Through a recommendation from a friend, we purchased our HVAC system from Jet Mechanical when we purchased our home in 2009. The price was fair, the service outstanding, and, most importantly, they did what they said they would do. In 2013, we had an issue with the system and they replaced the evaporator coil and condenser without hassle, and under warranty. In 2017, last week we awoke to a warm home. They came out promptly that morning, assessed the situation, and replaced a burned out ECM motor, under warranty. We have a Preventive Maintenance agreement in place, and Jet Mechanical comes out twice a year to make sure we stay warm and cool. I normally do not give recommendations. The workers that repaired the Air conditioner not only were very unprofessional but they stole jewelry and the company did nothing about it. Beware of these people!

Yeah the companys probly great and everything but the driver in truck number 519 is awful has his nose in a phone while driving at 35mph to 40mph along the North East side of the town mostly going into the middle lane I did advise them they said theyre gonna take it up with their supervisor
