We got our imac fixed from irepair services llc allen.They not only gave me a great price but also helped me with my particular software with which i was having a very hard time.As it was an old computer and apple dont repair them.So Gary helped me . I can understand how difficult is to repair the old computer but still they fix my imac and also explained me about the repair.Im not that tech savvy but they still tried to make me understand.Thanks you guys.Now im your customer for lifetime
Had an old phone with battery issues and found them online. Gary was super responsive and easy to work with, so I made the 30 minute drive from work to get it fixed. 15 minutes later, it was back in my hand and working. While I was there, a gentleman walked in for a charger cable. Gary took time to ask if it was actually a cable issue, and checked out his phone for him for free.I would definitely go back without any hesitation. I brought In my 2008 MacBook. The battery was out, running so slow and when I opened up safari it would shut off. I figured my Mac was ready for retirement. Suri reassured me it could be fix. Gary the technician called and went through what all needed to be done and they definitely could make it faster and a new battery. He gave me the price and was reasonable. I told him to fix it. 2 days later it was ready and yes running faster ,new battery and Safari not shutting down. Between the two of them ...AWESOME! They are a GREAT team and will definitely use them for any problems with my other electronics.
My iPhone 6S Plus locked up while I was trying to back it up. It did not allow me to turn it on or off. It was no longer supported online. Both Apple stores nearby have now been closed. Luckily, I found Gary, a technician at Mac Repair in Allen (801 S. Greenville Avenue) and had a great experience. He explained upfront what the process would involve, the possible risks to consider, and the cost related as he diagnosed and then solved the issue. Even with several walk in customers, he had my phone issue resolved in less than 1 hour, while I waited, and with no data loss. We were able to park right in front of this business. Great experience!

Some customer wants to pay less and expect a lot in return. Well, my Macbook pro was running slow and I was suggested to upgrade my hard drive to solid state and they also helped me in data migration so overall good experience...
I repair/Mac Service was already my go too place but if it wasn’t, it would be after today. My IPhone 11 screen stopped acknowledging any of my commands. I did reset it twice but still no response. I called and was told to bring it in and he would look at it. He went straight to it and fixed it with no problems at all. Can’t beat that for service.
Took my phone to repair the cracked screen and signed off on a price. I then left and waited for them to call me back once the repair was complete. I came back and they told me that suddenly my front audio wasn’t working and that they also need to replace my front camera. Never once did they call me to tell me that additional repairs needed to be done. By the time I walked into the store to check up on my phone, they had already started the other repairs without consulting me first. I told them to simply not follow through with the new repairs as I was not prepared to pay an additional $70 at the moment. They had to fix it anyways and I had to pay extra for repairs I wasn’t prepared to pay for. If I had been talked to prior about the issues, then I perhaps would have been more understanding. But they just decided to do additional work before even telling me. I’ll give three stars simply because the man working tried to be nice about it, but I really wish he would have spoken to me first.
Horrible shop. I brought my computer to them to extract data off of my laptop that was broke. I paid them 85 dollars up front. Didnt hear nothing from them for two weeks so I called them. They hadnt even started on it yet. The manager Gary told me it would be free if it was easy. I would call them once a month or so because they would not call me at all to give me updates. When I would talk to them, they would tell me that the tech would call me in an hour or so. They never would call me back. This happened at least 6 times. They hardly speak any english so you cant communicate with them. I went to pick it up after 5 months and they wanted to charge me 250 dollars after they said it would be no charge. He never called me to verify charges with me at all. That ended up giving my 85 back but they stole my charger for the laptop that I brought in with it. They said they would look for it and call me the next day. Guess what, they never called. The owner is rude. Interrupts you when your talking and then he tried to tell me that its normal to take 5 months to extract 16gb of data. Horrible shop. The Better Business Bureau should definitely get involved because they are a group of con artists
I was looking for someone who can help me in retrieving my data from my external hard drive.I found store called iRepair services LLC in Allen which was quite convenient for me.my pictures and documents were most important data which I was looking for.iRepair services LLC technicians really helped me.Finally I got my all data retrieved.Kudos !!
Both gentlemen in the location are always helpful and cordial and very knowledgeable. I considered them honest and have integrity. I used to go to another location in Allen and unfortunately I was always looked like it was too much work to fix my computer. This is not the situation with these two guys, they are always kind and willing to help. If they cannot fix my problem (very unusual), they never charge me for checking my computer. I enjoy coming to them.
Awesome customer service! They go above and beyond for their customers. My iPhone had an issue internally and had it fixed. It was a two week process, but they were helpful every step of the way. The only reason it was time consuming is because we had to get Apple involved so the time it took had nothing to do with them. They will have your phone fixed in under an hour so they are rather quick. Definitely recommend these guys! you won’t regret it.
I can not recommend this place enough!!!I love this place! They are highly professionals, Apple certified, helped me fixed my phone in less than 24 hours... I had no back up what so ever but they did the magic and I’ve got everything back, everything was closed due to COVID-19 (Apple was not ready to take in my phone for months and could not even get the data back) but even in that situation they were ready to help and had all possible solutions, I’m truly impressed. Thank you Gary for your awesome service. The prices are extremely reasonable and I would definitely return for any future tech repairs!
My external hard drive broke and so I took it here to get it evaluated to know if data recovery was an option. They told me it was going to be 2-3 days before they new what the issue was.A week and a half goes by, no call. No biggie, I decided to call them myself. I call them and they tell me that they sent it to a lab? Which I did not agree to, and proceed to tell me that itll be around a week for them to know whats wrong with my drive. Another week goes by, no call. I call again. They tell me that my hard drive was evaluated and it was going to be around $800 to get the data off. It was less money than I expected as data recovery is expensive, so I agreed to the lab, again, not them, to retrieve my data off the drive. I was told that it would be 5 days and its been 2 weeks. No call. I still dont have my hard drive. This whole process has taken around 3 months.They tried their best to get the data off my drive, but since my hard drive was badly damaged, the lab they sent it to could not retrieve it. I appreciate their willingness to get my photos from the drive, but I think the communication could have been handled a bit better on their end.
Dont go to this shop. They gave me lots of promises and did not do half of it. And wanted to charge extra for it.I took my MacBook pro to get new operational system installed. They said they will be able to recover all my photos and files except for programs. Then they OFFERED to install my design programs for me, so I left them a CD and wrote down the programs I needed. I paid $75 diagnostic fee that I was told will go toward the repair price.Later Gary called me and gave me two options. One for $450 and another for $250. Even $250 was too high for me since I had a very old MacBook so I was hesitant to go with either option. Then he offered me a $50 discount and said that the final price will be $200 and he confirmed again that all my photos and files will be recovered. I agreed.Next day I went to pick up my laptop.First thing I checked were the files. Not all of them were restored. Everything that was on my desktop was restored, but not from the other drive. As for the photos, only the folder that started with letter A was restored. Did they run out of time for the rest of photos? Next I checked the programs. They were not installed correctly, and the wrong ones were installed. Why did I bother to write them down? So I spend next two hours in the shop installing them myself.Next, I went to pay my balance. The front desk guy (not Gary) told me $200. I mentioned that I already paid $75 for the balance should be $125. Next was unbelievable. He put Gary on the phone and Gary for 10 minutes started explaining to me that I misunderstood what the final price was. I mean he never let me even say a word! What a customer service. Finally, I was fed up of listening to him, I interupted him and said that he never fully delivered what was promised. He goes on about final price and that $75 does not go towards it. He never explained it to me on the the phone the day before. I would not have given him my blessing to continue repairs. But lets think here. The non discounted price was $250 (thats original price, not final) so the deposit of $75 should be applied. So my total should be $185.How come my discounted final price of $200 is higher than that???? Makes no sense! Even the front desk guy tried to talk sense into Gary.I ended up saying that if they charge me full price of $200 I will dispute $75 deposit with my credit card company. That worked.Final word: dont go there. They promise a lot but dont deliver.Or one more thing, on the phone with Gary I specifically asked him if new version of operational system will solve my browser problems. He said yes it will. I had my doubts since it was not the latest... Guess what? It solved some problems but not all. Why guarantee? Answer: just to make a sale.
I would highly recommend this repair store to anyone! Their services are amazing and honest and a really affordable price. I never feel like I’m getting ripped off and that I’m always getting a good deal. I got my IPhone 8+ screen replaced here and unfortunately a month later I was having problems, due to dropping it again. I went back and Gary gave me a great deal with Free Temper Glass installation almost without extra cost. If you’re looking for a Great fix with quality screens then this is definitely the place for you
You guys are definitely over pricing. Keyboard replacement (not sure you actually did or not I suspect but was been told so) for $500 and battery replacement is $300, all with service fee $85. Way more expensive than apple Genius Bar. I would like to know why and also let me know if I can get my money back by returning your replaced product.
We took my wifes macbook pro in to get looked at and they said it would take 4 days to find out. It took about a week to hear anything from them. When we decided to not get it fixed they told us I could pick it up in 2 days, thats how long it would take them to put it back together. It took about 4 days for them to finally call and when we went to the store they were still putting the screws on. Overall rude customer service, overpriced and bad time management.

I recently got my iPhone 7 plus repaired from this store and it works really well now. I was facing issues with my camera and got it repaired from this store. Gary helped me understand the issue and fixed it within a day. The charges were quite reasonable too. Gary is very professional and I would recommend this store to anyone looking for iPhone repairs.
BEST REPAIR SERVICE EVER!Don’t waste time with other places. Come to this place.After two days of issues and two different repair shops said I was out of a phone, Gary got my phone working and all my information saved.He took a lot of time making sure my information was not only backed up to my cloud, but onto my new IPhone.His customer service and knowledge is top notch.I will only be using him for repairs in the future. Will give Rating 10 if there are 5 more stars. Excellent service. I gave my iPhone X which was having a weird problem. Gary from iRepair Service Allen figured it out as charging port issue and they replaced it with in no time. It is working fine as of now.Problem with the iPhone: It stopped charging with original apple cables. It used to work with after market cables but only in one direction. Later it completely stopped charging with any kind of cables.Solution: Replace the charging port.
I have been holding off on posting this. I don’t like to give bad reviews because they can really harm a business. I still don’t have my laptop back and they ran the diagnostic on July 15. They have had it for 45 days. The first diagnostic was wrong. They had to order parts a second time. I only find out what is going on with my MacBook Pro when I call them. They have never called me with updates in 45 days! I’m exasperated. If they ever return my MacBook and it actually works right I will update this review but as of now, I’m not convinced they will ever get it running.
I came into the store with intentions of just finding out options and costs to update my older MacBook Pro since the store was closing soon within the hour. Rep was very kind and knowledgeable, He answered all my questions and the pricing was very fair. He upgraded and updated my older MacBook Pro in such a short time and finished before the store closed! Ive been using my Mac for about a week now and it has been running fantastic. I will definitely be back for future service and recommend this store to anyone!

Gary is very knowledgable and is very good about communicating with customers as he diagnoses the issues with your device, along with progress updates.This shop cares most about solving your problem and isn’t out to price gouge you like other shops in the area. Another shop quoted me $630 to repair my laptop, it was a $300 repair here. Gary was very quick and helpful. My 2011 macbook pro is running like new again.This is my go-to spot for any computer repairs I’ll need in the future. Highly recommended.

This place is great. I called at 3pm asking about replacing a swollen battery in my MacBookPro. I made an appt for the next morning. At 4pm, they called back asking if I wanted to bring it in today, and it would be ready by closing the same day. Thats great service for sure. Highly recommend. Great customer service. A+++
I went to get my iPhone 6s fixed. My receiver wasnt working and had a big crack on the screen. Didnt want to buy another phone so I chose to repair it. I called Gary and let me tell you great Tech! Hes quick and knows what hes doing. Great customer service, on top of that so if you got to get your phone repaired... Gary is the GUY!.
Had an iPhone that had been totally smashed--no display whatsoever. But it still powered on. Irepair managed to get all the data off it and backed up to a USB thumb drive for me. They were very helpful and responsive. On another occasion, I had a phone that was too far gone for any kind of recovery (it was basically bent in half). They told me upfront that the data could not be restored. In my experience the staff is forthright and competent--I would recommend them to anyone in need of phone repair.
I am a repeat customer of this business, and I must say they continue to be very proficient at what they do, and in a very courteous, prompt manner. They provided me an estimate for the repair (which seemed reasonable to me) and thats exactly what they charged once they fixed the problem with my aging laptop. They are very good at communicating updates on the status while the work is in progress.
My phone - which Im always super duper careful with - fell this morning when someone shoved me and the screen shattered! Luckily I was able to find iRepair and not only is it super close to my house but the service was done in record speed. I was even given a complementary glass screen protector! Seriously the best place to fixed your iPhone. My iPhone 6s battery got swollen and was lifting the screen. Since this place is near to my office i went there. Gary replaced the battery in 15 mins with great price and time vs Apple store and gave me 6 months warranty too. Really good experience with repair. I have these folks replace hard drives, perform tune ups and repair software on several of my computers. I have recommended them to friends and they were very happy with the results. One friend had so many people trying to fix her tower it was beyond diagnosis. The crew resolved the issues and saved her from having to purchase another computer for her office.

Came here to have my very old MacBook Air battery replaced. Everyone here was very friendly and they were able to see my laptop right away. My battery had completely died and was no longer functioning. They were able to diagnose and replace my battery in one hour. Im so grateful to have a working laptop again.

They were very accommodating when I brought my macbook pro for an SSD Hard Drive and memory upgrade. I dropped off my laptop Saturday morning and I was told They would contact me in about an hour with pricing to repair and how long it would take. 3 hours went by before I got a call in forming me it would be done in roughly 1 hour. 5 hours later I had to call and I was told it would not be done until Monday morning. Monday at 3 I called and was told it would be done by 6. When I was called when it was finished they tried to charge me an additional $20 then what we agreed on. Was not happy with Customer service but repair was done properly which get it an extra star but I would not return or recommend to others
Apple told me that the fan for my MacBook Pro was discontinued and they suggested replacing my computer. They also made my computer run slower by vacuuming out the inside. I was able to get my MacBook fixed after I called irepair services. Im very pleased with the service provided, flexibility and price. My MacBook is working perfectly now and I didnt have to shovel out much money.

This is the best phone repair store I have ever been to. I came to Gary with an Iphone that was literally missing pieces because I tried to fix my screen myself. Gary took my phone and had it up and working in under 20 minutes. He explained everything I did, and then showed me how I could do it myself correctly next time if I wanted to. He even gave me a free tempered glass cover. I will bring any electronic I need worked on here from now on.
2012 MacBook needed a new hard drive and Apple said they wouldn’t fix it because it’s “vintage” and told me to buy a new computer. These guys immediately said it could be replaced for a FRACTION of what a new computer costs - and my MacBook is running like new. Didn’t have to wait long to get in for an appointment and he was done within a day! Great service and a great deal.
Wow! Blown away with the level of service here. Gary fixed my minor issue in two minutes by doing a hard reset. He also noticed my glass screen protector was cracked and installed a new one for free! I walked out with my issue resolved and a brand new screen protector with a total bill of zero dollars.
Relying on my own experience, I can say two things: 1. These guys are really professionals; 2. They are not oriented on just money making. For example: You wouldnt get an advice to replace some laptop details, which do not require to be replaced. I had an issue with my laptop and when I brought it here, I expected serious problems and big costs. The irepair team brought the laptop back to life in just a minute explaining there was a specific feature I was unaware of, and rejected payment for their advice. I definitely know where I will be going if I encounter any problem
Probably unbeatable service. My hard drive became suddenly corrupted and all my audio work was deleted. I called in and within 3 hours, the technician had diagnosed the issue, retrieved all audio projects and transferred them to me online - all without asking for a penny to be payed in advance. There are many people who can repair your phone or ipad, but there is only one Gary. He is very straight forward and transparent with both his service and pricing.He fixed both an ipad and iPhone that had a broken screen. During those visits I did not feel any sales pressure. He explained my options very clearly which helped me make an informative decision. So if you are looking for a no hassle option for your broken devices, please come see Gary.
You need to call Apple. This is not an Apple certified repair location. If you bring your device here and they cant fix it and you have send it directly to Apple they will not honor your waranty. Trust me I wanted to come here but Apple has a list of certified repair techs and this is not one of them. In addition, they also told me if it has a i in front of their name it definitely isnt due to copywrite issues. They said the nearest certified techs were are Best Buy in Allen and you need an appt.
My daughter shattered my Iphone 6 screen and they were able to replace the screen fast and easy. It is great to have a shop in the area that can help without having to go all the way out to the Apple store to have them tell you they have to send it in. Also cheaper than the apple store. :) I have already recommended them to my family and friends.

Desperate,I found irepair services LLC in Allen tx that had a amazing reviews so I tried contacting them and got my macbook drop off that day. Gary was friendly and honest; He told me he would do everything he could to save it. He get it back to life.Happiest customer out there.
My phone was water damaged from the rain. It no long turned on, irepair did not disappoint. They explained to me how there is no power going through the board and power chip is bad and needs to be replaced and roughly 2 hours since I was in a time bind. Professional, responsive service. irepair service scheduled an immediate appointment to receive our MacBook Pro Retina notebook that suffered a large liquid spill. The diagnosis and repair was completed in a timely manner and the cost was in line with the estimated range. Recommended; I would go to them again.
What a customer service! I went in to fix a problem with my cellphone. I told the young man at the shop about the problem I have with the port charger. He told me he would check it. In 3 minutes he was back with my cellphone repaired. I told him how thankful I was and he replied with have a wonderful day. Its not just that he fixed the problem, but his manners.
They were able to turn my request very quickly. Extremely responsive over email and always gave me a sense they know what they are doing. I had to leave my laptop with them I was for an extended time and they had no trouble keeping it safe and in good condition.definitely recommend.
I’ve never left a negative review but I feel obligated to warn unsuspecting customers. I went to iRepair Allen with a distorted screen and left with a useless iPad. I paid $190+ to repair the screen on my iPad 2 only to savage the prexisting photo booth app not saved to an iCloud. Gary disabled by iPad without my authorization which forced me to restore and lose my valuable apps. I have no idea why he would take it upon himself to guess passcode combinations so many times that it locked my iPad without even asking me for the passcode first. Complete waste of money!iRepair Allen did not provide any service free of charge! I knew my passcode, Gary admittedly entered “commonly used codes such as 0000 and 1234” prior to contacting me for the actual code. I have no idea why he would think to do such a thing. My iPad was already locked by the time I was asked for my passcode. I had to validate the serial number to ensure he was not giving me a different product... why else would he intentionally lock my iPad?! Do not leave your product with these guys and definitely do not trust Gary!
I called the store based on reviews and got a price over the phone to replace an iphone 6 screen . I then go into the store later that same day and apparently it is the brother of who I talked to on the phone. He did not want to honor the price but finally relented. The phone was fixed but my daughter noticed the home screen button moved when it didnt before. I told my daughter to just deal with it for now and see if it becomes an issue. Fast forward 3 weeks, my daughters phone is in her backpack at school and she takes it out and it is cracked in the corner. She then notices the crack spreading. I call the store (talk to the one I talked to initially) and he said bring it in, we will work something out and I will put a screen protector on it as well (the screen protector should have been put on it after the screen was replaced). I agreed to go in and the screen cracking was suspect but I expected to pay something and it not be replaced for free. I go in yesterday at 5:15 pm and they are closed. I call the number and the initial brother answers and after a while says we closed at 5 this week because college started this week. I show up again today (before 5) and the brother who says no is there not the brother who says yes and answers the phone. He is basically willing to give me $10 off and replace the screen and says the home button moving is normal, it still works. He says its part of the screen and everyone gets the same Chinese screens so that is just how it is. As a side note: the replacement screen seems to be of a much lower quality than the initial Apple screen. I am going somewhere else, so I hope other screens are better.Bottom line : I like dealing with smaller companies than big companies but that is based on me being able to trust the small company to do the right thing. As I said, I did not have the expectation of getting the screen replaced free but did not expect to pay near full price. At this point, I might as well go find someone else because I will pay the same price. My experience is that this place is shady and I can get comparable deals and better service somewhere else.
I took my daughters phone in because her screen was broken, that is all. After leaving the phone and coming back the guy begins to tell me that her battery was swollen therefore the screen (replacement) won’t go all the way on there but he can replace the battery for an additional $80. If the battery was swollen wouldn’t the screen have been bulging out?? Now my daughters phone won’t hold a charge over heating and freezing.

I got my screen repaired at another shop and took it to iRepair Service (like I should have to begin with) My phone was completely messed up and they not only fixed it but helped me with some other things. I visit irepair exclusively when its time to change the hardware on my PC or when its time to build a new unit. No need to visit other places to upgrade or repair. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming every time I visit the store. Certainly, the best place to deal with network issues and electronic consulting.

2022-05-11My iPhone fell cracked in half... They gave me a great price. There service was great .. the tech was very informative on what was wrong with the phone.. I love that they gave me a warranty. I would recommend this place if your ineed of repairs for any Mac product... If your in the Collin county are this place is coveinent and great price and service...I found my repair shop I think you would like them as well

2022-03-26My 2019 MacBook Pro got water damaged and could not be opened. Gary is very professional and reliable in diagnosing the issues. After several days hard work, he found some issues on the motherboard and helped me replace the resistors, capacitors, and ic after the ordered components arrived. 2022-05-29Very bad experience. My MacBook was connecting to wifi but not downloading internet. All I needed was for the internet to get back to working.The guy Gary tried a few things but ultimately said he needs to format it and install the new OS. He did that, and told me to recover everything via time machine. I tried recovering everything via time machine and when it completed, the internet was still not working. For all this I was already charged $250.He told me to bring the laptop back he will reformat and would try something else. I brought it back, brought my drive to load time machine which is what he asked I do, and while he was doing the work told me to change the password. He did this without rotating the laptop to me, which is stupid because I need to see the keys I cant type upside down. As I was rotating it my way my drive dropped. It is severely damaged and I have to take it to a data recovery center.This guy has complete lack of awareness and only a small space for things like this, while giving me instructions based on his expertise (note: problem is still not solved), which led to very serious damage. It is small area on the front and he is so negligent that he gives bad instructions and advice and has nothing in place to prevent accidents like this. Absolutely negligent.His demeanor after it dropped was unprofessional as well, with him tapping on the damaged drive.He also takes a very long time to explain things. He doesnt know the right words while hes talking and that alone wastes so much time.Unprofessional, negligent to the point is very serious property damage, did not fix my problem (probably used it as an excuse to charge $250 to install a new OS) and over charged. Avoid this place.

2022-01-14I always go there to fix my iPhones and MacBook products instead of traveling all the way to galleria in Dallas. Their service is great and the owner is very friendly and price is affordable if you want to fix your electronics. Definitely recommend people who needs fixing of their Apple products

2022-02-10I had to have a screen replaced on MacBook. They were able to replace it in 2 days oppose to Apple which would have been 2-3 weeks. It was always a lot cheaper than Apple quoted me. Great place!

2022-03-20I brought them my liquid damage macbook air which just turned on once..but after that it was all dead..i never backed up my important data..Gary Did ultrasonic cleaning on my macbook and repaired the logicboard..My data is saved now and macbook is up in running..thanks gary

2021-12-30Took my to iMac iRepair because of it constantly randomly crashing.Got it back 5 days after they said it would be done.They installed a new solid state hard drive (SS HD) telling me that was the problem.Got it home, and the crashing started immediately same as before, but worse, now, *after reinstalling adobe suite, it would not open any adobe app, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc, it would before I took it in.Took it back, and they gave me my money back, $757.They asked me to leave it so they could get the SS HD out and put the original HD back in.Came in to pick it up the next day, the tech said he left the new SS HD in because it was not cost effective for him to remove the screen again because of time and labor.The entire time this was going on they never contacted me saying it was or was not ready to pick up. I had to initiate every single communication with them during this time. I even went to there business straight from my work on one of the days they said it would be ready. They were supposed to contact me to make sure it was or was not to pick up, and of course it wasnt ready! Again!I took my computer to my niece who is an IT tech, shouldve done that to begin with.All she did was replace the HD the iRepair tech put in, (which she still isnt sure if it is good), replaced the two 8g memory sticks and added a 16g for me, she said that one or both of the memory sticks were the main problem. She could not believe he didnt have an issue with it after he replaced the HD.He also did not restore it correctly, otherwise I would not have had to reinstall apps etc., per my niece.Im writing this report on my iMac, it runs perfectly its completely fixed. I can work in all my apps NO PROBLEMS WHAT SO EVER! And I did not have to reinstall them!Couple more things.They replaced the screen with the wrong adhesive. It had tape on the edges when I got it back from iDontRepair and I was told not to remove the tape for 3 or 4 days. She said, if you use the correct adhesive you dont need to tape it. When she took the screen off, the glue was stringy everywhere and just globbed on. PLUS! they covered the microphone with adhesive. She told my microphone would not have worked even if they had fixed it!She said the dust build up was really bad so she cleaned it all out. Which means they didnt even bother to clean it!
