We are returning customers to Jaime Luna State Farm mainly due to the awesome customer service they provide us. Very personalized service by Glenn Rodriguez when working with him on our Home & Auto insurance. Glenn was very courteous, professional and had great follow up. Jaime Luna was very professional in helping my siblings & I get our mothers life policy processed when she unexpectedly passed of Covid. He handled all the details while we focused on my mom’s final arrangements. You may pay a little more with State Farm but it’s worth the personalized service than calling a 800 #.
After being with this office 5+ years I am fed up with this office and insurance company. They have made mistake after mistake this past 2 and 1/2 years. They made their last and final mistake and made changes on my policy without my consent and managed to double my policy. I have found an insurance company that with match my coverage and I’m going to pay less, thanks to Gieco!
Recently called in and got a quote from Ana, she was very professional and explained so much on my auto quote. Totally recommend this office!

Been with Jaime Luna for 7 years. Never thought we would leave them but transferred agents due to 2 mishaps on their behalf. I decided to cut ties after that. It not only affected our car insurance but also our life insurance less then 4 months apart. Never had a late payment and yet I received past due notices on a CANCELLED life insurance policy. When I called in regards to these late notices I was just told to disregard them??? After the insurance had been cancelled for three months, then we got a high bill for over $190 due to their negligence. They made us owe back pay for a discount we were fully aware and told would come off the policy. Except after 2 months they told us they never took it off and we owed that discount back… I was done. Avoid REGINA at all cost.
I contacted state farm in search of a reasonable rental insurance pricing. Glenn Rodriguez assisted me with this inquiry and provided outstanding customer service. We had been looking for a new insurance provider for a couple of months. The sale and purchase of a new vehicle put us on the fast track to make a decision. It was Memorial Day weekend, on Memorial Day... Rick called me, listened to all of my needs and quickly went to work for us. In less than 24 hours we became official State Farm customers, moving our home and auto policies. I cant say enough about Rick. There are still people out there that provide fantastic, professional, customer service. After going over the policies with us, the State Farm product speaks for itself. Its exactly the change we needed! I gave our insurance carrier of 11 years the opportunity to quote our new vehicle, and the price was significantly higher. Overall, we are saving money, and we are getting better coverage! Ask for Rick if you want an awesome experience!

Jaime Luna, why would you just hang up on me when I told you that I already have insurance???? I told you that I recently got new insurance coverage for my car and house, you are still trying to give me a quote, I said I was satisfied with what I have, then you hung up on me!!!! This agency is the worst! I called a month and a half ago gave a new card number after my old bank acct closed, but it was never posted to my account. So while I thought my payments were going to be withdrawn each month on its own they werent! They NEVER posted my new information and charged the amount to my old card which was rejected. They NEVER called/emailed/sent letters to ask for a new card number or to let me know the payments werent going through. They claim to have sent ONE POSTCARD to an address I specifically told them not to (on several different occasions) and to have called which yes they did 3 times but not in regards to my policy being cancelled. They called to get me to finance with them. Because I missed this ONE payment after THEIR mistake my policy was cancelled for 5 days before I knew. I called several times during the month to find out when my payment would be taken out and I was told The agent you need to speak with is out of the office or Our systems are down and I cant get to your account. When I realized what happened I asked what could be done since it wasnt MY mistake it was theirs. They said I had to pay for TWO FULL MONTHS or wait a week before my policy could be reinstated. I will NEVER use this agency again. Its a shame that they treat their customers this way because State Farm is a good company but since these people have no regard for their clients Ive had to look for insurance elsewhere. I have told others about this and they have canceled their policies for similar reasons. Be careful if you choose this agency.

2022-07-01After contemplating for a while on switching companies, we felt at ease by working with Jose J.! He went in depth with what the auto/home policies entailed and was able to give us a quote that was ultra competitive and ultimately saved us close to $100 per month. Jose was kind, patient, and won over our business by answering our plethora of questions. 2022-05-09I was assisted by Grayson Scott on April 29th on an auto quote, tried to up sale me on adding homeowners insurance. He was very misleading on the bundle package quoting me a different price charged my debit card for more than what he explained. He said he was emailing me a payment Auth but instead of waiting formally for my consent he went ahead and charged my debit card without my authorization for an unauthorized amount. This is fraud. I immediately called and emailed him to tell him that I was not interested in homeowners insurance and to refund the difference. He assured me that I was only getting auto and will be refunded for the homeowners policy. It is now May 9th and have not been refunded for the homeowners policy and come to find out I have an active homeowners insurance policy. Grayson Scott’s knowingly knew that I did not want homeowners insurance and deceitfully established the homeowners policy & set me up for automatic premium withdrawal without my knowledge or consent. Beware of who you do business with this agency will defraud their customers.
