Not bad at all! I only had like 5 minutes to run in and grab the special of the week and get back home as my class ran very late. It was very achievable with the help of the Kroger ap telling me which aisle and there being ample self checkouts available despite the numerous people.There is a sign on the front door stating people who are vaccinated are welcome to not wear a mask. I noticed quite a few people wearing masks and quite a few not. Do what makes you comfortable.As I was leaving, the kind cashier made sure to tell me to have a wonderful day! It is truly the small things like that to make customers want to keep coming back despite having many other groceries options to choose from.Thank you Kroger, yall are amazing
Kandi is beyond rude. I asked the self checkout person a question, she didn’t know the answer so she asked Kandi. Kandi’s response was very rude and unnecessary, not just towards the employee but me as the customer. If the tag on the shelf was worded correctly, I wouldn’t had been confused. Though this is my local Kroger, I wont be coming back. The original worker that I asked the question to was very helpful and polite
Typical grocery store with your typical grocery items. The Sushi is delish though!Now if you are going to send money through Western Union - I DO NOT recommend this location at all. Charlene is very rude and seems annoyed all the time. She always gives me a hard time in sending money and when I talked to Jon the manager to verify an issue - he give me the same BS. In short, for the Sushi and groceries - it serves its purpose. For sending money through Western Union, nope... DO NOT recommend. I now send it from the Albertsons on HWY 183 by the Dollar Tree. It is NIGHT and DAY! To my surprise, sending money through Western Union takes literally 10 minutes and it was super easy - NO HASSLE AT ALL!!!
A decent Kroger that is very clean. This Kroger has an extensive produce section, however the rest of the store could be stocked more often. Should be noted that it could be a COVID-19 issue rather than a store issue. Every store is having a hard time keeping their stores stocked, which is why its not included in my star-rating. Other than that, there is plenty of parking, and of course they have their gas station attached to the business. Ive saved plenty of money by using Krogers gas because the savings transfer over from the store itself. Its pretty standard, but I would add that their sushi stand is the best Ive had from a Kroger, and that is saying a lot.
Over the years this store has gone down hill. You still have the awesome employees, but most of them act like they hate their life, and you are inconveniencing them if you have a question or even say hello.The pickup used to be really good, but the past 2 months the employees just don’t care. When ordering fruits and vegetables you have to really look over the order and the recipe to make sure they gave you the right produce, make sure it’s not half rotten or damaged, and to make sure they gave you the right amount. You also need to pay attention to the expiration dates because they will give you expired food. Some of the employees are fantastic when bringing out the order, but there are 2 employees that throw your order in the back seat not paying attention to what they’re throwing in the car, breaking open the packaging and won’t say anything, and if you ask a question about your order they throw their hands up (literally I’m not joking), blame the problem on someone else, and walk off.I usually go to Walmart for everything besides produce, but with what’s going on lately I might as well get everything else from Walmart.
My mother and I go to this store for most of groceries and they always have what we need at a good price; the digital coupons help a lot. One employee, James, is very amiable and when I asked if there was anymore of a product he went to the stockroom to check then brought us the item. This store is great and well definitely keep coming back 👍
This review is solely based on the outside kiosk at gas station. I have stopped here 6 or 7 times in the last 2 weeks and every single time there is a ill be back sign. Why is there never an employee in there? Why do you even have it if someone is not working in there?Im annoyed. Love your grocery store though. I am a frequent shopper.
FIX The AIR CONDITIONING! Been Not Working ALL SUMMER! There are other places to shop. I avoid this place more and more! Since the PANDEMIC, this store only cares about bottom line, how much they can make . Employees are Most of the Time very Good. They No Longer Offer to bring your Cart To the Car! I prefer to shop myself. Tried to put in review, have too much to say about this store ! Big COMPANY, really feel like taking advantage of hard working persons !
Small Kroger store. The staff is definitely hit-or-miss. I am huge on customer service and half the time they dont seem happy. I am literally there 3 or 4 times a week out of convenience and sometimes I get a hello goodbye thank you and half the time its nothing. Its the same staff since I moved here 2 years ago and they just dont seem to recognize a repeat customer.
It has to be really frustrating to work there. First of all, the staff is super nice and very helpful and the selection is okay. Better than the neighborhood walmart, but needs improvements. However, I witnessed several angry customers including myself with being forced to self check out. I had a full cart and eventually a really great young dude helped me, but he had to help on the self checkout lane so my groceries were on the floor and he was panicked because people were yelling at him for having to check their stuff out and malfunctioning machines. All of my cold food was warm when I got home. YOU NEED TO REMEMBER THE CUSTOMER. If older people knew how to leave Google reviews this place would have between 2.8-3.3. Stars. Your upper management is seriously lacking and youre lucky you can find anyone at all willing to stay on your team. And theyre all really impressive. So at least you have that going for you, but you need to fix your processes to provide better customer service.

2022-04-06I take my mother shopping at this store once a week as I have for the last 8 years. I’ve never had an issue with this store until today. We had just gotten over by the pharmacy when we heard a MANAGER upset with two male employees. The two gentleman had a confused and embarrassed look when this manager started getting loud towards them and all while using profanity. As they tried to explain their situation to him, he continued to cut them down. From what we gathered it was a scheduling issue over someone in the click list area who left. We are not normally this nosey but, we felt horrible. It was extremely unprofessional to be had outside of the office setting and horrible for someone in management to speak to their employees that way. We made sure to get this managers name and will be making further complaints. For the two guys who were working in the cheese area, keep up the good work! You both smiled and greeted us as we walked by you even after you dealt with that. Thank you.

2022-05-12I used their pick up for first time May 11th, and LAST TIME. The service is absolutely pathetic, frustrating, and time consuming.*First the KROGER APP isnt customer friendly.As you click on items you think its adding to your cart but its going to a list then try moving those items to the cart doesnt work.Also when you clip the coupons and try to add the stuff to your cart is so difficult.😤 Even in the store its hard to use the digital coupons also the associates dont seem familiar either and are rude when asked for assistance.*I completed my order the previous day about 8p for pick up nxt day 7-8p after work. So 24 hours in advance.When I ended my 12 hr shift I texted them on my way @7:20 in 5 mins. I arrived at 7:25 and messaged them I was there and they confirmed. Even if though I was the only one at pick up at 7:35 I was still waiting 😤so I called them and they said they will be right out. I waited another 10mins!! 😠😡I watched people arrive, go into the store and leave while I was waiting!! So disrespectful of my time.*When the associate finally brought my groceries he didnt even apologize for the wait. I suppose its a regular thing for them.I waited 20mins!! after ordering the previous day, texting omw and on arrival. 20 mins! I work long shifts and this just defeated the whole point of pick up for me.* Did I mention that I was the ONLY ONE waiting for pick up?! (I guess I know why now)*I have used grocery pick up several times with Walmart and Aldi, I never wait more than 5 mins and they have more people waiting for pick up. I have to say Kroger has a long way to go. Never making that mistake twice.

2022-04-13BEWARE of CONTAMINATED SEAFOOD AT THIS LOCATION! DO NOT BUY SEAFOOD HERE!I purchased 2 boxes of snow crab legs and they were contaminated with leech eggs! I don’t live in Bedford so I called the store manager who couldn’t help. Called the online customer service and stayed on for 30 minutes. Submitted an online report for them to tell me “we’ll give you a store credit”. After the manager said I was owed a refund? I’ve shopped at Kroger for YEARS and had NO CLUE their customer service and processes were so bad! I had no idea how much they REALLY AREN’T customer focused. It’s SAD. I may have to report them for fraud through my bank since they can’t seem to figure it out.

2022-05-06I was pretty shocked at what I saw while in line. We always try to use the in person check out because we enjoy that experience more than the self check out. The woman working the register was absolutely horrific to the customer in front of us. I think her name tag said Debbie. However, the customer told her she was not listening and she snapped back that he wasnt listening to her. Her paralanguage showed that she did not want to be there and she came off aggressive. It was absurd. An African American man was assisting her, but did not correct her ... So I can only assume that he was the bagger instead of her manager.This isnt acceptable. We didnt risk checking out with abusive and rude Debbie. Instead, we went to the self check out line. Then we got out of there. I think we will stick to other stores in the future. Just not good customer service. If Debbie will treat others this way ... I am sure she would treat me this way too. The customer and Debbie were still arguing when we left. The manager may want to stay up front in the future.

2022-04-14Recently renovated. Consistently has the most fresh flowers and produce in the area. The only reason I still go to the competitor is for the deli meats

I enjoy shopping at this location because I know she is there with a welcoming smile and a hello !Sam, he is just awesome! He works all over the store. I couldnt find any frozen bell peppers and searched until he found me 3 bags !Thank you for the service!

2021-08-22What is really frustrating is that if you want sliced lunch meat and cheese it takes For Ever!!!!! They only always have one person working the counter.I unfortunately may need to start going to Market Street, they are much more fast and efficient and usually have 4 to 5 people on the deli counter

2022-01-14I have lived in Bedford for over a year. And this was the first grocery store I visited. It’s close so it makes it convenient. When I first visited, I noticed they did not have much at all, but I thought I may have went on a bad day so I gave them the benefit of the doubt … Now a year later, they still NEVER have anything. I’ve never been to a grocery store that just consistently never has basic items… I hate that I have to continue to drive 2-3 miles down Harwood Rd. just to go to the one in Euless on Main St. But at least I can always count on them to always be stocked and have what I need.
