2022-01-09So we visited JA’s Kitchen based on a referral from a neighbor and I am not mad at all. We did reservations and upon arrival, we might have waited 2-3 minutes. Not bad at all. The inside was pretty busy. However, it wasn’t overly noisy at all. There may have been 3-4 tables available. Once we were seated, we were greeted by Allison. She was sweet as a button. Very attentive to our table and she recommended great starters to get our meal going. The food was very fresh and each bite begged you to eat more. Some establishment tends to over season seafood, the crispy catfish was seasoned to perfection. I did the fresh squeeze lemonade and I must say I’m so happy they didn’t dump a pound of sugar into it. The lemonade was so refreshing. Well if you’re in the Cedar Park area, stop by. Being it was very busy when we arrive, I would recommend reservations as well.
