Work is good when he actually does it. He repaired a mantel clock and there have been no complaints with that repair in 2018. Upon completion of the mantel clock he picked up and was supposed to repair it. It has now been about 4 years with continued promises of it will be done in in two weeks. They do not answer their phone nor do the have voice-mail. I reached out via their Facebook page and Karen assured me that Kevin Would call me today 3/25/22 and I have still not received a call. The clock was built by my grandfather and then given to my father, both have since died and I no longer care if the clock is repaired or not we just want it returned. I urge you to take your business elsewhere.

I spoke to the owner and they were absolutely phenomenal over the phone was very knowledgeable about antique German made clocks and the entire thought process put in behind them. I highly would recommend

Be careful!!!! I took a watch in not to long ago just to have a couple pins put in and after about 30 minutes of waiting, hearing a lot of light hammering going on, I started to wonder what was taking so long. After a good hour being inside walking around, I made my way to the counter. The owner walked up and set my Rolex down and told his wife it would be $30. When I grabbed my watch, I could tell that it was lighter than normal, color was off, and everything about it didn’t seem right. I went home and I had several pictures of my watch from the past which I was gonna compare the one that was given back to me at jewels of time. My watch had been swapped out with a knock off rolex. Comparing the pics, I could tell where the owner tried to put the same scratches, dents, and dings that was in the original. The weight was off by 1 oz. I went in to let them know and was kicked out. I am in the process of informing the better business bureau, filing a report with the police, and just found a lawyer about this, that I will be meeting with on Monday. Beware of this business!!! Make sure you have good pictures, write down any info about the piece you are going to be taking to them to be worked on, as well as triple check what you get back.

Thieves! This place basically stole my watch. I took it in to see how much it would cost to repair it. The lady at the counter told me she couldnt give me a price until the owner had a chance to look at it and determine what was wrong. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing, so I called in and asked when he might have a chance to look at it. The lady told me it would probably be another week or so. A few days later she called to tell me the watch was ready to be picked up. I told her that was odd since I needed to know what it would cost first. She said to come in. So I went in and they tried to charge me $120 to get my watch back. I wouldnt have approved them fixing the watch as I didnt pay that much for it. I did really like the watch which is why I wanted to get it fixed, but I dont have $120 to spend on getting it fixed. They wouldnt give me my watch back until I paid the $120 even though I never agreed to the price. I basically had to surrender my watch to them. Thats a really terrible way to do business! Ill never go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone go here either! They are Thieves!

Finally picked up my clock after three months of promises of 2 weeks to fix. Took it elsewhere. They never return phone calls. Bad attitude by clock repairman. Suggested I sit and look over his shoulder to see how hard he has to work.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever. Put my clock in for repairs and was told it may take a few weeks. After three weeks, answer was that it was up on the table, but not ready. After six weeks, same old story! After 10 weeks, the story continued.....he has it on the table, but not ready yet!! Finally, after 4 months, the answer was that he couldntt find it, but would certainly call me back with an update. After, two days waiting......I gave up! Walked in and asked for my clock. She handed it to me and said, Sorry we couldnt get to it ! Wonderful customer service. Dont take anything to these people unless you want disappointment!!!!!! Never again!!!!! This place is a joke!!!!!

I took my great grandfathers pocket watch to Jewels of Time. It needed parts and cleaned up. It took him 3-4 months to fix it. Charged $250. I also took my mothers mother ring in at the same time. He was suppose to clean it. When I picked up the pocket watch, the ring wasnt there. He didnt remember it. The ring was over 50 years old. I was gonna give it to my granddaughter. He apparently lost it. I am very upset, the ring was very dear and precious to me. He keeps telling me he will look for it. Its been over 4 months and no ring. Excellent service on an old family pocket watch. Wait time was as expected and cost was fair. Very knowledgeable and experienced watch maker who is fun to talk about watches with. The store itself has a wide variety of clocks and watches to check out.

Terrible service and very rude owner. Took wall clock in and after he looked at it said it would be ready in 2 weeks. Never head from him so we called and he said it wasnt ready to give him more time which was no problem. After 4 weeks went in and he said he couldnt find it even after we showed him the ticket. He very rude acting like it was no big deal and said he would find it and finish it. At almost week 6 went back in and he had not even tried to find it. He was very rude when we said that he had told us 2 weeks and its been almost 6. He told us yeah I told you 2 weeks when I got to it. We said we wanted the clock back so we would wait for him to find it. After about 30 minutes he brought it to the counter saying here you go, turned around and walked away. I would never take anything to him again.
