I was picking up a delivery order. And I had to wait for the order but I believe they had just received the order when I did because I was close by. However the manager had an attitude because I corrected her mistake by putting whip topping on one of the shakes. (I saw her do it then triple checked before I spoke up) she kept looking at the screen while she was making the order. But to many times. Thats what made me check the order myself. So she tries to tell me Im wrong. Instead of checking. So I showed her my phone. She went and scooped it out and just added more ice cream and no oreos. Mix it up and back in the cup holder with shake all over the sides. Hate I didnt take pictures. I hild her she could have wiped the sides off. And thats she was rude as I cleaned it up and left the napkin for her to clean up. Very rude.Extra star is only because the rest of her team understood the assignmentπ
Shamikia had the worst attitude. Plus my order was wrong. Im glad I made her give me my receipt because at 1st we didnt even get one.. I tried to call the store no answer didnt want to wait in line just to get the right order. Didnt even want to deal with the rudeness so we just went some where else.. Sad when people hate their job.. Ive worked fast food and hated it but never did I treat people with disrepect.
Need to be better trained with online orders- ordered on line so I wouldnβt have a long wait time but when I got there there was nothing ready and they didnβt even know how to pull up the order I provided all the information on my side the receipt the order number the time my name but nothing helped make this process any betterThen when I wanted to cancel the order because it was already too overwhelming and frustrating they didnβt know how to neither.Whatβs the point of even having an app or a pick up option if itβs all trash??
This location night shift is horribleπ.... the customer service was horrible... I didnt get a greeting at the speaker.... the girl working the drive thru had an attitude she was black with a bun on top of her head....if she dont wanna work she need to quit cause she is doing ur company no just doπ.... she was slamming the drive thru window on us like she was not here to serve....I will not be returning...thumbs down....plus I paid for cheese on my burger and I got home to discover that there was none on it.... horrible experienceπ
Horrible. Just left there 1230 at night and the manager or who ever is in charge at the window is a joke. Unprofessional, rude, over charges (check your reciets) instead of answering questions like asking to sub fried chx instead of grilled (been out for 3 weeks now) theyll put you on hold for 10 min because its funny. Its ok though the whole thing was recorded and will be sent to corporate so I guess now were both laughing.
Ordered my food and got to the window and paid. AFTER I paid, Faviola then says that it would have been cheaper to get the meal. I asked her to refund me so I could just get the meal. She then ignored me and gave me cold, gross food. I hate this! I hate this location!
I am so glad and excited to go to Walmart to purchase my familys food and any items needed for my family. God bless me to get all my disable Wifes medicines at Walmart. I thank God for loving me and Tammy enough to give a chance to shop at Heaven. Thank you Wonderful Walmart.
At approximately 12:46am threw 1AM on 06/20/2021 i ordered a six dollar Munchie meal from the drive threw window. As i ordered my food ths Black female with the mop for hair was extremely rude, not only did she give me the wrong order she did not give me a receipt as i request ed nor did she ask me what drink did i want. Her services is as bad as her mop hair please do us all a favor and fire here thank you
Waited 20 minutes for a drive thru order. Then the order was wrong, they actually forgot meat in my burger! Had to go inside to get order corrected and they gave me the wrong burger again! On the third try the burger was finally right! The employees were kind but very unconcerned with the correctness of orders because there was another drive thru customer behind me with an incorrect order. If you choose to go here check your order!!!
I would normally give them a 5 star rating but this visit wasnt as its been in past visits. I assume my food was made fresh (per normal) but it wasnt hot. I immediately took my sandwich out to eat (because I can never wait) with the store still in my view & the 1st thing I noticed was it was very luke warm. It was disheartening BUT its the holiday season & Im sure everyone is busy. I didnt want to go back (which I would normally do) & make a big deal out of that todayπ
We waited in the drive through for 15 minutes. It wasnt worth the wait..The food was cold and he almost handed me a drink with nothing in the cup...I dont know if any one else noticed Jack in the box only has one lane..so once youre in that lane theres no leaving..youre basically stuck...And they have a policy in place where. They cant ask the car to move up so they can bring them their order when its ready..Because they are not allowed to come out and bring you your order.. The one off I35 South in my book is in last place....
I went to buy 3 number 12 only the sandwiches and this is the second time that the same black lady with long false braided hair the two times that we have gone to badly treated me and my family. She is always arrogant and with a bad temper I told her please 2 ice cofee and she just prepared one then I asked her about the curly fries chile cheese, I asked about the size of the box and she did not answer this will be my last time that I will go shopping there. thanks
I went through the drive thru and I LOVED IT!! I ordered my food and when I pulled up to pay for my order, Timothy suggested another way to order and he saved me 3 dollars. When I up to get my food, I got it super quick. My food was completely fresh. My fried were fresh and everything was amazing. I drive 7 minutes to this one because the one near me house is nasty. I highly recommend this location!
Ordered mine and my kids breastfed , my daughters breakfast plate was missing so I gave her my breakfast sandwich. Reluctantly because it was not fresh. I spent over 30.00 on cold nasty food and the most expensive item was missing from my order. Never will order from here again.
I just went through the drive thru and ordered a large drink with my meal the drive thru person handed my drink to the man in front of me thinking it was his order but then the guy after already having it in his car and hands gives it back to the restaurant and leaves I pull up and he hands me the exact same drink. EEWWWWWWW. So much for being sanitary
Every time I show up from 3-5am they claim the system is down for maintenance or that they only accept cash. Just cut off the open sign if youβre not open. Donβt understand how they have a full staff but always seem to be unable to take orders. Seems like they are happy to turn away customers in my opinion.
Just came from this location. I come here because it is closest to my home they do often make mistakes and I still come and spend my money here but today was the worst customer service I ever experienced from this place and from the manager at that. She had an attitude from the very beginning. Rushing me to order at the intercom to not excusing herself to go get change for a 20 dollar bill. Not to mention the cashier at the first window also had an attitude. I get to the second window and get asked if Id like any condiments from one employee then after waiting a while I ask for my food thats when the manager steps in and rudely says it takes 3 minutes understandable however there is a nice way to express it. The manager was arguing with me instead of trying to cooperate with me. Honestly that is inexcusable and I will be calling corporate on them.
I ordered an ultimate cheeseburger combo with curly fries and a coke, my girl ordered the loaded curly fries and tacos. The order taker got our order correct and gave us our food in a timely manner. The burger was juicy and fresh and the soda tasted great, however, the fries were stale and hard to chew. I went back inside and asked the manager if we could get them replaced, when I told her they tasted stale she gave me a very rude stare and said no they were made fresh to this I responded that I worked for JIB for a few years and know the difference between fresh and old fries. She was not happy and after another uncomfortable moment of her looking at me as if Im a scammer or a liar she reluctantly took my fries and discarded them while ordering the fry cook to remake them. Needless to say I felt pretty offended by her attitude and one of her employees noticed and actually commented on it saying he was sorry and surprised that she had acted that way toward me. Since I have a background in the fast food industry I know it can be stressful at times, and there are people out there that are always looking for freebies, and because of that I decided not to make a formal complaint and just let it slide, after all she did remake the fries and they were much better this time around. Treating your customers with dignity and respect helps ensure that they will remain your customers, so dont sweat the small stuff.
The manager by name jacklyn took my order and repeated the last of my order back to me. When I heard this I said to her i wanted two of chicken brunch burgers and 4 regular one except 1 with no mayo and she repeated back only the last part of my order. Im assuming she got the first part since i saw it on screen and finally she had not posted what she repeated so she told me the balnce and i drive forward after waiting for 4 other cars to go to window i get up there and my order is all wrong i try to give back the bags and the little boy at window argues with me that I agreed to the order while manager jacklyn stands behind him watching. She continues to watch him argue and I simply say to take it back and let makes sure it is right. She steps up and continues to argue with me and again i say i want to two chickens and 4 brunches and she says well i will just refund you two sandwiches. Now she doesnt tell me im refunding but this will not be on card for days. She continues to tell the boy to make me those other 4 sandwhiches and she tells me that will be 17 dollars and some change. I go okay i give my card it doesnt pay for all the sandwiches. She then goes you owe 7. 63 cent. Im like okay so I know I have enough funds to make transaction but then she says well your card is zero now thats what you owe I tell her never mind i will go else where. She very matter if fact said OKAY go ahead I tell her my plan to post this on facebook yelp and other social pages she says thats fine you can go to my Facebook too. I tell her idk if this is because im black or what because i never see this happening to the primarly hispanics in her store since she is a hispanic person herself. She says no thats not it, i dont have a problem! so at this point im like okay so she walks off with my card to go to another computer and comes back with more refund reciepts but she does refund all money. I tell her im contacting corporate and she like have a good day. I said I dont plan to return unless she is retrained or some other manager is on duty. She could not care less my suggestion is go straight to .mcDonalds or Burger king. Burger king has waaay better croissants anyway. I feel like if you work in prublic service first number one rule is dont argue and learn what makes your interaction unsatisfying and finally the worker should be familiar with the public where they work. If you cant relate to me you dont take me serious or prehaps display a careless behavior towards my problem. I wont be going back i plan to tell all my friends and family about this.
Most of the time i visit here my order is wrong so i know to check my order before i leave they fix it right then and there but never appologies for their mistake. Once this guy took my order thru drive thru n he was yawning while taking my order . Idk why they get away with this. And its true what the other posts said about waiting for manager to fix or replace order when u call inn the mistake n try to get ur order replaced. If you notice theyre getting 1 start for their customer serviced its worser than the jack in the box on E. lancaster... hopefully they get enough bad reviews to train their employees on customer service .. take the survey on the receipt belive me they get flagged n district manager will come visit n straightned all that bad customer service up.π
I ordered a jumbo Jack so did another lady. Somehow they switched our orders and instead of making me a new burger they gave me her burger that she touched and looked thru. She seen that they gave me her old one and asked if she could take it back up there. When I found out what they did I got my money back. Terrible service.
I didnt like my experience at all. At first, it took us 30 minutes waiting for our food outside, and they screwed up my order twice. The lady there wasnt even cooperative to get us our order right. Also, people who got WAYYY more things than us that got there later got their food faster. Smh
Was just at this location and service here was bad if I could I would give it no stars but I have to at least give it one start in order to write this review.Came to the drive-thru with my daughter waited 7 minutes before I got to the ordering speaker and was trying to order a number eight and then was trying to use a coupon for National Burger day that was text to me for buy one burger and get one free but the person at the order in window said I could not use it so I cancel my order and decided to go to another Jack and the Box but still had to wait in line to get out of line and waited an additional seven to eight minutes before I got to the actual window and then I waited at the window an additional three minutes before the actual employee came to the window to ask for the managers name so a total of time wasted was 18 minutes now that is poor service and poorly trained employees and the manager that was on duty was Ms Martinez.
If I could give it 0 stars I would, TERRIBLE SERVICEE!!!! Nasty attitude!!!! And they take HOURSS, even though theres like NO PEOPLE!!! Also, they expect you to eat 7 tacos with 3 little bags of hot sauce and your large curly fries with 2 ketchup bags!! Like really??? π€¬π€¬π€¬
Like the other customer I see on here had Timothy assist them with their drive through order as well. This gentleman take my order on two separate occasions. He is very delightful as well as helpful in my order. Food has always been pretty good, average to other JITB. But I do have to mention one crazy time in drive through, it was pretty late around 11. Me and my guy had to grab something to eat, this older man named Mario takes our order. It was the funniest time ever. His thick accent and you could tell he was new at it. Everything he was saying was just cracking us up. My boyfriend tried to stay serious. This man had a strong Spanish accent. Me and my boyfriend are Hispanic. I kept telling my bf just say it in spnish, my bf made me laugh even more bc he said no he needs to learn, Im helping him lol. Best t drive-thru time ever ππππ
If i could rate a zero i would worst service ever. employees are so rude and the act like the have no manner to talk to people they are really rude. they never can hear ur order thru intercom and when they mess up order its ur fault and have to wait till the store manager comes in the morning to get your order correct i have never heard of that. I thought the customer is always right but i guess at this location it different. When they first opened it was very good location but now its the worst.
Called to inquire about the dine in hours. A Rep refused to give me his name, managers name, yelled at me, and hung up on me. I asked a simple question but couldnt get a word in edgewise. Its been awhile since Ive been to a Jack but thought Id give you guys another chance. My mistake
Poor customer service, the manager, dont understand English well, shes very rude, and the employees are too, the early morning crew, that works at 9:00 a.m...Fire and hire friendly people...She got upset and told Hubby and his Mom to leave, then, she followed his mom out the store..Wow..

2022-04-21This location promotes that it is open 24/7. Every day I come here before I go in to work at 6:30 and depending on who is working that day determines whether or not I am able to place an order. There are obviously people inside because I can see them but they ignore you as if you were not there. Looks like I am going to have to find a new place to eat breakfast. Not to mention there were 3 other cars wanting to get breakfast. We all left and went to Mcdonalds. I would give 0 stars if I could.

2021-09-05Id never been to a Jack in the box, so I was a little excited. I ordered breakfast, I ordered each of the two croissant sandwiches, and instead got two of the same. Not a big deal, but bad first impression. I didnt feel like driving thru again to fix my order, and the potatoes were fine, but then sausage croissant wasnt very good at all anyway.

2022-03-08Update-I wanted to try one of their Munchie Meals but when I got there around 4:30am I was told they were cleaning the grills. A woman told me to comeback at 5am. So at 5am the munchie meals are $8 instead of $6 NO THANKS. I proceeded to go to the location off SE Loop 820 and they had no tacos for the Munchie Meals. I told the lady at the drive-thur to go ahead and give me the Munchie Meal without the tacos. After trying all their selections of tiny tacos Im done with them.Previous Review-Ive been trying jack in the box tiny tacos since the year started and theyve all been delicious. I always forget to take a photo, this time I got the taco box w/ dips. I stopped going to jack in the box because there was nothing I really enjoyed from the menu. But, these tiny tacos are a winner.

2022-04-17Jack in the box on East Berry in Fort Worth is the worst ever.. I pulled up and sat at the window for at least 6-8 mins saying hello.. the person inside finally came on and said βwelcome to Jack in the box just a minββ¦.I waisted my time because when she actually came back in the speaker she said βwe are short staffed do you still want to orderβ mind you there was a car in front of me and one behind me as well so I had no choice but to sit there until the other car movedβ¦ I asked her how long will it take for her only to say βI canβt hear youβ so when the car drove off in front of me I just drove off tooβ¦ the worst customer service I have ever experienced 0-10 they get a big fat ZERO!!!!!!! By the way it was 6:45 am

2022-05-16Recently the services from a lady at the drive thru at night named shamikia been having problems with taking our orders and getting it correctly ππ she couldnβt hear what we were trying to order twice when we come here. on two recent visits, she told us to pull up to the window after she took a long time to finish taking our order on the first visit then the second visit, she took so long to finish taking our order again so at this point idk what was sheβs trying to do but I got frustrated and told my brothers weβre not coming back to this jack in the box smh π€¦π»ββοΈ No welcoming services at all!!

2022-05-02Look at the reviews in the last few months prior to this. They nailed it. They claim 24 hour service and will take your money AND have an UberEats driver make their way to the location only to find a blocked drive through. The driver went to the door and after several minutes was told they were not going to make the order (by one of the THREE employees). Either youre 24 hours or your not, bub. Wasting two peoples time. Pathetic. (10:30pm on a Sunday).

2022-06-20Bad experience 2nd time going and not ever have teriyaki bowl... they can at least put a little sign out on the drive thru menu board saying they do not have the item AND their lines been crazy long!!

2022-05-02The Latino Hispanic and ladies in the Drive-Thru rush you after drive-thru so fast I understand the driveway has a move in a timely manner but they always leave things out of my order and I keep having to go back to get them to complete my order I keep receiving incomplete orders in the Drive-Thru I do not recommend to go to this place

2022-05-16They dont even deserve a star but only way to leave a review .I went thru the drive thru on 5.15.2022 around 9pm waited on line for about 10 min to get my food ..I get home and started eating my food when I see a hair stuck to the fries and something told me to also check my burger and no bs there was also a hair stuck in between the cheese slices I tried calling few times no answer ...they need to have a responsible manager during all shifts they only have bunch of dumb kids working there with attitudes dang burger flippers π π€£ π
