So I walked into this establishment that was small n super busy. Thought I would b there forever. The lady( maybe owner) was helping like 4 people at the same time and did it with such ease I was amazed. After I told the lady what I needed. She took bout 2 minutes to fix n I was OUT. Talk about speed n customer service. I will return to this place for all jewelry repair from now on! Support your neighborhood establishments

Ok yall. If you need any jewelry repair you really need to visit this location. Best price in San Antonio, trust me, I did my research. Amazing customer service. The work was complete in 15 minutes (I had 2 stones replaced and my ring cleaned). Support your local family owned businesses. They do the best work with most reasonable prices.

I went there thinking that I would drop off my necklace and that I would have to pick it up later, but I was told by the sweet lady that I could wait for it to be done. They cleaned it and repaired it and I may have been there 15 minutes. Excellent service!!!!

This is every jewelers secret a small little place with master Jewelers and watch repairs available Gloria is a nice lady and very fair in her pricing . Omg people charge a lot of money for jewelry repair and watch batteries . A lot of big jewelry stores go here for ring sizing and repairs now you know a best kept secret 😂😂💪😳

This family owned repair shop has been in business for over 30 years. I had my watch repaired yesterday. The owner was very kind and wanted to ensure the repair was successful. It was a peaceful atmosphere. The bonus of my conversation with the owner and her son made my day. I will definitely be back. I recommend this place for your watch repair needs. Excellent service! She was amazingly fast! Straight to the point fixed both our watches in less than 5min. It’s sounds exaggerating but I’m serious. Definitely worth stopping by. She was super friendly! Great customer service.

All of the reviews about this place are true. Simply the best and most honest jewelry Ive come across. I needed t have a couple of watch batteries replaced and I was shocked at the price (good reason) I was being charged. The Mrs. at the front of the store was very friendly and informative regarding the cost of and why so many other places charge astronomical prices for services as simple as replacing a battery. Nonetheless, I was in and out in about 5-10 mins w/ both batteries replaced and since they do not accept CC/Debit payments, I was told just come back tomorrow with cash. Awesome customer service....I will be using this store from now on for watch battery replacement.

This is an amazing place. My watch buckle broke & rather than buying a new band I stopped in to see what my options were. The owner took one glance, told me no problem & stepped into the back. She was back within minutes & a fresh buckle for my watch. I didnt have any cash on me & she doesnt take cards so she told me just to pay her the next day. So nice to know that there are still honest & trusting merchants alive and well. This place is my now default for when I need anything for my watch, she charges $3 for a buckle or $5 for a battery. Considering most merchants wont even touch your watch anymore its good to know theres still places out there providing a much needed service.

I took my husbands watch to get the clasp fixed because it was broken, and his chain that also had the clasp broken . I thought I was going to have to come back in a few days or two to pick it up. But, in about TEN MINUTES, I was walking out of that place with both things fixed. Now, we go there for our jewelry repairs and even to simply get batteries for our watches when they go out. Very very fast service and very very good service. And the price to get the job done was the best and cheapest price I had been given out of 3 other jewelry repair shops. Highly recommended by us.
