Love this place great customer service Jacob is the best manager! called last minute today needed to place a large order to send a thank you to someone had it ready on time the food was delicious! Always great! Try to go there as much as possible!
The guys that work there are always very nice and ask how my day is going. Last time I picked up an online order they were running a little behind but offered my kids a free cookie. The sandwiches are always above par!

These guys are fast and the sandwiches are miles ahead of Subway. All the classic cold subs Ive tried have been awesome, but the Reuben is admittedly a bit too soggy for me. The Original Italian is my go to. Order it Mikes way and you wont be disappointed.

Bri, Mario, and Jacob are great employees, they always have a smile and good attitude when I come in. Not to mention that Jersey Mike’s subs are fantastic!! I definitely recommend this location, if you haven’t had their food you should ASAP! 10/10
This place is usually always on point, especially with their customer service, but I really wanted a Philly, but when I went (30 minutes before closing) they said they couldnt make one because they already cleaned the flattop... As someone in the restaurant industry, the flat top should not be shut down until youre actually closed. You cant just deny a guest because youre wanting to go home early.
Love these guys! They know my order when I walk in (being unique and all) and are extra friendly. My favorite place for a good sandwich.
The Philly cheesesteak is amazing. The two guys working there are very friendly and helpful. My wife had the Chipotle Cheesesteak and she loved it. I will definitely be coming back here regularly. Also their soda is good too, they have a few of their own brands of root beer and cream soda that are really good.
As always the food was excellent! I had a #13 mini with chips. The tea is very good here. This particular location was a little in disarray this week, with a sour smell, and the drink station was crowded and disorganized.

I have always loved Jersey mikes I ordered the chicken ranch club chicken was burnt the bacon was burnt there was no lettuce one tomato and it tasted horrible

Free regular sized birthday sub and drink if you sign up for their online Club. My fave is the Reuben, but meatball sub is too, but I like mine with lettuce, onions and tomatoes.

2020-11-03Absolutely Delicious!! I got a regular tuna sub Mikes way and was blown away by the flavor. The store was spotless. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming here again dont even think twice about the subway next door!

2021-12-07Food tasted good but man…. Customer service is just not what’s happening. I’m looking at the menu; first time I been here by the way and was asked multiple times if I’m ready. No one else in the store but me and my coworker. I was actually shocked. Rude and highly unmotivated people in there. I stood around for awhile before anyone even looked at me. Good luck Mikes Subs.

2022-05-08I ordered 1 bag of BBQ chips and 1 bag of Cheetos to go with our sandwiches, I got the sandwiches, but not the chips, AND, the charged me for the chips and cheats! Whats up with that?

2021-12-17Like others have noted, poor customer service. If you arrive any time between 11:30 and 1:00 youll be in line forever because all theyre doing is filling call-in orders. Ive had only two or three in front of me and it took me 20+ minutes to get my order and leave. During that time a dozen or more people will walk up, grab their order and walk out. I suspect people are turning to call-in orders because service is so slow. Hire more people or something, because its gotten ridiculous.

2021-03-08I didnt know what was missing from my life when it came to the sandwich until I went to Jersey Mikes. The club sub with bacon, all the way is my favorite sandwich, anywhere.The meat is sliced in front of you, samples are frequently offered, and its applied in generous amounts for no extra charge (unlike their competitors).They also have an excellent points system that allows you to earn a free sub after a certain amount of purchases which provides incentive to come back again and again.All of this along with exciting fountain drink favors and friendly, engaging employees has made this my favorite lunch spot in League City.

2021-11-22I waited long time in line to order, then I ordered Philly Cheesteakes and after waiting for around 20 minutes the lady told me they were going to start preparing my order, there was only two people un front of me in the line, and I saw a lot of people after me ordering (they didnt order through the app) and leaving before me, the lady was very rude when I asked about the situation she even threw the order to me at the end, very sad because the food is good and I go there very often, bad experience.

2021-04-01Clean place. Friendly staff. It is easier to notice from the road and has plenty of parking. Staff was helpful and thanked us for our patients as it was crowded when we went. The #13 Original Italian was very good. Currently require masks.
