Wonderful experience. Denny took the time to show me on camera where my issue was (I had couple) explain what I would take to fix it. Straight forward and honest will tell you how it is and what it takes to fix. I normally handle all my home repairs but needed a professional in this case and he came through with flying colors

Denny came out within an hour after speaking on a Saturday (holiday weekend). He fixed a clog in our main line out to the septic. We definitely will be calling him again and would recommend him to anyone. He was honest, efficient and extremely reasonable.

They came out to give me an estimate, and was very informative to what each step would be from best to worst case scenario. he was very helpful and got my clogged pipes unclogged. also recommended that I should get my pipes jetted, that it would help solve any future issues.

I had a flooded rental occupied by a sweet elderly woman...called Jilly Plumbing, they came out right away, cleared a blocked sewer line. Used their camera (at no additional charge) and found a break in line from tree roots. They had to dig out roots under the house and worked late to fix the break, so the elderly renter could return home. Denny has excellent knowledge and skills, he lets you know exactly what is being done and why, and gives clear honest answers to any questions you may have. I have used several plumbers here in Kerrville, with disappointment...no shows, overcharged or bad work. I will be using Jilly Plumbing for another job soon, and have already recommended Jilly to friends, who have also had bad plumber experiences here in town. So great to finally find a good, reliable, honest plumbing company in Kerrville.

2022-07-26We had a slab leak and Jilly Plumbing was the ONLY plumbing company we spoke to that didnt want to jack hammer up our kitchen. Jilly actually didnt want to go into the slab at all and instead routed the new hot water line through the attic and reconnected the master bath and kitchen and only made 3 small cutouts in the sheetrock to accomplish this. They were also able to get the work done a few days after the quoted the work and finished in 2 days. As for the cost, they quoted us a range just because the couldnt be sure what the scope of work would entail until they cut into the walls, but even then they were still in the lower part of the quoted range when they completed the work.

2022-07-21We had a plumbing emergency with our pool and we were in a jam! We needed someone professional that we could trust knew how to properly fix our pool plumbing and could get it done on a tight timeline! Our expectations were more than met. Jilly plumbing were true professionals and expertly fixed all of our issues. I have saved their number in my phone for any future plumbing issues and would recommend them to anyone who asks!

2022-06-06My entire experience was phenomenal. From my first phone call the office, Barb was helpful and able to quickly find a time that worked for both of us. The young guy that came to my house was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and willing to answer all my questions with patience. The work was completed quickly as well which was also much appreciated! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication to your customers as this is not common to find these days!

2022-04-26Denny arrived promptly was very courteous and professional. Noticed that I had correct the problem properly after the gas company wouldnt relight my water heater. Kindly showed me how to relight it and charged me nothing but a handshake. Now thats great customer service. Will call them again for sure.

2022-07-03Had some issues with constant mold showing on the inside and under toilet bowl and could not figure out what was going on. I had used tons of cleaning chemicals, could not get it figured out. Spent hundreds and just could not get it to stop making this black mold. Called Jilly and they said it was the stopped. Constantly was leaking water and causing the water to mold. Changes it out and hasn’t happened since. Blessed be the black mold gone!!
