Updating my rating to a 1. Went there tonight and prices jumped, but quality and quantity have gone down significantly. Service has always been terrible, but even with a large wait staff the service has gotten worse. The food I ordered was supposed to come with cabbage and avocados and they gave me a few pieces of shredded cabbage that was soaking wet, which made my tacos mushy. I talked to the waitress and she brought out more cabbage soaking wet after complaining. The enchiladas are our favorite and even that they cut down the cheese and the sauce. Its sad that they went downhill like most restaurants in the Brownwood area.
The food here is absolutely delicious! The chicken mole enchiladas and chicken tortilla soup were lovely. But I knocked off two stars because their service was awful. The staff was in a sour mood and they didn’t end up bringing out our last meal. When asked why the meal wasn’t coming out they said they weren’t serving that plate that evening and by that time everyone else was done with their meals. So ordering a new plate took a while. Would’ve been good to know that when ordering. Very odd.
Third time Ive been there. The first two times was excellent. This time horrible is not even an adequate description. The chicken was dry. The fish was overcooked. The rice was so dry you could not even eat it off of a Fork. Service was terrible. They leave the avocado seeds in the tableside guacamole which takes up half of the dish so they only give you half the guacamole. Just a horrible visit. We will debate before we go back there again.
We had a horrible experience. I cannot say Ill ever return. The service was unbelievably poor. It wasnt just our server, there were a few. Including the shift manager who was extremely rude and not helpful in anyway. Pre-pandemic we enjoyed eating here. The food was good and the staff knew how to do their job. On top on the terrible services we received. The food and drinks were not tgat good. To spend 60 dollars for 2 was COMPLETELY WASTED.
I ordered from Door DashThey are speedy. However everything in my plate was cold!Barely any sauce on my shrimp. The salsa that comes with the chips wasn’t even feel completely full it looks like somebody’s doggie bag!!!!Horrible disgusting I will never eat there or order from there again!GROSS
Second time there in a week or 10 days and again totally wasted trip and they ruined our dining experience completely because of awful service cold food and it took forever to get anything and yesterday ask for the manager three times and the manager never appeared never got our drinks filled and finally got up and paid and will not be back cannot recommend don’t waste your time.Older Mexican lady waitress could not speak English and there were plenty of people at the front that kept looking and knew that we were not getting waited on and yet did nothing. On our way out we expressed our disappointment and the young lady at the front acted so surprised that we were not getting properly.Reality is the food is not that good but it is our only place for Mexican food and if it’s hot and the service is good then you can tolerate the food not being as good as it should otherwise it’s an exercise in futility and a total waste of your time money and effort.
Ordered the texas fajita plate. All the meat had no flavor. The shrimp, chicken nor beef had no flavor. My cup of beans was all juice, rice and salsa were the best tasting out of everything. They said they did season the meat but there was nothing on it. Just black marks from the grill. Tortillas were cold and raw. Should have read reviews before coming. Its weird cause its always full here.
Queso was ok at best and the tres leches just sucked. The service was bad. My waitress was un attentive. She only had me and one other table. Then when I went to check out I was trying to sign the ticket and the other waiter guy was basically crawling over me to get to the tooth picks! He never said pardon me or excuse me just trying to get these real quick or anything and wouldnt even give me 10 seconds to fill out the ticket and sign it. He just acted like I was an obstacle in the way of what he wanted. I will never go back there again. I only went for the tres leches which isnt even worth mentioning. I typically tip 10 to 15 dollars on a 17dollar tab. Not this time. Nope. Service wasnt worth a dime. All either of them did was basically push me out the door. Not worth the my time to even think about that place again.
Well I wish I could tell you about the food, but after being seated and waiting for 15 mins, and watching people get drinks and order that were seated after us we decided that they just didn’t want to take my families money. So we got up from the table and headed to the door and told the lady at the front we appreciated the service and walked on out. Sorry La Botana but you will not be getting a second chance with us.
Service was horrible, it took 5 times for waitress to get drink (non-alcoholic) order correct, food came out with hair in it on one meal, kids chicken was burnt, one meal was so late that everyone else was done eating before received the last meal then onions were raw. Manager ended up knocking off the meals that were bad. But definitely won’t be going back.
Good food, great flavor on the meats, service could use a bit of work. There were 8 of us and our food all came out at different times, so we waited which made our meals cold and our server seemed overwhelmed but he still did a great job being busy on a Sunday after church!
Generally, food was ok. Lots of chips and salsa (a bit on the spicy side for those that arent into spicy foods) served immediately after sitting down. I ordered the pozole which looked pretty basic but was well seasoned, pork was tender, and definitely watch out for the jalapenos they serve on the side. I almost gagged from the spiciness lol. Enchiladas with ground beef was tasty but the rice was on the salty side.
We had the steak and chicken fajitas and they came out perfect! The chips and salsa were also excellent! Hector our waiter was awesome we never had to ask for anything. I’m new to brownwood and this is my new favorite restaurant! Thank you La Botana for a great evening!
Went there with my wife. Were a familiar young couple. Host was rude right away and said she just need to clean a table for us. Waited 20 minutes. She kept staring at us. Never sat us. People were coming in and she was giving them tables. Finally we just left the waiting area and a male host sat us.Wife told the waitress is was my birthday and she just laughed at us. Horrible service/Great food.
Just went through drive thru and paid for $17 bucks worth of hot sauce and ordered 2 bags of chips. After I paid the lady at the window gave me 1 bag of chips. I told her I asked for 2 and she tells me very rudely that they were low on chips. I wont be back. Very rude to take my money then expected for that to be okay. She should have explained that i would only get one bag of chips before i paid.
Don’t bother. Tried to order a carry out order for the family. Jasmine answered, yelled at my husband and made fun of me for not knowing how to pronounce the food. I prefaced the order by saying I don’t speak Spanish.... Then tried to speak to Erica, the manager about everything and was immediately dismissed. Never again.
Hostess was seemed very put out to show us to our table. Never spoke except to ask how many. Only two of us and my tacos came out almost 10mins before my daughters combo plate. Fajita taco were served with large chunks of onion and a little bit of cilantro with a side of carmelized onions and 3 chunks of avocado on top of a salad of large chunk onion and a few tomatoes. The charro beans were ok. The Queso Loco was a joke. Watery queso with no flavor. The ground beef was not seasoned and had not flavor. It came in the same size bowl as the charro beans and was nowhere near the $7.99 price. The waitress came around 2 times and never refillled my drink. My daughter has been here numerous times in the past and said it was never this bad.
Really bad food and worse service. There were no beans in the refried beans, no pineapple in the stuffed pineapple, thick chips, canned salsa no flavor, and had to wait over an hour for this. Asked to talk to the manager, and was told he had gone to the store. Wow. Don’t go!
Decent Tex-mex, but service is spotty. Sometimes you get great service and a friendly waiter other times slow service and a waiter/waitress who treats to you as if you are an imposition to them. Sometimes the food is superb other time quality and quantity are lacking. In the plus side they have a pleasant ambiance be more times than not. If they were consistently good I would give them 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🌟but that they will have to make some changes and maybe retrain their wait staff as well as some cooks.
Their service and food quality has really fallen downhill. I tried to get a refill on my tea and the waitress completely ignored me the meat was cold not very flavorful I asked for no jalapeños and there were clearly jalapeños on my plate and when i asked to replace my lettuce because it was wilted they tried to charge me for it . I will not be going back anytime soon. I was sorely disappointed they used to have better food.
My daughter and I stopped here for lunch while on a trip. Wow, we lucked out. The food was so good and fresh tasting. I had the beef fajita quesadilla. Daughter had a plate of three enchiladas with beans. The green sauce on her enchilada was so good I bought a container. After we had placed our order we then decided the table side guacamole would be pretty good as well and it was. We both were grinning with delight at our choices. Our waitress was very nice and friendly. Excellent food service. Everything you want when you go out for a meal. Wish we had this in our home town.
Called the manager picked up to go order at drive through. Bug in my chips ..Called around 8 :20 to report this. Plus waited 5min. Or better on 3 small lemon slices at window..honked when I saw a girl and another guy to just give my food that was already paid for instead of waiting on lemons.they I dont guess heard my horn . The guy I told about wanting lemons came to window 3 times in mean time ringing someone else .once again my food was done paid for sitting there. ugh..
Love the atmosphere! Tried the watermelon margarita and it was awesome. Hot sauce is a bit hot but thats the way I like it. There was a crowd when we got there but we were seated in 10 minutes. Coming from DFW area this was amazing to me. The food wasnt the best Mexican food I have eaten but it was very good. And the prices were good. The service was very good considering how busy they were. Best Mexican food we have found in this area.
The service here is EXTREMELY TERRIBLE!! We didnt get our drinks until 20 minutes later after we complained not only one time but TWO times of them taking a long time to even attend to us. The food was very bland and the rice was not cooked all the way. Another thing your plates all arrive at different times. The staff needs to be managed better for sure!!!!
Our party of ten with 5 plates of food ordered . After an hour three plates were served. Then another five min. One more plate was served. After asking for the last plate of food several times, we asked for the manager. Explained that all everyone was finished eating, and still the one plate was not served. Crazy. They forgot the meal. I have never had such bad serves. The food had little flavor. I dont see how they are still in business.
Service has always been horrible. Food use to make it worth it. Not any more. Called with reservations for 11. No one received their meal warm nor together. Our fajita meat came out 15 minutes before we even got our tortillas or sides and was never even sizzling. By then the meat was cold and greasy. 35 minutes after we order we finally receive our last burrito. We asked to talk to the manager and he was very rude, unprofessional, and blamed our bad experiences on everyone but his poor management skills. We will never go back. $150 with the tip we left the waitress down the drain. Horrible!!! Horrible!!
I did like there food until getting food poisoning. Only meal I ate that day so it was definitely their food! Called up to inform them and didn’t get anything in response as far as a sorry goes, just “that they serve that meal about 30 times a day and no problems with it.” Well I’m telling you and it wasn’t even directed as a complaint as it was a heads up that something was wrong with it and I didn’t even receive a “sorry or thank you for letting us know.” So here’s the review then. I won’t eat there again! Apparently customers are not important.
Food is very good, except flour tortillas are small and only two are served with the meal. Additional tortillas are $.49 each and it takes way too long for them to be brought out. The tortillas are good, they just need to be bigger or more served with the meal. Also it takes way too long for the wait staff to bring the check. It should be at the table before I finish eating or within at least five minutes after I finish.
I kept hearing tidbits of information over the last several months about how good this place was. I determined that if I ever had the occasion to spend a little time in Brownwood I would eat there and give it a shot.Well, I had such occasion the last week of December. I was good to my word and gave it a shot. Was I ever glad I did, too! It was on a Friday night. We got there and it was crowded. We didnt let that stop us. We got inside and there were still a couple of tables open. Its big and spacious and has lots of tables. We ordered. The service was friendly and fast. The food came out much quicker than we anticipated fresh off the grill. It was delicious and there was a lot of it. Did I mention that it was delicious? My wife and I ate until we were about to pop and we still had a considerable amount of food to take home with us. Take it home, we did AND made another meal out of it for both of us. It was still delicious left over! So, Im only giving this place 5 stars because I cant give it 35!
Wonderful, it has just become our favorite place in Brownwood. The service is always fast and the staff is always so kind and pleasant! And the food is delicious and always comes out hot and perfect!! We go every Saturday at around 3pm after working all day clearing brush and we look like sweaty goats and they still treat us very well, we love it! See yall next Saturday!
We were in a group of 15 or more. The first server given to us spoke no english, and it was her first day. The mgmt then put the head waitress and several more to help us. Everything went great from there. I had the Enchilada Verde. It was great. Everyone at the table did not complain. It was $$ on the prices, and 4 stars on the food. If you like spicy this is a good choice. We will return in the months to come.
Service is generally horrible and food is blah at best. It seems they are going through some changes regarding their wait and cooking staff. Ive had more wrong orders than correct. When the correct food does come, it is EXTREMELY bland! The only reason for two vs one star, is their salsa and table side guacamole is good.
Tried calling over an hour where I wouldnt have to wait so long. 20 minutes in line and all I wanted was fajata chicken and tableside guacamole NOTHING else. Got steak beans rice chips Pico tortillas. 23.25 for things I didnt wont. I also told him that I tried calling and he said that the phone was working. As soon as he could he put it back on the hook and a mazingly it started ringing. Too pricey and to long of a wait.
The service is absolutely horrible!!! The food use to be pretty decent, but has gotten really bad. My husband got food poisoning there once from the chicken. I have had spoiled refried beans before and 9 times out of ten the chips are stale. This last experience has really done it for me though! My husband and I went to eat with our 5 yr old. We waited well over an hour for our food! Our waitress had disappeared..what a surprise..and some other guy brought out my sons burger..which tasted so bad he couldnt even eat it..not the first time the burgers have been horrible! Then my husband get his food. 10 minutes later I still have not received mine!!! I had also ordered a margarita about 20 minutes prior & had not gotten it, either! I finally asked to speak with a manager..which did absolutely no good. I finally got my food & it was cold and not even cooked all the way!!! I actually took it home & finished cooking it! We still had to pay full price! We will NEVER go here again!!
Meh. It was mexican food. I will say that the pricing is pretty decent. We had about 10 people in our party and some of us were done eating by the time others got their food. Pretty good chips and salsa. 4 star if not for taking forever to get some items out. I think they forgot.
Originally gave them a 5 star, but the last few times Ive been its gone downhill. The service has gotten worse and the food has become sub-par. The last time I went the food was cold when they brought it to the table after waiting 30 minutes after ordering. Heard other people at tables around me complaining their food was cold as well. The restaurant wouldnt last a year in a bigger city.
Brought my entire family on mothers day and all was excellent. Food, Service & Wait Time. Fathers my family and another met there (9 of us). Once seated the disappointment began. Yes they were busy and after 3 refills of chips salsa and tea. Food showed up for 6 of us. After another 20 minutes and several visits with our waitress I confronted the manager. Food for 2 of the remaining 3 appeared. 12 minutes later the final plate made its way to the table. I had ordered a fajita plate served in a rock bowl. Great food except only 2 flower tortillas came with the order which barely scratched the surface of this grand meal. Sometime half way through our culinary adventure I requested additional tortillas. They never arrived, we are still looking for them. Maybe you have seen them. Probably not. When everyone was done or had given up I was informed that flower tortillas would not be delivered to the table because they were just too busy in the kitchen to send them out. This is after 20 minutes or so. I got a to go box to finish at home where I have my own flower tortillas. I think under normal circumstances this would be a great place to dine. BUT on busy days, untill better trained, I would recommend staying away unless dining comedy and disappointment is you bag.
We dined expecting mediocre food and service due to a few poor reviews. Our dinner of chimichangas was delicious. I had the beef and my friend had the chicken. The servings were huge with two large chimis on each plate! The meat was fresh and stir-fried with onions and bell peppers and seasoned perfectly. Our server was polite and friendly and we highly recommend La Botana Mexican restaurant!
We moved from Houston and weve been at La Botana a few times. Love their food. Their Horchata drink is amazing. However they need to work on their staff. They can be pretty slow and not friendly at times.Today we went at 2:30 pm and it was slow. Only 4 tables occupied in the whole restaurant. The hostess seemed upset when we walked in, she didnt say hi at all. Just asked how many and took us to our table and left. After about 7 to 8 minutes I had to ask another waitress who our waitress would be since no one had taken our drink order yet. Finally our waitress came over and took our order. Her name was Maria. She was really nice and always had a smile however she was really slow and our order came out incomplete and wrong. She brought us La Parillada and my kids cheese quesadilla but forgot our tortillas and side plate that comes with Parillada. We waited and 6 minutes later she comes back again to ask if everything ok. I tell her we are missing our tortillas and side plate of rice and beans. Another 6 minutes later she brings us tortillas (Which by the way are small and only 2) and rice and beans. I tell her I wanted refried instead of charro beans. She said oh yeah she forgot. She then says if you still want them Ill put the order in. I tell her yes because thats what I originally wanted since my Autistic son only eats refried beans. She then tells me they will charge me for that side order. I tell her no... take these charro back and bring me my original order of refried please. Most restaurants dont charge you extra for their mistakes. I didnt like this. Kind of disappointing. Also the kids drinks are the same price as adult drinks. Shouldnt kids drinks be cheaper or included in kids meal? The other times we were there we didnt get charged for the kids drinks. Also we ordered kids cheese quesadilla and they still charged us $5.79 for s fajita quesadilla. This should be cheaper since we didnt order the meat. In that case next time Ill ask for the fajita on the side then.Overall, food and drinks were great!!! Its just the service that needs work. And bring food out together and/or complete.
Food was good(got the enchilada plate), service was okay..they were pretty busy, so our waitress was all over the place & it felt like the AC was out, it was so hot in there! The last 2-3 times weve been there, the AC had not been working well and it was hot & uncomfortable in there. Hope they get that fixed soon!
I have gone in the past and really enjoyed their lengua. this time went with some friends and i was very disappointed in the margheritas!! they were very expensive and tasteless, other than being sweet.no flavor, no refreshing taste, blah. and like $14 a big glass. the least they could do is warn someone! food was ok, but not great by any means! not sure when i will go again, if i go again.!
Salsa should be a lot milder if that is going to be the only chip dip thats offered when first seated, at least half of your clientele can not handle the heat. There should be an additional choice to be delivered with salsa at table when customers are first seated for those type of people (children is a big part of this group). Suggestion..... charro beans or some type of cilantro lime sauce. The bartender argued with us for 10 minutes about why the prices were correct when come to find out after talking to owner its a new menu, so ultimately owner verified we were correct. You all know the saying whose worked in the serving industry THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT !!!, and if you dont feel that way when taking care of your clientele then speak to the highest person on your shift about the issue, but dont make your customer have to make a scene cause you want to be right. This effects the servers tip and future business from that person and anyone else they let know of this issue in your establishment.Owners need to have a weekly meeting with staff to address matters that come up daily to better prepare themselves for the future and help grow their business. My dad orders the same thing every time he goes here (beef fajita nachos) and everytime the plate comes out different. Either to many chips and not enough toppings or alot smaller portion than the plate should be for $10 (tip not included yet). EVERY MENU ITEM NEEDS TO BE CONSISTENT EVERYTIME. You will lose alot of service for these inconsistencies.Make sure the server takes down your order as you say and doesnt substitute their own preference (they tried up charging me when it should have been cheaper). The food is good (except for the way too hot salsa with chips when first seated), but ALL employees should be on the same page and learn to communicate with each other in order to run a more effective and growing establishment.
Bartender is rude , he took my order with an attitude after I told him their enchiladas arent actually enchiladas. Its not my fault their food is disgusting. Im half Mexican I been eating Mexican food all my life this restaurant is trash. Food is bland, yes I have tried several plates. Their idea of enchiladas consist of a flour tortilla topped with nacho cheese. Umm what??? In Mexico we dont consider that an enchilada. Also their chips are stale sometimes. But of course the town right ... why put effort like anybody is gonna compare authentic Mexican food here. Lucky for me I dont live around here. Wont be stopping here anymore
Wish I could rate a zero! Ive had many horrible experiences here but yesterday was the worst!! When you get to go food or order something to go once done dining it shouldnt matter if the food is heated and eaten 4 hours later, It should have some quality!!! I SIMPLY took the ENTIRE ORDER back INCLUDING stale chips and hot sauce and had to record and threaten to post on Bwd vent page in order to get my money back!!! The man who originally took an entire order of food back through the window began the fiasco and the woman finished it up to calling the police to which the officer found no offense on my behalf and shook my hand! ALL I wanted was my order fixed or my money back!!! I CANT stop anyone from eating here BUT my money theyll NEVER see again!!!!
The food was so good! I was so hungry and ordered way too much food, the service was great but the only bad thing was I was sitting in the bar area and they had a speaker right above my head which was so loud I could barely hear my waitor and I felt like I had to shout.
Went to la-batona for dinner tonight. There was 6 of us. We all ordered at the same time. I also ordered queso. They brought out 1 of our plates of food. I made the comment that we were getting our food before we got our queso. So then out came the queso. Mind you we still only had one plate of food out of 6 plates. I sent the queso back beings we were getting our food. Then 10 minutes later another partial plate of food. And sent back the beans because they were the wrong beans. They also brought out just 1 enchilada alacart. Not the meal we ordered. Then after several minutes they brought another meal out. Still had not brought all of the second plate yet. The rice and enchiladas were so cold we could put our fingers in them they felt like they came out of the fridge. Then several minutes later I got my sides only beans and rice. As soon as I got mine I checked mine and it was even colder. My dad and brother ordered Dr peppers the first were fine but the refills were bad or something else, and the waitress argued with them thsy it was the same as the first glass. So guess what we did. Got up asked to pay for our drinks which that took several minutes. And the manager finally came out. We told him everything. Then he walked back in the back and after another several minutes he finally came out and said we didnt owe anything. We then went to Taco Casa and ate a good hot meal, a lot cheaper, and better service.
Small town tex-mex with decent service, good and reasonably priced food. I enjoyed the queso coved burrito and my hot sauce was very authentic and delicious. Cant beat the food for a small town eatery and the local folks flocked there on Sunday afternoon. Wont hesitate to come back when Im in town on business.
The number 26 is my favorite! The beer rita is a must when you go. The staff could be more attentive. Sometimes it seems they are too busy interacting with each other to notice when their customers need attention. That wont stop me from going to my favorite restaurant in Brownwood.
The food and service is really great.....we always go to la botana to eat when we visit Brownwood/Early.....and this last time we went they seated us and we waited over 10 min. to see if a waitress would attend to us so we walked out and told the waitresses up front no one ever attended to us they acted like they didnt care.......so I talked to a manager and he apologized....it will b awhile before we go back to this restaurant.
La Botana is by far the best Mexican food in the Brownwood area! They serve up table side guacamole and have fantastic chips and salsa. I like the Queso Loco as an appetizer. Everything Ive had here is fantastic and they have a large variety on the menu. On Saturdays and Sundays Id go with Pozole or Menudo. They also have a great bar, and Chris is one of the best bartenders in Brownwood. I recommend eating in the bar area for the best service as it sometimes takes awhile otherwise.
This place is a joke, worst service ever, mix drinks are nasty and water down, the food taste reheated and off, to go plates look like other peoples left overs and seriously dont know What the management is doing, for the past three years the place is going down hill, every four months I give this place a chance and its been bad to worst, if the service is this bad I began to wonder how the kitchen is in the back, I might need to call a food inspector to make sure the temperatures and preparation procedures are being follow by the book. I rated this comment with one star only because I couldnt do no star, I am going to start driving to bangs from now on and eat autentic Mexican food at casa Jalisco and for drinks I rather go to chillis or cotton patch where I can get real margaritas.
Found hair in my food not just once but 3 times. And even in my sala .. and never check on people and really didnt want pay for food but payed walk out nasty place. Table was nasty drinks flat , food with hair and tasted nasty, just rude people and acted like they didnt understand when u ask speak to manger or anything
Question your bill ! Several times I have paid the Gringo Tax. No drinks have price listed. Ask 3 different servers what a margarita costs and you will get 3 different answers. If you are not paying attention you will be shocked at the tab. They dont provided itemized billing in the bar either! You will get stuck for overpriced drinks and drinks you did not order if you are not careful. So they are very authentic, just like visiting Mexico!

2022-02-20Food was pretty good but the lighting was so dim that it made it difficult to read the menus and to see the food. The waitress was very busy and had to wait several tables plus help the bar. The Large Queso wasn’t very large, more like a medium.

2021-10-25Not a Tex-Mex fan (anywhere) but the food on the House Specialty Plates menu are awesome. Try the Molcajete or La Azteca. The prices on those may scare you at first but they are big enough to feed two or take home a second serving for later. Or maybe you’re just super hungry like I usually am.You will be full and delighted! We always sit in the bar area and the service is good and fast. Jalapeño Margarita is super good too. It is definitely worth a visit!

2022-04-24This place has some of the best margaritas I’ve ever had (specifically the jalapeño margarita). The fajita chicken is excellent. I had great service both times I’ve been here. Don’t listen to the negative reviews. I could eat here daily.

2021-12-20It was nice. Table was clean and not too close to other tables. Service was prompt with food and drink refills. Choice of flour or corn tortillas with this plate. Good portion and good flavor.

2022-02-23Went to dinner with four others. They got their food but I did not. Had to flag waitress down snd asked her twice to check on it. Never got my plate. Told her to forget it and when I paid for my drink, she refused to give me my change and said that they round up. Literally refused to give me my change! Said that there was no manager on site for me to talk to about it. Just lost 4 families! So disappointing!

2020-11-30Good food and good service, salsa was a little bland but our food was full of flavor. Loved it! Fast service we had a party of 7 and next group to enter was a party of 20, and no delay in our service.

2022-06-03Giving a one star only because it wont allow to no star. The waitress was too busy talking and sitting down to worry about customers and had to ask several other employees for refills. Definitely would not recommend this place has really gone downhill since new restaurant opened.

2022-04-04Food is a little better than taco bell but not by much. The service is horrible and they are extremely over priced for what they try to do.If you want really good Mexican food hacienda Leon in early is definitely the place to go!

2022-07-12Sad I have to leave a 1star review because the food and service was great. The one star is for getting charged a tip on my credit card when I left a CASH tip. This is truly not acceptable and highly disappointing!

2020-02-04Well chips was great salsa is okay my fajitas well they just taste blank maybe a little Seasoning might help. Very nice waitress but again the fajitas need some flavor. And the tortillas they taste great but theyre the same size of the Corn I dont know Ive never seen tortillas that small. But they was good
