Last experience was sadly lacking. Had to keep correcting young lady taking my order at drive thru. Now my car isnt loud nor was my radio on. She was new I guess. But the ckn sandwich I ordered sucked! It was a ckn strip with two pickles and two leaves of lettuce with hardly any mayo. Fries were stale so I know they had been under the lamp for over an hour. I worked fast food and managed. So I know when things get sloppy its either short handed shift or poor management.

Went through the drive through. I got the spicy chicken sandwich meal. The sandwich had some nasty sauce on it and the fries has some seasoning that I had never tasted.
Only KFC within 30 miles of my house. They are still doing drive thru only. They need to open the dining room. All other places are open. They’re losing a lot of business.😡
The restaurant was cleanish, the bathroom was cleanish. My chicken wings were fresh, hot and tasty. My wifes pot pie was fresh, hot and tasty. I waited about ten minutes for my order which seemed a bit long for fast food but Id rather have my food made fresh to order than to have it sitting under a heat lamp when I walk in. My one big complaint was that I had flies buzzing all around me while I waited for my food. Overall the food was good even if it took a little while and the restaurant was reasonably clean.
Hadnt been to a KFC. In a long time... I went in to order to go. It did take a while but to be honest I rather wait a while to make sure the food is fresh... It was!. The employees were nice... Only thing I have fee to say they need to find a couple minutes to go clean the dining area. But I will be returning to KFC again for carry out unless the dining area is clean... Thank you!

Honestly the best employees ever. I drove from Karnes City to get one of their Mac and Cheese Famous bowls because Im 9 months pregnant and cravings are killing me. They were out of popcorn chicken (thanks to the popularity of the mac and cheese bowl) and were sweet enough to chop up chicken tenders to make bowls for me. Made my entire night! There arent enough stars in the world that I can give them
Terrible. Guy was back not even in uniform just throwing food in the bag no gloves grabbing the food not even knowing what he was putting in the bags got home and had the wrong order. Was so mad broght food back and got money back. Never again this KFC has had problems for a long time. Never again didnt even get an apology.

When I first moved in I check this place out and had to leave due to the smell. 8 months later I decided to have another go. It smelled better, but the food left much to be desired. Staff was friendly and for that they get 2 stars.

Went the drive through and they where very rude. It was 8 pm , and they don’t close tell 10. And refused to cook any more chicken. And you could hear the cook in the background. Cursing and saying he is not cooking any more chicken.
Thus place is terrible. The chicken is so greasy. There is no ice in the machines. Its so hot in the there. They need to do something about the Air conditioning. Its so hot in the place you can enjoy your food as you sit there and eat it. I wont be going back unkess it changes snd they do sonething about there Air conditioning and the way they cool there food. And the chicken is so soggy nor crispy. When you order the extra crispy you should get it how you want it not soggy and greasy. If they want to make money on their customers they need to mske it right othet wise what yjr point in eating at a resturant that is hot inside and the food sucks !

This place is a joke I went through the drive thru and was told they were out of chicken breasts after I canceled one of my orders they still wanted to charge me for an extra drink good thing I looked in box before I left it was missing what I had ordered the manager told me pull up it will be ready in 2 minutes well 10 minutes later this place needs some help!!
Place from the ourside looked great, inside walls are chipped, looks like the owners only care about the outside, food was great, enplyees were attentive, although you could hear the arguing in the back. And the flies by the beverages make me not come back.
We got yo KFC at 6:00 and they didnt have sweet tea or chicken pot pies. Kinda early to be out of things on a holiday weekend
Ice machine was not working. Food was good except not enough sauce on sandwich or Georgia strips. Service was good. Tables , seats and floor needed to be cleaned.
It was bad the food was raw. Took to long fix. The managers or even talk to me. People kept coming back cause orders were wrong. He would just say it was going take 20 minutes to fix it. There was only three couples in there. WILL NEVER GO BACK
Found what Id been missing. Some good KFC chicken. My grandson had never had KFC before and now it is his favorite. Good food and so many choices!
Ordered 2 Breast they came out in less than 1 minutes. Made it home Breast was half done, old gave me stomach ache. Wouldn’t recommend this to nobody
The service was excellent, there was this very kind blue eyed man and he was so thoughtful and charismatic, the experience was wonderful; not to mention this was all through the driveway.

I like their chicken, and the biscuits are soft, but the tenders were Luke warm and dry and Ive had items missing from my order a few times when I used the drive through.

2022-06-30Food and service was good but,i didnt like the idea of the employees, especially the big and tall white boy cook arguing and fighting out loud where we the dinners were listening. I think one of the ER ambulance customer was calling the cops or corporate office to complain. Thats how bad it was.

2022-07-01Whats up with the people that actually want to work.Went here Monday night,pulled up at driver thru at 9:00. Right when I pulled up the lady on the speakers said she didnt have chicken she didnt have pie she didnt have fries she didnt have mashed potatoes she didnt have nothing Im thinking they didnt want to make any chicken Im surprised that store has business. No wonder we dont eat in Beeville now I remember why.

2021-06-29Wow. The worst KFC Ive ever been to. Noon time, multiple orders lined up and chicken wasnt even ready to be fried. Was told tenders would be done fast, but 18 mins later we find out they are going to take a while. Wanted a refund, and it took us ten minutes to get one. Employees standing around, yelling, and mass confusion. I dont understand who is rating this place 5 stars, family members? Its insane. Take your money elsewhere ladies and gents.
