Im a very happy camper. I live in Austin and shipped my 14 year old Onkyo surround sound receiver up to K-O in Plano. (K-O was recommended by some local repair shops.) Just got it back eight days later (including shipping time). It works great!! They hit their estimate, provided me with the parts they took out to replace, and got it back to me with no hassles. I couldnt ask for more!! Thanks K-O!!!

I lost sound from a six year old Pioneer SC-95, found K-O (as they are the only local Pioneer Service Center). Dropped of the receiver, and a few days later the service tech called with the issue and cost for repair (very reasonable). She, the service tech, also informed me of unavailable discontinued parts if I were to have other issues later on due to the age of the receiver (much appreciated). Very nice and easy to work with.

Repaired my Onkyo TX-SV515PRO & TX-SR507 & both work great now. Pleasant folks to work with, +a quick turn on repairs. Convenient to US-75 & the George Bush FWY(s). Very much worth the trip starting from Ft. Worth.Cheers

I called about having a tube tv repairs its harder to come by them for retro gaming. The staff was super helpful in letting me know what the issue is even though they do not service them anymore. They did not have to go out of their way to help me and even went as far as to tell me what board and parts likely needed replacing. 5 star service 👍great attention to customer service 👏

My TV had no power.Technician contacted stating it will be $270 for repairs. I agreed.Manager handed a bill for $370. Technician stated he never said $270. I ended up paying $370.Piece of advice: ALWAYS GET IT IN WRITING

Josh, was a truly knowledgeable tech that came to service my TV. I would highly recommend this company and him as a technician. Hard to find trustworthy and knowledgeable people who care for the customers at the same time, who love what they do. Highly recommended if in need of a repair or question if the TV is repairable.

I just has my 75 in 4K Samsung repaired…. Josh is an excellent representative of this company. He is very professional knowledgeable, and extremely courteous…qualities that are missing with a lot of people these days. Josh is a very valuable representative of this company… I highly recommend him!!

I brought in my Pioneer Elite receiver for warranty work after the HDMI board stopped working. The process was easy and simple! It was ready for pickup within two weeks and is working great so far! Since they are one of only two authorized Pioneer service centers in the DFW metroplex; the other being in Fort Worth which is closer to me, I am glad I went out of my way to this location due to their great reviews. Their prices are very reasonable as well! They have my business for any future repairs that may be needed!

I have used K-O Electronics a few times for repairs of both audio and video equipment. They always did a nice job previously, so I contacted them about the “white dot” issue with my Mitsubishi TV. The TV was 8 years old and I was debating between repairing it or purchasing a new TV. Rudi was familiar with the issue and suggested I contact Mitsubishi, as they had a program which would help the cost of the repair. I did this and the chip was provided at no cost to me. I just had to pay for the installation. I requested K-O based on the help and Mitsubishi delivered the chip to them. Once K-O received the chip, they called to schedule a repair. Unfortunately due to the busy holiday season, they could only do the work on a Saturday (which their shop is closed on Saturdays, so appreciated working me in, although I was hoping to get the repair done sooner). Josh was the technician who installed the chip. He is extremely knowledgeable and professional. He was running a little late for the appointment and called to let me know. Josh did a great job. He cleaned the lens as well and checked everything out to make sure both he and I were satisfied with the results. The TV looks brand new again. Great job and I would not hesitate to use them again.
