Wow!! This place was fabulous! They have an impressive selection of everything you could possibly need for art, especially painting. Their prices were very reasonable and their staff very knowledgeable.They also have a rewards program that if you enroll, you get 10% off your purchases!Overall, an incredible place. As of this writing in June, 2022, theyve only been there a few weeks. If you like art, you will definitely want to check them out!

I was very excited to be getting a new art supply store in the DFW area so I popped in this week. I work with primarily calligraphy and some watercolor. While I was happy to see a few different pointed pen options I could find in a local brick and mortar store, the prices were outrageous. I asked if they did price matching (it is against their policy) and when I got online to investigate the prices from Jerrys online and I was disgusted to see that the cost was half of what they were charging in store and online was less than the other prices I had asked about matching.The staff was still being trained and getting used to the store but were very friendly and eager to find the answers if they did not know. I am sad to see that there is not a large selection of supplies and am not likely to frequent if the prices and policies remain the way they are currently.

Lexus in the framing department is so knowledgeable, fast and incredibly efficient!! What wonderful customer service!! The rest of the crew fabulous as well. Thank you so much for a great experience!!

I give them 4 stars for variety and selection, but the prices are much higher than online, even with the 10% VIP discount. I learned that the online store and brick and mortar stores are separate companies and they do not price match the online price. Also, we do not pay sales tax in Texas when ordering from them online. Nice to have them in our town, but Ill probably still keep ordering online for large, bulk orders and save the store for when I need something quick.

Visited the store for the soft opening a couple of weeks ago. I live on the other side of town but will DEFINITELY be making frequent trips to Jerrys. Reminds me of the old Pearl Paint in NYC- they had everything you needed and a lot of stuff you didnt LOL. Awesome range of products for any creative media that you can think of. Inexpensive to pricey, everything in between. Very helpful staff, too- a PLUS. You will get inspired in here- I went in for some Frisket and got all KINDS of ideas! Yall, go and BUY, support this place! We NEED this kind of art store here in Dallas!
