Though their customer service is amazing, the quality of screens they have is terrible. Not only did I have to take multiple trips back to the store because the screen wasn’t bonded properly and kept popping up but it cracked again because it was bonded incorrectly. After getting that fixed under warranty which was nice I had a good month before my phone fell from maybe 2.5ft with a heavy duty otter box case and screen protector on and shattered completely yet the screen protector was almost un cracked! The screen has had multiple glitches as well
I took my ps4 to get my ps4 software reinstalled since cpr cell phone repair tried to charge me $99 plus tax after they put my new hard drive in when I heard they were supposed to already do that when they install the hard drive so I came here to iPhone medix and told them about it they did it for free great friendly people to take your electronics.
The guys here are super professional and quick. I had a unique problem with my phone and they were able to get it turned around in under an hour. Plus their warranties are the best in town! Will definitely be using them for the foreseeable future!
I smashed my screen on my phone, it was extremely bad. I honestly thought I would need to get a new one. Found these guys on the internet and decided to give them a try. Extremely pleased beyond belief. Very reasonable prices which will always beat buying a new phone, the gentleman in the store were extremely courteous and helpful. And it literally only took 15 minutes. These guys are the real deal so if you have iPhone troubles give them a call.

Brought my Apple Watch in For my screen that came apart and wanted to get it glued down, everything on it worked,even the screen! Got a call saying the battery is bad and that I’m going to need a new one. I asked if everything still worked and he said yes and then I said can you glue it down that’s all I want and he said yes. 20 minutes later I get a phone call saying he broke my screen and that I’m going to need a new one then when I confronted him and said he never told me that was a possibility. If he said that I would have never even asked him to glue it down he got angry on the phone, funny part is he’s the owner, so just don’t go here the owner needs to work on customer service!
My PS5 had a broken HDMI port and messed up PADS which are what connects the HDMI to the motherboard of the playstation. These guys got it done and it works perfectly! It took a week but it was well worth it!
UPDATE: This place is amazing! The gentleman that assisted me and repaired my cell phone, named Dean, was extremely helpful and skilled at phone repair. My phone turned out perfect with no problems whatsoever . As I said before, the price is the best in Abilene. I had to have my cell phone screen replaced after it cracked when it was dropped before I had a protective case on it. My new screen was ordered Thursday, and arrived first thing this morning, which is Saturday. It took him less than an hour to finish repairing my cell phone. He called another phone in my home to let me know that my phone was ready and was kind enough to wait for me to pick it up before he closed up shop. If you want your phone fixed quickly and skillfully and at a very good price, iPhone Medix is the place you want to go in Abilene and in the surrounding areas.**PART 1: So far, so good! The gentleman that helped me today was very friendly and informative. He ordered a new screen for my phone and I will be having it repaired once it arrives in a couple days. They also have an option to have the parts shipped overnight for an extra $24.95, but Im not in a hurry so I did not need to spend the extra $25. Out of all the cell phone repair shops in Abilene, this place was by far the most reasonable in price. I would definitely recommend iPhone Medix if you need to repair your cell phone. Definitely an A+!

If I had to option to give more stars, I would. I have brought my phone and laptop to this business and I have left with a smile. Especially when they told me it would be ready in 30 minutes. I could go on about my day with my brand new screen fixed. Anyway, Dean the owner, satisfied my needs as well as his crew Colton and Troy!! They work hard to get devices fixed in no time.

I highly recommend this place. Had a warm friendly environment . I went in to get a screen replaced. I admire the honesty and integrity in this place. Something came up in conversation and when it was looked at the response was honest and saved me money. Out of the big country this was the most cost efficient and literally took them less then 20 min to replace my iPhone screen. So I give a 5 star with workmanship and efficiency
These guys were professional, accommodating, and absolutely amazing! I had to bring my wifes phone in due to a screen crack and issue with flickering and going completely white. The problem was that we lived out of Abilene about half an hour away and they closed in less than that time. They said that they would stay open for us after hours AND that if we came in we would have the phone back tonight as well since they had the parts to work on the phone! They stayed open almost 30 minutes after to help us, and they have a returning customer as well as a diehard fan. Amazing, accommodating, and professional.
I would not recommend coming here I paid we paid almost $80 dollars to get my iPhone 8 speaker fixed they said it would only take 45 minutes it was almost 2 hours they didn’t call so I had to go over there and walk in and ask them if it’s done they give me the phone and the speaker still doesn’t work and my phone has gotten worse. This is ridiculous now I half to get a new phone Bc it’s not fixable.
Went to this company for a screen fix. The guy that took my phone, was polite, and friendly. It took no more than 7 or 8 minutes when I was told my phone was ready.I have never had to get a screen replaced, but can tell you I will go to this company for every phone need. LOOK OUT GUYS!! This Guys are Amazing. I had a Switch and a ps4 repaired by them. My switch was absolutely destroyed and they worked with me to repair everything that failed and just about everything failed. I was so impressed with the customer service and the friendly manner in handeling so many issues. Customer satisfaction is thier goal 100 %. Ive used iPhone Medix for issues on multiple devices. Each instance Ive received the best customer service and expeditious, professional repair. The prices are incredibly fair and they wont try to upsell you or charge you for something thats not necessary. Theyve got a customer for life in me.
Initially went to see if my dads iphone could be fixed after he washed it. It was fairly inexpensive and repairs did not take long to complete. When I picked up my dads found I also looked into replacing my galaxy S7 edge plus. They had my exact phone and it was $487.00 cheaper than what I was quoted at the phone repair shop in the mall. I am happy to know that there is a place in Abilene I can go where the customer service is excellent and the quality of craftsmanship is superb. So we live in Brownwood and everywhere here wanted 300+ to fix our S9 screen. They quoted a price sight unseen and stood by that. The service here is amazing. I took my Ipad in for what I thought was a battery issue, and I was prepared to pay for a new battery. Instead, the technician resolved the issue with a quick cleaning, and I was on my way. Plus, he resolved the issue for FREE. That is honesty and great customer service. I will be back the next time a need a repair.
I was very impressed with this cell phone repair shop. The Technician did a great job of replacing the screen and inner workings of my Nieces iPhone. The shop also has some homemade crafts, and a US Mail Service Desk in the same room.

First off.... let me mention they do free diagnostic on your phone. Thats amazing and so I looked no further, I took my phone in for estimate on crack screen on my galaxy s8 and not wanting to charge. Anyway. They quoted me at an affordable amount for the two issues. I gave them the go ahead to fix it. When I got it I left it to charge but it wouldnt turn on so I took it back. No big deal. Guess it worked fine over there so now im happy to have my phone in my hand again. Its charging now. Feels like new. So anyway.. did I mention I got lifetime warranty? Im not worried if it happens again bc I know I just take and and fix the problem. I also just left them 2 laptops for a diagnostic. Thank you for fixing my phone.
Professional, courteous, knowledgeable. I went to Best Buy, Samsung, and Sprint to retrieve data from my screen cracked S5 but none could help because the board was damaged. iPhoneMedix put a temp screen on and was able to recover every single scrap of data with applications and port to my S7. The price was awesome and they even bought my damaged S5. Was very patient answering all of my many questions. All future business in this sector will go to these guys for me. In fact Im taking my sons cracked S7 edge there today.

They had just REPLACED my screen and literally NOT EVEN A DAY it was malfunctioning so I took it back MULTIPLE times they eventually fixed it But lasted only 2 months then my speakers gave out, screen popped and glitched out I told them what happen and they were still trying to charge me to fix it with a discount. SO IF YOU WANT YOU PHONE FIXED RIGHT PLEASE DONT GO TO THEM, THEYLL ONLY MAKE IT WORSE.
If I could give this place zero stars I would. I brought my iPhone 6s in here because my charging port was not working. They barely looked at it and told me it would be $90 to replace it. I wanted a second opinion so I went somewhere else and all it needed was to be cleaned and I was only charged $5. These people either have no idea what they’re doing or they’re crooks. I will never go here again or reccomend anyone to go there.
I am not one to give 5 stars unless its truly earned... I honestly have no idea how anyone couldve rated these guys anything less. If for some reason you dont like their work, which Im sure is rare but some are particular, they are Johnny on the spot when it comes to making things right! I had my ANDROIDs (just so people arent confused with the stores name like I was at first!) digitizer replaced and in doing so the back glass on my phone shattered. This in no way affected the phones functionality and it was cracked when i brought it in.These guys didnt care, they insisted on replacing the glass FREE. You just dont come across many businesses who treat their customers the way they do anymore. Very pleasant experience. Will definitely continue to take my business here. Prices are absolutely fair and I would even say, a great value! What a relief when there are so many gougers out there in this line of work! Thank you thank you!

Got the back of my phone replaced..when I got my phone back a small black pixel started growing on my screen and they said it was nothing they can do about it!(That has nothing to do with us replacing the back of your phone). But yet it was never there

2022-04-11I have been a customer for IPhone media for many years and today they proved why I went and bought a new phone and saw a tablet I wanted but had to leave I called and they were willing to hand deliver it! I couldnt ask for better service than what I received from Colton. If you need anything done tech related you couldnt find a better place if I could give more than 5 stars I gladly would!!!!!!!!!!

2022-05-09I want to give a shout out to these guys!! There customer service was outstanding and they had my damaged PS5 up and running the next day! So after I picked up that gaming system I dropped off a PS4 for same issues. “Damaged hdmi port” I received a call the following day and again they had it up and running! 2022-07-08I have a Motorola G7 power phone, and last summer, the battery swelled up , and pushed the back off the phone. iPhone medix fixed it for me, at very good price.

2022-01-27They replaced my iphone screen exactly one month ago. The replacement was not an apple screen to my surprise when I picked it up. It cost me $150 plus tax. I was told that there was a lifetime warranty on it. Today, the screen went crazy. It is in a case and the screen is not broken. I took it back and they told me that they could not honor the warranty. Not a fan of crooked people.

2022-01-04I took my phone here today to have the guys look at my charging port. The gentleman said he had a part in stock and that he could have it fixed in 45 minutes. I left my phone with him and he called me an hour later telling me it was fixed.
