They have a great selection of different products, but its just so crowded. The staff is super friendly and helpful though.
Its a normal beauty supply store, and its stocked with a lot of variety merchandise inside. Its clean as it can be considering the space, organized with a great cashier that checked me out, but not a lot of variety as far as Wigs go a little outdated for my liking.
So today 01/03/22 I arrived at 7:52 and the employees were standing at the door telling customers that they were closed. Even though the hours of operation are 9am-8pm. I explained that I knew that they were supposed to close at 8pm and the employee was extremely rude and shrugged her shoulders turned and completely ignored me and walked away. I have never experienced such horrific customer service in my life. Please address this issue with staff asap. This is extremely horrible service.
Not a great big supply of wigs but enough but they were so crowded together you had a hard time finding the one you wanted

Did not give me a refund or proper exchange on the hair I bought . told me I was paying the difference of the hair and ended up paying for the hair at full amount and kept the hair I had already .dude was very rude and unprofessional won’t be coming back.

This Jenny’s has the BEST ‘Wig Selection’ to me. I have noticed that their prices are a little higher than their sister locations, but their wig selection is unbeatable. It is an older beauty supply and doesn’t appear as big as the other locations, but still feasible. Their lash selection is the standard price of other beauty store competitors. I’m not sure about their hair products, or bundles, etc., I go for the wigs only. They also sell the wig caps for $2.99 for 5 caps, instead of $1.99 for 2 caps and I appreciate a good deal!

When I walked into this store, for the first time, it was mind-blowing!This place is huge, and stacked wall-to-wall with tons of products.Its a pretty popular place, too, because a lot of people seem to shop, here, regularly.One issue I have, though, is that some of the products have huge markups, so its definitely a resale shop, of some kind.
Great huge selection of eyelashes! Only complaint is it literally takes like 5 minutes to open anything you buy there because they super reinforce the packaging with clear tape I guess to prevent theft.

I like this store coz it has alot of the supplies that I need for my family and I. They have prices on most of the products I hate asking what the price of something is. And they dont follow you around like some beauty supplies do. If it was more spacious it would be better
I have shopped at this location for years. I now live 30 mins away and I still shop at this location. They have a huge variety from hair to make-up to sunglasses. I always find everything Im looking for for my girls and I. Maria is also extremely helpful.
I wish the store was more organized when it came to wigs. Although they dont have many choices it would be helpful to put them together instead of placing them around the store. Overall making it difficult to locate what you need or your looking for. You have to search alot for what you want there. However everything else is placed where it is easy to locate, like your makeup, braiding hair and hair products.
The sale prices were ok. The store is really cluttered when you first walk in; however I understand the reasoning for the bars and security. However, technology has grown so much, why not just add sensors on the products and add a floor detector instead of the detecting poles, that are taking up so much space and causing such tightness as you enter or exit the store. Google sent me to this location, but I normally go to another store somewhere close by. They are much cleaner and use sensors on their supplies. It just doesnt make you want to ever return.
This store has really been getting some nice upgrades in, since I first started visiting in 2015. They upgraded the wig area and currently are staying up to date with keeping everything stocked. The girls inside the store are pretty helpful with assisting you to find things. I am glad they got a new security system too, i hate when people steal.
Its was ok. I was surprised when I got help in the wig section department the young lady was very nice trying to help me find what I needed. Well-stocked clean is Jenny Beauty Store. Everybody has been there. A little pricey but they usually have what I need.

Needed some last minute hair products on a Sunday so I googled the address and got in at 5:49 pm. As we walked in, the lady yelled, Maam, we got 10 minutes left. I turned to her and replied, hello, how are you doing. I told her I realized that there was 10 minutes till they closed and I sarcastically thanked her for her assistance. As Im rushing through to find the products I needed, the owner walks by without even a hello. At 5:55 the lights shut off and the owner yelled that there was 5 minutes till they closed. My daughter and I rushed to find some things in dim lighting. In the end, as we walked to the register we decided not to spend a penny in this store. Customer service is the worst, I wasted so much time driving here from Keller only because my local store closed at 5:00. Dont waste your money or time. I only gave it one star because there wasnt a zero star option.
OMG!!! I fell in love with this store. From the selection to the prices. Im a very frugal person, so coming into this store only looking for one thing and walking out with several bags and only spent a 20 was the best thing ever. All of the things that I had to purchase online while living in Iowa due to not having ethnic hair stores, were right here within arms reach and within a 10 mile radius! I will def return!!!!
This beauty supply has everything. Large isles, well stocked, reasonable prices, lots of cashiers and a variety of brands to choose from. If they dont have it, they definitely will try to get it.
Always like going to Jenny Beauty Supply. They have a variety of supplies, and stocked very well. There prices are the usual on certain hair products. There make-up and fingernail polish is cheap. A large supply of hair and hair pieces, however their wigs prices seems to be a little high to me.
Extremely horrible service from the manager to the cashiers . Everyone act like they had a attitude your a beauty supply have better customer service . And they have nasty facial expressions and I asked could they call a sister store and then looked at me like I told them to cure cancer . I’m sorry this store is not African American friendly I refuse to go back or send anyone there
I had to get something done to my head and they had all the supplies i needed. She was helping everyone with No attitude. Thats why i go back. She can use more help and expansion is not a bad idea.
An explosion of cheese, no need to ask for extra. But it was still delicious. Table I sat at needed wiping off, but the waiter took care of it when he noticed. Spaghetti sauce was tasty but not enough on my Chicken Parmesan.
Was not greet and when I ask what for a specific brand for braiding her I was just stared as if I was talking to myself. They lady with the mess up bangs and I guess it suppose to be a bob is watch your ever as if you are about to steal.... don’t shop here not worth your time or money!

Good prices on products.. The security guard (with the security cam) sitting at the front door is kinda crazy! Nice staff and you can always see some crazy hair styles, make-up, and facial piercings there!!
This location has gotten better with friendly customer service. They’ve also upgraded their wigs. My only wish is that I can get a good, quality wigs that lasts longer than a week. I can find everything else I need there.
Too much stuff all over the place but if you have time to search, you can find some great buys.
The place is always clean and can find most hair products for any ethnic type! Their customer service skills at the register is blunt and efficient (and not in the best way, but not in the worst way either).

This store has a wide selection of beauty supplies. I also like the practice of hiring local people from the neighborhood to work there. The security guard at the front entrance gives the place a jailbird vibe. The practice of charging customers $0.50 for wig caps prior to trying on wigs seems a bit trifling.
This place is AMAZEBALLS!!! the selection is huge and could be overwhelming but they have it all a HUGE HUGE stock of curly hair products. Lots of hair weave of all textures and brands. Lots of makeup. Be prepared to go crazy. And the staff and other patrons are so friendly.
You cannot get good help here the employees dont know anything about natural hair or weaves, and they place synthetic wigs on a shelf stating that it is human hair and will quickly charge $400.00 for it. Do not go to this store unless you are an expert, you will be scammed!!!

I clearly needed help and no one assisted when I finally saw someone I had to say sir 5 times and he pointed to the next aslie where a lady was .. So rude yet you want my money , no thanks .. Idc if its inconvenient go somewhere where the people are grateful that youre spending your hard earned money.. Plus the wigs are extremely over priced , just get the name of the wig and look online .. Itll be about a $20+ difference!
Products are ridiculously overpriced and theyre taking advantage of the people in that community. To the customer, shop around and/or buy from Amazon. If youre not satisfied, Amazon will make it right. You dont have to take the beauty supply stores abuse.

No customer service. They don’t speak when you come in, the employees push past customers like they can’t be bothered and don’t ask where something is- major attitude. Some things are really cheap, like lash strips for as low as .64. If you have time, order online!

This used to be my go to store but as of about a year ago and up to now I realize that they are higher than most store, they OVER package everything and are not interested in the customer so I’ve stopped shopping their and referring my clients to them and also a few of these reviews are from women I know as employees of the store.
Good selections of hair and hair products! Some of the girls who help with the wigs could have a better attitude and be a bit more productive when helping. Other than that I like Jennys.
Its ok. I feel like the store so big that they should have at least 3 or 4 people on the floor to answer questions instead of waiting in line to ask one. Your not greeted when you come in and i was paying cash and because of that i had to fo get in another line.

Wack! They wanted me to buy a wig cap before I tried on a wig. In my eyes, I was going to buy a wig and the wig cap. I wasnt about to charge $1.00 on my credit card. Any other beauty supply lets me and the next beauty supply gave me one and I didnt even need to buy it. Glad I walked out of this one

This used to be my favorite beauty supply been shopping here for years and I have spent hundreds over the years. today I went to buy 10 bucks worth of supplies on my way to my hair appt with plenty time to spare and my card declined. but instead of telling me to call my credit card company or ask for a different card mike who I assume is the manager told me he had to keep my card and my id and I was a fugitive and he had to call the police! He asked me if I would wait for them I told him I would call too the look 30-45 mins to show just so the police could call the credit card company I was devastated and embarrassed and because I didnt want to leave my credit card and ID with this fool I missed my hair appt and had to pay a cancelation fee with my stylist because he didnt want to call the card company to verify the details it just left a bad taste in my mouth to tell me I was a fugitive instead of saying my card declined was dishonest and shady at best. If u go pay cash because if the card declines you may go to jail.
Best place in town for beauty supplies ! Huge store, have everything & the prices are AMAZING, much lower than any other place ! Youll go crazy shopping in there like I did.

2022-04-16Jennys beauty supply always has good process and lots of inventory. The staff could be a little bit nicer and welcoming in my opinion but theyve never been rude. They have a great selection of wigs, makeup, earrings etc. I recommend this place even though I do not like the shopping center that it it is within. The shopping center is not in a good location. However, Jennys makes it worthwhile to go there. I recommend this place for good deals and fair pricing.

2021-08-08I come here with my wife to get her hair. This is one of her favorite spots. I have found some great quality durags and oils for my hair and body. I have waves and Im very picky about my hair. This place has a top quality selection. It seems small but thats mainly due to all the products they have and not enough space.

2022-03-24If could give them zero stars, I would. I purchased beads for my daughter and before paying, I asked the cashier if I could return them. She told me yes. I get to the store and they said beads are not refundable. I nicely asked them if I could have a copy of the list of items that can’t be returned so this won’t t happen again and two different employees told me to “move out of line bc you aren’t buying anything” and another told me to grab a business card and take it up with them if I had a problem(this lady was a supervisor) She YELLED this across the store instead of calmly speaking to me respectfully. I did tell her she didn’t have to be rude and that I’m only trying to prevent this from happening again. I asked for her name and she refused to tell me (which is another Indicator that she’s dead wrong for how she spoke to me) they gave me a card with no office or anything to get in contact with. The other supervisor (Ivy) explained they don’t have to give their name once we ask for higher authority. I’m posting my experience everywhere I can because I don’t want any of my friends or family experiencing what I went through today. The only good thing is that Ivy did try to give me a better understanding of store policy and she was the only employee who was never rude.
