Exceptional, professional and efficient! Just a few of the words I use to describe our experience with Bugs Or Us. Nick showed up the day we closed on our home to inspect and treat our home. After treating the home he spent time helping me understand what and where to look for future insect infestation. So far we have NOT had any uninvited insects in our home. Nick is a pro and I am very happy we chose Bugs Or Us!Additionally, his prices were very reasonable!You could not make a better choice than Nick and his company!

I cant say enough about this company. Nick and Maddie are so very nice and accommodating. My son had bug issues in his apartment and didnt trust the apartment contracted exterminator to do a thorough job. I contacted Bugs or Us and WOW! What a fantastic job! I will use them for any extermination needs (although we hope not to need any) that arise and highly recommend them to anyone else! Cant go wrong with this company.
Nick is the ultimate professional. He is extremely knowledgeable and is great with my crazy labradoodle. I am new to Texas and he has helped me with several issues and emergencies. Maddie’s customer service skills are stellar. I can’t say enough about these two. Highly recommend
We were getting ready to move into a new build home. I noticed a lot of spiders. Per reviews Iwent with Its Bugs or Us. They were wonderful from the start. From scheduling to getting Nick out here that same way. Price is great and I even signed up for a year contract. I know I can count on Its Bugs or Us in the future. I called this place based on the reviews. Well, they dont even touch the surface of how great this group is. We found bedbugs in my daughters bedroom. We all lost our minds. Nick showed up the same morning we called, prepared to spray the house. After discussing all the factors, we decided to do the heat treatment. It was quite an ordeal to get it all prepared, but we wanted to be sure the critters were GONE. Nick was compassion and understanding that this was more than just a bug problem- it takes an emotional and psychological toll, as well. There have been many questions that he has patiently answered. He even made another trip out, just to calm everyones fears. No more bedbugs but the angst lives on! I would recommend this family owned and operated business absolutely- 100%. They are awesome.
Great service I recommend this company to anyone that wants fast effective response to bed bug problems. Everyone at this company has been amazing, Nicks service was tremendous. It has been a week and NO BED BIGS..... I reached out to It’s Bugs or Us this morning, he was at my door same day. When I opened the door, I was greeted with a smile- at a 6’+ distance, as to keep social distancing in mind, Nick explained he would be putting his respirator on, come in & explain What he would be spraying, what it took care of & to keep my puppy off the floor for at least a half hour. He had his over the shoes booties on, not to bring dirt/mud into my home. He sprayed the entire house, explained things one more time & excused himself as he sprayed the outside of my home as well.Nick & his daughter are AMAZING people & beyond courteous & professional. In this crazy time in the world it’s hard to find people that are willing to be helpful & do their job with a bright, genuine smile.Thank you It’s Bugs Or Us!!!
Called for bed bug treatment in one of my rental properties and they showed up for a “free” inspection and amazing pricing for heat treatment.Amazing workers will recommend to friends.
Highly recommended! I had a contract with orkins but they would never get rid of the problem, after so many tries I decided to try a different company and glad I found bugs or us. Nick is always on time and was really helpful to getting our problem under control! He does whatever it takes to get rid of your pest problems!

Well, this company was the only one that returned my phone call and the secretary promptly scheduled someone to come out the next day. 2022-07-14Tim and Nick are awesome! Its Bugs or Us is SO EASY to communicate with via text. They are professional and have a guarantee on their services. I had to find a pest control company due to a water leak next to my condo that keeps causing bug issues. Its Bugs or Us is very patient and provides quality service! I highly recommend using them for all your pest control needs. They send you a detailed report after each service also. They can usually get you on the schedule pretty quickly!

2022-04-28Steve and Tim are just AMAZING! They came in and gave a quote. Came back the next day for treatment. Price was more than great I even paid for a year upfront!! Steve was more than professional and made us feel at ease when explaining every treatment we inquired about. They did a total inspection of our home and were prompt and kind! I couldn’t be happier! Today they came and did treatment. They suggested the best route for the treatment to work best. I’ve never seen a pest control company do as much as Steve and Tim did!! I am SO happy to have chosen bugs or us!!!!!! Not to mention Maddie at the office is beyond sweet! Thank you Steve and Tim!!!!! I feel like I can sleep better at night now!

2022-07-13I recently had an issue with some bugs around the house - ants and roaches. Called several places only to be told I had to commit to a long term contract anywhere from $25 - $45 a month. Then I contacted Erik at Its Bugs or Us and he offered a one time fee - which is exactly what I wanted. We scheduled an appointment and he did a thorough treatment of our place. Erik was very pleasant and answered all of my questions. I wont hesitate to call him back if needed.

2022-06-23Steve arrived early for this appointment and performed in a professional manner. He inspected the garage for signs of mice or rats. Nothing was found in regards to mice or rats.Steve also found three hornet nests above my front door he quickly destroyed teo of them with a long pole and sprayed another with hornet spray. It was a clean and easy removal process.

2021-06-01Nick was so friendly and kind. We were able to get on the schedule within 48 hours for a free inspection! Nick came to do the inspection and was super thorough and honest. My sister was actually the one home since I was working. I gave him a call to get specifics on the issue and quote. He gave me a quote (fantastic price) and then said he actually had enough time to come treat that day! He had left, but turned around and came back to the house and treated right then. So thankful for the peace of mind and extremely fast turnaround! Nick went above and beyond to provide us great service at a super reasonable price. Thank you Nick!

Not only was he professional but he was very kind and informative. I am very pleased with the pricing as well. 2021-01-28Nick was great. I called him because I had a rodent problem. He gave me an option for him to come out and do it but, also gave me ways that I could do it and save money. It is rare to find somebody who is more interested in their customers than their bottom line. Great job, super friendly. They definitely have my business from now on.
