Impact is my daughters second home! She is a level 8 gymnast who has been with Coach Sydnie for six years. I cant say enough about the coaches at Impact. They are AWESOME! Well trained, encouraging, safe...they are like family to us. My other daughter is a cheerleader and takes privates at Impact. As a former gymnast and cheerleader, I am very picky about who I will let train my kids, both from a technique standpoint and also from a safety standpoint. I have never once worried about my girls progress in their training or safety. We love Impact!
Before I start, let me say that we have given this place THREE years to get their act together and have been more than patient with their inability to run a good program. We saw potential in our young gymnast and she naturally took to gymnastics. We chose IMPACT for convenience, big mistake. After her first year she won first place all around in her age group. I began to notice a decline in the coaching attention to her whenever I arrived early to watch practice before picking her up. I noticed the girls were off doing exercises on their own for 45 minutes alone and practicing without any coach input. I assumed I missed the coaching part.We paid the extra money $1000 to put her into a some competitive meets. They charged my son in law who signed her up and then auto charged my debit card on the account. When I called to straighten this out three different times, the owner or Judy NEVER called me back to fix. Finally, my son in law went in person and had to show his receipt that he had already paid. I never received any type of apology or acknowledgement from them for taking my money. I want to also let you also know that when COVID hit and we were not taking our gymnast to practices, Judy and the owner called/texted begging to keep paying so they could keep the doors open and that she would prorate my payments when they started practice again. Guess what I paid them for months without using their business and never received so much as a thank you.The final straw was when our foamily showed up to watch our gymnast in her first meet. To start off with, the Impact coach didnt show up. Finally some temporary coach showed up on crutches late. During the routines we noticed that none of the three girls from Impact knew their routines or were half way as polished as the other teams during this competition. Most importantly, we noticed our gymnast had not improved in THREE years. It was very upsetting to see Impact represented in such a sloppy way. After the meet we talked with our gymnast who said that she had not rehearsed the floor routine at practice for a long time. We were livid. The red flags were there and we ignored them. If you are looking for a place for your child to receive good coaching and instructions on gymnastics, this is not the place to go. I would recommend going to a local gymnastics meet and watching the teams compete. We chose Maverick in Weatherford and are thankful for their love of the kids, structured coaching and attention the girls get to improve. If this place were cheap, Id say you get what you pay for. However, this place is higher than most places we have looked into. Impact will take your money and
My daughter has trained competitively with Coach Sydnie for 4 years and has been at Impact since they opened. We have had a great experience with them. The coaches care about the overall well-being of the gymnasts and work hard to help them achieve their best. Thank you!
My wife just witnessed Impact telling a girl she cant be a part of the class right after she arrived because she was too old. There were 3 girls in the class. Yes, the girl was a little older, but when she did certain activities the other girls would try to copy what she did. Much more productive to let that girl be part of the class. Plus, its pretty heartless make a little girl cry and not allow her to play because shes a little too old for the class.

2021-10-14My 4yo daughter started at Impact in August as a beginner to gymnastics. After dancing since 18mo, she has fallen in love with gymnastics! She is always excited to see her teammates and coach. The gym is clean and the staff is always helpful. There is also opportunity for her to move up in her skills for many years to come! So glad that we found this gym.

2021-04-20My daughter is a level 10 gymnast and has been with Impact for 8 years now. I couldn’t ask for a better second family for her. I have been so excited to watch her growth as a gymnast under the amazing coaches. She has a great relationship with all the coaches up there and I feel they love her like their own. She still has two more years until she graduates but I feel she will be D1 college ready.

2022-06-17As much as I wanted to love this gym I just simply couldn’t. The level of unprofessionalism, rudeness, arrogance, condescending and careless attitude surpasses the lowest. Starting with the owner to the entire unprofessional unqualified staff. The only thing they care about it’s your money. Oh and don’t even mention the favoritism the coaches have. The more you fake you “like them” the more they’ll fake they like you. Don’t believe all the “high fake and asked for reviews there are in here. Do yourself a favor, if you want your daughter to have a real gymnastics carrier, look for a real professional gym with qualified staff and great customer service. No wonder why they lost so many athletes in the past few months. The only people that actually give “high reviews” are the ones who are as fake as the owner. If you don’t believe, experience it by yourself. I really wish there was a lowest score to the reviews. To the owner: If you do not like my review, please do yourself a favor and hired well paid qualified staff that can actually manage your business in a professional manner. Provide the proper training to treat your customers with respect.

2021-04-25We have been with Impact on their USAG gymnastics team for 3 years and love it there. The coaches love my daughter and work with her at attaining her needed skills for the level that she is on and additional higher level skills when she is ready. They work at building her confidence, when needed, and never pressure her (which is great for a very competitive child). I highly recommend Impact Athletics Training Center. -Debbie VC

2021-04-20We are the Jeter Family. We moved from Fort Worth to Weatherford 4 years ago. We decided to put our daughter at Impact Gymnastics to give it a try. She started in recreational classes, then moved up to the TAAF Team, and now she is in Level 4 USAG. Honestly, joining Impact was the best decision that we could have made for our daughter’s growth and development as a gymnast. The staff and coaches are extremely attentive, professional, and knowledgeable in the sport. They have excellent communication with parents in every aspect. We are thankful to have such an amazing gymnastics family 🖤💛🖤💛!!!

2021-04-28My daughter has been at impact from a beginner and is now a level 7 USAG gymnast. The family atmosphere and coaching style is effective, professional but still so much fun which is the most important part. Proud to be part of the impact family/team!

2021-04-20We moved here 3 years ago. Our daughter was made to feel at home on the team right away. She loves here team and coaches. All of the coaches work hard to make this a safe place for the girls and also they are a family. All the girls are very kind and that is because coaches expect nothing less.
