Employees are disrespectful. Food is 50/50. Always either fresh or cold and taste old. Spend money elsewhere. Worse place I been in a long while.
I’m a seafood addict and I’ve eaten here on numerous occasions. The first time I ever ate here I said that I would never go back. I stumbled on this place searching for seafood places nearby me. It was something about the sauce I didn’t like. I got the bottom of the bayou (which is all the seasoning together) on a lbs of crawfish which they claimed were live but were actually frozen I sent them back. So later some time I needed a seafood fix and thought I just try them again! The second time they were actually better and I’ve been coming back sense. I gave 3 stars because typically when you order to go They will mess up your order, so Be sure to CHECK YOUR FOOD! The prices are reasonable for seafood. Their fried fish is not worth it for the size of the fish strips they give you, fried soft shell crabs aren’t friend hard. They use to be named the “Crab Shack”.... but changed their name and upgraded their menu look but it’s still under the same management. I won’t come here as a first choice but will come back. - Wheezy
Went in today for lunch with my 23 year old daughter, we were both celebrating our birthdays. First time here and I was blown away!!! Service was great, but that meal... insanely good!!! We shared the snow crab, shrimp, corn, and potatoes and were highly impressed! I have a new favorite restaurant!!! I highly recommend this place to any seafood lovers like me. Oh, and they had other delicious options on the menu, so much food, 1 small stomach, I’ll definitely come back to try them all!!!
Legit waste of money if you are a TRUE seafood lover. Crawfish is frozen. Not cooked live. They try and over season to make up for the fake food. Save your $$. Now…if you do not know real seafood …maybe you will enjoy.
Bad service.....asked for a watermelon margarita and the guy said there wasnt any then i seen another waitress gave samples to another couple...vary bad service for 140 dlls wont be going back for sure!!!
Great food even though it was a little pricy. Didn’t like the fact they used a large to go container to hold 5 hushpuppies or the fact that you pay $13 for 5 shrimp and two small catfish fillets. A couple of the shrimps were of a good size though. The pricing and sizing of the portions were the only problem for me overall. Keep up the good work!
One of the bags we got was over $57 it didnt have any potatoes in it, then the other bag had no juice in it it was dry. The lemon pepper wings taste like they had been cooked in fish grease
Absolutely horrible, do not eat here. From the beginning we had to pay before we sat down (not everyone has to, we were singled out). When our food arrived we were not given tools to crack open the crab, we had to use our hands and it punctured our skin. We asked the waitress for tools and she said they dont have any. 🤔 We asked for bibs and gloves but were not brought them and had to go up to the register ourselves to get some. We werent asked if we wanted drinks, we asked multiple times for lemons and were not brought them by the waitress. Another waiter saw we did not have tools and he brought them for us, so yes they have tools.Now for the food, sub par. The potatoes are tiny, the sausage was definitely not a pound that we ordered. The sauce was not very good compared to other comparable places we have gone to. The food did not stay hot, almost like it was reheated before given to us. We asked for some kind of compensation for such bad service and I was told their policy is no refunds. The picture shows the food when it was delivered to the table. This is not 1.25lbs of crab.I would recommend going to a place other than this to save yourself from an upsetting experience.
If you want good fresh seafood. This is the place to be. The house sauce is divine. No overcooked shrimp finally a place that is real seafood boil.

This place is horrible . I went in today I had a serve named shakira . And her attitude was bad I heard her complaining about serving us . And had a attitude the whole time . When I would ask her for things . It never got brought to me . Another server ended up helping me . Her name was Myra ( very helpful person ) . The food was great but seasoning can be better
Do not go here this place is trashy rude workers waiters dont attend to guest i seen a fight take place the customer brought in a cigarette in a non smoking building and put it all in her face trying to burn her i talked to a waitress and was told that the waitress is being fired she had no right to fire the waitress the boss a chinese lady didnt intervene untill the waitress had to defend herself that is not a boss you want to work for never coming back again worst place ive been to
The food was aight, but the crab legs were cooked too long. They werent snapping. The staff seemed like they were unsure about a lot of things.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Horrible service 20min just to get someone to take our drink order another 15 just to get the drinks! Catfish is just trash the salad had so much seasoning it was salty same with the fries you could barley eat it. Restrooms filthy look worst then a gas station. Cost way to much money for the quality of the food. Not worth the money at all! Poor poor quality.

Ive been a loyal boiling crab girl for many years..but after trying this place im no longer loyal. I will go here again. As an added perk customer service was great. Prices are inline with other places.

Pretty good food, I love the flavor and it is always fresh. The food comes out quickly and it always so good. I love the shrimp and corn. The only thing I do not like is the eggs because they are never fully cooked. Overall it is a good place to eat.

I am absolutely upset at this place! I ordered $165 worth of food to go and was missing a pound of mussels, I know that’s not much but it’s over priced so yes I’m upset. I called and the guy was very rude saying he was the one who made the order and he was sure he put them in the bag. I insisted and said we just opened our food and there were no mussels. He then said I just spoke to the owner and he said “they should have checked the order.” We have been eating here for over a year but tonight was it. I am no longer returning to this facility and to anyone who goes I urge you to check your order. Little by little they ROB people. They are very unprofessional and rude after you already paid! If I could I would give 0 stars.
They were very slow and it took my order 45 minutes to come out the back! When I received my food it should have not have took so long for fish and fries only, no Cole Slaw or anything else! The price of the plate should have been with fish, fries, Cole Slaw, and bread! My last time here thank you!

The boil was okay. Too much butter in the seafood boil bag and not really seasoned well. I prefer my shrimps to be detailed, but they cook with tail and skin. They serve Cajun fries, but Ive had better fries at McDonalds.
Raw Cajun chicken in a kids meal. It I wasn’t 30 miles away when we began eating, I would have returned it. No more visits for me.
My kids wanted seafood and we happened to be nearby this place. We ordered $100 worth of food and my husband checked the bag. We ordered the lb. of sausage for $10, but in the bag it looked like 6 small pieces. He called over the manager and he said if we pour it out a pound should be 12-13 pieces. Me not wanting to mess with all that said let’s go. Got home poured it out and it was actually the 6 pieces. Never again will we go there and the crab legs had some black things all over them. I couldn’t even eat them.
Upon arrival there were a few workers behind the counter, laughing and talking. You can hear a couple complain to the waiter that no one came back to assist. The young man that came to seat us was very helpful.The food was bland. We ordered the house special medium king crab and shrimp. My daughter ordered the crawfish house special inferno. The seasoning was like gravy poured on. We asked for cups with lids for the kids and was told we werent able to get any.
Very bad experience, ordered the king crab plus one. Was supposed to be by the pound.when we got our order there was only one king leg which they claimed weighed a pound. Asked for the manager who in turn called the manager over cooking. Dude brought out a frozen leg n yes it weighed a pound. The cooked leg wasnt even a half a pound. They call themselves given us an extra leg which was still cold on the inside plus unseasoned. The cook manager refuse to come out to speak with us n the from manager didnt even try to resolve the problem. Now this is not my first time here, even my last time i was telling family n friends to check them out now Ill be telling them to go somewhere else. Very poor customer service.
Great place to eat at. You definitely get your money’s worth! I got the Crawfish Boil and it was more than I could eat. You don’t really know the restaurant is there because it is hidden toward the end of the Shopping Plaza. But, I will definitely be back!

I wanted to try this place because its in my neighborhood and the reviews were good. Disappointed, the service was subpar, the waiter asked us what calamari was, when we ordered it. The food was hot when it arrived but it was actually pretty good, however an hour after eating it, I got sick and threw up. First and last visit.
I’ve been to this place a view times. The 1st time everything was good. The 2nd time they were literally out of everything on the menu. But today, i arrived maybe at 10:20 they close at 11pm and i was denied a dine in experience because they had already washed all the tables so they were only offering take out. When i walked in no one greeted me , just a lot of people around the counter looking at us and talking. I will never come here againHi! Thank you for your response. When i walked in i seated myself and the entire staff was trying to decide who would tell me i couldn’t eat there. Then a girl with short dreads started to walk over and everyone was trying to stop her because they thought she was going to take our order then she said “I’m going to tell them it’s take out only”

Frozen margaritas had no flavor to them, they just tasted like ice and tequila. They had fried oysters on the menu but couldnt make fried oysters, even though raw oysters were available to fry...We had 8 people at our table food came out at different times, 2 entrees every 5-10 minutes.
The staff needs training in customer service. There was no greeting, smiles and thank you. My family and I didnt feel welcomed. And the service was poor. I may say, the food was excellent!
Walked in with wife and kid werent greeted or sat until noticed by a waitress who sat is down and gave us menus after asking if wed be dining in or taking out. We were sat down and werent even offered any drinks or something to start off with and waited almost 20 -25 minutes for service which we never and in the end left very unhappy without having gotten any service or asked if we had been helped. Will definitely not be coming back anytime soon even if I live 10-15 mins away. Wish I could give 0 stars.
First off I would like to say that the food is great and I been ordering from this place the entire time that I’ve been pregnant. Today was the worst day that I’ve ever experienced with this place from the manager who discriminated against me and my younger sibling. I should’ve left but I didn’t because I just had a baby and as a new mom of course I was starving. The waitress I had apologized for the way her manager acted towards us, but that defeated the purpose. As a manager she should have great customer service at all times. I would honestly like for you guys to reconsider management and her nasty attitude towards black customers in advance because this will definitely stop customers from buying from you guys.
Great food and service. The drinks were good too, no weird flavors compared to other places. We witnessed a crawfish try to gain his freedom, he ended up by our table, but we were able to apprehend the suspect and return him to his proper cell. The staff was friendly, and was a fun moment there. Will definitely go again. The catfish and shrimp were good, and my wife had the calamari.

Went to dine in for some wings that took more than an hour for them to finally serve us we kept asking whats taking soo long . Bruhh and while everyone else was being seated and getting their food first than us. Why yall have bunch of teen waitresses and not enough cooks
I normally don’t leave reviews but I was so disappointed in the service I had too. Not only did I have to wait 45min for a to go order and watch customers complain for their money back but when I got my food the shrimp was under cooked and there was absolutely no seasoning. None what so ever It was a bag of grease and I just dont recommend this place and the customer service is horrible as well.
Our first time there since the pandemic...we were sooooo disappointed! The staff has changed & the quality of service was ZERO! It showed that the staff didnt want to be at work, I saw one of them handling food with her bare hands right after cleaning a table & taking out the trash! I wont go back there!
Going to be honest with you Im writing this is 2 stars for the simple fact manager Should be more on his inventory and not be short. Then when you address the issue he acted he didnt really care.we r working on it sure u r. from the time you open up a restaurant to close you need to have your inventory on point.How is the customer going to go eat at a seafood place thats messy with no bibs.really Come on I would highly recommend eating somewhere else thats more professional and take care customers .
Ordered Seafood Gumbo to go. Absolutely worst in town They put the liquid over the rice. By the time I got home the liquid had soaked the rice and essentially became rice pudding. I found one single shrimp about 1/4” bi. It was brutal. Just a tip cooks. Put the rice in different container. But, even if you do that. You can’t fix frozen Gumbo like that.
We went on valentine’s day around 8 pm and it was really packed, but I still got a great service. According to my receipt my waiter was Michelle, I really recommend her ! She was doing a million things, I would see her rushing back and forth doing all kinds of things and she still managed to give a really good service. love this place and I already recommended it to all my family and friends ! Can’t wait to come back !
The food is good, dont get me wrong. But the staff is terrible. They will ignore calls, leave the phone off the hook, so they can leave the workplace before closing time. It is a younger crowd of employees.

Went in a little skeptical, BUT the food was so good. Flavorless where??? We ordered the snow crab cajun fire and it was so good. The gumbo was good too. Ordered the catfish. It was our first time so we ordered a bit of everything and enjoyed all of it.Positive: food was good, flavorful, waiter was attentive and sweet, not a long wait time for food or to be seatedNegative: bathroom had no hand soap, plastic utensils.It was not as pricey as other crab shacks, we would know. Order party platters and come with many to share if price is an issue. Worth the try because the food is good.
Fried oysters were not pleasant to look at, did not bother to risk food poisoning. Replaced with shrimp basket. Fries over seasoned. Chicken Tender basket for the kiddo was aight. Quality of 6 lbs of crawfish were ok. Crawfish did not have flavor. Boiled plain with sauce poured on top at the end.
From the moment you step in that place the waiters give you a nice feeling. Very friendly waiters, it is a lovely restaurant to go out with friends and colleagues or with your date. very good meals, specialist chief cook and stuff, honest pay and professional service. Highly recommended.
I came here and the waitress named “Cassy” just got our order for our drinks and never came back, 1 hour passed and I still never got no one to get my order, I had to get up and ask for assistance. Don’t get me wrong the food is really good but the service is just not it.
It’s a good spot when they are on top of their game, I really like”D” it. But One cluster of crab was not done well, it was hot on the outside and cold inside, the other cluster of crab was room temperature... overall, Disappointment. Definitely pushed me to try out a new spot on my next go for sure.... I’m sure anyone ordering crab would want it hot for the price crab is worth am I right?
They do the trick if you want seafood! I only gave 3 stars because they arent the best but not the worst either. The flavor of the spices have a taste of sweet to me but the medium spice doesnt bring any heat!
I had the crab legs and crawfish but the shrimp needs work. It was blane even in the sauce they didnt taste like anything. Customer Servicr was great though.
First time ever eating at this fine place. The young lady that greeted us did a very good job attending me and my brother and his family. I believe her name was Lyric. She was a great waitress. Everything was prompt and very hot. The snow crab, shrimp were tasteful. When it was said and done we were very satisfied with our entire meal. Lyric did an excellent job and always had a nice attitude and smile 😄. Keep up the good work. We will definitely be back to this establishment.
The place was gross. The boy had his pants below his nasty but. When I received my fish it was burned and so tiny it did not make one piece put together. I received my money back. I will never go back to this place. They need a dress code. One of the girls had her shorts so short they just look nasty. Like they dont wash good.
The service was very bad. There was only 1 other table and the waiter came to get or order and rushed us and as we ordered he was in such a rush it made the experience bad. I would say 4-5 wait staff on shift and we seen our waiter when we ordered and when the bill came. The food was good but horrible service.
Went here a week ago it was terrible the service sucked ,a friend and i got lemonade and it literally just tasted like they squeezed a lemon in tap water the menu is trash barley anything good on it and over priced never eating here again
This was our first time here but we really enjoyed it. We went on a Friday evening the food was delicious, it was a live band tvs all around which was a great atmosphere for the kids as well. We were constantly checked on to make sure everything was to our liking. Also the owner Lucky was amazing. Keep doing what yall doing thank you and we WILL be back soon!!!
The food, customer service, and environment were top notch. Enjoyed bottom of the Bayou Jumbo shrimp with Garlic and lemon pepper. The food is so amazing and fresh. Great place to bring family and friends. Rated 10 of 10! You will be beyond pleased.

My husband and I visited this restaurant on Friday,September 20,2019 at 3pm. We spent 72.00!!! The king crab 🦀 was good going down but by 1am I was in the ER with food poising. Please be beware of this establishment. I knew I should’ve eaten there when I went to the restroom and there was no soap or tissue available... but by then I had already eaten. 🤮🤮🤮 I am still in pain and can only keep down liquids. Just eat at your own risk!!!
My current go-to spot for take out seafood! Im so happy this spot is very close to my house for good Louisiana seafood. I mostly get take out fried fish/shrimp and never had a bad experience. Seafood is always good, hot and timely. You get good amount for the price and staff always nice/friendly. Good atmosphere for dine in as well. I usually go to Boiling Crab but the wait is so long and frustrating. But my husband wanted to try something new so we took a chance with this place. And let me tell you I am not a seafood fan so therefore I am very picky with what type of seafood I eat because at times it is not satisfying and lacks seasoning. But this restaurant was so spacious, no wait and the food delicious! We came back with all of my family 12 to be exact and we all loved it! Nothing like some spicy seafood! We flu d our new spot!
Went in order and paid the clerk said 10 minutes I went back in after 12 minutes. She hadn’t even sent my order to the kitchen. She knew because when I came back they were speaking in Spanish about it (they should realize some people not of the decent understand the language). I was particularly irritated that she was laughing and then I had to ask for a refund they offered no sincere apology. Then had the nerve to ask if I had the change so they can give me a 20 like it makes a difference after I have been inconvenienced.
Normally I would give them 5 stars unfortunately today they upset my wife when she told me to tell them to make sure her fish was extra crispy and keep it away from any shell fish well it wasnt away from the shell fish and wasnt crisp. Just wish they would listen. So now she has to order from some where else. Cause she allergic to shellfish.
One of my favorite places for crab legs, corn on the cob, potatoes, and shrimp, no sausage in a bag!!! For $37.00. Service is quick, food is hot and waitresses keep your drink full. Its NOT the Shell Shack, but really good food!!! Give them a try..
Was skeptical but this place is actually pretty good! The seasoning is great but you can tell the crawfish is mixed with fresh & not so fresh. The blue crab soft shell is delicious! They have a variety of beers. The place is big so you can take a large group if need be.
Dont believe the hype.... food was nasty period. The staff is to young so you know the service sucks. The grease is dirty so the catfish and soft shell crabs were half done. OH and the Gumbo was extremely hot and taste like lime juice was used in the dish.
A long wait for 3 meals and we were all together. Meal was not pleasing at ALL! Makes it even worst when there is poor custom service. Fried the fish and shrimp in bad grease!! The wings were not the flavor my my son asked for which was barbecue. All around bad service!!!
Our waitress went missing half into our meal and none of the others seemed willing to help until she was found. Food was okay not good or bad.
When I went in I knew I wanted crab legs and shrimp but became undecisive once I looked at the menu. The waitress was so polite answered all of my questions and allowed me to take my time. The food was made and out promptly. It was hot and fresh and I could tell. I devoured my entire meal before I could take or save pictures it was seasoned to perfection it add heat but wasnt unbearable and I could taste the garlic and herbs it wasnt bland. The waitress refilled my drink when she noticed it was low without even asking. She even accomidated my mans request for buffalo sauced shrimp. The AC was pleasant but wasnt blasting over my food causing it to turn cold unlike a lot of the TOP seafood restaurant chains. This is literally the BEST seafood spot Ive been to in years I will be returning and this time Ill try to take pics properly before I eat everything up lol. Please go try it I promise you will not regret it.
Took our father here for Father’s Day and it was a bad experience. We waited over an hour for food and we received partial food for 3 meals. This is a crab shack and none of the food was any of the crab ordered. The waitress returned and said 5 mins for crab which turned into 15 more minutes. Crab arrives and we had to wait for butter and crab crackers which was another 10 mins not to mention while waiting we were informed they were out of ice so by this time all the drinks are room temperature. Still only partial food for the first 3 meals. The waitress was doing the best she could we asked to speak to the manager and was told the manager did not want to come over we had to come to her.When we get to the register the manager disappears and the waitress says she doesn’t want to come again. We request a discount as not all our meal was received. The manager finally came and gave a discount but we found the discount was on the receipt we were given but the charge on the card was the original bill without the discount. The manger was unable to adjust the bills and had to charge the original on the card and then refund the discount amount in cash. This was a complete nightmare. Will not be returning.

Nice vibes...Gumbo has been the best Ive tasted so far...the catfish fillet was a joke tho..very thin, small and kept breaking. Its probably best to go early in the day than later in the evening

Salty, salty, salty. Today was my 1s time, and last, going here only because a co-worker recommended it. I bought 1lb of cajun fire shrimp to go. It was way too salty, not going back and idk about the rest of the food they have but i dont recommend the shrimp.
My first time here and it was more hair in my food then a wig itself. Was very upset a customer should not have to spend there hard earned money on a meal of there choice all to have found balls of hair in there food. This is very poor cleanness and is disgusting. Make your employees wear hair nets and wash there hands ugh!!!!!

This place WAS pretty good but now I have a few issues. The crawfish was okay, probably just because I was hungry, but the tails were on the smaller side and half of them I couldnt get out a whole piece without them breaking from being too soft or mushy. Then the menu says the 3 piece potatoes are $1.50 but I guess the girl decided to charge me $2.00 for each order. It might seem small, but to me thats just shady. It was good while it lasted but I think Ill just have to find a new place for my cajun cooking. Plus it just seems like a lack of care who you allow to answer the phone and talk to your customers or how they present themselves at your establishment. Didnt ask for my name, number, or how much my order was. Just ready to hurry up and hang up on me. Plus if your going to work the front, try not to have a small shirt on with your hairy armpits showing. You cant be trashy and rude at the same time. The owner is a pretty cool guy, just not too sure where his head is at these days.
This is my first time here! I honestly had the worst experience ever! I was here for lunch at 1:15pm the place was completely empty I was the only one there! Order a pound of shrimp it was ready whitn 5-7 min! I was eating the fist shrimp and it was not peeling easily well it was raw in the middle I open more then 3 all the same I started getting an itchy throat and hands! The waiter really nice came a replace the batch for me! 2 Bach Came out like they reheated the old shrimp and serve it because now it was cold meaning they didn’t boiled them up like they supposed to service is nice but the taste of the food it’s disgusting cold potatoes, old and hard sticky rice and very greasy sauce Never coming back
I had an awesome experience!!!! Kenneth aka Kenny was the best! He made sure i enjoyed my meal with no issues, the area was clean, my food was hot and flavorful! I will definitely be back! Thank you Kenny for good vibes and a good time!
Service was HORRIBLE! 6 ladies at the front and not one greeted us. Usually that’s reason for me to leave but I give it a chance.This place has a very uncomfortable atmosphere per the rude waitresses. $50 for nasty food. I could tell my fish was fried in dirty grease and gumbo disgusting. If you’re reading this and never been RUNAWAY..

So we went for my fathers birthday dinner. And this must be the worse customer service ever!!! I give it a one start only because the waiters were so lazy! And forgetful!! So my brother and family got there first, when we arrived they had their drinks. Which we waited about 20 mins just to get me and my family drinks ordered. They took forever to bring out our drinks and even longer to give my father his bud light and water( which they had forgot to bring out they came to us asking us if they forgot something) which we told them that my father and son were waiting for their drinks. And had to reorder. So after that we ordered our food. They bring out the crab legs and usually gives us the tools to break the crab legs. Which they didn’t we had to ask for them. One of the lady waiters said that the tools are way in the back( she acted like she couldn’t get them since they were way in the back) we still asked for them which she came out with a couple. ( this is after we got done with half of the crab legs struggling to crack them open.) which I thought she was somewhat rude. Then my brother had ordered another pound of shrimp a little before we were done with our food. And once again they forgot to order it so we waited another 30 mins for nothing! We just paid and left. Didn’t want to make it a big deal since it was for my father but seriously didn’t see other people with this problem. My boyfriend said it was because we were in the grove and that’s how females act but I still don’t see any reasoning for all of this🙄. Food was good. But the people there suck!
I paid $100 for mediocre seafood. The seasoning was bland but Ill take the blame for that because I ordered the Bottom as the seasoning. But my major issue was the black leeches the covered most of my crab legs. Ive been to different seafood restaurants and Ive never seen anything like this. The staff were polite and professional I only waited 15 mins for my to go order, but I wont be returning.
I drive 25 min to this place, and arrive at 9:30 pm , the people work there dont ask me where I can be seat I ask if the place is open the lady talk me like she dont want continue work bad experience feel like descrimination to be latin
This place was so good. I enjoyed everything I ordered from the hush puppies to the snow crab & tiger shrimp combo. Junior did a fantastic job as a server. Ill definitely be back when I visit my friend in the area.
Writing this review from this restaurant. Our waiter would like to spend more time on his phone than serving us. Every time i need something i has to raise my hand and wait for him. Quality of the food okay when compare with price. We ordered crab with shrimp. They leftbthe food without utensils to break the crab. Has to ask twice to get what we need. Wont recomend this place and wont come bacj again either.
Was really hesitant to come here after the negative reviews we saw and while the the wait was much longer than it should have been seeing as there were only a hand full of people there and our waitress seemed to hate her life xD the food was worth it. We got the king crab, shrimp and sausage in the bayou seasoning and well definitely be back.
I would have given this place a 5, but the service was not worth the pay! I ordered corn, she put it on someone’s place and failed to tell us. So when I asked for it she took 30mins to get it back to me. My daughter asked for Dr Pepper. She brought tea. Told her it was wrong, she took 30 more minutes. When we needed refills we just got up and went to the desk and asked for them. She never handed us a check either. Anyways, y’all get the point. Your servers need to learn to be servers. It wasn’t busy at all so there goes that excuse.
Having several relatives coming from out-of-town very soon & was seeking a nice seafood restaurant that provided 3 dine-in requirements: Excellent Food, Customer Service & Atmosphere. My son & I decided to give this restaurant a Test Run for his Birthday which occurred a few days ago. This restaurant Failed in 2 out of the 3 areas: Food and Customer Service!! First, the girl who greeted us never smiled nor IDd herself. However, she did advise us that they had no fried chicken, catfish, calamari or oysters, etc available. Since we had an idea of what we wanted to order prior to our visit we both had to re-select. We both settled on shrimp; he the Po-Boy sandwich & I the shrimp salad which was served in a Jimmy Dean size frozen breakfast bowl containing iceberg lettuce only, 5 medium shrimp & a 1/16th oz. of unknown mixed cheeses sprinkled on top for $9.95. Nothing Else except Cocktail Sauce and Ketchup!! And...To Boot 2 Plastic Forks! Are metal utensils outdated? Walmart has them for a pack of 3 or 4 for $1 each set (Spoons, forks and knives). I mean, REALLY???!!! Told waitress I wanted a takeout order for gumbo and chicken wings (10) before we left. Was told to wait until end of meal. She never came back so had to go to the counter myself to order. Left a $5 tip-not my usual 20% Tip ONLY because it was my sons Birthday! Different circumstances-=$0 Tip HOW EMBARRASSING THIS EXPERIENCE WAS!!!!! GLAD I DIDNT BRING MY OUT-OF-TOWN RELATIVES AS THEY ARE NOT VERY FORGIVING!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I VISIT THIS RESTAURANT!!! (:(
Cajun is a special thing because is the perfect balance between salt flavor protein and fats, if you are on a low carb diet or keto diet be careful of this place because the seasoning is too sweet and tbh Cajun shouldnt be sweet, now if you like sweet shrimp with added cajun flavor this is your place. I wouldnt recommend this place.
Very neat and welcoming restaurant. They provide large portions and for economical rates. I liked the menu a lot and the waiters were very friendly and chatty. Highly recommended.
This place is wonderful. I got the crab boil bag. It was enough for two people and seasoned very well. Lyric was the person that helped me and she also was wonderful. Made the experience GREAT. She was very knowledgeable on the menu and stuff. Overall great experience will be returning SOOOON

This was my second time here Yesterday and although the food us great and tasty, I will never eat here again. Yesterday I was caught in here while we had the storm pass by, I went with my family and my baby whom has a disability (congenital heart disease ) and DS and my little one needed a diaper change and they have no changing tables in neither restrooms male or females. Not inside the stalls or anywhere. I was very disappointed that they cant even care for providing families this must have table. No parent or Person should have to change a baby on a restroom floor while its very unsanitary. So shameful. I was obligated to step outside in the rain to my car to change my little one. No parent should have to be put in this predicament. I made sure it was safe enough to exit the restaurant King Crab Shark in the rain to change my little one. It ruined my appetite including my family whom was concerned and also came outside to assit me and my little boy in the rain. I will Not eat here again or recommend this place for families because it was clear that its a none baby/toddler friendly environment. SMH so disappointed.
Today 11/19/2020 I ordered 3 catfish baskets to go boy did it smell good I was so excited to get home with it ! Do you know it was not good at all nothing fresh old catfish so upset had 3 of them the fries was hard to so I’ll never go back $36 wasted put mine in the damn trash !

For it being my first time at Louisiana Crab Shack, it was beyond expectations!!! We had a party of 5... Which means 5 different orders. Our waiter did an outstanding taking orders and bringing our orders in a timely manor. So i definetly give them 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Oh and i cant forget about Happy Hour!!! $1 beers whaat!!! You cant beat that... Good food and cheap beer😎

Could not get our order right! I asked for a plain and dry po boy and it came out with everything. My daughter ordered crab plain and it came out on the same plate with my husbands all covered in garlic butter! Terrible customer service!!! Unfortunately there are no ratings below one star. This places food was not good. Im from New Orleans and never have we sprinkled seasoning on our seafood. We actually season our fried food before we fry it and we season our water while boiling not after.
It took 10 mins to get seated first of all, after finally seated it took another 30 mins for the food to come after ordering. Service was slow, Im not giving any stars because a negative star wouldnt show! I will never go back again! Sorry it gets 2👎👎
Food was great not any problems but the service was lacking so for me it offset the food.. We had to get up and go ask for refills on drinks and any other extra food i wanted to order.. The wait staff just kind of hung out laughing and talking ..
Service was slow.... We were told that the shrimp would be deveined, and it was NOT. So waitress asked would we like something else than the shrimp. We told her a cluster , she went and called her boss to see if it was ok. She came back and said it would be $21.95 for that......smh. FOR 1 HALF A CRAB???? The gumbo is NOT or nowhere near tasting like Louisiana gumbo, it was bland. Fried shrimp was ok. The portion were very small.... Season was bland. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

This is a very terrible place, it took one hour to have an order ready. Staff are not trained to do their job well. Order was not taken to kitchen until after 45 minutes of wait. By the time the order was received it was all a mess. They dont have good customer relationship. They shouldnt be in business.
I got two baskets, and I feel like I got more fries than fish, and I could not sub my fries for sweet potato fries😕, but my crab and calamari was good, yet this will not be my first choice of a crab shack to go back to in the future.
Fries were the bomb but the soft blue crab omg 😠 .. I do not recommend when they said soft they meant soft. Poor customer service and margaritas didnt have no alcohol.

Love this place completely recommend....love getting the special of 1lb snow crab legs and half a pound of shrimp with 2 corns and 3 potatoes my absolute favorite...great taste! And the crab legs are so full they have enough meat.....we just celebrated my moms birthday yesterday and the staff where very nice they went that extra mile to take pictures and provide knive plates and forks since we had forgotten ours for the cake...
Guys, food is good for the price ! But goodness the girls that work there are rude :( . You walking in is already a bother to them. Just brace yourself and if you can push past that itll be ok.
Spent $100 here ,first time trying this place,to cut a long story short, it wasnt worth it.. Fried fish and fries are nothing to brag about ,the expensive boil bag wasnt that great, overcooked crawfish, barely any sausage... Wont be back!!

Well, this place really has gone down hill. I use to love this place but to even reach them to place an order by phone is impossible. If you even get through they don’t answer and when you try to call back the line is busy! Ridiculous! I bet they just take the phone off the hook. I tried calling ten times and busy line.
It smelled, the floors were sticky, we waited over 30 minutes and as someone else started, yes! They need a dress code ! The food was ok.

Im comparing this seafood to Texas seafood not NOLA. My Shrimp Poboy was eh, it was okay. I give it a C+. My snow crabs with cajun spices was good. I give it a solid B. Will probably try it again.
The only downside is that ther service could improve a lot. Most people there are younger and dont know how to serve. Its quite annoying having to ask to be served, but the food is great.
Worst service EVER!! A bunch a young unexperienced kids working here. About 7 of them standing behind the counter doing NOTHING while were steady getting incorrect meals sent to our table. They need to get it together. We will not be supporting this place again!
This is my 4th time eating at this location, every time Im very pleased with my food and service. Today I had the crawfish which was delicious, I got the fire with the bottomless seasoning.. It was definitely a hit for sure!!

So today I decided to check out this place I order 3 kids meal for 6$ and 32$ crab also 4$ sausage, it come to 76$ but I paid it didnt pay it no mind I was expecting a little pricey But as I proceed home I was wondering like why was it like 76$ Proceed to get undressed get comfortable and lay in my bed and actually enjoy my meal so as the minutes pass I’m still like this not making sense so I called up to the location Now when I place my order remind you I pointed this out to the young lady everything I want it pointed it out even spoke the price because I had to tell her my order three different times and she still didn’t understand So as I Call to the location I explain to them what happened they get the manager on the phone the managers tells me to bring the food back now my kids already ate I’m the last person to eat as a mother No this is a 20 minute drive so he asked me to bring the food back after explaining to him how his employee messed up on my order and you want me to get up out of my bed to come and bring you the food back when all you should do is charge me $58 instead of $76 this is such a long story goes on I don’t want to To make it too long already made long enough just be very cautious with the new employees at this location he argued with me for about 20 minutes and it’s just sad how we don’t have customer service in a place of business is
It was poor of flavor. Almost flavorless. No proper silverware to eat with, they say because it got stolen.Unpleasant dinner overall, except for the server he was great.

Ive only had the crab legs and the are pretty good and a reasonable price. The customer services was good she was always smiling and checking to see if we need anything.
Maria and daisy took my order 20 min before they closed I called several times before I came no one answered the fone. I came 6 mins after they closed they told me they never made my food and they wasn’t supposed to take my order after a already drove to the restaurant I’m very disappointed with their services

Bad customer service. I’ll keep going to my normal spot. Called at 8:00 to put an order in for pickup and was told the kitchen closed. When I advised that them they closed at 9. Someone in the background replied “we ain’t making that” oh ok. I’ll spend my money somewhere else.

Fish was bland needs more seasoning, the chicken wings are not seasoned prior to cooking. After seasoning falls off your left with flavorless chicken. The frys are good, had more seasoning than the chicken and fish.

2022-05-15The food was delicious BUT the atmosphere, professionalism and customer service sucked. They did not offer any utensils to eat the crab boil with and when it was time to pay we were charged $40 extra for another tables order. Even though the food was good, I’m not sure if I’ll be returning.

2022-06-05Food was just ok. The combos they offer for the seafood are not well put together. Pretty much have to build what you want which is more expensive. On top of that the waiters brought our food out and could not tell which food belonged to who. We had 4 of the same combos with different levels of heat which they mixed up. I ordered canjun with medium heat and it was no where near that. Tasted more like mild. On top of that the sodas where very watered down we had to go next door to dollar tree to get drinks.My husband got wings and said they werent that good. They barley had any sauce on them. Overall we will not return, the food was not that good to come back. Oh did I mention a 20% gratuity on our tickets (definitely not worth it).

2022-01-09The food is just OK, drinks were HORRIBLE, no unsweet tea and sweet tea was the kind from machine that tasted like it went rancid last week. Bagged seafood taste like it was frozen, boiled in water, then flavor added to the bag as the outside of the food was flavored but the actual food itself was bland, definitely not spicy, more like a Northeast coast style. Catfish was very small but cooked good, was best part of the meal. Cajun fries are a joke, NOTHING Cajun about them, tasted like Old Bay Seasoning, need to change the name to New England fries. Staff was friendly but definitely not trained.Overall have been here several times, because it was close and food has never gotten any better. Dont know that Ill be back.

2020-02-28First time coming here and I give it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. Crab legs were so good. The shrimp are huge! Good food and great service. Our server was very attentive, he kept checking up on us to make sure we were good. Definitely recommend if you like seafood and if you dont mind getting your hands dirty. The kids liked it too.

2022-06-14I dont know who is in the kitchen but waaaay to much lemon pepper on them wings. Ric Ross would fire him. 8 PC @ $12.50 I shouldve just went to raising canes for this. The fries were cooked in fish grease. I could taste it and it wasnt many fries at all. My sweet tea wasnt fresh brew. $2.50 used it to wash the lemon pepper down and out my mouth. 2 kids catfish and shrimp baskets 13.98. I shared some of their fries cause the lack of fries on My basket.I dont know if the basket was good because kids just like to eat. Kids baskets should come with a drink not an adult-sized drink.Last but not least the oysters 6@ 13.95 not worth it at all disappointed make me want that. The little white guy playing with the slinky and staring while we eat was very disturbing. He needs something to do respectfully. I give places one chance to win my buisness to come back. I tipped my waiter because of the times we living in. The fact also they dont respond to this or any other review says another. I am a food critic. What could yall do with $75? Buy the 5lb bag of crawfish. It was actually 66 itself and you get a1lb free. NEVER AGAIN...

2022-05-28Horrible customer service and very expensive food, the lady in the front that seats you down had an attitude right when we walked in and gave us an ugly look when being seated. Dont come here it aint worth it. The mixed drinks are half fast and arent what you order, taste nasty too.

2022-06-25I would give this establishment 0 stars if I could. My first time visiting this location and the customer service was terrible. I had two separate call-in orders. Upon arrival the cashier, an African-Am male with dreads greeted me at the counter. I told him my order #’s and he asked what did I order. I proceeded to tell him the first order and then the second order. The first order was incorrect. He was missing the fried shrimp salad. I even showed him the order on my phone. He says I didn’t say you were lieing, I don’t have that order. I told him I need to place the order. I asked him why I couldn’t substitute my fries on my second order. He says you could’ve substituted your fries for sweet potato fries. I said well you didn’t suggest that over the phone. We go back and forth. I told him don’t take it personal sir. He says you not hurting my feelings by no means; I don’t care. I said, you don’t think you could’ve told me my options of substitutions over the phone and he said no and began to mumble under his breath. I paid for both orders. After waiting almost 20 mins for the fried shrimp salad the cashier tells me that will be $. I said I thought you included it when I paid for the first order, he said no. Wow!!! I had to repeatedly ask for condiments. I get home our food is cold from having to wait about 20 mins for the fried shrimp salad and realized there was a shrimp basket in the order that he charged me for and gave me a chicken salad instead of shrimp salad. Just a bad experience and poor customer service all the way around.

2021-05-02Been here a few times, each time the food has definitely had great flavor although it could be spicier. We usually get the Cajun with a Fire spice but its more of a mild/medium so the side of Valentina gives it that extra kick. The servers could use a little more training but every time we go its usually a younger staff so for me its slightly understandable but some people will probably disagree. They definitely could use a larger beer selection!
