$50 for a basic full set with polish, that’s ridiculous especially for the way my nails turned out. The tech who did me was really rough, my nail beds are sore. Secondly I told her I wanted them a little more narrow on the sides because she put tips on that are too big and then she tried charging $5 extra for it. I caught it and they the charge was removed. Secondly my husband was getting a pedicure, talk about rude. The girl who was doing his feet, she has curly orange hair, came over said something In their language to the woman doing my nails and they were both laughing. Like wow, how insulting. The girl Helen who did my daughters nails did a pretty job. I’ve been here before, and that’s why I came back, but after all this I won’t be back. Place is ok, semi clean, nice selection of colors and drinks. I’m a nail tech myself and I know what good work ethic is, and what nails should look like and they shouldn’t hurt afterwards.
This is the only salon I go to !! I can always trust their nail techs. I’ve never had to wait long to be sat down and services are always great. Never been disappointed with a set ever ! Anytime I get a compliment on my nails I make sure to recommend the salon as well
Very clean and the option to get an alcoholic drink at the bar is very tempting. But I found the pedicure to be mediocre at best. The polish was not even and fairly transparent after two coats. Looked more like I had done it myself than a professional.
Full set by Tina. I had a full set done by Tina initially I thought she did a great job the shape was great. Coming home I can see that she did not paint my whole nail kind of 3/4 of it, I dont like that and its several of my nails that Is painted like that. Not a good look, and it was very expensive, the price does not reflect the look at all.
I had an Appt but due to it being Easter 🐣 Eve, I had to wait. Because my tech was a bit behind, Tina stepped in to do my mani. Tina is one of the Owners of the Salon. That is what I call Leading by Example!!! And she Hooked my nails UP!!! This place definitely a Must See. 👀
I appreciate the owner responding so quickly. I went back and they fixed the issue. I am very pleased with my nails and will be back for fills and pedicures. Very clean and great coffee.
Located off HWY 281 and Summerglen Rd, Impressions Nail Lounge has services for both men and women. Impressions is the single most cleanest and classiest salon I have ever visited with marble floors, glass chandeliers and a bar for complimentary drinks. They have 24 manicures massage chairs that are comfortable enough to nap in while your getting your pedicure. The staff at Impressions are professional, kind and fun to talk to while you are getting your nails done. Extra attention is given to cleanliness, sanitized tools and COVID precautions. So dont worry everyone wears a mask and you gotta wear mask to enter. Gift cards are available as well and if you sign up with them you earn rewards points for future use. A wonderful place for a quite respite and its always best to make an appointment!
I am extremely impressed with this nail salon!! I wanted a very specific design and the amazing technician Lee hand painted each of my nails to match the picture I brought in. My nails are perfect!! I will be bringing my business to Impression from now on. ❤️
I have been coming to get my nails done since march and every time i go they make my nails look amazing! The service is great They take the necessary precautions because of COVID-19, and everyone wore a mask the whole time. I felt very safe! I went with a group of friends today and we all loved it! Vicky did my nails and she did amazing! She is very nice and does a great job! The design i wanted looks amazing and everyone working there makes you feel safe and welcome! i can’t wait to go back!
Beautiful place, with plenty of pedicure chairs and manicure to host a party. Huge selection of colors and excellent service! I enjoyed this time to relax while being pampered and drinking a glass of wine. I will definitely come back and highly recommend it.
This salon gives fantastic pedicures and the chairs are super comfortable and give a great back massage! I like my nails (dip) but am very picky (ridiculously picky) and was not totally thrilled, but they are ok.. Id go back to try someone else. They are just a little more expensive than other salons Ive visited recently.

Was super impressed with the quality and quantity of the colors. The services was beyond OUTSTANDING. been to multiple nail places around San Antonio and this one is by far my favorite! Staff was welcoming and very attentive and most importantly they were able to do the nails exactly as asked. They have complimentary drinks available (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).Highly recommend and definitely will be returning for my refills!
As soon as I walked in, I was in awe of how beautiful this place looks. I was greeted and helped right away with the process of selecting which color I wanted. There are so many options to choose from! Everyone was nice and made me feel comfortable. I am extremely impressed with the sanitation of the tools they use and really liked how they open the packages their tools are in right in front of you. The complimentary drinks are a huge bonus. I went with a cat eye polish this time and look forward to going back.

I have been going here for a few months now and have always had a pleasant experience. All of the ladies are attentive, friendly, and do excellent QUALITY work. I highly recommend Mai, today she gave me a gorgeous gel mani and pedi… took her time and made sure I loved my nails before I left.The salon is clean, comfortable, and relaxing. They also serve a superb iced coffee, definitely try it!
What I experienced today made me very sad and shocked I encountered a behavior that I never expected. Triss who does my nails all the time said that I am very obsessed and that she feels very stressed while doing my nails and that she will not do my nails from now on. I have never seen such a disgrace, what do you mean, like every obsessed customer, of course I have to say what was done wrong, after all, we pay money.
Mr. Peter did an awesome job on my pedicure!! Just visiting the area and was nervous not going at home in Houston but I was very glad I did! Friendly faces and outstanding care on my real nails.
A friend of mine has been raving about this place for months but I decided to waste money and time getting bad service and regret...until last Sunday. I finally went in as a walk-in and was beyond pleased with the quality of my nails, the conversation, and the atmosphere. Since I did not have an appointment, I had to wait but rather than leave me (and others) waiting in the chairs near the door, I was escorted to a pedicure chair where I was given something to drink and allowed to enjoy the chair massage while I waited my turn. I was lucky to get a young woman named Jennifer who was friendly, made me feel very welcome and comfortable, and did an excellent job. The time flew by as she did my powder dip nails while we conversed.I wish I had listened to my friend sooner because I am definitely a fan! Unfortunately, I recently moved about 30 minutes away from here, but I will be making the trip to ensure I get the quality Jennifer provided.
I have not had such beautiful, natural looking set of dip powder nails and tips ever!! I was helped by Lee and she is great! Would definitely recommend.

I love bringing my granddaughters here. Today she went with pink and green nails with tiger stripes for Tuscany. These ladies always do a great job with whatever style the little ones decide to do, and they are very patient with the littles as well! This is probably my favorite nail salon I have ever been to!
Great service provided by Kevin. First timer today but really enjoyed my time there. I was met promptly by one of the staff members. One of the ladies helped me narrow down the color of my choice and even painted the different colors on my nails. Will definitely be back.
I have tried all of the nail salons in the Stone Oak/ Bulverde area and Impressions is by far the best they have gained a forever client! Services are always wonderful and professional. I’ve never had a bad experience and have been coming here since they opened. Everyone is welcoming, the salon has beautiful atmosphere and the complimentary bar is the the cherry on top! I am very happy with my services at Impression Nail Lounge. I have been going every 2-3 weeks since they opened early in the year . Everyone is so so nice and always helpful and I’m so content with their amazing hospitality. They are very courteous with asking me if I’d like a drink , sure does help with relaxing after a long week. The salon is always so clean, including their restrooms.It’s a complete bonus to the services. I’ve seen that they sanitize all the pedicure chairs and tables , it’s such a great feeling that they care about every single one of their customers. I have recommended this place to my friends and sister in laws and they absolutely loved it. I will continue to come here and look forward to having my Birthday celebration here in February.
Do NOT go here. I showed a picture of the nails I wanted today and was quoted $55.00. I went to pay and they charged me $80.00. This place is an absolute joke. For reference, I had my nails done by Rachel and the manager was the one who checked me out. I mentioned to her that the price was not right and she just smiled at me and said, “it’s still $80.00”. I left extremely unhappy with the service as well as the customer service. STAY AWAY!!!
Love this salon! So modern and clean & drinks are fantastic!Always on time with an appointment, asked for a natural looking solar nail this time and they knocked it out of the park! A nice soft white to pink ombré! Tons of compliments and lasted over two weeks to fill.Quality powders and expert skill.I’ll be back time and time again!

I came into my appointment 10 minutes early and they sat me down I told them I needed acrylic nails removed that was all and they kept asking if I wanted a pedicure I said no. After that they never came to my table to help remove the nails. I sat there for 20 minutes waiting. I walked out and left. So unprofessional no one even glanced at me to ask if I was being helped or if I wanted a drink nothing. Never going back here.
Impression Nails Lounge is a beautiful place with incredibly sweet and professional staff. I have been coming here since they opened and have always loved the way my nails look and how long they last without chipping or lifting. The free drinks are well made and delicious.
This Nail lounge is AMAZING 🤩! Definitely feel pampered here, as soon as you walk in you get greeted with a welcoming smile! They have great nail color selections and comfortable, luxurious massage chairs! The ambience is very chic and stylish! One of the best perks is their complimentary delicious cocktails to enjoy as you receive your relaxing treatment! Technicians are very attentive and take their time with providing excellent service!
This place is so clean! The staff is super friendly and very helpful. I got Dip powder with Kim and she did such a good job. They are a little on the thicker side but fit well on my nails. I’ve gone to other places and they have left them looking like circles! Kim left them in great shape. My nails are short so Dip is difficult to work on short nails. Other than that she did an awesome job with the shape and manicure.
Amazing!! Clean and very welcoming! My 1st time here this evening and was very impressed. Triss did a phenomenal job on my nails. She was so patient and attentive to every detail. My wife and I were in San Antonio for a few days and at the last minute decided to see if we could get a manicure and pedicure. They fit us right in. The place is new, clean and the staff were professional. They did a great job. I will definitely make another appointment when I come back in town.

My Experience Was Perfect! I wish I could give six stars! Very impressive. Atmosphere very welcoming and relaxing. I just moved into the area and was nervous about going to a new place. I’m extremely picky when it comes to the shape of my nails. I walked in and was greeted by Tina. No wait time. SKY did an AMAZING job!!!! Full set, coffin shaped and NAILED the looked I desired!!! I’m proud to say this is my NEW HOME. I always enjoyed the massage chair while I had my pedicure done by MAI, she was awesome!! Can’t wait to go back!!

I went to get a full set. I was super excited to go to this new salon since it’s right by my house. The service was nice and the salon is clean and beautiful but the only thing is, I wasn’t happy with my nails at all. They came out a little crooked. They’re too thick. My crystal fell off immediately after leaving the salon. They’re just not how I would’ve liked them at all. A little disappointed.
Kim gave me an amazing pedicure and manicure 😍 I got gel on my toes and dip powder on my fingers. This salon is very pretty and clean, the staff is very helpful, nice, and professional. I will be back for sure 😃
I dropped in without warning yesterday for a pedicure to help my feet adjust to this San Antonio weather and all the sandal wearing (just moved from Seattle). I was immediately greeted and due to covid they were not very busy at all, so seated right away after I chose my color. There are nice books to look through or look directly at the bottles lined on the wall. They have a very large selection of colors. I opted for shellac and my technician was Julie. I have only been to one other salon since I have moved here and she hurt me and I had scabs for 2 weeks along the tops of my toes so I was slightly fearful! Julie was so incredibly gently and even worried she was going to hurt me since I have a slight curve to my nails. She caused me no harm and did an excellent job on my dry feet. Great conversation which is impossible to find in Seattle area. This is my new nail salon and never in my life did I ever think I would find not only a salon that I would remain loyal to, but a nail tech as well! And I just have to throw in how gorgeous this place is decorated, I just love crystals. I will happily drive right by the 7 other nail salons closer to my home, seriously, and I ALWAYS go where it is quickest.And for those concerned, masks were required and they adhered to this.

One star because the interior is beautiful.Massage chairs are awesome.Jimmy messed up my shellac pedicure and redid it about 3 times 🥴 I picked a simple nude color and wish the appointment would’ve gone more smooth. I have texture on my pinky toe and two of my nails were not cut straight. Not worth the $70 imo. so many good reviews here... I was hopeful.
Was recommended to Triss for a pedicure by a friend who uses her. I am a little picky so was apprehensive, but I was EXTREMELY surprised. Triss was very professional, nice & pleasant during my service. I was so relaxed after my visit & cant wait to come back. She gave me one of the best pedicures I have ever had. I cannot tell you how pleased I was & look forward to my next pedicure.

If you want the royal treatment this is the place for you. They are very accommodating and did a great job on my nails and my pedicure. In addition the price was reasonable.
I must say their service is good, they are all very polite. The only bad thing I’m currently going through is they used Victoria secret lotion for the after manicure massage on my arms and now I broke out in hives and a very painful rash I have not called them because I do not think we will accomplish anything. But just a heads up if anyone has sensitive skin please stray away from the Victoria secret lotion. I’ll attach pics if it lets me.
My husband and I really enjoy getting pampered at Impressions Nail Lounge. The only issue we have is the wait. Id prefer they tell me its going to be a wait instead of sitting us in a foot spa until the water gets cold. I had to get out of the foot spa to ask for assistance for us and our guests. Thats really unacceptable and bad business.Tip: Be honest and take care of your customers over greed.
My partner and I had Vicky and (I believe her husband) Tony do pedicures. Loved them! Very friendly and attentive. Apparently though Tony needs to work on his fishing skill bringing home dinner ;) Place is very clean, well designed and a very inviting atmosphere. We will return.
The nail tech over is it on cutting down my nails and skin. This was truly the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did a good job on my daughters nails but my pedicure was very painful. On top of that I had a gift card that was gifted to me for $45 which was why I tried a new place. They told me it was expired (there was no expiration date on the card).
We spoke with the owner/manager of the salon today after having a bad experience relative to time we spent in waiting with our feet in the water for a minimum of 20 minutes. She was rude to my wife after she asked her to call her to discuss the post given to Impressions Nail Bar. She went on to say things that were totally inappropriate. As a small business owner the customer should be your first priority NO EXCEPTIONS! The course of action we plan to take is posting this message as appropriate, to reviews and report the entirety of the conversation to BBB. Also send a typed letter to Austin Department of licensing and regulations. Would be nice to receive a genuine apology from the owner - preferably not the one found in many of the messages posted to their unsatisfied customers - which leads one to believe them until you make the call to their office (referred in their responses). The owner also stated we were BUSY at the time - again this is not a reason to leave your customers sitting in cold/cool water without acknowledging them. It’s not a rant, it’s truth. Again, it should never be the intent of a business owner to challenge a customer especially when the failure/fault lies with the business. Thanks

I got my nails done with the gel polish and within hours it started to chip. The lady who was doing my nails was very distracted and left me almost every 5 minutes do work on some one else. They don’t have any time management. My nail polish was so thin and she didn’t even take her time. I don’t not recommended going to this solon if you want great work. I will not be going back there.
Made appointment four hours ahead of time for my 7 year old to get her nails painted. Show up 5 mins early and told that they are 30 mins or more behind. What’s the point of an appointment?
I stopped by without an appointment and had no wait time. Jimmy did my spa pedicure and gel manicure. The service was excellent! The salon is spacious and immaculate. It was very obvious that they sanitize and sterilize everything. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
Love my nails! Went to get a pedicure yesterday and 2 nails fixed and they were amazing. Broke another nail last night and came today and they got me in and out in no time.
The guy that did my nails was too busy looking around at everyone never gave me his full attention. He drilled/filed off one of my nails because of it. A new set of nails and 3 nails have lifted and one nail completely popped off. Wow just wow. Over a $100 on services that I did get full attention and received poor quality nails.
Essentially I was discouraged on visiting this place of business. For the fact , the address was not coded correctly and gps led me astray. This prompted me to call in which I received instructions on how to arrive.On the other hand , when I arrived to Impressions I was greeted with prompt service. The staff accommodated to my 4 year old daughter. (she did not receive a service.)Seated accordingly for my pedicure. I was seated and my nail tech. Opened all new equipment before preparing for my service. My feet feelDelightful after the tender care.Don’t tell anyone but the drinks are the cherry on top.

I’m a little disappointed in my service that I had the other day, I got a full set from Amy and she skipped my cuticles.. she didn’t soak them or anything just went straight to putting on the tips. Won’t be coming here anymore sadly.

My mom left me alone for the first time with them and they were supposed to give me a manicure with nails and he ended up not doing my manicure and then my mom paid for it once we got in she asked if they did the full thing in 12 years old so I didn’t know and I told her yes or no and they didn’t do the full thing and wouldn’t give her money back .

Ive been coming here since they opened. As most businesses they lack keeping that same energy and customer service when they opened or during the pandemic. Received a manicure which was a rush job because employees I guess needed to leave (why agree to work on my nails), I had 3 people work on my manicure with the last girl slapping polish on my nails. Of course my nails peeled, chipped and bubbled the next day. Called and spoke to Vivian (the owner) to come in. I have NEVER, neVer experienced such a cheap and uncourteous fix. My polish was chipped off with her fingers and buffed down with one thumb of polish completely removed. She painted over the chipped and buffed polished. What kind of customer service is this? Customer loyalty doesnt mean much I guess or maybe its just because Im a person of color and my business doesnt mean much. They do rush jobs (depending on who you get) if you come in late but charge you full price..... What a service!!!! Oh my nails look horrible, even with the so called fix my nail polish chipped the next day, AGAIN. Vivian (who in her mind fixed my nails) if you thought the polish was old then the polish needed to be pulled off the shelf with another recommendation for color. Manicure $25This has nothing to do with a basic manicure with your natural nail. Basic manicures were given before gel and all this other stuff. If youre not equipped to give people simple service dont offer it. Just be honest and tell people you only want to service the things that cost extra (shellac/gel extra $20 add on service)Im also starting to see some of the techs not so sanitary with their equipment and utensils. At this point I will have to say PEOPLE OF COLOR (brown/black) be cautious.Carla, Triss and Mai or excellent and known to be very sanitary.Three star review because my pedicure is on point with shellac (I was never asked what I wanted the lady just gave me a basic pedicure) but she did ok job. I had to ask het about her equipment because it looked unclean and not throughly sanitized.

Nice layout, great color selection that is well organized, they seemed very busy but were able to get me and my friend in for mani/pedis quickly, great complimentary drink selectionThe cons: seems like others have had better luck, but my nail technician was NOT gentle! The photos below are a day after service and my cuticles are still very red and it stings when I use hand sanitizer. Additionally, my pedicure never received a top coat, and tops of my dip nails were so rough when I left that I had to file them when I got homeOverall, I would recommend this facility, but I would use the previous 5 star reviews to choose your nail technician

2022-07-08I went in for a pedicure today and asked for a floral design (image with blue polish) on my big toe nail. The pink polish is the design that I received. I would have been happier if they simply told me the design could not be completed as requested but instead I was told that it was because I didn’t put the shellac polish, which obviously costs more, on my toes. I’ve been getting pedicures for 13 years and this has never been a problem before.If they tell you to “write down the number of your color,” be sure to include the brand as well or else the color WILL be wrong. I just did not pay $72 for my right big toe to look like this.

2021-09-17I’m new to Canyon Lake area and finally found a great nail salon! They really are nice and actually help you with Colors! Look at the detail-I asked for sparkle and Jenny gave me sparkles with purple in it to highlight my starfish! Thank you Jenny, Kim and Vivian for a great experience! And this is a first to have a Bloody Mary at a nail salon.

2022-02-17This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had with a nail salon. I was greeted at the door with a friendly smile and was shown all nail colors. My Pedicure and Dip nails were completely flawless and perfect. It’s hard to find a place that gives a really nice pedicure anymore and this place is it!! Very clean, professional, and classy.. I’d rate it 10 stars if I could. This will definitely be my go to nail salon from now on.

2022-06-20Peter, Mai and Cindy are excellent and I would give them 5 stars. They are very professional and make us feel so pampered. My problem is with the management. My friend has been kindly bringing me and my husband to this nail salon and treating us and another friend to $95 pedicures. She always books 2 weeks in advance and calls to confirm, she tips very well and orders us all coffee from their bar. She is one of the kindness and most loyal people I know. She has spent so much money at this establishment. Today they canceled on her because they double book but lied about it. When she confronted them they treated her like her business did not matter. She has been paying for 2-4 people each time she comes and you would think they would be apologetic and want to do right by her. Nothing was done to make her feel valued and she was brushed off with an attitude. It was so upsetting.

2022-04-26I NEVER get my nails done, so I had zero idea on where to even start. My anxiety was through the roof walking in to an unfamiliar environment, worried I would sound like a fool not knowing ANYTHING about nails, more or less how to ask for what I wanted.I was greeted with a friendly hello as soon as I walked in to the building. The receptions ask how she could help me and Im sure she saw my face full of worry. I told her that I just wanted my hands and feet cleaned up with a colorful polish. She then asked me if I wanted a gel polish and educated me on the benefits of it compared to a normal polish, without making me feel dumb and that 100% put me at ease.My manicure was amazing, and even though I have short nails, the tech did an amazing job cleaning and shaping my nails. The polish is amazing as well, and exactly what I wanted.My pedicure was 😱 AMAZING! I got the best leg/foot massage. I added the sugar/honey hot stones and let me tell you... SOOOOO WORTH IT.The entire process was so relaxing and enjoyable. The staff was welcoming and friendly. They offer complimentary drinks and the whole place is super clean. I will definitely be back.

2022-01-18Our first time here and what a great experience! Great service and excellent bar service. The staff took there time on our nails and made them beautiful! We loved every minute of it. I loved the massage chairs. I was very pleased at how well clean the staff kepted everything even sanitizing. Definitely will be back!

2022-06-17Flawless work and clean buisness.Visited again and great work by Tony. Tony asked me if I wanted to do a coffin nail. I said no because I work in a kitchen so I have to have short nails. He said he can make it happen. He took his time and made it happen! So happy with his service. Hes really friendly and professional.Visited again on 6/17/22, great work!
