Brandon and team were here today replacing my AC. They were professional and friendly. It is always a pleasure to do business with JARIC.
Not only was he online he was early! He quickly looked inside and outside. A simple fix and cleaning and our unit is back in business.
JARIC came highly recommended for their skill & integrity in HVAC systems… but Jordan even surpassed our expectations! Not only was he prompt, but he was so very thorough in his inspections and explained everything in detail, as well as being very friendly. Having used the same HVAC company in Indiana for 30 years, we were so very happy to find a company as good as JARIC & Jordan for our new Texas home!
Jaric AC and Heating replaced the old plenum that was the wrong size for my newer system and adjusted/corrected the associated ductwork. They were timely, professional, personable, and explained the needed repair in an easy to understand way. They were an excellent value, charging much less than a large local HVAC company that bid the identical work. I will be using Jaric for my future AC work and highly recommend them.
JARIC AC and Heat were amazing!! Very responsive, friendly, and honest. Got our AC fixed and checked all the other components on it to make sure it was up to par. They went above and beyond by even setting my boxes that had been delivered inside when they left! We will for sure use them in the future!
This was one of the best experiences I’ve had with an HVAC company in a long time, from my initial call to my experience with Jordan, my technician. He was here in an hour from the time I called with no AC, fixed the issue, clearly explained why it happened and was as tidy as could be. To top it off, the price was reasonable and I didn’t get an upsell. I’d give JARIC more than 5 stars if I could.
On a rating scale from 0-10 for Jarics, I would rate this company a 20. From first contact with Jim, the owner, to the installers, the entire experience was excellent. Not only were they prompt, they arrived a little earlier than scheduled. Brandon supervised an awesome team of professional, efficient, and polite individuals to get the job done. Jim has come to work on and maintain my unit for years. He extended the life of it every summer and was ready to do that again this year but I had had enough of my builder basic brand and bought a new system from them.Their work is superb, they do not hard sell or invent problems, prices are more than fair. Weve asked JARIC to come out a couple of times in the past for a couple of A/C repairs, and they were great to work with. When we needed to replace the entire unit, they did excellent work.Jim, Brandon, and team were very attentive to detail, communicative, and really want to provide their customers with the best possible solution. I had problems with upstairs heading and downstairs AC. AC was a quick fix but the upstairs heat he went though a thorough diagnosis that the previous company had quoted $1200 on. His cost to fix the heater? $0. Just got to get the roofer back over to fix the exhaust pipe top. Nice to have a knowledgeable repair guy
Jim and his crew did an excellent job installing a new American Standard unit this morning. Quality of workmanship is top notch. Communication with customer (me) was exceptional. Work was done quickly and in a very professional manner. Price was reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this very ethical company to others.
Technician was very prompt in arriving. He assessed the situation and corrected the problem and put the thermostat back into the wall. He instructed me on how to properly access battery section. He did a great job and was very efficient. He welcome to.come in the Spring and tune up my A/C.

Jaric is by FAR the most responsive, prompt, and professional HVAC company we have worked with as homeowners over 26 years. Jordan our technician notified us via email and text prior to his arrival. My furnace was reaching the end of its efficient life. I contacted JARIC to advise me and provide me with an estimate to replace it. I felt confident in going with JARIC because their expertise and knowledge was evident from the first meeting I had with owner Jimmy. I am so happy with my new furnace and with the service they provided. Exceptional customer service, in depth knowledge, honest advice, and superior efficiency during the replacement process. I highly recommend JARIC and will be using their services from now on.
JARIC AC was great! They were professional and high quality. They fixed my AC installation that was not done right, and made sure each aspect of the system was done the CORRECT way, not the fastest or “it will work” way.
I signed up for JARICs annual maintenance program through which they will do an A/C tuneup in the spring and a heating tuneup in the fall. Members of this program do not have to pay a service call fee for repairs and get a discount on parts. Brandon came out and found and fixed some leaks in our unit, changed out our filter, and checked and cleaned the condenser. Afterwards we received a very detailed report about the condition of all our equipment. He was not pushy and I wasnt charged anything beyond what I was quoted for the maintenance program. I highly recommend.
JARIC is an amazing HVAC company. I was referred to them by a friend, and am so happy I didn’t go with one of the “other” companies. Jim and Company are very responsive and always helpful. JARIC has a life-time customer here.
I’ve been so impressed with JARIC. It’s very easy to schedule an appointment and the service has been impressive every time! Darwin, in particular, is a fantastic tech and he deserves a promotion and/or special shout out. I have been very pleased with JARIC. They are very timely with appointments and keep you informed when they will be arriving. Darwin has been our technician for spring and fall tuneups and kept our 15 year a/c unit running great through the hot summer. He is very thorough and knowledgeable in answering questions and very personable. I like the diagnostic reports for our units that are emailed for our records. JARIC gives us peace of mind that our units will make it through the heating and cooling seasons.

This company is wonderful to work with! We have been using them for the last 5 years and the previous owners used them prior. They are very helpful and honest. The owner does not try to up sell or tell you things you don’t need. I even had them out and the issue wasn’t resolved. They put Part of the money I paid for the first visit towards what I had to pay the second visit when the issue didn’t get fixed. He is honest in his assessment and let’s you choose what you want to do for your home. I recommend getting your units serviced and maintenance as it will save you money in the long run to not have to change all vents/ducts at one time. They also wear masks and booties and clean up any areas that insulation may have traveled. 😊
Weve used Jaric for years. Its a family owned business and we trust Jaric for everything. On Saturday evening I found water flowing outside and we had a small water spot on the ceiling over our bathtub.I sent Jimmy a text and the next morning (Sunday), his son came out and took care of the problem immediately.Thank you, Jaric!
Awoke to the a/c blowing hot air this morning with the temps being in the upper 90s this time of year. I was referred to JARIC by a neighbor and have had a great first experience. The woman who handles the scheduling was prompt and friendly. I was delighted to be offered service the same day. The tech, Jim, was courteous and knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the issue, replaced the part and cleaned the unit and explained what he had done. The service charge and repair fees were reasonable. Will definitely call again should the need arise.

Excellent customer service, quality work and clean up. This will be our company for all future services, I am a customer for life. They replaced our AC/furnace and all new ducts in the attic. Very knowledgeable of AC units and the ducts air flow. We had 3 quotes and Jaric came out on top. Jimmy did not try to over sell us a higher priced unit I was looking at installing. We choose the unit he suggested and could not be happier. This was a big job and Jimmy was here most of the day to make sure things went well. They showed up on time and all work was completed ahead of schedule.

We had a few things to check out from our home inspection. Jaric AC was able to come out on a days notice. Darwin and Jimmy both came and spent a lot of time going over all areas of concern - and everywhere else - and explaining every step and every need. They were knowledgeable, patient, and kind. AC repair makes me nervous, but these guys are honest and fair. Highly Recommend and will definitely use for all future needs!
Jim and his crew have been taking care of my home HVAC systems for approximately 14 years. It was only natural that I would contact them immediately after purchasing a “new” home in January. The day after closing, January 29 Jim and his crew arrived to replace three, thirty year old sytems. The crew is efficient, clean, and professional. At the end of the day all three systems were up and running. Jim patiently and kindly guided me through the upgrades in SMART technology. I wish I had the ability to rate them higher, but words do not exist.
Loved our experience, and JARIC has become our go-to for any AC/heating needs. Case in point: my AC unit stopped working last summer. First guy told me that we needed a new system, since the spare part we needed had been phased out over the last couple of years. A new $5K system! A contractor friend recommended JARIC to us, so we called them up for a second opinion.The technician came out the very next morning, explained that he had seen this issue multiple times and that the part we needed was indeed being phased out - but that the phasing period wouldnt end until 2020 or 2022. He replaced it in less than 15 minutes. So instead of $5K, we paid $148. The AC unit has been working ever since. Customer service experience was great, too - cant recommend these guys highly enough.

Jaric A/C & Heating Company is AWESOME. I have been a customer for a couple of years for yearly maintenance. When it came to the real deal (my A/C stopped performing the day before July 4th, great timing, right?) they came to the rescue. I called Jaric and they were out within an hour. Put a bunch of refrigerent in to get me by, we thought. The next morning, July 4th, the A/C wasnt getting the job done. Called Jaric and Jim was out with a portable A/C Unit. In the mean time Jaric rearranged their schedule to fix my issue on Friday, July 5th. Their proposal was VERY detailed so there was no confusion about the work and pricing. Their work was very professional. The communications were very responsive and clear. Their integrity was without question. I highly recommend Jaric A/C and Heating to protect and maintain a major part of the homeownership infrastructure.

This is now my Go to company for all of my HVAC needs. I was hoping for a consultative sales approach which is exactly what I received. I never felt as like I was being sold. The salesperson discussed the situation I was facing and the options to address it. He provided three solutions at three varying price levels. His suggestion was to go with option #1 which was the least costly as he was confident it would address the issue. I took his recommendation and did just what he said and now have a well functioning system at an affordable repair cost. He couldve easily told me that I needed the most expensive option which wouldve made little to no difference in my systems performance but wouldve made a drastic difference to my bank account. This is an outstanding family owned business! The owner, Jim, bent over backwards to help me with a horrible Lennox unit. By the way...dont ever buy a Lennox! Another company sold it to me and I had nothing but problems with it. The 1st time I called Jaric, Jim came out and spent a solid hour identified the problem and fixed it. Told me it was a consult and didnt charge me. Of course I called Jaric back the next time it broke. He went to bat for me to try to get Lennox to replace their flawed unit. To no avail, but he made the effort and I appreciate it! This is a trustworthy company run by good people! You cannot go wrong with them!

2022-01-06We had a couple of other companies come out about 2-3 times to try to fix our heating and air issue. Each time the same problem would return about a week later. A friend told us about JARIC, and I am so glad they did! First impression was good. We received a call back right away and was able to setup an appointment within 2 days. Jim was our repairman. He came out on time and was courteous, professional, and very knowledgeable! It has been a little over 3 weeks now, and we are no longer having any issues at all. Thank you Jim!

They have always been honest with what services are needed and have never tried to up-sell us. They have kept a builder grade system running and I look forward to replacing my ac with them when it is time.

Brandons professionalism and sheer know-how was impressive, and he completed the AC repair and cleaning in very short order. Will definitely use them again (and ask for Brandon of course).

2021-11-17I have used JARIC A.C. and Heating for all my heating and AC needs for over 10 years now. They service my system twice a year and I have had them install new equipment when needed. Without exception they are timely, professional, and friendly. Brandon has been taking care of things for the last couple of years and he is top of the line. It feels good to know a professional, like those at JARIC, has checked out our system. I can rest easier knowing things have been done right.

2022-08-04I have had a great experience with this company. Our AC stopped working and I contacted them after work hours through a text message. They were quick to respond and schedule the appointment for the next morning. Brendon was very kind, professional and knowledgeable and he was able to identify the issue, purchase the needed part and fix the problem all within 2 hours. 2022-07-20I called Jim at 10:30am with an issue with my A/C. He was able to come out at 3:30pm the same day and Literally took him 15 minutes to repair. A/C working perfectly!!I called my old A/C company in Lucas and they couldn’t get out for a week to repair.JARIC A/C is my new heating and A/C company!!! Thank you Jim Richmond.
