We have used Justice Pest Services for well over 15 years. They are professional, do excellent work, and are always on time. Staff is efficient and pleasant to work with.
Everyone I spoke to were professional and courteous. The Technician Danny DeSoto that came to our home helped us out as we were not able to be there because of a medical event and so we left the house unlocked for him and he called when he was finished and locked up for us. I would recommend Justice Pest Services to everyone.

Jeremy Liscum is a pleasure to work with, very friendly, dependable and on time and goes the extra step to make sure you are taken care of in our attempt to minimize the mosquitos!
Jeremy was there on time. He was fast and courteous. he found wasp nest that we didnt even know we had thank goodness.

David is very professional. He is thorough and makes sure he completely sprays the inside and outside of our house. He uses commercial equipment that reaches high soffits. He is also very polite.

Just hired them and they were very easy to schedule with, arrived on time, efficient and professional. David called 30 min prior to arriving and was very friendly and helpful. He took care of spraying inside and out and even cleaned the extra wasps nests on outside of house. I recommend!
Edward did a thorough job of exterminating our home and property and was very nice and personable.
Rod was courteous and thorough. He came to get rid of our wasp problem, cleared out the wasps in the front (12 nests!) and checked out the back, and checked out a couple of other potential pest problems. He worked quickly and got the job done! Will call Justice again!

I have counted on Justice for about 15 years now. And not only for pests. In 2009,I had a very large Live Oak tree in the front yard of my old house. Mr. Justice came out, made an assessment, and made his treatment recommendations. He said we would know within 24 hours if the treatment was going to work. We live just 1.5 miles from that home and the tree is still thriving to this day.Today (5/2020), David from Justice came out. He was extremely professional, and just a really nice all-around guy. Excellent!100% recommend Justice.
I no longer have a problem with scorpions! I cant stand the things. Jeremy you are super!! And he always reminds me to call with any problems, but I dont have them any more!

David from Justice Pest Services came today to our house right after we moved in, to do a walkthrough and treat for roaches and hornet nests.He went absolutely above and beyond: he was incredibly thorough, walking us around the place and giving us great advice on some issues we had overlooked (and how to prevent them). Then he proceeded to take great care of the place, spraying very thoroughly both indoors and outdoors. On top of that, he was very friendly and professional. Based on our experience with him we immediately decided to sign up for Justice to be our routine pest control company. Amazing job guys, keep up the good work!

We moved into an older home and were concerned after finding several roaches in and around the house. Being new to Texas, we didnt know where to start. Dave was incredible- he spent the time walking us through the house, explaining what to expect re:pests for the area and for each season and how that differed in other neighborhoods. He was friendly and professional and we felt so much more confident after his visit. Im so impressed with the level of expertise and how painless and friendly they made an otherwise stressful situation. He could have just sprayed the building and been on his way, but he spent the time answering our questions- even the ones we didnt know to ask. He made a world of difference and Im so grateful to have them on deck for continued maintenance!

Justice Pest Services is 5 Stars in every way. We noticed we had signs of termites. Gary came out and inspected the property, explained to us the nature of termites, and made us feel very at ease. I had my pest control service done recently, and I had to make sure I shared my story with everyone, so that they can find out all the great things about this company.I been their costumer for a year. When I had my initial service I was blown away; the technician was super knowledgeable, he answer every single question I had with a smile, and trust me I had alot of questions. Never got and attitude or a mad a face at all. I actually learned alot from him on what he was doing, the product he was using, how safe they are, how long the last etc. I have 2 small boys, a cat and a dog so I worry alot about the chemicals that they are exposed to.I made sure to call the office that same day to let them know what a great experience I had. The office people are great too, they always work with me and my crazy busy schedule. I want to thank Justice Pest Services for having such a wonderful customer service skills and excellent employees.I recommend them to everyone out there that is looking for a pest control company or is tired of all this big company to whom you are just another number most of the time. With Justice you are not a customer you are family.
Amazing to deal with. came in and identified the problem and came up with a solution and a defined follow up. Didnt overcharge or get me to do something that was not necessary at this time. Very impressed.
I cant say enough good things about David Cisneros. He was on time and explained everything thoroughly about what the yard would need to get rid of the mosquitoes. He explained what he would be doing and then did it. He said they have a 21 day guarantee and if it rains enough within the 21 days they/he will come back out and treat the yard again free of charge. The charge was reasonable. So far I have not had another mosquito bite since David treated the yard. Before he treated the yard, I was being eaten up with mosquito bites. Thank you for your great service, David and for being so pleasant to talk to.

David Cisneros came out today for a deflea for our lease. He treated the yard, removed cob webs and wasp nests that were there before we even moved in. Took the time to explain everything to us and make sure that we were happy. This was above normal customer service from other companies within the area.
A driver in a marked truck of this business exhibited aggressive and unprofessional behavior. Flashing lights, following closely and cutting off over double lines. Definitely shows the type of people that work here, especially in a company car. License plate HGT 1102.

We had a party and some friends brought their dogs. Next thing I know we have fleas attacking us like crazy. Justice promptly came out and took care to the infestation. They also came back two weeks later to follow up. Im very happy with their service!

I used Justice Pest Control a while back for a 1 time service, David Cisneros was amazing at his trade. He found 3 Racoons in my attic and almost fell through the ceiling, fighting off a mom raccoon. He successfully trapped them and removed them from my property. I highly recommend this company.

After paying the initial fee, they canceled my service based on their technicians statement that I tried to hire him. The tech wanted to trade his service for a product I sell .This company charges more but isnt any better than most.

2022-05-19David has been wonderful throughout our 4 years of using Justice Pest Control. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always happy to answer my questions. He calls before each visit to check on what we need or if there have been any issues since the last visit. I also always appreciate that he is monitoring the weather. If he sees rain forecasted in the near future he calls to see if we would like to reschedule so that we get the most out of our outdoor treatments. 2022-06-13I had them remove rodents from garage and house attics as I was getting my home ready for sale. They were great. They came when they were supposed to and took care of everything. I didnt have an infestation but I saw droppings, probably old but better to be safe than sorry. Other companies went up to give me estimates and said that they saw evidences of LOTS of rats. They just wanted to scare me. Just went up and said they saw activity, but couldnt tell how recent. Seemed to be more honest and I really liked that approach. Other contractors boasted about the years they had in the industry and I was not impressed by the hard sell. They attempted to tell me all about points of entry when my contractor had already closed them up. Justice was the only contractor that said there were NO openings. Again more honest. Only 2 rats in the garage were found and because I didnt close up the house roof in time 1 adult rat got in by accident, otherwise there were no rats in the house attic at all. Overall, the honesty and the service was terrific. I would recommend them to anyone. Oh, and their price was excellent. - Jen Lewis

2022-06-11Justice Pest responded quickly scheduling a technician to come inspect and determine type of ants around my house. The technician was knowledgeable, professional and explained thoroughly. The treatment was done quickly and Justice Pest stands by their services. If after 2 weeks, the same pests ate noticed, the tech comes back promptly and retreats if needed. Awesome company!
