and inviting. I absolutely loved this building.
For the last 4 years, or so, Ive attended the Big Android BBQ at the Hurst Conference Center and have been seriously impressed by the space each time. For a conference center, its extremely elegant and has a lot of modular spaces perfect for groups of any size. If I were local-ish, and hosting events, this would be my number one option.
Great layout for conferences and the staff was helpful throughout. It started to rain pretty bad while we were there and after several hours of it a few leaks popped up along the hallways, but overall, its a great location for your event with serval hotels within walking distance.
Yes you can find almost all of the best-selling items at great prices. We went to Bed Bath & Beyond because Ross and Marshals (and Home Goods on the other side of 121) were closed on Easter and we absolutely needed to get some home items for the bedroom. We knew exactly what to look for, but I had to walk around, of course, and see what creative things retailers might be hocking these days - and I was ROFLMAO when I saw this in the check out area (see pic). Staff was friendly, helpful and overall awesome! So thankful that they were open Good place with marshals and Ross you can find a Lowe’s also here on the other side of the highway you can see Target and another lots of stores so I’ve been place you can find all my stores. Go to page of this place once.
Physically a nice building.Cost taxpayers too much money.Serves no purpose when Fort Worth and Dallas have ample venues.Money would be better spent on City of Hurst code enforcement, especially in the southern half of Hurst to make the rest of the town look nicer.Ill retract my objections if the city of Hurst can clearly demonstrate that it turns a profit rather than cost taxpayers money every day.
Great venue , gorgeous chandelier , and awesome staffWe picked hurst Conference Center for our wedding reception , and we couldn’t be happier about our decisionKristina Hill , is the sweetest person on earth, very knowledgeable , very organized and knows what she is doing , and has an artistic vision that will help you and your decoration company get the best decor for your night

2022-05-09The Hotel attached it a HILTON. The HILTON SHOUL RECEIVE NO STARS. During the pandemic it was cleaned. Now the place is in desperate need of a a really good cleaning. We walked in the suite and the first thing we saw was a dirty bathroom. Someone had taken a dump and not flushed the toilet. The air conditioner rattled so hard and long that we could not use it in the office/living area of the room. They couldnt move us because they didnt have another suite and THEY DIDNT DISCOUNT ANY OF OUR STAY.I watched them clean rooms. The mop they use is a broom with a towel attached and the water is extremely dirty. I recleaned the bathroom see pictures below.Very disappointed in HILTON CONNECTED TO HURST CONFERENCE.DONT STAY. DO NOT RECOMEND!NO STARS

2019-12-11Was visiting Hurst annual Christmas tree lighting. The Conference Center was displayed with several Christmas decorations for the entire family. Santa and several other characters were there to enjoy and take pictures. Lots of games, real animals, hot apple cider, face painting, train ride, Christmas carols, and lots of things to do. At the end of the tree lighting there was a fantastic fire works. We loved it.

2021-03-30There is a line and a half, but it goes quick. Very organized. And once you get your vaccine shot, they ask that you sit for a minute. They give you sticker when you can leave. Place your sticker on the chair. Once you get up, someone is there to wipe it down.

2017-11-29I have been here for a few conferences. Clean, easy to navigate, well maintained and pretty inside. Lots of parking in the parking garage. Came here for the tree lighting and fireworks on 11/28/2017. Great event.

2021-04-20Its fun and orderly to get the Covid-19 vaccinated here. If you are north bound on the Carpenter, you are not allowed to make the left turn into the garage. You need keep going to the traffic light, make left to 26th St. Make a right. Follow the signs and other cars to drive thru a traffic cone maze .... keep 6ft distance!

2021-05-12I arrived first thing Saturday morning, 830am 10APR21, and they open at 9am, and this was pretty packed. It was extremely efficient and went as smooth as possible. It took me 45mins, from arrival by car to leaving. I probably arrived right before the busiest timeframe. If you arrive by car, you have to wait to be checked in(they check your name/DoB if you have an appointment). They do the Whataburger move, by shifting/checking cars in rows. Then you park, and file inside. If this is the first time you get a shot, you have to fill put a waiver, or if this is the 2nd time, you just need to show your card. You proceed to review with someone your details, then proceed into an open space to get your shot. You are requested to wait 15mins after your shot, incase of any immediate reactions, they can assist. Otherwise, you are then done...
