Will not be ordering from here again. I might order with another Kirby Smith at a different location, but will only try there one more time. The reason for the one star is because of the quality of service. The staff was mostly friendly every time I called. I had to call multiple times just to get my initial order placed. Every time I would call they said they would get my order placed, but never would. Always had to call back to get them to follow through. Took 2 weeks to have something shipped 60 miles on an item they had in stock. UPS lost the first order, and the second order was left outside in the rain. My parts were rained on and had rust. I even put on UPS options to place on the porch. The box should have been wrapped with some type of Saran Wrap etc. They forgot to put some of my parts in the box, and had to salvage old parts. On top of everything, they did not even give me a receipt.I’m not saying to not order from Kirby Smith. I’m just saying order from a different location, if you want parts faster, and want better quality service.

This place rents and sells construction machinery. They also sell parts and service for construction machinery. If you have or need to have construction machinery, this is a good place to take care of the needs associated with such.
