Great place to go, their fast, friendly, and why they dont start marketing mayo scented candles is a true mystery, love that smell. They deliver all my orders super quick and with a smile. 11/10 and always remember to tip your deliver!
Definitely not the freaky fast they claim. Was told to hold on and the speaker and after 5+ minutes had to remind them I was there. Nice got to the window, drove right up after ordering, they took money right away. Had to wait even longer to get order. Very poor customer service.
Honestly think this place got the best cold cut sandwiches around town.
They can never get a order right, I always get hot peppers on anything I get and never get it. Also not freaky fast at all, they are fast because the delivery radius from the store is only like a mile or 2.. my house is about 5 min (2.3 miles) away but since its not in delivery range they cant deliver.
The best sandwiches in town. They are freaky fast. I got a delivery under 10 minutes. My favorite sandwich is the number 12 with bacon and avo. Also their sides are really cheap. They are only a DOLLAR
Love Jimmy Johns. This place is always clean and organized. Staff is always friendly and quick. Food is consistently very speedy. Most times food is ready faster than it takes you pick a seat. (thats a good thing)
Slowest Jimmy Johns location I have ever been to in my life. Freak fast is the motto but here it is freak slow, would have had a faster experience in an olive garden. The food was good though so they got a two star instead of a single
Service was good and subs was good as usual but had a problem with a guy with sleeves cut out looked like just got done doing yard work handling my food not a sight to see when ordering your food
3 stars for the food -3 stars for delivery. Who uses a square for a distance range? How does it even make sense that they are willing to drive 2.6 miles to reach 45 and bell, but wont deliver to us 1.5 miles away? They deliver to the neighbors but refuse to go one building further. If youre gonna bother eating here just go there yourself, dont bother with their worthless delivery.
I love Jimmy John’s and eat here quite frequently. The sandwiches are always wonderful as week as their service. Delivery is insanely fast. One problem though, the drive thru. HORRIBLE!!! Took me 10 minutes just to get all the way through. You’re better off going inside.
Had to call the store to get service at the drive thru after waiting for ~10 minutes. Very abrupt and impolite while finally taking my order. Got home to find out order was wrong. Terrible customer service.

Went through the drive thru today and saw two associates wearing their masks incorrectly and one not wearing one at all. It’s state mandated now and I don’t feel comfortable coming back so that they can breath all over my over priced sandwich.

Weve gotten Jimmy Johns in many locations and all have been really good - until this one. I have a personal unwhich Ive saved to their website as does my husband, and each are labeled with our names. Our names are never on the sandwiches despite this, so we have to rely on the writing on the paper to figure out which one belongs to the other. My husband gets avocado on his and I dont because Im very allergic to them. So trusting the writing on the package, I started eating mine, and he, his and then I noticed mustard in mine (which I dont get). Well, our sandwhichs were switched, and he had already eaten over half of mine. Allergies are NOT something you take lightly. Ill spare you the details of the aftermath, but suffice it to say I was pretty ticked off. Even after trying to contact Jimmy Johns about this mistake, weve heard nothing. So here is your 1 star rating for your carelessness that could cause harm to your customers.
Disappointed with my food today. I eat at JJ at least once or twice a week and today by sandwich sucked. It was literally bread and lettuce with one slice of meat. For some reason they forgot to add everything else to it. They forgot my cookie. Mayo packet and ranch... pretty disappointing.
Our sandwiches were amazingly delicious, but the service was even better! Great customer service is hard to come by these days, but they went above and beyond! Our meal was the perfect end to our day in Amarillo.
Terrible service. The bread was rock hard, they forgot to put avacado but still charged for it. The lady at the window was rude and disrespectful. Subway is way better. At least you know what your getting!
Person at counter took order, money and made sandwich with the same gloves on???? Bread hard and chewy, bacon cold and greasy, plain chips just hard and nasty. First time there wont be a next time!!!!. Subway way BETTER!!

This place is expensive. Would be worth it if the sub tasted any diffrent than Subway. Spent $20 for a sub that was not worth it.
Sat there waited forever, after getting my food it was wrong. The people up there didnt want to do anything about it, not even refund the amount of the extras I played for but didnt get on my messed up sandwich. ( NOT CRAZY FAST NOT CRAZY GOOD )
Lightning fast is no joke! My truck broke down so I ordered delivery. They kept me posted on the progress and everything I ordered arrived in less than a half hour! Thanks JJ!!
Horrible my bread was hard and stale like a rock! When is is acceptable to have a fresh sandwich as hard as a rock? Do not waste your time or money here. I would not!
Fast food. Made to order. Wish you could get more meat to bread ratio regularly, but you can pay extra for it. Prices are affordable.

2022-04-14Rip off for standard or less than standard service. Two employees looked at me multiple times. One walked slowly by, and said nothing! Another stood before me, saying nothing for a good amount of time. Finally, after ordering... I received utter disappointment!Overpriced, isnt the right word.Edit for reply!My complaint is not for a poor job done though, this is were you focused your concern. Its because you charge an obscene fee. The sandwich, if you want to call it that, was made to your specs.... the price however was outrageous and that dear friend is your fault!Anybody thats been to any sandwich shop in Pennsylvania will say the same, either to themselves or to your face!The only thing different about JJs is the freakish price and yet you would hold true to its value. Passing that buck 👏🏼!

2022-01-10Whats with the hate?Moved to Amarillo in March 2021. I have probably ordered from this location a dozen times. I have always had good food. But I never substitute or cut anything either.I have never dined in. But drive thru employees have always been nice and delivery fast!

2021-11-10Well, they were relatively fast. Otherwise, not a good experience. Rude and seemed inconvenienced by me (to be fair it was late- just before 9:00 pm) but the order was also incorrect. Ordered Beach Club, no lettuce please. (Politely asked for no lettuce, twice) It came doused in lettuce, and instead of the avocado spread, it was double Mayo. I don’t know, maybe they ran out the spread; would have nice to mention it.It’s a Jimmy John’s- lower expectations and check your order.

2021-06-18Gotta be honest. I love the gargantuan sub. It’s very good seasonings are and meat and flavor are awesome. But y’all got the price way to high. over $ 21.00 for one sub really. Won’t be back it’s way way to high for one sub no drink no chips. Your pushing it. Could have had a steak for that price And sides, You might wanna rethink the price.

2021-07-23Some girls from my office decided to order from this particular Jimmy John’s. We spent over $60 for five sandwich meals and delivery. When we got our order, we were missing a bag of chips and all five sandwiches were so hard on the bottom it hurt to bite into them. I called and spoke to who I assume is the manager and I told him what was going on and he proceeded to tell me, with an attitude no less, that the bread was fresh and that he would bring us the bag of chips we were missing. When the lady showed up with the bag of chips, I had her feel how hard my sandwich was and asked her if she would eat it. She said she would not. The lady was nice and told me she would tell the manager when she got back and one of them would call us. A little while later the last named Amanda brought us some fresh sandwiches. It’s just sad I had to have her actually feel it for someone to believe us.
