Very Disappointing. No Longer want to do delivery on orders over $35.00.... at least thats what the kid told me when I called in this evening in a mumble... I told him that I was calling in an order for delivery and I heard his mumble like he didnt want anyone to hear what he was saying.... so I asked him to please repeat what he was attempting to say. Again in a disgruntled murmur he said we arent doing that tonight do I have revised my review so that it reflects thier decision as well as thier could care less attitude. If your the owner I would highly recommend reevaluating the training and staff if you wish to maintain a viable business here in Aledo. I just cant see that working long term. Good luck. You were always pretty good in the past, I dont I know what has happened but it isnt good. If you hungry for the type of food they is it is however usually pretty good. But if your looking for friendly service or atmosphere, Id keep on trucking.
Restaurant was clean and quiet. Ordered a sausage calzone which tasted great. It was pretty heavy on cheese and lacking in sausage though. Customer service/welcoming environment was a little cold but that might change with the shifts. Overall I would return again.
Food is always fresh cooked and great tasting. I especially love their philly cheesesteak sub. To me, it is the best in the Fort Worth area. Pizzas are great as well as the fried zucchini.
Always great food and even better personalized service!! They know how to make a customer feel that they value your business. Much better than the multi location places or chains. Great local business that knows how to take care of customers.

Had Joe’s special pizza. It had a plenty of toppings. For the price, the value and taste you get is great! Also, the interior is done well as the owner has recently remodeled the indoor. I highly recommend!
This was a complete let down. I dont give reviews often but with this bad of an experience, I feel compelled. You are not greeted by anyone at all. We finally realized we needed to go to the counter where a man was standing staring (and never stopped staring the entire order) out at a table of people, which was the only table of people there. We spent $25 on two lunch entrees and went to a table. He brought our food without speaking a word. The salad was ineddible with the house dressing on it. The Fettuccine Alfredo was horrible. The only thing good was the bread, so that was my meal. When we were leaving, I thought he might acknowledge us, maybe say thank you or good bye, something, but nope. After we ordered our food he never spoke again. Very uncomfortable and dissatisfied. I would never recommend this place. I could see having a bad meal but not a complete lack of courteousness.
Ordered through DoorDash. Paid almost $50 for a mea for my 2 kids and I. Everything tasted like it either came out of a freezer or microwave.
Slightly decent food at best. My problem?! How can someone be so much more concerned about the electricity bill than their customers in a customer service based business?! Example would be the air conditioning being set at 81 degrees while having the audacity to say they unable to do anything about how warm it is because of the oven?!? SERIOUSLY?! Bahahaha...sure!
Great food and friendly service. Only reason it is not a 5 is that pickup was supposed to be 25 minutes and when I arrived 30 minutes later I still had to wait 10 more minutes to get my order.

Ive eaten at other New York Style Pizza joints around the area and this bar none the best one locally. The interior is very clean and staff is friendly would recommend anyone to eat here.
The menu and service were above my expectations. We absolutely enjoyed the ambiance of this spot. Awesome spot to take my family out for dinner.

No one is going to go out of their way to this place. There are Joes EVERYWHERE in ftw! But they do NY pizza well. My parents always want this when theyre in town.

2022-06-06Incredibly expensive for some pizza that tastes frozen. The lady was incredible rude. We asked for some marinara sauce since there was obviously none on the pizza, the lady yelled at me (and obviously cursed me in another language). Don’t waste your money.

2022-07-03My husband and I went here for dinner big mistake!! We were only people there. You have to order a salad separately with your meal.chicken parm was so tough you could not cut it. I had lasagna which tasted like it came out of a can.The rolls no joke were black very burnt you could not bite into it. Do not waist your money this place

2022-03-29So so bad. I had a grilled chicken ceasar salad that was drenched in ceasar dressing and the chicken looked like it had been boiled not grilled. It was the worst ceasar salad Ive ever had. My moms grilled chicken salad had the same chicken but nothing great about the salad. My son had fettucine alfredo. SMALL pasta portions for what youre paying. Looked like a kids meal size. My son was still hungry afterwards. Also, there was only one employee running around like crazy. We got our food one hour later. I wanted to leave and go elsewhere after waiting so long but we had already paid. I give the employee 5 stars for effort but the food - 1 star at best.

2020-07-23Best calzone Ive had in a long time. I ordered it with all mozzarella since I dont care for ricotta. Came out piping hot, slightly garlicky and delicious. Other food we ordered was great as well!

2020-07-21Delicious Italian food! Consistent in quality for the last 3 years since we moved to the area! Owner and staff are always friendly. Willing to take a pick up order 15 minutes to as little aa 5 minutes to closing without complaint unlike their nearby competitor.

2019-03-07We love this pizza! The crust is always incredible and the amount of toppings on the pizza is always more that any big chain. We usually carry out once a week. If you havent tried Joes give them a shot!
