ImmunoTek Bio Centers in other cities:
The staff have their picks and chooses of who they want to donate at their center so it is why the check in staff lie and say your hematocrit or protein level is low. Yes, they discriminate and lie about your levels. Theyre slow and do not want to work is another reason they lie about your hematocrit
If I could give 0 stars. Discrimination describes this place in 1 word. Discrimination of race, gender, and physical appearance. The location on Forest Lane is way better. They should move this location somewhere else and they should keep their location thats on Forest Lane. David the pheblomist is untrained. David is rude and mean and he discriminate. The staff do not want to work thats y their slow.

2022-07-13Slightly ghetto. Slightly dirty. But they get us in and out when there isnt too much chatter between them. Still better than the others.

2021-08-01They get 1 star because of poor management and lack of problem solving skills. I returned there as a new donor was told and started receiving new donor fees only for them to change my payout due to a mistake on theyre part its not fair to the donor people just because you messed up

2020-11-04Yes it’s easy to get in an accepted but once you get in the back to donate the staff is unorganized an don’t communicate with each other so therefore your sitting there for 30min waiting to get sticked to donate! None of the staff is organized an they move slow. They don’t communicate with each other so therefore no one knows when to poke you or who to poke first. I recommend to go to Octapharma where they’re fast pace moving an all organized

2020-10-20I dont know what has happened but in the past 2 months the service level has plummeted. Used to enjoy coming here to get the extra bucks and help out folks. But after my last visit Im finished. Some of the staff is rude and you find yourself waiting up to an hr just for a setup. For some reason they refuse to have a full staff after 1pm so youre forced to wait an ungodly time. And then to make matters worse, once youre finally finished it may be another 10-15 minutes before someone comes and unhook you. This place is now in the top 3 of worse plasma centers in the DFW metroplex.

2020-11-03“I’m sorry sir but you only donated once in October so you will not be able to receive the $50 bonus” Is the response that I thought i was going to receive. But instead I got “u not getting that bonus “ when I went back inside for Classification there was attitude in the entire conversation . When I show the person in charge that I donate twice in October she then replied “you had to donate twice as much as you did in the previous month” which i must have not read on the flyer . In conclusion I like the ppl that work the fount but the ppl that work in the back need to stay in the back ( management )

2020-10-02I am super glad i found this place. I used to donate at a completely different center but a few months ago i started looking for elsewhere. And im so grateful that i did make the switch. The staff is great and you can usually tell if people are faking because their at work but these people are genuinely happy and glad to help with whatever they can help with. Also the Manager has been helpful since day 1. You can tell hes a great manager in front of and behind closed doors because the good attitudes and work environment they create. I used to dread going to donate at my old place before but at BioLife i actually enjoy it. The staff is trained great in phlebotomy and know what their doing. Its never a slow donation. Im Always in and out no matter how many ppl are there. And Lastly the Money they compensate you for donationing is great. It doesnt matter how much you weigh or how many times a month or week you donate. Its ALWAYS BEEN GOOD and on time. My money is put on my card right after i leave the center. I would definitely recommend comg here to donate if you are trying to find center. Its located on Westmoreland in Dallas TxIf you decide to go here because of my post please tell them Crystal Ovalle sent you. Because the bonuses here are awesome too!!

2019-07-04The staff is friendly I started donating a couple weeks ago and I love it, everybody is people friendly with a smile. The most time I spend here is an hour maybe an hour and a half, the phlebotomist are the best I don’t evan feel the stick. My first day her as a new donor I was in and out no more than two and a half hours compared to other centers that’s pretty good...Great Job ImmunoTek be looking out for my resume I live this type of work!

2019-04-13Staff is nice and friendly but the majority are untrained and it takes so very long to get done!I dont know what they are going to do when/if their location gets more donors. Like it takes about 20 min just to get through the keiosk 😮🙄😠 And that is with 3 donors in the whole center 🙄Get there at 9 and not ito till about11😮🙄Ive been bruised badly 2x now and Im still on new donor fees! When THEY bruise one arm YOU get deferred as least one week😠 because they only have a Dr once a week to clear you 😡( instead of letting you use the other arm if they screw up and having a Dr there regularly like Octopharma Plasma onthe RARE occasion they mess up)Octopharma Northwest Highway is WAY better.
