BEST PIZZA IN AMARILLO!!! Thinner crust, but flavorful and crispy. Plenty of toppings! Homemade potato chips are wonderful! Everything we’ve had has been a great value for the price, fresh and delicious! The staff and manager are also very nice and friendly. Positive, casual, fun environment!
The pizza is pretty good and the drinks are fine. But the thing that kills this place for me is how some of the servers and openly rude. I came in with a group of people and I understand they were busy no problem. But when it came time to pay out she had everyones ticket and was trying to figure out who’s ticket belonged to who and one of my friends said oh I had an xx and she rolled her eyes at us we didn’t say anything just paid and left. I recommend just sitting at the bar top the bartenders seem to be more chill and laid back.
Had a friend from the west coast visiting, obviously its late on Jan 18th. We were there about 10pm-ish to 11pm roundabout. I saw the reviews on TripAdvisor because Ive never been but wanted to impress. AND YOU GUYS BLEW THEM AWAY. Fantastic service, the food was incredible, 10/10 will be back. Didnt get the waiters name, had tattoos, red hair naturally, fantastic job and was on top of everything, 10/10 for him too. 👏 Will be back in the future for sure and WILL tell every single person I know about this place. (Also, very clean place 👌)
I went here as a celebratory dinner, and was severely disappointed the food was very sub par and the beer we were served was Luke warm. They were severely understaffed and although our waiter was super friendly he had to maintain the entire bar and could not keep up. I had the boneless wings and it was basically chicken nuggets with bbq sauce drizzled over it. The manger who looked like a normal patron walked up and asked how the food was. I guessed he was the manager but who knows. They have no uniform and it’s hard to tell who was a server/who was not. We used to love this place but after the experience we will not be back. It’s sad to see a local restaurant go under.
We went to Jay’s to eat lunch I ordered a chicken fried steak my wife had a pasta and our friend had the chicken strips it was great food done very well the atmosphere was quiet we could have a business conversation and the white staff was extremely friendly.I would highly recommend this restaurant for anybody that wants quality food and a great atmosphere. The manager Jim came by our table to ensure the quality of the food and made sure everything we needed was covered this is a rare thing to find in restaurants nowadays loved the personal touch
We ate here with our toddlers around 11am and the restaurant was almost empty, therefore, our food was served quickly and the service was fantastic. They serve traditional American food and it was delicious. We didn’t try the Arnie’s Pizza but that’s a menu option as well.
Staff was really nice. Food was great!! Definitely going back. Order was ready to go before I got there and was cooked to perfection.I highly recommend the brownie sundae so good. Best part was I didnt get a melted mess everything was separate so I could put the ice cream on the hot brownie myself. Most places wouldve put it together even for a to go order causing a soggy mess.
Food was okay. service wasnt great. saw servers just standing around eating and being on their phones. our server bbarely checked up on us and then later found out she was playing pool. manager gave us a discount which was nice. i usually have never had a problem until today (10/22/21) probably wont come back.
I updated the review because it took me some time to see that local restaurants have suffered from the lack of employees. Yes, the service frustrated me, but the attempt to fix the problem was present. That is quite noble. I hope you have had the opportunity to get your restaurant back in order.Placed a large order for pick up. Went to the hotel so we could eat. Opened the tied packaging, and there was not any gravy for 3 chicken fried chicken meals. Called and talked to manager, and was promised it would be delivered to us, but no, it was not. Tried to call back and was sent to voicemail of a cellphone. There was no justice for this. So disappointed in what was received.
Passing through Amarillo and stopped here. I normally hate posting negative reviews, but this one kind of stung. The service was GREAT, nothing wrong there. But I should have known better than to order a ribeye... We asked how we should order temperature and she recommended we ask for rare because they sometimes accidentally overcook the steaks. One was fine, edible, mine was practically raw. Not only that but the meat itself was half gristle or fat. I asked for them to reheat it twice after that... Not once did a manager ask if everything was okay, which as a bartender/server myself, is practically mandatory on messed up food. I even had to order another entree to go, which should have been a red flag.
Just here passing by on a road trip but was very impressed with the service. All I did was go in and grab a few beers, but bartender last night 8/26 was super cool, knowledgeable and helpful. He had some pizza recommendations since kitchen was closed. All in all 5 stars. Good vibes.
Waitresses very attentive and friendly. Ordered food. Well best broccoli ever in a restaurant. Philly cheese steak was good but small. Served on hot dog bun with none of the normal veggies. Food maybe a bit over priced. Happy hour drinks priced very well. Second waitress forgot part of our order we realized when we got home. Plus it said green chili Philly cheese steak. No bell peppers or onions or greens chili’s as posted on menu.
Good food.*edit, service was good but slow. Expecialy for a night when it wasnt busy. There was 3 other tables. Took about 15 min for someone to come greet us and take our drink order. I wouldnt recommend, but if a friend invites me, i would try it again. The food is good but not great. Average.
Alecxis M was so kind. The service was great. Were from Los Angeles and felt like outsiders but Alecxis went out of her way to feel welcomed and even brought water for my friends Pomeranian. We had the pizza from Arnies and it was delicious! Thank you Arnie for the delicious pizza.
This is for the excellent service, although the food wasnt as good as we expected with the high price we payed for. The mozzarella sticks were just melted cheese with some bread crumbs. The macaroni was watery and the Alfredo had no flavor. Other than that it looks like a very nice and fun environment for drinking even though we didn’t drink! We still left a tip because it isnt the servers fault. She was very nice and helpful :)
Ive eaten there twice. Its pretty decent food. Not wowing but decent. The waitress we had the first time was pretty good. Todays was not. Got our drinks wrong, we ordered teas we got coke. She nvr checked back with us, i had to flag her down to get a refill and go fetch my own mayo. I doubt it because one of our go to places. Chicken ceaser salad was good though.
I have been going to this place for a long, long time. Its my favorite watering hole, and one of the few places in town that you can get The National Beer of Texas.Today I learned first hand what a great addition it was to add Arnies Pizza next door. I ordered a pizza to go and it was no doubt the very best pizza that I have had in years. I dont eat pizza often, but this will definitely be my go to pizzeria in the future.
We stopped in Amarillo for the night, halfway home, and went out looking for a family-friendly place that had more variety than typical fried food, good beer selection, and TVs showing college football bowl games. Wow, J’s checked all the boxes and more! The inside is well-done, comforting and casual with a clean sports-bar feel. The owner actually welcomed us in, offered to change the TV wherever we sat for the right game, and even came by for a little conversation later. We happened have a new waitress, but she was very helpful, happy to learn, and made my picky daughter’s meal perfectly. The menu had a great variety, even for the kids! Our salads were very filling and yummy. The beer list was TX-centric and had something for everyone (and is updated on Untappd). We definitely plan to stop here again, great job!
I came into J’s tonight for dinner with a few of my girlfriends and had a great experience! Alfonso was our server and he was fantastic, checked on us often and very friendly! I will definitely be back and think it is a great place for good and reasonable priced drinks and fun!
I had the chicken strips with fries with a bar-b-que dipping sauce. They were very good. My wife had a tuna fish sandwich with tons of fries. More than she could eat.She also enjoyed her meal. Service was great and very nice. We will return at some point to try something different from their extensive menu. Steaks, burgers, etc.Enjoy!
We went out for my sons 21st birthday to Jays. We had not been there before. We chose this restaurant after hearing it was a fun place to have drinks and good food. We had a great time having drinks with friends and family. Our server Robin seem to always be close by and always came right back with our drinks and food. We will definitely be back after such a great time and having great staff.
We stop in Amarillo a few times a year on our way to go skiing, and we finally found our go-to dinner spot. J’s is the best! Great food, great service, great atmosphere. Savannah is AWESOME. She took great care of us from the second we stepped through the door. Highly recommend!
Good food, interesting atmosphere, and the bar tender.. I believe her name is Lori, made some of the best drinks we had ever received from a local bar. She took such great care of the entire bar, making everyone feel like they had their own private bar tender. Kudos to her... and thanks to js for being a great place to eat and drink
Lori was awesome! I called in my order and it was ready pronto! She had everything ready for me when I walked through the door. Thank you for great service with a big smile! After working a very long day it is great to have a place that serves excellent food well after midnight. Ine of the best locally owned bar and grill places in Amarillo.
Stopped in here the day after Thanksgiving, we wanted to come in on Thanksgiving but know you need to be with your families too!We are traveling home to Dripping after being in NM for a almost 2 weeks. My mother died and we were wrapping up her estate. We wanted to stop here in Amarillo, since we have never been.Oh my, the food is excellent here. I am bummed not local, but always a reason to come back! Good service and good, keep up the good work!
An amazing bar/ grill scene. I visited this place while traveling across the country. I was actually on my way to the applebees next door and then i saw this place. Man was I super happy that i hopped in here! This mom and pop joint is so much better than the main stream restaurants. My server was super fast, friendly and helpful explaining the menu and drink choices. The food was much better and fresher than anything I wouldve gotten at a national chain restaurant. The beers i had were from their tap and were ice cold and reasonably priced. I actually asked the manager if they could open up one of these in Nashville where Im from. My fingers are crossed!
Drove to TX from Colorado this was the only place open and I’m glad! It was so clean, the staff was amazing even the owner came and talked to me that never happens anymore since I came in right before 2am. The bartender didn’t rush me and the pizza was so good everything homemade.
My wife got the Philly cheese steak sandwich and I got the BBQ burger...OMG, let me just say, that was quite possibly the best damn burger Ive ever had. It was so good we ordered two more BBQ burgers, one for each of us. Holy cow people. I was depressed before I ate the burger. Afterward, I didnt even remember how to spell depressed!! Good job Js Bar and Grill. Well done.
Service was alright and the atmosphere was good. Definitely enough TVs to watch the game on. The food was good and came out pretty fast. The place was decently clean. The one complaint I have is that if you want ranch or some sauce it Cost 30¢ PerTiny cup of ranch it’s not a big deal I know though I’ve never been to a restaurant that has done that.
Great place for lunch or dinner. Excellent food and drinks. Moderate prices for the area. You will want to sit at the bar if Ashley is working. She is beautiful and and always has good conversations. Sit anywhere else if there is a guy at bar, he is not friendly and his service sucks. Wide variety of food choices, have been there 50+ times in last 8 months and was never disappointed. Except for the service bar guy gave us. Live music on Thursdays on patio.
The food was tasty and fresh, I enjoyed it. However, you lost 2 stars due to the lack of safety precautions for the Covid 19. None of the employees was wearing a face mask tonight and the servers didnt respect social distancing with the patrons. It happened with us and the same was happening at the other tables. It made us feel uncomfortable and aware of the risks. It doesnt matter you separating the tables to keep customers apart if the waitresses are not in compliance.
Well, as sit here having finished my 5 napkin hamburger I have to say that this place is great! One of the best burgers I have ever had. The fries were super crispy and seasoned well and the service was top notch and super friendly! If you haven’t, yet, you need to try J’s!
Its a great place to hang out. They have a great outdoor area where you can smoke. The atmosphere is pleasant, the food is... well its bar food, so its not the best but its not the worst either. Overall, great place to hang. Not really a place to go for a really good meal.
Came for dinner and drinks tonight and omg our waiter is the BEST ever! Our waiter is always refilling our drinks before we can even realize we are running low. Leo is his name...And we feel like we have known him for ever! Leo is def awesome at his job and is great with people. The food is amazing here as well! ♡ Amy
Alfonso was amazing!! He was waiting on inside tables when we showed up and were waiting on 4 more people. We decided to move to the patio and He kept on waiting on us even though we went out there. He was Such a sweetheart and was super attentive with all the orders and drinks. Will definitely be back!
We were on our way back to Texas from Colorado and decided to spend the night in Amarillo. We goggled restaurants/bars in the area and this one was the number 1 suggestion. We didn’t hesitate and headed that way. We LOVED the place! A large bar, great setting, tons on TV with a soft background music. I had the basic cheeseburger and my husband had the Blue Cheese Bueger, absolutely amazing. The service was even better, from the manager to all the employees around the restaurant. Very friendly.
We love coming here and we always sit with Ronnie! She is so outgoing and has a heart of gold. Always make sure our visit is pleasant and enjoyable. They have the best spicy asian stir-fry and chicken and waffles in town. They have a great selection of food you can’t go wrong stopping by here!! 👍🏽😊
What started as a nice evening slowly became one with a terrible restaurant choice. We arrived approximately @ 8pm to a half empty restaurant. The only good outcome was that the host sat us in a timely manner. We waited 10 minutes at our table before giving up and moving to a bar table where we sat and waited even longer for anybody to acknowledge us. Once a server finally spoke to us we then were given a new server. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which were received promptly. Then we proceeded to wait another 10 minutes before stopping our server to order dinner. We then decided Ruby Tequilas is right down the street and usually gives much better service. So we then waited another 10 minutes to get our ticket and payout. Not once were we spoken to by a manager. No one really seem to care. Being a server myself I find this to be very unacceptable behavior for a restaurant. They will not be receiving my business again.
I loved my experience here, Ronnie is the best server i’ve had from any restaurant!! she is amazing, everything she suggested tasted delicious! the spicy chicken stir fry was amazing after my workout! i will definitely be back and will request Ronnie every time! thank you so much.
J’s Bar and Grill is a very friendly environment and the workers are amazing people and it is a great place to eat. I highly recommend coming if you’re visiting Amarillo or Already living here. Their manager Jack is very good at his job and really knows how to take care of his customers.
J’s is such an amazing entwinement and I’m a big pool person so the fact that they had 4 tables was great! At that laney was an amazing waitress and did all she can and then some to make sure me and my table were taken care of! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.. and make sure you request laney‼️‼️
I got into town late and J’s was the only place open. I was pleasantly surprised at the excellent level of service I received, despite the restaurant only being allowed to seat 25% of its capacity, due to Covid restrictions, the owner whom I had the pleasure of chatting with, put on a brave face and is doing what he can to make the best of a bad situation, for all of us.If you’re tired of sitting at home, or passing thru, make sure you stop at J’s. It’s right off the interstate, easy in easy out, lots if draught beer and great food, all very reasonably priced.
Awesome food and great service. From the Philly, burger, and club to 3 different desserts, the kids and I loved every bite.Kudos to Travis, who was the best waiter Ive had in a long time. The manager asked how we were, the table was kept clear of dishes, and our drinks remained full.
Was in Amarillo for work. My hotel suggested this location. We got free chips and salsa (coupon), I had pasta (Los Cabo’s I believe) and Cat helped us out. I had a wonderful time, played some pool, made new friends and will defiantly stop by again if I’m ever in town. Friendly and welcoming environment, friendly staff, other guests were friendly as well. Good fun - if I lived here this would be my hangout spot. Meant to mention all the TVs, and they put the Mavs and girls Texas Tech basketball game on for me 😍
Came here thinking it was still 7s Bar and Grill. Didn’t realize until we were handed menus, but decided to stay. We opted for a booth which is secluded from the rest of the establishment. It was a very unfriendly and stiff atmosphere being sectioned off. Even the staff seemed less than pleased and lacked enthusiasm. I drink water, I just always do, and it tasted terrible, almost like dirt. I’m use to filtered water at restaurants, not tap water, but I could just be picky. The food was sub par, and not seasoned at all. A little salt and pepper could do wonders. We did not finish our food, and did not take it to go. I could have cooked the same thing better and I’m a terrible cook which is why we eat out! The fries however were phenomenal, and the best part of the entire meal. Now the small booth section we were seated in housed 4 booths. It was not busy in the slightest. There was absolutely no urgency in the wait staffs demeanor, which wouldn’t have been too terrible had my son been able to get a refill without having to ask 10-15 min after finishing his drink. In conclusion: awful layout, subpar food, lack of enthusiasm, amazing fries. Might be a good bar, but the grill is lacking. Will not return in the future for food, however I do hear they have good drink specials.
Love the beer of the month specials but the best part had to be the service from the bartender Jalynn! One of the most amazing bartenders Ive ever been served by with such a professional yet engaging and welcoming personality that would keep me coming back on a regular basis. Would highly recommend to anybody living or vistitng in the amarillo area to check out js bar and grill and ask for Jalynn!
We are from Arizona and we were looking for a place to watch football. While we were there we were talking with the Manager Jim. He completely made the experience memorable. Very accommodating to everyone’s needs. The specials were amazing and the atmosphere was as good as it gets. I would recommend this place to any sports enthusiast.
Wow, I travel the country in my eighteen wheeler and have ate at a lot of restaurants but this place has the best seared tuna Ive ever had and it was delivered to my hotel. Im sure its even better at the restaurant. Cant wait to try it again when I can actually go there after state opens up
Great sports bar atmosphere, and excellent staff but the food is hit or miss. The pasta is fair, but I had the French dip sandwich and it was cold and overloaded with onions. Not like any other French dips I’ve had in other restaurants. The fried mushrooms were really good but the mixed drinks were extremely watered down. Willing to give them another chance though.
My daughter and rolled into Amarillo on a Thursday night. They had a live band outside and I was surprised how busy they were. Staff is great, and I usually always put A-1 steaksauce on my steaks. I didnt need to here. The steak was delicious without it. TVs everywhere inside. All around great place and glad we stopped here!
Huge shout out to Tracy!!! She is the only reason we will be returning! She is an amazing server, really quick and efficient, and always happy. I really appreciate her service. And I will be returning in the near future because of her. Again huge shout out to Tracy you are an amazing waitress!!!!!!!!! TRACY!!!
Ive worked my way through most of the menu and I have yet to find something I dont love. The prices are very fair. They have a good selection of single malt Scotches. The wait staff is great and the owner is very present and friendly. This has become my favorite place. I bring and meet my friends here as much as I can.
I had the Fire stuffed burger and my lady had the jalapeño and cream cheese stuffed burger. Both were great, cooked perfectly. They have multiple beers on tap, my personal favorite was Dallas Blonde. Danielle was excellent, checked on us constantly. She was extremely friendly and helpful with the menu.
My friend and I sat near the windows and were served by Megan. She kept our drinks filled and had a great conversation with us! I had the bbq chicken with a double side of fries (because they are AMAZING) even though I can never finish it all because they have such large portions, and we split an order of cheese sticks. Our server and the cooks could not have done a better job. We come here whenever we get into town and will always come back. Make sure to ask for Megan if you come in for lunch!!
There was this girl, I think her name was Tracy who was extremely rude to my server. Now Ive been here enough in the past 2 weeks to understand there is 2 Tracys, it was the one without the lip piercing. It really offput my mood. I was just trying to enjoy the cowboys game.
Good food and good prices on everything, including the beer. I highly recommend the stuffed burgers. Fresh beef stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeños is a good way to go. The seven deadly sins sauce is NOT that hot. The heat could have been doubled and still been considered less hot than a habenero sauce. Good flavor on it though and I will probably order that again when I go back. The fries are awesome and the chicken fried steak my friend had looked excellent. The atmosphere was a bit odd. Theres a big wall in the middle that divides the pool tables from the dining area, but it definitely doesnt keep in the sound. Add to this a TV every 6 inches around the parimeter of the establishment and thats a lot of eye noise. Weirder was that multiple TVs next to each other would have the same station on. Overall good experience though and I will be returning next time Im in the area.
I know that 7 bar and grill used to be here at this location. However this was by far the worst grilled chicken experience my girlfriend and I have ever had in Amarillo Texas. We came here around 10:30 at night and were hoping to have a healthy grilled chicken meal with sauteed veggies! Everything was burnt Andy vegetables were the thinnest sliced vegetables Ive ever seen in my life! We will never come here again the waiter God bless his soul tried his best to make amends but the manager seemed to give no cares whatsoever!! Will NEVER come here again!
We are passing through Amarillo and stopped at a hotel for the night. We used DoorDash to order delivery to our hotel and found this restaurant on the list that offers delivery. Browsed the menu and it sounded really good so we gave it a try. Honestly, their food is fantastic. Especially the green Chile burger. It was cooked perfectly, the fries in the box were not soggy when it arrived, and this burger was stuffed with green Chiles inside. So Bomb!!! The other items we ordered were also very good but the real star was the burger. We pass through Amarillo every year at this time and always stop for the night. This is our new tradition and the best hotel delivery food we have ever had.
The food was amazing and the beer was super cold. The game was on every tv all around us. I had the chicken fried chicken and it was fork tender. Honey had the chicken fried steak and it was the same. The green chili gravy so good. Kids had the burger and it was huge and delicious. Oh! The queso and homemade cheese sticks were great too.
We are driving through Amarillo on our way back to Vegas and chose our hotel based on Js Bar and Grill after checking that they were a sports bar and had an outside area. We have had a great experience from manager to servers. We are crazy about limes in our beer and can say these are the best size slices on our two week drive from west to east and back. Thanks for a great time!
Following the positive reviews reading about 7 Bar & Grill, I decided to try it for myself. I went on a Thursday night, nice crowd, great selection of beer and a huge extensive menu.I ordered the Asian chicken salad, nice and fresh chopped spring salad topped with sliced chicken breast cooked to perfection in a nice sweet tangy Asian Sauce. Loved it.I will definitely go back there.
Black Friday shopping had me out and about, so I decided to stop in for a drink while my wife was at ulta. After sitting down and chatting with Danielle (our server) for a few minutes I decided to try the fried mushrooms. Holy cow they were delicious. My wife came to pick me up, but I wasn’t done and we decided to split the guacamole burger and 10/10 times I will recommend this place. We will continue to come back and I’m glad my wife stopped at Ulta. (I’ve never said that before.). Great job to Danielle and the J’s staff for making our visit 5 STARS!!!
We were traveling on the holiday and stayed at a hotel in Amarillo. When I called Js Bar and Grill he was so helpful with my order. We had the All-American Burger, Soup of the Day and Brownie Sundae for our dessert. Everything was delicious. They made our Thanksgiving special. Will definitely remember to eat at Js when we travel thru Amarillo again.
The worst place I’ve ever been too. My family and I walked in and one of the waitresses came up to us after sitting for ten minutes, and said, “ what do you want to drink!” No “hi” “ how are you” nothing terrible service! Not only that but she brought tea out that tastes like it had been sitting for days! If your traveling please for your health safety DO NOT COME HERE!!!
It was ehh. The Salad was great, I had to pay more for it as a side substitute but, it was worth it. The Philly Steak Sandwich was very good. The chicken strips, my daughter said tasted like water. The club sandwich was good, but not as filling as others in town. The fish sticks were horrible, they were supposed to be hand battered cod planks(the picture with sticks and grill marks). It is one of the most expensive dishes on the menu. Service was excellent.
Driving from Colorado back to the Houston area pulling a Uhaul trailer.Checked in at the hotel and asked the lady at the desk about food delivery.I found this place on the list, looked at a few reviews and decided to give them a shot. A shot in the dark and we hit the bullseye. Smothered chicken, spaghetti and meatballs and fried cheese sticks. (Dont judge me)My wife and I loved all of it. We really liked the marinara sauce. I HIGHLY recommend this place. One other thing. I was skeptical about using door dash... it was my first time. A young man brought the food , apologized he was late(I didnt think he was). Stop reading reviews and go there or order delivery.
Highly recommend this place. After driving for 10 hours and passing through Amarillo, the staff, Alexis and Roi gladly opened the kitchen for my friend and I to serve us food. All staff were happy and quick to help us with suggestions on food and beverages. A must stop when in Amarillo.
The menu offers the regular fare and the portions are decent. The service is lacking however. We tried to give this place a couple of visits thinking that our first bad experience was a fluke. They completely messed up every meal we ordered on both visits. Didnt go during a peak time and the waitress was far more interested in talking to a couple of specific tables rather than paying a minimal amount of attention to ours. We ordered an appetizer that they forgot and brought AFTER our meal had arrived and we had already eaten it. It was hard to actually leave the place because each time we waited nearly 15 minutes to get the check. Not impressed, wont be returning.
I was visiting a friend and this was my first time in Amarillo. I loved this place because caught me completely off guard! I actually ate here twice during my 5-day visit because their salads are so impressive and everything is so reasonably priced. Its definitely a wonderful lunch place! Ill go back next time I visit!
Being my first time in Amarillo and staying on I-40, I didn’t want to venture far from my hotel. So I stopped in at J’s, and as the Texans here say, “it was a dadgum good decision!” Coldest beer, smoothest Jameson, and best bartender on this side of the Mississippi...Jalynn is the best and she hates empty glasses!Btw, pool tables, but not the trash bar smoky style.
I honestly miss how this restaurant was before. There was a great atmosphere and with these “updates” it looks meh. Updating it to have more bar space is ok, but the fact there is only a few booths for dining was sad. I had the fish and chips, and later on the toilet was calling my name. Not going back for that experience, and for the atmosphere being sloppy.
This place is AMAZING!!! The service is absolutely awesome, and the food is to die for!! Mackinze was on top of everything, no drinks were emptied before a new one was brought! We found a new favorite date night spot!!! Give them a chance and they WONT disappoint!!!!

2022-05-22Js Bar & Grill was a good place to grab a bite to eat and watch any kind of sports you want. The chicken wings were crispy with sauce on the side. Spouse and I enjoyed the delicious stuffed burgers and they accommodated our diet as requested.

2022-06-14TVs, TVs, TVs EVERYWHERE. If you’re a sports fan this definitely a good place for you. The food is also awesome. A VERY AWESOME place to eat and spend time. Jim the owner is also a great guy. Check out Jimbo’s Pizza, arguably the best pizza in town.

2022-04-24I work in one of the store right by Jays bar and grill and we also get pizza from there for work and its amazing. I took my boyfriend there to eat one afternoon about 2. He loves pizza and wanted to try it but we were a little disappointed that we couldnt get pizza till 5 but that was totally fine. The one issue i had was when i got my sweet tea the waitress did give me a straw and i couldnt find her for a few minutes so i took a sip from the glass. The very next day i got a cold sore or some kind from drinking out of the glass. It did look a little dirty so i did ask for a new cup but it was very embarrassing going around with a big bump on my lip and now it has scarred. Id love to eat here again but i dont know about having a drink :(

2020-07-05A mix of good and bad on our visit here...Google doesnt allow half stars, otherwise this would be a 2.5☆ review. On the positive side, the food was quite good, and the portions were generous. The fried pickles were especially tasty with the dipping sauce, and I was impressed with the salad size/quality, as most restaurants have pathetic salads. On the flip side, however, we stopped in for a to-go order, and it took over 40 minutes! The bartender was apologetic and trying to do his best, as there seemed to be a kitchen delay. The meals were completely done, except for a topping of chicken, for 15 minutes, so Im not sure how chicken took that long. Partway through our wait, we requested the pickles to eat in house, as they had been waiting awhile already, but unfortunately they were somewhat cold once we got them. I was a little disappointed we werent comped the pickles or beer or something to make up for the wait and cold food.Sadly, despite good taste and portions, we are unlikely to return.

2018-01-26This place is amazing and a true diamond in the rough. Little did I know when I walked in thinking I was at just another sports bar was I in a restaurant that serves homemade from scratch food daily that is to die for! Everything from burgers to prime rib. I had the pasta primavera and it was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever eaten. They make the sauce with a mixture of marina and Alfredo with their own special twist! It is also a great vegetarian dish. The service was amazing, the prices even better amd they offer the best drinks and drink specials around! Gotta try it!

2018-12-02Great food, great beer, liquor and selection of them. They local beer too! There was a beer of the month which was ultra for 2 dollar pints. Ordered a mushroom and swiss which was the best bar burger I have ate so far for only 10 bucks and it came out so quick! Atmosphere was great with many tvs and people having a good time. They are going to open a pool lobby too! Servers were on top of it and the manager was very kind!
