Very impressed with this company. Workers were very timely. The first day of work it started to rain and project was outdoors. They immediately recommended that we call the office to reschedule. The office staff was very helpful and courteous and made every attempt to accommodate our schedule. When they returned to finish the job, again, the workers were right on time and did an excellent job in a reasonable amount of time. Ty, JR and Fernando were very courteous, made sure the work site was clean and returned borrowed garden hoses to their original locations. Would highly recommend this company for small handyman needs. Very reasonable and dependable.
Long Post, Sorry!! As a single woman, its hard sometimes to trust that a person or company wont take advantage of you. I called a couple of companies to get estimate on a bathroom remodel. The prices I got were obnoxious to say the least. Enter Indigo Facility Services. I called and set an appointment for someone to come out and give me the same estimate on my bathroom redo. Not only were they A LOT more reasonable, but I actually felt a little calmer with John who came out. After doing my own research and liking what I heard and saw, I went with them. We had a little delay because of Covid and materials being backed dated but no fault to them. My only concern was I only had a small amount of time to get it all done because I was using my vacation time to be there. They got almost all of it done in the time frame I needed because they worked a little over time to get it done. I got this done in October, and waited to post something because I was literally waiting on something bad to happen. It NEVER DID. They were professional all the way thru and great guys from beginning to end. I could say something about something the painter did, but I wouldnt blame the whole company for that. I highly HIGHLY recommend them for anything you might need for your home. Ill be using them again for something soon! Great Job to the guys on site and also the ladies in the office that kept me in the loop on everything. I really appreciate you !!!!
Everyone from the Indigo did an excellent job with my shower stall remodel. The project manager was Pete who did the initial assessment and did regular on-site follow ups during the process. Extraordinarily professional.The demo team did a great job. They hung plastic sheeting to minimize dust and completely cleaned up the job site when finished. Its almost as if they hadnt been there.....except for a gutted bathroom.Of particular note were Randy and Jose who were the tile professionals. Their work was impeccable, particularly considering the unusual design angles they were challenged with. Randy was able to come up with creative solutions to these challenges that contributed very well to final appearance of the shower. They worked 10+ hour days in 100 degree temps. If you are fortunate enough to get Randy and Jose assigned to your project you will be in great hands.
Indigo came to my house and installed hot water heater. Very good customer service and easy to work with. Other companies quoting month to over a month out, called Indigo and was serviced within the next day.
I’ve used Indigo from new construction projects, to remodels to plumbing services for my personal home and they do a great job every time. There’s something to be said about contractors that do what they say they’re going to do and stand behind their work. Highly recommend.
I was very impressed by the professional level of the staff. My remodeling was quite lengthy (11days) and Frank put in two 12 hour days to speed it along. Randy was very detailed to ensure the floor tile was exact.The office staff was always prompt and professional to answer all of my questions and concerns.I am very thankful to have them complete the project so successfully.
Indigo sent 2 guys to assemble a 10x17 foot trampoline. They were so professional, friendly, thorough and did an outstanding job! I’m going to call them for several other projects around the house. I highly recommend them!
These guys did great work on my huge remodel, very dependable, always available for follow up when needed. I needed emergency electrical work the day before July 4 and Jose and his partner made it out and took good care of me. Highly recommended.
Beto and Tyler did a great job for an unbeatable price. A different plumber quoted me for an access panel installation, caulk strip / re-caulk and shower valve/faucet/showerhead replacement for 1400. These guys got it done in 3 hours for 450. Unbelievable quality and value. Highly recommend.
Danny, Jody & the entire Indigo Team helped us to remodel our rental house in downtown Buda. It was an extremely difficult job with an old foundation (on a very limited budget) but they stuck it out and were there everyday working hard. They fixed and leveled the floors, rebuilt the porches, rebuilt the roof line, switched out appliances and cleaned up when they were done. We are extremely thankful for them! Dependable. Honest. Hardworkers. Givers.
Great customer service. Submitted a request got a call quickly. Friendly, knew exactly what was needed. Set appointment. The two technicians reviewed the garage storage shelves and went straight to work. We went over the repair to my satisfaction. I even asked them to bid on another project. Really good service
Had two leaks from the recent storms. Indigo did the job right.They stayed late into the night to ensure there were no problems.Theyre my go-to for home repairs now.

I had several items that were bid including a concrete back porch. They did fine with some of the small items. Failed miserably on the porch. It was a poor job with no final solution by them. Follow up and through lacked. I was unwilling to call them back because they did a terrible job. I anticipate trouble, demolition and replacement. Very frustrated and disappointed.
Brandon and Chris with Indigo Facility Partners did an exceptional job repairing termite damage in my garage. The work required supporting the structure while they repaired/replaced several studs in the wall between the garage doors. It was not an easy job that required knowledgeable craftsmen. They did an excellent job.This is the second time I used Indigo. The first was for a bathroom remodel. I was very pleased with the first job and equally pleased with this one. I highly recommend Indigo and will not hesitate using them again if needed.
Horrible customer service and no accountability. They sent a felon to my house and they had the most vulgar and unprofessional language with my 8 year old daughter within ear shot. Kyle Ann was very rude and unapologetic when I called to complain. Total disaster.

Really bad service. Booked appointment 2 times and nobody showed up for measurements and when I called there customer service they said they have not booked any appointment and hanged up the phone. If this is how they treet there customers I wonder what they would do after. Really disappointed.

2022-06-15I am very pleased with the services that Indigo provided! We had a freak accident where our bathtub wouldn’t shut off so we had to turn off the water to the entire house, mind you, it’s summer and we have sweaty kids who need baths! But Indigo came within the hour of us calling them and quickly fixed our problem! They are definitely our number one contact for the future! Thank you Indigo for your services!

2022-05-02This business responds on time. I was looking to check and change a toilet valve, and they came the next day, good!The only upsetting issue was the price. I was told that the hour labor was $121 plus $30 for materials when I called. The team came and worked for 30 min. Then, I received an invoice for $165 for one hour labor, plus $30 materials, plus taxes, plus $3.75 fee for using credit card. I had to call and ask for the original price that I was told l, the person on the phone was insisting that the minimum is an hour labor for $165. Since I insisted the changed the price to a just one hour labor minimum of 125 plus materials. I went there to drop a check and save some dollars for using the credit card.The plummer was very kind and fast, not a problem with the service. Just watch out and be sure what the final price you will pay and avoid any missunderstanding

2021-06-03Danny and his team at Indigo did a great job and were very professional. My job consisted of changing out two toilets, a kitchen faucet, bathroom faucet as well as the plumbing underneath each. All of the current items were extremely old and outdated and much of the pipes were locked with the knobs so it wasn’t easy. They came in and did a great job in a days time and everything works great! Very happy with the results and would recommend Indigo

2021-03-06We’ve known Danny for about 5 years now when his construction company, CapTex, built our mother in law suite. He has since become just like part of our family. So much so, that even our children call him Uncle Danny! He is a great friend and great person, always looking out for us when we need projects done. His guys at Indigo are just as friendly and reliable. They are always courteous and polite when working at our home. And always show up when they say they will and work fast and diligently. They worked so hard getting our hot water heaters back up and running after the winter storm and we are very grateful for that. We highly recommended these guys for any of your future plumbing needs!

Their prices are fair and reasonable and they don’t leave until the job is done right.I’ve had them work on plumbing throughout my home, including replacing a tankless water heater at my home after the recent freeze. 2021-02-19Our builder/friend Danny Spears owns CapTex construction. He also owns Indigo Services - they are amazing and employ contractors and skilled tradesman of all types. Danny has become my friend over the last few years, if you need help with your home after the recent freeze I highly recommend that you call Indigo. Their trucks are already all over our neighborhood, and he personally is at our home with my husband trying to safely clear all of our pipes with minimal damage.
