I bought a washer and dryer from them about 2 weeks ago and the seal has been leaking water on the floor. I have tried to contact them multiple times because of the 90 day warranty they supposedly have and they wont return any of my calls or text messages. Dont waste your time or money. They are a bunch of thieves.

This is absolutely the worst experience I ever had when buying anything. I bought the washer /dryer and refrigerator combo and the refrigerator never worked. They cam to fix it five times and I had to pay most of the time for that. It is a rip-off and I am going to look into other legal matters there. THIS PLACE IS A RIPOFF DO NOT GET SCREWED
Bad quality appliances only lasted a bit over half a year. Please dont use this place, go to a reputable company and dont waste your money on an appliance that will go dead after a few months.
Purchased a washer for my tenants to be delivered . They didn’t even set it up and just left the washer we purchased in our living room. Unless you like wasting money , adding frustration and being lied to, DO NOT use the guys for anything.
I recently bought some AC from here and their warranty sucks. I have had to take the ac back to get repaired and they didnt fix anything. The people that are there dont even know what they are talking about when you ask them a questions. Going there is a waste if time and money!
I stopped by the store at 10am when they were Supposed to be open and was closed. So i called the number and was told that two of there workers had car trouble to give them 30mins. Waited 45min and still no show. Dont knw how there Products fair but customer service is poor.
They sell half working appliances and then never responded back when you call for repairs. The washer they sold me puts the softener in during the wash cycle and the soap in during the rinse cycle. They are thieves.

2022-04-06STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! PLEASE BELIEVE THE BAD REVIEWS!! I unfortunately did not listen and had a terrible experience. I ignored soo many red flags with this place, but foolishly continued with the purchase because I thought I found a deal. Two kids delivered my appliances to my home and destroyed my brand new floors in the process. I closed on my house December 30, they ruined my floors on the 31st. These kids pushed heavy machines across the floor because they did not have $5 floor coasters, or have any idea of what they were doing. We tested the washer and it leaked water all over the floors. Thankfully my boyfriend was able to fix that. I contacted Carlos immediately and I have been getting the run around ever since. He actually blocked my boyfriend and I from calling him! I could go on about this company. But heed my warning, DO NOT SHOP HERE!!

2022-02-21This place gave us a very good deal but from day 1 the washer kept filling with water. I had to drain it multiple times. They kept telling me it was normal!!!!! The guy, Donny, never came to repair it even though they give you a 90 day warranty. I sent him pictures and videos. I had to call an appliance repair company because they kept ghosting me. The reason it’s not a one star review is because even with the cost of repair, it was much cheaper than it would have been elsewhere. That being said, if the unit you get is defective (and it likely is) they won’t come make it right.

2021-05-19Our experience was wonderful! We walked in to view their washer/dryer sets. I really appreciated their honesty and service, so we purchased a set on the spot. It was delivered a few days later, and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. We obviously did a cycle to clean the washer as there was a slight odor, but they’re used so totally appropriate.A HUGE thank you to Johnny for his expertise and customer service!We recommend this place if you are okay with a refurbished set. The price is unbeatable elsewhere.

2022-01-11DO NOT BUY! We purchased a Kitchenaid refrigerator Sept. 2021 and it has been a nightmare since. We paid for delivery and the fridge was delivered by two teenagers in a Uhaul with new dents and a door that no longer sealed. The refrigerator would not cool due to the door damage. Repair kids would show up at random hours with no warning or communication and FaceTime in efforts to “fix” the fridge. After 3 separate visits from these boys we requested a different fridge that worked. They showed up with a Samsung (once again no warning or communication) that has also been riddled with issues. It has been over two months and the refrigerator will stop cooling at random weekly. The repair people have no idea what is actually wrong with the appliances and just pump them full of coolant as a temporary bandaid. This will get them through the “90 day warranty” so that you’re left with a worthless piece of junk. If you care to take a leap of faith with this company make sure you have a backup refrigerator to avoid losing hundreds of dollars worth of food.

2022-01-11DO NOT BUY HERE!! If your gut tells you that the inside of this place is a scam, you’re correct. This place sells junk. The “technician” doesn’t know anything about the appliances. They will pump Freon into your fridge with each visit and after your 90 day warranty is done, you’re screwed. These machines are garbage and we’re out $1000. They need to be shut down

2021-04-11I cannot emphasize enough, do NOT buy from these people, listen to the other reviewers. They will sell you equipment that doesnt work or if it does, is completely disgusting in how dirty it is. I spent over 6 hours cleaning my washer and dryer in addition to replacing the dryer belt because it was about ready to break. Youre pretty much on your own if your unit breaks. They say theyll give you a three month warranty but wont respond to texts or calls after your purchase. If I could give this place negative stars I would.

2020-08-10They are awesome until they take your money. He sold me a faulty refrigerator, it broke down after a month! He then said I could still buy the warranty for it so I did and it ran me anther 100$. They came and couldnt fix it he left me 1 month with no refrigerator even though I told him I have children living with me. He finally gave me a loaner refrigerator then gave me another damaged one covered in ROACH FECES! I had to transport it myself so he wouldnt charge and when I took doors off there it was.. DISGUSTING! We then had a roach problem for a few weeks. I gave up and am selling the ROACH FRIDGE and LOANER to get a new one. I Strongly advise you not to waste your time or put your family at risk with this guy. I told him many times this bad review was coming but he didnt care I guess. 1,300$ later I have 2 junk fridges and had to fumigate my home for roaches. CARLOS at KNR is the WORST I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH.

2021-12-18Waste of time.Called ahead for a fuse I needed replaced, the dude said they’d have it, and I asked him to make sure, he assured they did.Went over and barely got help, the gentleman with a fauhawk helped me and looked around a bunch of junk on a counter for the fuse (not organized at all) and said they didn’t have it. Drove 25 minutes for nothing.

2020-03-25Believe the one stars here. This place sells junk that lasts a week max and will never be fixed. He gave me 3 different refrigerators that lasted 1week max. Still has not fixed the one I last received. Dont spend your money here unless you want it wasted...I will be going to court for my $750 if they are still in business by then!Lots of promises and never a working appliance. IMO they should be charged with theft because thats what it is when you knowingly sell junk that doesnt work for profit

2021-01-03I don’t like to write negative reviews as I never do but this one has to be voiced. As far as the other reviews written I wish I had read them first before giving this store a chance to prove otherwise.Bad service!!! It was sketchy from the beginning but I continued to follow through with a purchase. At delivery Carlos was rude and he was too lazy to unload a washer and dryer. After Carlos threatened me that he would damage my floors and he had attitude with me I simply said give me my money back. His reply was ok. I do not recommend this place.
