Got my iPhone upgraded here and my MacBook pro repaired here with no games or gimmicks. They were also able to find replacement glass for a hard to find Motorola phone for my work at reasonable price - nobody else has been able to do so. Have been happy with their service and their turnaround time has always been reasonable.
My Ipad cant be charged. I brought it to HTG. Jay was very nice and knowledgeable. He just looked at it and figured out some pin from my old charger got stuck in the socket. He took it out and didnt even charge me. Its 5 minutes of his time but makes a big difference in my life. Thank you! Definitely will be back with other iphone/ipad issues.
Yes, go here! Make sure its the one on Pond Springs Road. Ask for Jason! I sent my plea for help to 3 shops... one didnt respond, one said theyd be in around 11, estimated $80 and 1-2 days turnaround, and Jason said bring it in!. In 90 mins time, he took it apart, cleaned it, dislodged a stuck power button (didnt try to sell me a new one) - and charged me $25. Now that Ive found a great repair guy, I definitely know I will keep my 5-yr old phone!
Edit to add: they do not stand by their work. They have fixed some great things for us and those repairs sometimes needed a tweak (like they sent home things too loose or whatever) but they were always happy to do a an adjustment on work. The first time the repair just did not work, they did not honor their repair and tried to blame it on us through a variety of ridiculous means. Their communication has also gone WAY down. I had to call many times to get updates on my device. Bottom line, the repair did not work and was brought to their attention within the warranty period. It is a bummer. They seemed like very nice guys and we took many devices to them over the years. Not all were perfect initially though they would correct that, but that is to be expected with repairs on older devices. But I do expect an expensive repair to have basic functionality.Jason and Co are awesome. He has always come through with a high quality repair at a fair price. They are efficient and the work has always been perfectly done with no damage to the devices. We have never had a repair of theirs fail in the years we have been trusting them to repair our devices. It has saved us so much money to not have to replace devices.
Just want give any future customer a heads up about a few things:I used their service to replace my Apple Watch’s screen. After a few weeks of use the screen came loose. I stopped by to request a refund as I wasn’t satisfied with their service and was more comfortable taking it to Apple to fix the problem. I was very polite and patient.After analyzing my watch, they admitted that something must have gone wrong, like someone forgot to add glue to the screen. They said they could glue it back for me, but obviously I didn’t want to set myself up for disappointment a second time and expressed I just wanted the refund and have Apple work on fixing my watch.During this same visit they said they were going to refund me. 3 days later I ask for a status update via email to which they reply that they are not going to refund me anymore. They made it seem like I didn’t have the right to be dissatisfied with their service and thus wasn’t entitled to the refund.I didn’t stress about it because I know my rights and I’m getting my money back. I’m here to give you some advice if you still decide to go ahead with them:- Do not make a payment via Venmo, cash or debit card. Only through a credit card since you get purchase protection for cases like this and can easily dispute the charge by contacting your bank.- Do not communicate via call, always have a written record of communication. Either via email or text. If they refuse to give you written communication. Write an email highlighting all the things discussed in person or phone and sent to them as that become a valid document in case you need to protect yourself.- Think hard about going cheap route. Sometimes it’s not worth it and I learned it the hard way.- Don’t trust 5 star ratings on Google. I also learned the hard way.
Initial estimate was good, but price and timing went up when they tried to actually place the order for a Samsung S20 Ultra screen. Supplier was out of stock. Went elsewhere and got screen replaced in 1 day at a lower price.

I dropped my Samsung Galaxy S7 outside on the concrete a few days ago and cracked my screen. That was the first time I had ever done that without having a protective cover on it. Thankfully, only the glass was damaged and not the LCD, so I came across Hi Tech Gadgets and am grateful I did because they charged me half as much as what other companies did to replace it, and they were able to get me in next day!Although they didnt have the gold glass like my phone, they replaced it with a white one which was just as great as the other one. No issues at all! I really appreciate the prompt service and excellent care of my phone. Not to mention they had one S7 case there that one of the guys was selling personally and it was perfect timing. My phone is fully protected now!

I took my grand daughter’s water soaked Apple Mac air to HTG to see if it could be restored to service. Unfortunately there was too much damage. But in the process the guys went the extra mile in their efforts that included an extensive water treatment process and the replacement of a number of large and small components. Considering their time and effort and component swap outs, they only charged a small diagnostic fee. They were also totally professional and kept me informed as they worked.They certainly have earned my future business. Definitely 5 star service for a very reasonable price.

I have been waiting to come here for a long time. Finally came into get my battery fixed on my iPad and they replaced it in couple hours and it works great. It’s been two weeks now and the battery is holding up strong.
Wonderful customer service. These guys will definitely work as hard as they can to fix any device taken in. Jason was super communicative, honest, but kind while explaining to me the severity of water damage to the 2020 Macbook pro I took in. It was in pretty bad shape and wouldt turn on, but within a couple days they fixed the damage completely. Extremely well priced, high quality repairs by honest and good people
I got my Google pixel 5a fixed from here and it was completed in 1hr. I got lucky they hard the part in stock.. But if they dont Im sure they could get the part the next day or something..

I found this place after the place down the street didn’t have the battery in stock for my IPhone 6s. To my delight this place was $10 cheaper for the same service, they had the battery in stock, it was repaired in under 30 minutes. I will be back with my other cracked screens and dead batteries. My iPhone 8Plus just died on me two days before I was about to trade it in. I called Jason at T Hi-Tech and stopped by his store. He had my phone up and running in less than five minutes-presto! I offered to pay, but he refused. What a great guy! I highly recommend his place, will use again. 5 star service!!!
Came in here just before closing. Jason replaced my iPhone 8 Plus screen (which was badly damaged) and put in a new battery for my 7 that kept overheating. He got it all done in 10 mins plus threw in a complimentary tempered glass. Solid guy, highly recommend.
I apologize as I am posting this review about 4 months after my experience... but its better late than never! I had a fantastic experience. Jason was so easy going and professional on the phone when I scheduled a time for me to come in and drop off my iPhone. I felt like I had known him for years. I was in and out within 30 minutes. He even promised to put my shattered screen on the wall! I felt like I got special treatment since he went above and beyond and let me watch him do the repair (how cool!). He gave me great advice on getting a new phone case, (and in fact, he gave me this really cool orange and black Otter Box case that I absolutely love). Next time I have any phone problems (which is likely as my iPhone SE is quite terrible), Im going back to Jason. I know I can fully depend on and trust him to bring my phone back to good standing. ~Sway
I needed my iPhone battery replaced after work. Called them and they said they could get me in and out quickly. Showed up and was helped immediately. The battery switch out took only about 10-15 minutes. I’ve had my battery replaced before elsewhere and Hi-Tech was much cheaper. I got the high capacity battery for cheaper than a regular battery at the other place. I highly recommend these guys.
Dropped of a 2014 MacBook Air that I let sit for a month after water damage. Jason opened it up the same day I dropped it off. He was very transparent with me. It was a 50/50 shot at getting it to work and I appreciated the honesty because I wasn’t too excited about spending a bunch of money on an old computer. Overall great experience.
The screen on my 9 year old MacBook Pro stopped working. For days, I tried various things to get it to light up and work again. Nothing worked. So, I took it to Hi-Tech Gadgets, as they had previously successfully repaired my iPhone. - - This time, Andrews aura kicked in. As soon as he opened my laptop, the screen was working like normal. Ive always had an excellent experience when I have an issue with a broken device: be it a cracked phone screen or in the case of today, a piece of a charger stuck in the charging port of my iPad. Jason was able to use a tool to pop the stuck piece out right there, and didnt even charge me for it. Great group of people, great business.
I’ve had my IPhone 11 screen fixed twice from them. Very easy, affordable and great work. Only takes about 1 hour if that, second time was 30-45 mins. Jason was a great employee getting me setup and good to go.

The best price in town to get your iPhone back glass fixed. I had several questions and they took there time and answered all my questions. I had my I phone 7 screen repaired. This place did an excellent job. I had my phone repaired twice before and the quality of the previous repairs does not compare to the quality of Hi-Tech repair. The owner is very kind and helpful. I felt very welcomed by him. Denzel was also a great help. They explained to me that my battery was starting to die out but did not push me to buy a new one, instead he showed me on the screen how it had a little damage. Very Honest people. I will definitely be back in the future for any repairs. I highly recommend , Thank you Hi-Tech !

We went in with an iPhone that’s charging wasn’t working, we would’ve had to wait a full week just to have apple or Best Buy look at it and Jason fixed it in two minutes, it was a simple fix that at any other store they probably would have charged us a lot but he did it for free!!! I brought in my husbands I PAD Pro for repair. They found the charging port was not working along with an internal part that needed replacing. This was not an easy repair job as they had to be careful the screen would not break when they took it apart. They kept me up to date during the process and the I PAD came back repaired perfectly. Would definitely recommend them for this type of repair.
I’ve been meaning to write a review here for a while, and finally had to sit down and get it done, because Jason was AH-MAZING!!!I shattered my phone just a couple hours before I was set to fly out of state for a vacation, and was super disappointed because it was in such a state that vacation pictures weren’t going to be possible. A friend recommended Jason, and I kid you not, within 30 minutes, I basically had a new phone, complete with a top notch case to protect it from future mishaps. He was super nice, efficient, and ridiculously affordable. This guy is the best, forever grateful!!

My experience with Hi-tech Gadgets was beyond exceptional. Very reasonable pricing and honest. No up selling. My mobile phone had many issues, and he was able to repair everything, with a detailed explanation. The communication back and forth was great, the personal attention was appreciated, and the turnaround time (less than a week) was much appreciated.I highly recommend Hi-tech Gadgets. I am very happy with there customer service and workmanship! I have got my Galaxy s6 and my iPhone 7 fixed about 3 months ago and they exceeded my expectation. Im glad that i found a honest shop in Austin. I dont write reviews that much but i had to, mainly because my kid kept asking for a case for his phone but i couldnt afford it today because yes i broke my screen again for the 2nd time and i had to get this fixed asap for my work. But the Owner of the store was there and told the manager Denzel to give us a free case for my son and a tempered glass for me! I was shocked! I have to really appreciate there customer service and friendliness towards the customers. Again thank you!
I cracked the daylights out of my phone and Jason was the only person in the Austin area who could help me! He went out of his way to find a screen replacement for my phone and replaced it within the hour! Great place - highly recommend.
I tried to make an online appointment which did not work. The price online for my repair was cheaper than what I was quoted, Jason said he would honor that price. My appointment was scheduled for 3pm & was told it would be ready when I got there after work (approx 530pm). I was able to have someone else drop it off, closer to 1130am - 12pm. When I went to pick it up it was not ready & I was told the screen was being picked up as the one they were trying to use there was an issue. That meant that it was not worked on until right then. So having it dropped off early did not help, my appointment time meant nothing & the biggest issue I had with it was that nobody called me to give me a heads up that it would be longer & that there was an issue. Once the repairs were completed & I was paying, Jason said I will go ahead & discount you $15. I even gave him a tip because I am a nice person & I tip. When I looked at my receipt that was texted to me when I got home I noticed that his nice $15 discount was off the wrong price & not the online price. Yes I still saved $5, but that is not what HE stated to me that he was discounting me. When I called him today to tell him & I started off that I was NOT asking for anything back but just to let him know, the entire conversation was argumentative & rude. His answer was You still got it for cheaper than you expected. Yes that is true, but when someone is calling you to inform you of the error, and not asking for anything in return, but just to inform you of it for next time or the next customer, you do NOT have to be rude! I was not going to write a review until todays phone call & how rude he was when I was just pointing out what had happened.

If you want an honest, fast and affordable place to get your electronics looked at and repaired, this is the place. Small little hole in the wall, but Im glad I found them a while back. I visited HiTech Gadgets this afternoon. Jason was there and I asked him to help me change to a new phone. He sent me hometo get my password for The Cloud. Jason was very professional and changed out my phone for the SH2020. Several people came into the store while I was there and he always stopped to see what they needed.He also stopped to answer the phone when it rang. They dont warranty their work & theyrer blatantly rude. Jason refused to let me speak to anyone above him to make a complaint about his shotty work. Ended up taking my phone elsewhere to be repaired after he fixed it I would not reccomend.
Got my pc fixed two month back because it was running slow, I upgraded the memory and the hard drive and after everything it made a huge difference. Also, just a little while ago I needed a new iPhone for a family member as a gift. They had a pretty good deal on it. Even gave me a free brick charger and lightning cable!
This modest little shop is top tier. Years ago I had a bad experience with another shop that replaced my iPhone screen that started to malfunction after just a few weeks. This left me very skeptical of third party repair. Last year I spent $800 on a new iPad Pro and shattered the screen after a few months. Apple refused to fix it, offering to sell me a refurb model for nearly the full price of buying a new iPad. I reluctantly brought my tablet to this shop and not only did they quote me at HALF of what Apple wanted, but they had it done in less than a weeks time despite the fact that the first screen they ordered was defective. I’m writing this review 6 months later and my iPad still functions like brand new. There are no dead pixels, the screen is fully responsive, and the picture is crystal clear. I will never go anywhere else for device repair other than Hi-Tech gadgets. Tell your friends.

Just want to have a shout out for Jason. My cell phone camera got lots of dust inside and all my pictures were blurry. I was afraid of having to spend lot of money to have it fixed, but Jason came up a great idea. He was able to get the dust out without taking the phone apart. And he did it for free! I damaged my phone screen on Monday morning. I took it to high tech gadgets shop. Long story short, the guy was shady and pretty much screwed me over with a defective screen. I heard them from a co worker and decided to bring in it. This place really took care of me. Normally they charge a $60 fee to open up the phone and diagnose the nixed the charge and fix the screen within a matter of maybe 20 minutes. I highly recommend this place if youre really in need of quick fix and great customer service.

Beware!!! They had an IPhone X advertised on Craig’s list for $400.00. I messaged them if it was still available without discussing the price. When I visited to check out the iPhone the sticker was marked $500.00. I informed him that his CL ad said $400.00. He looked in the computer and ran to the back to change the price, than like a wise a** asked me if I had proof of the $400.00 price. All he had to do was tell me they made a mistake on the listing. After that little trick, I would not have purchased from these crooks if they dropped the price in half. Buyer BEWARE will buy from High tech gadgets.
I took my iPhone 6 Plus in because my Siri couldn’t hear me. That was the only problem. I get it back and my Siri is working but now my back camera is broken. I called them up and said hey my back camera is broken now what happened. They proceeded to tell me it was my fault the camera didn’t work. So I took it to another place to get fixed and they said it wasn’t my fault and that the camera was physically broken. When I mentioned this to Jason he got mad and yelled at me and my wife and said because he didn’t fix it that it’s not under warranty and he wouldn’t fix what he broke. Don’t go here there not trustworthy.

I called 2 different phone repair companies to fix just a crack in my Samsung S7. Both places wanted to charge me $200 because they said I needed to have both the glass AND digitizer replaced. Phone still worked just fine, so I knew I didnt need a new digitizer.While flipping through Groupon, I stumbled across Hi-Tech Gadgets offering a deal for a great price and a great savings off the other 2 companies. Snatched it up and dropped my phone off on a Saturday afternoon. Everyone was polite, they did warn me because the S7 screen was somewhat complex, that it would be a 1 full day turnaround, so my phone would be ready Monday.I couldnt make it in until Tuesday due to my own things, but when I ran in Tuesday afternoon, my phone was ready, and the repair looks great!!I would highly recommend this shop if you need work done on your phone!

They got my iPhone 6 screen fixe in no time! lot cheaper than apple. i went to apple and they told me $159 to fix the screen. since my lcd screen was good they got my phone fixed for $110. saved some money found a great spot to get my phones and tablets fixed. If you are a repeat customer they will give you a little discount. Like I said, I’ve been there quite a bit and I do not have any complaints.

SCAM!!!! This place replaced my iPhone screen then my phone mysteriously stopped working soon after. They said they would be willing to sell me one of their new iphones from the case at a discounted (still hundreds of dollars) price. I started having function problems with that new phone and this store said that Id need to take it apple. When I went to apple, the technician informed me that the phone had multiple users before me and was by no means new. And that of course they therefore couldnt warrantee it. This place is super shady and cost me so much money!! Apples price to fix the iPhone screen is actually CHEAPER so just go to APPLE!!

I had to go get me a new phone or get my iphones 6 fixed asap, so i went there and they gave me different choices and told me that it was actually cheaper to get my phone fixed than buying a phone. So found out that it was my charge port that had issues. It barely cost me money and i was out of there in 30mins! They were honest and up front unlike other business or corporate stores which will tell you oh your phone is bad, you will need a new phone and charge $600-$800... This will be the only cellphone or computer store that i will go to from now on!

I had my iPad screen fixed here. The quality of the.screen is not that great! And the customer service was the worse! We had a screen protector ($25) installed and they did it with air bubbles and when we tried to remove them at home it cracked! We took it right back and they said that they will not fix it or replace it! And the attitude was worse as well! Will never go to this store again! I guess the money you save on the screen is spent on the bad customer service and additional accessories! Dont get anything accessories from this store as they are of questionable quality!
Had an old iPhone 4s screen replaced here a while back. I would not recommend, they stripped screws so the screen was slightly gapped and they basically bricked the phone. Somehow, the antenna was damaged so my cell phone and wifi signal were pretty much 1 bar everywhere unless you were standing right next to a wifi-router. When I went back under warranty during the 30 days or whatever it was, it seemed ok, because it was inside the store and the wifi router was in the same room basically but out in the real world or my house, it was useless.
SAVE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE. They fixed my cracked galaxy s7 screen and within the same week of getting replaced started freaking out and going black. Went back to try and get it fixed properly under their 30 day warranty period and they said it wasnt covered.
I brought my iPad in which was having a charging problem. Jason identified the issue and fixed it in a minute and didnt charge me anything. I hate writing reviews and only do it when someone really pisses me off or really makes my day. Thankfully Jason did the latter. Thank you Jason and HTG.

This place is cheap but u get what you pay for. I went there the first time and had my screen replaced, come to find out only a few weeks later it was a default screen. My phone no longer excepted calls I couldn’t even put my password in to open it. When I took it to them with the problem, the guy said the warranty was waived because the screen had a scratch on it and I had to pay the price over again for them to fix their own mistake. If your reading this review take my word and just pay a little bit more and go somewhere else rather than paying double the price here.The screen they put on my phone was improperly installed so I took it back to get it fix and they charged me twice for the cheap work they do

Apple quoted me a ridiculous number to fix my IPhone. Use these guys instead. They fixed my screen and glass backing for a quarter of the price and were done in two hours. Joseph was Excellent!!!
SCAMMERS !!!!! DO NOT GO HERE My phone had a battery issue. I knew the screen couldn’t have been damaged cause the battery was popping out for a while. The screen wld work but the battery would make it act funny. I went in he said the battery and the screen i told him to try the battery and he did and called me claiming the new uncracked screen I already had on there was broke. He replaced it all but did not give me a new screen though that’s what he agreed to. He gave me the same screen i had initially And put plastic on it to make it look new. I cld tel from scuff marks it was the same screen I initially had . I paid 100 when I only should’ve payed 50 cause all he did was fix my battery.
Would definitely not recommend. I shattered a screen on my iPhone 4S and had the north location fix it. The tech had trouble taking it apart and had to cut some of the metal frame. While this is not optimal, as long as I got a working phone that was ok.End result, a barely functional phone - with the new screen - the phone is quite slow, the wifi and cellular reception barely works unless you are literally next the router. Essentially, the phone is unusable if you use a mobile on a regular basis or inside in a building. I tried to have it checked out during their 15 day warranty, but a different tech did a cursory glance at it and said it seems fine because while in the store, I was sitting next to a router. I even noticed that the bottom screws were missing so I ask for them to be replaced.In the end, I decided to write it off as a loss as they dont seem to keen on 100% customer satisfaction.

All good here. Started with being able to chat with one of the employees via their web page. Let me know what he could given he had not seen device. Only complaint i have is they are 45 min from my house.Once i broght the device they were able to complete the task of unlocking my tmobile galaxy to any carrier at the $100 as discussed. They kept me informed and even waited 20 minutes after close bc i was running late. Will do businedd .
I took my Samsung Galaxy SIII in because it wasnt working. They did a diagnostic on it and determined it was the charge port that needed to be replaced. They ordered the part (takes 2 days to receive) and I expected I would have my phone shortly. Not the case. I had to call every time to receive updates, the wrong part shipped. So they let me know it would take two additional days.After going without a phone for a week. I went to the shop and requested a loaner phone. Which they provided. They eventually received the correct part, but after 2 additional days of waiting for it to be put together (apparently they could not make contact with their repair guy to come and repair it), I went and picked up my phone, paid for the diagnostic, and took the phone to another phone repair store.Bottom line, I was without my phone for 9 days, and I had to take it to another shop that was able to fix it in a matter of hours. I cant recommend their service to a friend.
Amazing screen quality and repair on my iPhone 7. It was badly cracked but for under $80 it got fixed m. Other retailers listed it for about $110-$120. Thanks.
The repair for my broken screen of my Galaxy S4 was low quality. After taking it out of store I had to walk right back in because the glue was obviously visible under the glass. They fixed that, but within a few weeks a lot of glue was still visible and now its out of their very limited warranty. My advice: get a factory repair which will be about the same price and much higher quality.
It was a great experience. Hi-Tech Gadgets fixed my daughters ipad, 4th gen. less than 24 hours and broken LCD of my iphone 6. Ipad looks new and my daughter was very impressed with the repair. Prices were very reasonable and the service was excellent. I like their friendly attitude.

They took my phone to the back room, and came back saying it had a liquid inside. Suspicious. During the last hours I had my phone, it was never near a liquid or an oily substance. And even if it was... due to something mysterious like... condensation maybe?.... the screen should have withstood that. At least that is how my phone had always been.But somehow a liquid got inside. And there was nothing they offered me; like at least part of my money back or something. They saw how frustrated I was, and still did not offer anything. There was one young guy working, who seemed to be truly sorry. But still, I expected more from this store, from their warranty, and in general from their experience as services providers.
Theyre very fast (same day to replace a difficult phone screen), friendly and knowledgeable and absolutely the best price in town by far. Do not bother with anywhere else. This is the best place to go for any repair to your cellphone. If i could give it 6 star i would, and i rarely give 5 star.

Hi Tech sold me a faulty iphone. I returned it for a trade for another iPhone, because the dont allow refunds. The second iPhone was also faulty, messages disappeared, battery could not stay charged. It was taken back again. The battery changed out for another faulty battery. I cant keep going back, its a long way, and I dont trust that this phone will ever be right. Im going To a place that will allow refunds when the product isnt right. I suggest you do to. Google 5 best places to buy a used iPhone. Youll get some great ideas, that I shouldve had before I went to Hi Tech. Good luck.

These guys really know what theyre doing. Uncommonly kind and respectful, they will help fix your device issues. Ive taken three phones to them and got the best prices in the area. If they dont have a part in stock, they can usually get it in an hour. If its not at the warehouse, though, make sure you place an order with a receipt and such.

Sevice was okay, but they didn’t use an apple branded phone screen, they used a cheap Chinese model, it’s fine but now the fingerprint sensor doesn’t wor like an apple product should,and the color is different. Also side note they Bent the body of my phone and played it off as if it was damaged before hand.

IPhone 4 died unexpectedly, took it in and they thought maybe it was the screen, turned out to be the battery which they replaced for less than they had originally quoted. Took the phone in on my lunch break and they had it fixed by the time I was leaving the office. Beats dealing with the Apple store by a mile.

Jason helped me out with replacing the screen on my Iphone 7.The service time was less than 30 min and my phone looks like new.
This was my 2nd time using HiTech Gadgets and each time Jason was professional and knew exactly what was needed. Quick turnarounds, friendly and well priced.
Do not take anything to this business, had them replace my LED screen and glass, a short time later the LED separated from the body of the phone causing it to crack. Their response was nothing we can do about it but we can fix it again for full price.

2022-02-22Best service I have received so far. Came to get my Apple watch series 5 screen replaced few months ago and still works great! Now coming into get my sons iPad screen repaired. 2022-02-12I have had my phones fixed here for years. Rocky and Jason are there in the shop now and I got a great price and awesome customer service. No extra fees, ready quick and right on time, they even put my screen protector on and case and it was all ready toGo after I paid. Any time someone needs a phone/ any type of electronics fixed I recommend them. Great place of business!

2022-02-16Jason and Rocky at Hi-Tech Gadgets are awesome and they always provide the best customer service. Due to my partners job he always gets dust in his iPhone and it will not charge. He walked in and Jason and Rocky were able to clean out his phone in a matter of minutes. The best part they did not even charge for this service. I would recommend this place before you go anywhere.

2022-05-07Came here off of a referral after months of trying to get my computer tower fixed elsewhere. Rocky was very straightforward with me about the pricing and process and we eventually found out the tower could not reasonably be salvaged.Rocky went above and beyond to guide me every step of the way in getting a new computer and even spoke to the sales rep at Discount Electronics to make sure what I was getting was worth my money. After I made the purchase it was just a matter of transferring the data from my old PC to my new one which he did for a great price. Turnaround was quick and updates came pretty frequently too. 2021-03-31I had my iPhone XS Max repaired here after it was stolen and then discarded onto a major intersection and run over countless times.The screen repair itself was lightning fast. The guy at the front counter was very informative and answered all of my questions.The screen repair is seamless. My phone looks brand new. I absolutely love the workmanship. In addition to the work being great, they had the best price out of every place that I called.If you don’t have Apple care and your phone needs to be repaired, this is your place.My phone still has a few other issues that need to be addressed and you can bet, I’ll be returning here.
